Wife came in for warranty work (with our 3 year old) and was told it would take 20-30 minutes , over 2 hours later the work was approved but they didn't have part needed and had to set up another appointment. They where not appolegetic and could care less about customer satisfaction. Communication was also poor when it was taken in for pro pack and new key fob programing, which they didn't do and I had to wait another 30 minutes. This was our first and last experience with green Ford.
