Extremely affordable, very personable, explains to you in a language that you understand and makes sure you have no questions unanswered . The desk staff were overall friendly as well as professional. The actual Dr. actually took the time to give you a diagnosis with plain information and shared options and gave her time to hear YOU. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE . .

I've been coming here for my annual eye exam/glasses for 5yrs now, Dr. Gupta does an amazing job every time and she has a excellent staff at her disposal as well, which is always nice.

NEVER, NEVER!going in there is horrible they make you wait hours and they very rude,is the worst.

Very pleasant staff for a Saturday. Everyone had a wonderful disposition. The Dr. answered my question thoroughly in a manner I could understand. The gentleman that fitted me for my glasses was very informative and helped me to pick the glasses I will enjoy being seen in. I recommend anyone needing eye care to go to Desert Eye Care

She is a great doctor. The girls in the front office could use some more training and customer service skills and less gossiping with clients in the lobby but the Optometrist is great!!

My son and I had appointments at 3pm today...we were seen by 3:25 which really shocked me I thought the wait would me much longer! The staff was friendly and efficient.

Nothing there receptionist are all rude and if it's not cause my daughter can't see.. I would leave... We are a walk in and Sam was so nasty telling us that there appointments have priority and are wait could be 20 minutes up to 5 hours and the doctor doesn't come in till 11am but the schedule on the window says the doctor on Thursday come in at 10am... This is crazy.. They are having personal conversation so loud that we can hear them...

I found this place about 5 years ago and have been taking my two daughters ever sence, i am very satisfied with their whole team very friendly and respectful staff, even tho this pandemic is going on they still manage to keep us safe and comfortable makes you feel good knowing their trying everything to keep themselves and our families healthy ..Thank you Desert Eye Care.

This is my 2nd year coming to this place. The doctor is amazing! Her front desk lady could learn a little more on customer service skills. A smile and politeness won't kill you....the process after was good. The lady that helped picked my glasses was nice. Just train your front desk staff a little better. The phone calls trying to make an appointment was difficult. I called a couple times at different times and days and it was hard to get a live person. The willingness to help me find an appointment because I'm an existing customer was like pulling teeth! Hopefully it will be better when I take my kids in the summer.

I was very pleased with the visit and would recommend Desert eye care to anyone that needs care for their eyes. They were very attentive, and made me feel that they really cared.

Today was my first time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very friendly and informative. Reception area very clean. A very good variety of glasses to chose from.

I got to my appointment at 9:45 they called my name and I waited for 15-20mins only because Saturday s are more busier. Which is reasonable because most people don t work Saturday s. I love the fact they are open on Saturday s. The doctor got straight to the point with everything and she was extremely fast but very helpful. The young man that helped us pick our frames was extremely helpful, nice and so fun! He made me feel welcomed and wanted to come back for more.

Horrible experience appointment was at 1:30 got there at 1:15 didn't get call to the back till 2:10 then they put me in a small room where there was nothing but mothers and children the children were screaming loudly and I was still 5 people behind so I just walked out worst experience ever what is the point of having an appointment time when they don't follow that schedule

My family recently moved in from out of state. We were first time patients here today. I read through hundreds of reviews looking for a good place to go that accepted our insurance &wasn't going to be across town. The reviews I read here was what helped me make my decision. I want disappointed. Everyone was very friendly. The dr was very informative about what was going on with my kids' eyes. Our family will continue to go here for our vision needs.

The people that help getting glasses are very rude. They don't know what they doing,.they texted me to pick up my glasses ,but they were not there yet. Just waisted my time. After this glasses I'm never coming back

Was so busy in there with only the one Dr. When I finally received my glasses they were blurry and the insurance wouldn't fix it without me paying for them. Thanks Dr. Good job! Will never go here again or give a recommendation for them either!

I love Dr. Gupta, I have been going to her for over 10 years. The only thing concerning was one employee wouldn t wear his mask, that was the only thing I wasn t comfortable with. Other than that the rest of the staff was amazing!

I make a 10:00 am appointment for my three kids,
I was still filling paper work wich is relatively easy when they call them in.
Personal are bilingual, friendly and professional.
See you guys next year.

The service is the worst I had my appointment at 3:45 and they did not attend me until I got up and I canceled my appointment at 4:45 ... one hour in waiting I do not know what it is to make an appointment and horrible service

Overall I really enjoy the place and the staff. I am looking forward to get my glasses, the staff help me to look and pick the one I like.

Desert Eye Care has been my place to go for eye Care. They are professional and personable.

I never had to wait long. Dr. Gupta is a great eye Dr. One day I went in there thinking I had an appointment. My appt was for the next day. She brought me right in without saying a word. When I found out,I felt so stupid. But nobody said a word.

This business should really consider alternatives on how to keep their clients instead of losing them.
I purchased prescription glasses on Aug of 2016 and the manager stated if I were to "break" my glasses in anyway that they would be replaced.
My glasses came with a defect that my glasses fell off of my face. The temples which is the part that connects to the glasses and wraps around you ears just fell off. Not the screw but what ever glue is used to keep that part in just gave out. I didn't care too much so I just glued it back, not even 2 weeks later the other falls off.
I enter the store yesterday and they tell me no we can't do anything about it. That I must have done the damage myself.

Before any of this I call to ask a question regarding glasses and which ever person answer was very disrespectful and decided it would be a better decision to hang up the phone.

Management you must really consider a lot less talking and instead give your employees a class on customs and courtesies as it applies to customer care.

I would much rather spend more money and go to Lens Crafters then to return. One star is being generous.

I don' understand why there are so many good reviews. I think that the bad reviews are getting deleted because this is the second time I am leaving a review, I can't find my initial review. The front desk staff was snotty, I felt like I was a bother but they were still polite. It was weird. The doctor was extremely rude!! She talked at me not to me, there's a difference. She kept pushing contacts on me because my "insurance was really good," ok? She was visibly upset when I kept declining and wouldn't budge. There's a machine where you look into and your chin rests on on it. After using it, she didn't say a word and yanked it from underneath me. The only good staff they have are the ones who help you pick the glasses. They were amazing. I won't be returning. Stop deleting m bad review! You deserve it!

My family has been coming here for a few years now. No complaints. The fellow who helped us was very nice. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. The business license they have up has expired, however, their license is active. I checked the Nevada Secretary of State.

they froint desk are very nice and also the people who help u pick up the glasses,but the lady doctor i think shes indian i dont rember her name shes very rude i was trying to explain her my problem with the glasses she didnt even pay attentio to me she ignores me she was not polite at all it seems she was on hurry or something. the price for glasses and contacts are good pricess i saved some money but like i said the doctor not polite at all.

I have never had a bad experience at Desert Eye Care!! Dr Gupta and the staff , especially Dulce and Jennifer, always provide EXCELLENT customer service. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable ,and gets right to business , so the waiting time is not very long. They also have gone above and beyond with keeping the patients safe from Covid. Keep up the GREAT work !

11:40 appt, there were 2 customers inside, plenty of room, i was told to wait in the heat outside. After 20 minutestthey called, i was at bank next door, they couldnt wait 5 minutes for my business to be completed. I have been a customer tbere for 10 years, very unprofessional. I will ge elsewhere now.

I took my friend to pick up her glasses and they took 30 minutes to call her to pick up her glasses and the girl up front told me thats not her area of work and said she doesn't know when they will call her back WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I can never remember her name but the optician is a sweet woman. Everything was done quick and she's just pleasant to talk to.
Rafael is the coolest guy in there too. When it was time to pick out the glasses, he took his time to find a frame suitable for me since I was so picky (sorry!) it took about 20 mins for me to actually pick out a pair but he bared with me, haha. My sister and I enjoyed talking to him when his computer was slow so we didn't mind the wait. He's a good person. I wish there were more people like him in the world.

The wait was ok but when my daughter went in for her eye exam the doctor was getting mad because my daughter would get the letters wrong because she couldn't see ? My daughter even told me mom did you notice the doctor's tone when she was asking me to say the letters ? Not sure if the doctor was having a bad day or not but i don't think that was right to do to a 10 year old the girls in front desk and the one who helped us pick out the glasses were super nice

Social distancing it's driving all of us insane, from mandatory mask to exaggerating safety makes clients feel anxious. If you don't have a mask they have them for sale for $2, hand sanitizer it's a big plus at any place to be made to wear gloves to be seen it's out of limit. Dr was quick at evaluation, Rafael at the optical workdesk1 was nice and helpful very knowledgeable. I gave 3 stars due to the more than extreme measures. We all want to be safe and comfortable, we want all to be healthy both physically and emotionally. Please don't add up to the stress.

I had an okay visit, everything was great!!! The glasses that I were the correct prescription for me!!!

Friendly staff, very helpful. Need more government selection on frames. But in all very glad i chose this place.

Dr. Gupta is great! Very personable and extremely thorough. She takes the times to completely get a medical history and she always offers options when available such as progressive lenses. Each visit, there is at least a 30 minute wait past my appointment time. Once I am with Dr. Gupta, she gets the exam done expediently.

I was very disappointed to see that two of the people working on the optical side were not wearing masks. One made a comment referring to this so called pandemic.

All other employees followed protocol with professionalism,, which I very much appreciated.

Dr Gupta and her staff are the most professional ophthalmologist team. I have been a patient of theirs off/on for approximately 10+ years when she had her office inside Sears @ The Boulevard Mall. Thank You Dr Gupta!!

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I only waited 10 minutes after I finished filling out all of the insurance information. The Dr. was very thorough and took plenty of time with me. I will definitely return.

They said they can only fax my prescription or come pick it up thats bull they need to be able to give you your own prescription no matter what

I took my 12 year old for a yearly eye exam filled out the necessary paperwork which only took less than 5 minutes there was really not much to fill out. The service was fast and efficient although the wait for ordering the glasses took longer.

Had a appointment for 1pm arrive at 12:30pm thought being early would be on time as soon as I came in and tried to check in she said no you have to wait for your time on my time at 2:45 i was still waiting for the doctor i was very upsetting never going back never got to see the doctor The staff are rude thay setting talking about nothing very poor service and customer service.

The guy with the long hair he was really nice he was really helpful to me and my daughter he picked the right kind of glasses for her because I had no clue which ones to get her I hope he's there when I come back so he can pick out my glasses.

The staff is very nice and sweet other than doctor. She is very rude and has no patience or manners when it comes to children. It was my son s very first eye exam and she yelled at him because he was didn t know what to do and struggled. She didn t explain it thoroughly and went to fast. Someone please tell her to take the time to learn some patience.

Desert Eye Care i had an appointment on August first and that was my first time there since this pandemic started. I was greeted at the door by an awwwwwwsome eye care employee i can't think of her name right off but she knows who she is. She explained to me in detail everything from the time she open the door on everything she had to do to get me prep to be seen by the eye doctor. She was very friendly and most of all professional in making me feel safe and comfortable and i would like give her a public shout out. This part goes to my eye doctor. Thank you sooooo much for always taking care of my eyes i see life better and thank you for having such and clean and very sanitize off i went into the exam room and each machine i had to sit at i felt like you had a brand new machine was there just for me i felt really safe especially being in the medical field myself and knowing your eyes,nose and mouth in these times have to be protected. I was able to smell the fresh cleaning on all the exam machines Thank You i was extremely satisfied and last but not least Mr. Rafael your such a funny guy i never experienced getting glasses can be fun you would be awesome for a person who may be having a bad day or just someone who needs some words of encouragement i want to say thank you. I didn't get to meet the whole team personally but they all said hello and greet with a smile. DESERT EYE CARE THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ALL ROCK .
