Just bought my car yesterday and had an absolutely AWESOME experience. Sean Straley and Alex helped me to the fullest. They took their time to go over EVERYTHING with me, which in my previous experiences didn't happen at other dealers. I was recommended by others to come and I am glad I took the chance to go there, especially getting Sean to help me get a car. No pressure, just a lot of questions asked and answered. Very, very pleased!

I took her to be checked and they told me everything was alright and they didn't have any of the issues I experienced. I was in search of a more family friendly vehicle. I was recommended to go to Green Ford in Peoria and I am thrilled that I did. Caleb Wright helped me through all the steps and found an SUV in my price range that runs great and looks brand new inside and out. I even had my 2 year old with me both times I went to check things out and all the staff were understanding and interactive with her. She got snacks, popcorn, and a drink while waiting for us to go over everything. Super pleased with the customer service and quick care! Thanks guys!

Was going to drive thru lot and look but before I'm even halfway into parking lot, sales guys are running out the door, waving, flagging you down. If I'm interested in a car or truck, I'll stop and get out. I just stopped, turned around and left. I don't want to be hounded just to buy or even look. Sorry but it's how I feel.

Great Experience! My husband and I were looking for a truck for him through all different avenues, internet, dealers, driving around, etc. Long story short we weren't having the best luck. One night while out at dinner we met Kyle Warner, a Finish Line Sales Rep. From the moment we started explaining what we wanted to Kyle (which was during his free time after work I should highlight) until, even after we signed the papers and got the keys, he was nothing short of excellent! He was respectful to our wants, helpful to our search and more than exceptional in every other aspect of the car buying experience. We have already and will continue to recommend Kyle and Finish Line Ford to others.

Good experience, great sales team. Really helped me find what I wanted within my price range. And, best of all, my USED vehicle has a LIFETIME warranty on the drivetrain and any moving part in the motor... FOR FREE!! That alone makes it worth purchasing a new or used vehicle from Greene Ford. Greene Chevy, however, absolutely the worst customer service. I wrote a review that goes into detail, I highly suggest reading it before doing any business with them.

If you are looking to buy a Ford, I recommend you pay a visit to Calvin Binion at Green Finish Line Ford in Peoria, Illinois. He is a good man who will go the distance to find you what you want--on your timeline. That is what impressed me most. Even though I was "only looking" when we first met, he stayed in touch with a periodic email or phone call. Other dealers fogot me after the first contact. Not Calvin. He really nurtured the relationship until I was ready to buy. I am glad we were able to put together a deal and look forward to working with him again in the future.

As always, your dealership and service is outstanding. I have one problem though, that the primary purpose for me bringing the truck in was to get the oil changed. While there, I wanted the body work to be done, so I was disappointed to find out that it was there from Wednesday to Monday and never got the oil changed. Requiring me to return again

I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. My boyfriend s car broke today and basically it wasnt worth it to fix the problem and he was looking into a new car anyways. So we went to Green Ford and they talked everything up so much to my boyfriend. My boyfriend was even honest and stated that since everything happened on short notice, that he couldnt really put anything down for a down payment and he was hoping what they gave him for the car would cover it. He even told them he didn t want a newer model. They made him sit for almost 2 hours and then sent him home and said they would give him a call cause the systems were down . His whole day got wasted and he decided to put the money into fixing his car, to only have Ford call him back at 4pm to tell him that he has to put $2,000 down or it s a no. They wasted his whole damn day. Don t go there.

This shop is predatory at best. My wife called and received a quote to replace the front brakes for $175. I then received a phone call from your office first confirming the time and that we would be waiting and to try to sell me a new car. The day of the appointment my pregnant wife with her 3 children waited for 2 hours before the service desk updated the estimate for $479 before tax to replace the front brakes.

Explain to me how you forcing a woman with her 3 children to wait for 2 hours to then receive a new quote that was 274% higher than original. Note, there was no additional service added to the quote, it was still the replacement of the front rotors/pads just as what the original quote was supposed to be. When questioned about the wait, my wife was told they were shorthanded that morning... hmmm... I wonder if she could have been notified before the 9am appointment? Possibly, except that would imply that you actually cared about your customers. Instead, no, you don't even update the customer even when she is there, waiting, and force her to ask why the delay. Then, after waiting to make sure she gets stressed out enough, you then come with a HUGE price increase, to get the poor woman to agree to it just to get out of your torture shop. Thankfully, I have a wife with the kind of head on her shoulders to know when there is a predator around her and when to leave. She called me and said "I'm not willing to give my money to a place that clearly is trying to take advantage of me." We took our business elsewhere and got the front breaks replaced for less than the original quote.

Green Ford has an awful reputation in town, and this experience is just another example of the way that you prey on this community.

We were searching for a specific F350 & finally found it located in Peoria Illinois, but we lived I Kentucky. So the long distance questions & answers went on for at least 2 wks. We needed help financing because of our unique situation ( selling our house, buying a truck & moving to South Dakota). Daniel was immensely helpful with suggestions, advice on financing & coordinating the purchase. Great customer service & extremely helpful in making our plan happen.
We would definitely recommend their dealership, they went above & beyond to help us find our perfect truck.

Too bad there isn't a score LESS THAN ONE STAR!!! Literally 5 minutes before we finalized the deal, these scum bags jacked the price $10,000. Of course I bailed and the loser sales manager blamed it on "a human error." What a slimy car dealer and BILL PEARSON (owner) should be absolutely ashamed of the losers he employs. I already told 125 of my friends in an e-mail and vow to telle everyone else I meet. THEY ARE THE EPITOME OF WHAT THE CAR BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE.

It has been 2 years since you bought this car back due to the MANY issues it had. When you called last year to ask how the car was treating me I told you then that you (the dealership) bought it back and not to contact me again as I have no intention of ever doing business with you in the future. Now AGAIN my husband received a call asking how the car was and if we are satisfied with it. He is much nicer than I am and informed you of not having the car. Now since I'm not as nice, STOP CALLING!!! LOSE OUR PHONE NUMBERS! IF YOU CALL AGAIN I WILL BE TELLING YOU WHERE TO GO AND HOW TO GET THERE!!!!

Just got done purchasing a super cute little Saturn Ion from Steven Holly at Green Ford and OMG the hardest part was trying to keep the kids entertained lol They made it so easy and smooth and I can't wait to come back again when I'm in the market!! Oh and December will be great when I get to watch Steve hand wash my "new" car ;-)

The salesman gave me use of his computer to write a review before I ever left the lot after purchasing this vehicle. Now less than 3 weeks after having bought the car I have contacted the salesman and the sales manager in regards to empty promises of paperwork and a car that is not running the way a 1 owner, low miles, no accident, "clean retail" used car should run. After having called 3 times and being PROMISED the paperwork from the very start PRIOR TO PURCHASE I have still yet to receive it! I called and spoke to a manager last week who again PROMISED to have the papers on his desk when I arrived and again no papers and the run around of what has happened and it's always somebody elses fault! On top of which I was promised $200 off of the purchase of an extended warranty which I did purchase yet there is no $200 off mentioned in anything, yet another way I was screwed! Oh and can't forget how the salesman promised certain perks which were changed last minute AFTER the papers had been signed because he failed to get manager approval! Now they are getting their ONE chance to diagnose why this car has issues with the stuttering and sputtering. While I do not trust what they are going to tell me I trust MY mechanic so they better say the same thing as him!! I will update after I find the time to let them do their diagnoses.

After having continued issues and multiple repairs the dealership recognized that this vehicle was just not a quality car and bought it back. Their choice to offer to buy it back came as a bit of a surprise but EXACTLY what I was hoping for! They apologized for it and in my opinion they did they the right thing! Thank you Ashley Bradshaw for your assistance and willingness to satisfy a customer and to make things right!!

Think again before you take your car here for service. I had multiple terrible experiences but kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Finally broke up with them when I got my car serviced and they didn t pull my car around during the winter while pregnant. They gave me my keys and had me go to the poorly lit back lot with my toddler while icy.

Its been a pleasure since we blew in from Madison, WI. After emailing Sean about the 2011 Fiesta, its been a very positive and upbeat process from start to finish. Everyone in the dealership has been courteous to us while we waited for our financing to go through. They even gave me a great price to trade in my old 2001 Chevy Malibu. I was impressed by the whole appearance of the service department! It was clean and organized! The Servicemen smiled! It made me feel comfortable as a woman entrusting my vehicle with Ford! I might be biased as I am a long time customer.....there are no other vehicles I would rather drive ! I was treated with respect and even after I was told they were shorthand and I called for status 3 hrs later, Rob was still very pleasant when he explained my vehicle hadn t been started. I appreciated that, but I knew my vehicle was in great hands. Oh I forgot to mention the waiting area was excellent! Loved the little chest for the coffe condiments! As an accountant, I like the details! Keep up the great customer service!

If you're thinking about taking your car to Green ...

If you're thinking about taking your car to Green for service, I would suggest trying a different dealership. We recently brought a car here to have some recall work done. While the car was in the shop, another component in the vehicle stopped working. We brought the issue to the service managers attention and returned the car to the dealership. After the service department evaluated the failure, they indicated it was just coincidence that the part failed while it was in the shop and wanted to charge me $500 for the part. The car was fully functional when entering the shop and not working when leaving the shop. The service manager Mark was rather rude and even indicated I may be lying about the component working when it entered the shop. I did contact Ford corporate to open a case regarding the issue with this shop. To date, I have not been contacted by Ford or the dealership to remedy the issue. I bought the part used for $65 and will be replacing it myself. My only recourse at this point is to stop using this dealership for service or purchases, and will likely not purchase any additional vehicles from this manufacturer due to what I consider poor customer service. Please consider this review when evaluating your service options.
