I don't think I've ever heard of a better dealership. Ron is my guy. I've brought in my car multiples times (what I thought was a blown out speaker, oil change, airbag light on, etc etc) and they've always been very courteous and seem to be honest about it too.
When I brought my car in they told me it'd be about $100 just to run the diagnostics test on it. They called me a couple hours later to tell me they'd figured out what was wrong with my car and that it was covered under the Restraint Warranty. Could've screwed me over but these guys are honest and seem to have their stuff together. Definitely enjoy their service and all the guys in their service department are nice.

We bought a car from Green for our 16 yo son. It's his 1st car and we were hoping for a great experience like we had when we bought a car from a different local dealership for our older son. - Unfortunately, one of the technicians lost the key and key fob for the car we were interested in. They had a new key cut but initially refused to replace the key fob. Even going as far to say that this was not standard equipment with the car (it is!) and then claiming that when they got the car originally it only came with the one key and no key fob (doubtful). - The kid loved the car and we decided to buy it anyway rather than go through the hassle of finding another at a different dealership and starting over. The general manager, Ashley, also decided they would cover the cost of replacing the key fob. Great!! - Then the very next day after bringing the car home we got a call that a key and key fob were there for this car. And mysteriously the key fob didn't even need to be programmed. LOL!!!!! Apparently they found the lost key and key fob. **tl, dr - We very much like our salesperson, Arthur Pennell. He's a 5/5. But this particular Green dealership needs to work desperately on their communication and honesty.The end result was positive - the keys and key fob they lost were found and we got them. But the BS and lies we endured are inexcusable.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Tahoe with Tom DuWaldt at Finish Line Ford! I have known Tom for years and I will say that he is truly a guy that has your best interest in heart! He worked with me and got me exactly what I wanted in my Tahoe and even when there were small things that I wasn't fully happy with he went above and beyond and set up for me to bring it back to have extra work done on it. I would return to him for many years to come for purchasing new cars!
Even though I waited 2 hours for my vehicle to be finished, you couldn't beat the price of the oil change. They were all very nice and apologetic for my wait. The only thing that I did not like was they did my tire rotation, which was included in my oil change package, and I found out on my way home that my tires were very choppy. So, now I have a lot of road noise when I'm driving. I would have preferred to just leave the tires if they were that bad that way I can replace all 4 at once instead of now I have to replace the front two. Overall, great service as always.
My experience with this dealership has been HORRIBLE... Save yourself the trouble and Stay away!! They NEVER return your phone calls, make you wait what seems like forever when you go talk to them in person... They scratched the crap out of my BRAND new vehicle and have tried to fix it... now that they can't... no one will return my calls or speak to me when I show up... the all seem to be in a "meeting" HORRIBLE business!!!!!!!!!

Great! I love my new 2017 F-150! I have never really got into trucks until I bought my bronze fire 2017 F-150 from Caleb Wright at Green Ford. I love the way it drives and handles. Wife came in for warranty work (with our 3 year old) and was told it would take 20-30 minutes , over 2 hours later the work was approved but they didn't have part needed and had to set up another appointment. They where not appolegetic and could care less about customer satisfaction. Communication was also poor when it was taken in for pro pack and new key fob programing, which they didn't do and I had to wait another 30 minutes. This was our first and last experience with green Ford.
We had a great experience at Finish Line Ford. Rick K. came out to greet us, we were on our way home from FL, and shopping on the way home. We are from NE Iowa had been up for at least 36 hrs, and our list was short. Rick listened and brought out this cute orange pick-up with all we asked for and in the price range. We were shopping on Sat. afternoon at 3:00 PM when they may have been thinking about the weekend but Rick was very willing to continue to sell. Thanks!! and we love the truck. Some of the varsity football team had to come over and admire it also.

I bought a 2013 F150 FX4 from them in 2017. They tried over charging me for a warranty at first. Then I pointed out the mistake in numbers $$ and they said it was a "paperwork error". Next, I brought it in for a FREE oil service and they charged me $$$. I thought i would give them one more chance to redeem themselves and scheduled them to put brand new brakes and rotors on. 3 days after installation the where grinding. I brought it back in to look at and 2 of the 4 brakes were installed wrong. They did replace no charge. Just 3 hours of my time. I refused to come back for ANYTHING !! It's been 13 month since the brake installation and guess what ??? I'm back here because, the brakes are grinding and the rotors are trash.

We found a listing for a used Ford Mustang on the internet at Green Ford. I sent an inquiry and received a prompt reply from Ashley Green (management!). She was very nice and answered our basic questions and put us in touch with our sales person Tina Goodwin. She is FANTASTIC! She understood we were coming from out of state and was most helpful answering our question and concern before we made the trip. When we arrived at the dealership she had brought the car into the showroom (as it was raining) so we could be comfortable. We found the car to be everything Tina had said it was and even MORE! Stopped at the dealership today to look at a truck that was listed for 26,400 made an offer on the truck they came back to me and told me that they had 29,000 in it and that they couldn t make a deal, didn t make much sense to me but whatever I left. I Called on another truck that they ve had for over 60 days made what I thought was a very legitimate offer and they could not make a deal saying I was thousands off. This place would rather have trucks sit on their lot then sell them. Save yourself some time and money look elsewhere.
Bought new 2017 Ford Escape at Uftring Auto Mall in E. Peoria after having unsatisfactory experience at Green Ford Sales Dept. Had previously bought and serviced with Green. Needed oil change so went back to Green. Was told to expect an hour wait. After an hour and a half, I went back to service desk and was told they would check on it. Shortly thereafter, someone came out to waiting area to tell me the technician had spilled a lot of oil under my hood and they were cleaning it up. A half hour later, they were still cleaning it up. I m now wondering what shape my five month old car was in. After a two and a half hour oil change, my car was ready! I clearly was upset. I negotiated a reimbursement of payment. Inside of car smelled strongly of cleaning fluid. Am doubting my return to Green in the future.

I don't recommend getting your car serviced here. I have given this place a number of changes to change my mind, and it's still more of the same frustration. Follow-up is poor, as I have repeatedly had to take on that responsibility. The staff's ability to run accurate diagnostics has never given me much confidence. I have even had to be that customer who tells them how to fix an issue. I have experienced this with two different Ford vehicles that I have owned. Every time I have gone in, I have been met with a frustrating experience. It sucks, because this is, by far, the closest Ford dealership to me. But I will be making the trip to Uftring in East Peoria from now on.
Daniel Huddleston was the best salesman I have ever had. He was working with me for months to find the perfect budget car. Checking in all the time. Then I got the call letting me know they just took in the perfect car. He sent pictures, had it cleaned and inside and ready. Paper work was fast and easy no hassle. My Wife found a vehicle that she liked while browsing online. She called Green Ford and they set up an appointment to view the vehicle which they still had. I left work 2 hours early so we could drive 2 hours for our appointment. We get there and they told us that someone else was signing papers as we entered. Never going back and telling everyone that I know to never shop there.
I am not very happy with the service that I had gotten my truck still has a Miss in it I thought Mark was very rude he said what do I have to do to get you on down the road oh I would hit him to do is take care of the issues but he seemed like he got kind of snooty with me and bring my truck back I thought about buying a new one but I might just go over to Mike Murphy Ford
Even though I didn t end up buying their car I had a great experience dealing with Nicholas and his sales manager Rob. I believe they really did do all they could to sell me a car, in the end they just didn t have the right one for me personally, but I highly recommend them.
I can t believe the biggest dealer in Peoria, IL has the rudest service manager Mark Tonde. I took my car to the dealer for a multi inspection before purchasing the vehicle from a private seller and I was told the rear shocks needed to be fix among other things. The seller fixed most of them except for the allignment and a transmission axle seal so I took it back the dealer and I was told the alligment couldnt be done because the front struts needed to be fix. They had me talk to the mechanic named Slyler wich he told me that he told the Service Advisor Bob that the front struts needed to be fix. I told him that he wrote on the work sheet the rear shock (not the front struts) and asked me if I had the hard copy. I told him that I might not have it anymore so he told me that without the hard copy there was nothing that they could do. Then, I remembered that I sent a copy of the hard copy to the seller so I found it on my messages and showed to the mechanic. He looked at it and told me that he told the Service Advisor Bob the front struts and not the rear shocks needed to be fix so he made a mistake and we fixed the wrong parts. The manager was not available so I talked to Jim who told me that he will relate the information to the manager and have him call me back first time in the morning. He didn t so I called the dealer and I was told he will call me back. He did, but he was so defensive in the call that he wouldn t even let me explain the situation that took place when he was not in the dealer anymore. Mark just told me at the end of our 2 min phone conversation, you know what im going to do for you buddy... nothing! and hung up on me. Maybe he was upset because we didn t fix some of the parts at the dealer since that was one of the few things he told me during our phone conversation but that was not me but the private seller that took care of it. I was charged just to get wrong information from the dealer and the wrong parts were fixed. He didn t acknowledge that his own mechanic made a mistake nor offer me at least some decent customer service to aliviate the situation. On the other end he was rude and careless about this issue. I just hope that someone from Ford gets this information and maybe do some customer service skills trainning to his Managers to avoid this unpleaseant situation in the future.
I'm not very happy with the service people I spoke with. I ed and got information concerning getting keys made for my f150. I was given the wrong information and wrong price for what I needed. When I asked about a time frame they stated about an hour to get it done. After I had it towed in it was only then that I was told that it would not be ready until 430 in the afternoon. No one bothered to tell me that there was additional fees for hooking up the computer. I found it extremely annoying and am very unhappy with the lack of information I needed to make a proper decision. I haven't been a customer before and I am glad of it. I'm sure I won't be again

Traded my car in which they gave me a good deal, however the car they traded me for was a focus and had known issues from ford with faulty clutches in the transmission and all they will do is keep fixing the clutch I feel betrayed and think they should allow me to trade it for something else or I will be getting an attorney

After looking for a truck for several months, Green had the best deal I could find. Made the whole process quick and easy and were willing to work with me.
We received very good customer service at Green Ford. The sales and finance guys worked hard to get our business, and we got a deal that worked well for us. If you are familiar with Green in Springfield then you have come to expect to be treated fairly and to have good customer service. Green Ford in Peoria carries on the Green tradition.
In summary I experienced these issues at this dealership: Transparency, pricing issues, trust issues, communication issues with customers. I recommend to try other dealers like Uftring before this one
Here are the details of my experience(s):
My experience folds in 3 or more visits and they are all the same: First time, I drop the car in the morning and I come back to pick it up at the end of the day but nothing was done to the car. So, I wait until after 6 pm at the dealership (1.5 hrs) so they can finish it up. And also, they haven t called me during the day to tell me what the issue is and how much it would cost. I had to call them and they were clueless and they blame each other. Another similar experience is today, exactly the same thing and clearly, they didn't touch the car until I arrived to the dealership with the same blaming story. Except this time, they had a list of issues to look at that they clearly ignored all the list and they looked at them briefly and never communicated with me as a customer until it was too late in the day. I also need to note that I called during the day and they said Kevin has the car on his list so I cannot tell until he comes from a meeting and Kevin did not call back at all. Also, they have the habit of giving different prices and I experience that a lot at this dealership. One rep will give a different price than the other. So you really need to be careful and have them write it down., because as I said they blame each other. Another weird thing, is one of the reps, Bob found out that the quote he gave me was a bit high for a very simple job and instead of telling me at the end of the service that this is how much it will actually cost, he told me: "I'll give you this price but you have to give me good review on the survey". I mean wow, come on Ron, are you so desperate to get good reviews than being transparent!
Also, when I do short visits for oil change and it happened two times, I tell them do tire rotation or to check on something else on the car they will have me wait two hours and come back with only the oil change done and ignore my other requests. They have done these multiple times. When issues like that keeps repeating, clearly there is something wrong with the way things are handled with the customers.
On another time, I told them about a weird noise coming out from the wheel, and they couldn t find the issue. They say it looks fine. Until one time when some mechanic pointed out a broken linkage.

Justin was diligent in sales. We had a major hurdle during the sealing of the deal but they made a very satisfying outcome for us to complete the deal.
We had gotten a call from the dealership saying they could lower our interest rate. We had issues before with this dealership but we were willing to give them a second chance since the management changed. We expressed our situation and they told us to see what they could do. It wasn't too long that Todd had us looking at a newer truck with way less miles then our current truck. We didn't want to get to excited in case the numbers didn't work out. When we got back from test driving, we were told that they were able to lower our interest and also help us out. It was a way better experience all around and we were glad to be able to build a better relationship with this dealership.
Rick Reed was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond his job to make our experience the best it could be. We will return to Rick in the future and highly recommend him!
The mechanics and most of the staff are top notch , the work got done quick and correctly. I have always done my own repairs because I don't trust mechanics, too many times I have been ripped off locally when I was a kid, i wont mention names fosters , midas , grim , but my computer had to be reprogrammed or replaced so I took it to green they could not reprogram the computer back to stock so paid them and then I had to find a new computer and replace it , the car is old and they couldn't replace it. I got a new one and plugged it in over the weekend the new one required the keys be programmed in or the pats type.b will not allow the engine to run and only the dealer can reset your keys no local locksmith would touch the job trust me I called around. So I call green and ask to get a price and an appointment to get my keys added to the ecu the guy starts going on about how I can't work on my car in there lot and I would have to have it towed off there lot then towed back on to there lot, then transfers.me.to the service manager who gets wicked pissed when I say the computer is already in the car ,I tried to buy.it off you but you didn't have it I got it I want to get my car out of you guys way, thrn he repeats "the computer is already in the car" I reply yes both times He says bring the keys in we will see if we can program them for you. I call back and scedual an appointment I go in with the keys and cash to cover the quoted price of 57$ to program keys and an extra 10 for tax . I literally watched the guy fix my car he did awesome second time he turned it over it fired right up. I am thankful to him for bringing my toy of 18 years back to the living. The part I did not like was that the bill was more than double what they said it would be. One older guy at service desk seems angry at all times I assume he is the service manager even tho he seems to be angry and unpleasent every time you see or speak to him. if that guy got some Prozac or zoloft or even weed I'm sure everyone there would greatly appireciate it. That said I probably would never go back because of the fact that i had to pay double the quoted price.. I have always had great experience with green Chevrolet and I assumed that it would have been the same at all locations. It shouldn't cost over 120$ to program a key into the computer the quote was 57$ Lose a loyal customer just to make an extra 60 bucks. good plan. It's obvious dude was but hurt I put the computer in myself that he couldn't provide for me and that's why he charged me extra. When I asked about the price the reply I got was techobabble : uhh your car was different. .. I went along with it just to get away from there the extra money for the lesson that I learned . Just buy a good scan tool and do it yourself. Price was the same in the end. I know dude was just doing what he was told. As I left I did a big shiity in 2nd gear as I left tribute to the mechanic that programmed my keys

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! THEY RAISED THE PRICE HIGHER THEN ONLINE!! I went to buy a 2017 Ford F150 Listed for $33,958. Test drove it, really loved it. Went to go talk price since I was looking at some others online. The salesman left and came back with his mangers price of exactly that (no money down), but they gave me the sheet that's attached with the out the door price breakdown so $36,489.87 total. I say that's too much. They get their manager and he starts saying maybe he can lower it more, but no more then $500 off asking price. Making it just under 36K OTD. I say I'm not sure, he says if I buy it now he'll do $35,500. I want to finance through my bank so I say I'll come back in the next day they are open to talk about it. I get approved from my bank so I email the salesman asking for $33,500 or if they can't go down on price can they do some oil changes and add ons. He say he showed his manager and they made a good offer and to come in to talk about it. So I come in, they say the BEST they can do is 36K OTD. I ask about the 35.5K from the last day and they say that was just the price of the truck, not taxes and fees. I say that's more then listed online. They bring the manager over that made me the deal, he say's that wasn't a guaranteed deal and he couldn't actually do it for me, he was just trying to get me to buy it that day. So I'm a little upset but I'm not going to lose a truck over $500, so I agree to 36K OTD. we shake on it and start the paperwork. They come back about 10 min later saying that 36K OTD was with my current truck as a $1000 trade in. I say I never said that I was going to trade it in. They tell me that was their mangers mistake but in order to get the 36K I need to give them my truck too, if not it will be 37K out the door. I tell them that the online price and their online "E-price" is less then that out the door and remind them of the paper they gave me the last time I was in. They say they'll talk to their manager. They come back and say that he said the BEST they can do is 36K OTD with my truck and 37K OTD without and ask if I still want to do the deal. I ask for the full online price they offered me on the last day and they say it's not longer valid since I wont do the trade in. That means the BEST deal they could give me is $500 more then the online asking price and $650 more then the "e-price" I was guaranteed. I've attached pictures of the document they gave me and their website as of 04/22/2019. DO NOT TO BUSINESS HERE!!!! They kept raising the price for me and kept saying I was getting some sort of deal. BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!
Went in for some warranty work and a recall on my 2015 Ford Mustang GT 50th Anniversary Edition. Bought the car from Green Ford and wanted them to do the work even though it's over a 2 hour drive from where I live. Took over 4 hours to complete the work. Once done I found the decklid had 2 dents and the stripe on the top of the bumper was scratched. They looked the car over and are going to make repairs. Another appointment has been set up with the body shop. And once I got home I noticed that the rear view camera is not operating correctly. Called the service department back and they will look at that also. A lot of my time and gas spent to get work done on car. Not a very good experience so far.

Josh Nolan was a weath of knowledge about Mustangs and what made them an iconic symbol of muscle cars. Just sharing stories of the old mustangs and what they ment to each of us was more like a remember when conversation that a sales transaction. I had talked to Josh months before Green ford even recieved the new mustang and I had told him what i wanted. Then I heard nothing from him until the car I wanted showed up. That is the type of saleman that should be molded for building a dealership. I said what I wanted, so he didn't try to talk me into something else. Thank you Green Ford for empowering your sale force to be Neighbors, not militant.
Was able to get a great deal on my new car. All employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Still have been messaging me a few weeks after to make sure that everything is going good and that I am enjoying my car.
