We have nothing but praise for the entire team at Ft Mill Ford. We purchased our 2013 Explorer from Ben Lakatos back in Aug 2012. Frank Arnold and the service team dutifully looked over her for everything it needed, from basic oil changes to scheduled maintenance.

When the need to purchase another came up, we didn't hesitate to head back to Fort Mill Ford. I'm a big believer in relationships and we truly value the relationship we have with the people at Fort Mill Ford. You truly have a top shelf staff here. And that is why I came back for another car...the people.
