I bought a 2013 F150 FX4 from them in 2017. They tried over charging me for a warranty at first. Then I pointed out the mistake in numbers $$ and they said it was a "paperwork error". Next, I brought it in for a FREE oil service and they charged me $$$. I thought i would give them one more chance to redeem themselves and scheduled them to put brand new brakes and rotors on. 3 days after installation the where grinding. I brought it back in to look at and 2 of the 4 brakes were installed wrong. They did replace no charge. Just 3 hours of my time. I refused to come back for ANYTHING !! It's been 13 month since the brake installation and guess what ???
I'm back here because, the brakes are grinding and the rotors are trash.
