Ashley Keith was awesome!!! First, her knowledge of your system is A+. Her personality was perfect from my standpoint, not too pushy, yet in command. Finally, her dedication last Saturday, as the dealership was closing, staying there till all the paperwork was done, was super impressive. She's the reason I bought the Ford Escape!! Thanks Ashley!!
