I was extremely impressed with everyone at the dealership. All of the staff whom I encountered greeted me with a cheerful smile and a "hello," and I was offered help multiple times. My salesman, Arthur Pannell, was especially cheerful and helped me throughout the entire buying process. I really felt he had my best interests at heart, and I have confidence that he'll be there for any future needs on the car. I would recommend Arthur and this dealership!

He worked with me and helped me to take home the car that was for me and at a good price. The next time I'm looking for a New or Used car I will start with Finish Line Ford and Calvin, before possibly branching my search outward.

Quite honestly, the best car-buying experience ever. Everyone from the salesperson John Mabee to finance manager Charlie Vaccaro to GM Ashley Bradshaw made this experience amazing. John was patient and didn't pressure us whatsover.....consulted and let us make our decision. Charlie fought hard to find us the right deal and went the extra mile to secure better financing. Jay in the body shop was the best part of my experience. I took my van in to have it estimated due to an accident. This dealership was said to be a part of State Farm perferred service or something along that line. I was told parts were going to be ordered, 2 days later I got a call saying I had to come in and pay for my parts because your shop doesn't take 3rd party checks which I was told was fine when I went in to get the estimate. That was a inconvenience since I had to wait longer for my parts and I do not work Or live close by the dealership.When I took my van in I was told it would take 5 days. I picked my car up on Friday was told everything was complete except the wheel that was ordered was incorrect so I'd have to come back once the correct wheel was in. Overall my van looked great drove off the lot. After 5 mins of driving my van died and smoke was coming out from under my hood. Not only was I stuck on a busy road but nothing in my van would work. I called the body shop and was told there was nothing worked on under the hood but Jay was going to come to me and see what he could do. I also called a friend to help me move my van onto a side street so I wasn't blocking traffic. Once the hood was popped my friend notice a wire was fried which was the cause of my van not working. This wire was connected to a tube that was by or connected the battery which obviously was removed when I was having worked done on my van and not put back in the correct place because of this oversight I have burn marks on parts under my hood that were not there when I took my van in. My driver side window also does not roll down properly like it did before my wreck which I believe should of been checked before I picked up my van since that was something that had to be fix from the accident. I didn't appreciate the fact that I was told nothing was worked on under the hood but clearly things were removed to have a new fender put on and that oversight has caused other damages to my van that were not present at the time of purchase. I don't believe that nothing was touched under my hood because my presets on my driver seat were reset and my clock on my dash was 30 mins behind. Overall this experience was horrendous the only thing that made my review 2 stars was Jay and his great customer service and helping me temporarily fix my van and getting me on the road again.

Excellent first time car buying experience! Todd Luczaj provided accurate answers to all of my questions, and made sure he found the right person for me to ask if he didn't know. Todd worked out test drives of several cars I was interested in, making sure the vehicles were ready to go. Great overall buying experience.

I live in Chicago, and Derek took the time to make the car buying process as easy and painless as possible, so I was ready to go when I got to Peoria. Hands down the most crooked place I have ever delt...

Hands down the most crooked place I have ever delt with!! Never have a vehicle repaired by the backyard mechanics that work here!! Horrible customer service!! They Jimmy rigged wiring in my car instead of fixing it the right way and broke my remote start that cost me $400 in the process. When I confronted them they told me that they don't even know if my remote start even worked in the first place. Funny how I use it every day. All this was after 2 weeks of them having my car in the shop!! This place must have recruited their employees from the carnival that passed through town!! Buyers & Consumers BEWARE!!!!

As I am happy with my vehicle and what seemed like great customer service it took a total of three months for the paperwork to be finalized. On top of that I was given state plates for the car and when I went back to the dealership they took them back and put on temp plates making me pay again for my plates. I was then told by a manager I would be called so they could, at the very least apologize for such awful service, but never ended up receiving a call from them. They have great vehicles but it's very difficult to recommend a dealership with such outstandingly terrible customer service and values.

When I first setup my appointment for a safety recall, whoever setup the appointment did not know a tool was needed to perform the repair and that Green did not have the tool. I happened to reschedule my appointment and the service person did inform me that they did not have the tool but said I could come and have the safety inspection performed. I setup the inspection and brought in my truck. After waiting, I was informed that Green needed another tool just to perform the inspection. This was a complete waste of my time.

John Mabee our sales man was awesome! We drove 1 1/2 hours to see a certain suv, but didn't like that one we ended up looking at 3 other one. We made our decision based on John knowledge and kindness. Josh the finance guy worked with us. We even brought our own financing but because of him we used a bank he recommended. Both of those guys went above and beyond. It was Friday and the lot closed at 7, however we never left there until 8:45. Never once did they make us feel in a rush. Thanks again Green ford for your amazing staff!

I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone who's actually interested in being treated as a valued customer. I was paired with a salesman who was interested in selling me a car, but not interested in the process of it. He didn't even listen to me when I described what I was interested in buying. He tried to show me a vehicle that only met one of the requirements that I had and then passed me off to another individual who did the test drive with me when I asked for a specific car. It was terribly unprofessional and I was left sitting multiple times for roughly 15 minutes or so on each occurrence. Definitely won't be back and if anyone asks for my opinion, I'll send them elsewhere.

The wait for an Oil change and tire rotation took much longer than I had planned for. However, the atmosphere of the waiting area was very pleasant and accommodating, everything was comfortable and convenient, it made the wait more acceptable.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The only real concern I had is they offered to replace my windshield wiper blades for $30.00. I refused because, i thought the dealer price would be too high, and it was a brand new vehicle that I only had for 6 months. afterwards, I checked them my self, and I could not see anything wrong with them. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Don't believe I would go there again for a vehicle. Too many issues with vehicle that are hidden. Tires going bad as soon as car rolls off lot. Negotiated certain repairs with subject to those and then when it come for final paperwork it is not there and they "forgot" about until reminded. Buyer beware.

I had mixed experience when I bought my 2012 Ford Focus one year ago. My sales representative Kyle Warner was very good. He did not try to sell me something I didn't want and the experience was one of the most pleasant ones I have had in purchasing a used car. The finance guy on the other hand was by far the worst experience I have had. When I passed on the extended warrantee, he simply would not take no for an answer. I had to threaten to walk out before he would relent. I have taken my car in a few times for oil changes and other service and their service group is outstanding, but it took me a long time to get over the high pressure tactics of (one of) their finance guys.

Absolutely worst experience ever!!! How can approve someone for a loan, give the customer the car, then after 2 months get a call to return the car because your loan wasn't approved? No one can give straight answers. The manager was a true JERK and didn't know nothing. After all the bs he gets upset because I'm upset and tthreatens to call the police if I didn't leave the key and car. Wow, I can't believe this can happen then get disregarded like your hard earned money means nothing. I thought this was a blessing. Instead it's an unwanted, unnecessary horrific experience. I have been using this dealership since they were Finish Line Ford and now green I've had my car for 10 years there I had an extended warranty this last time and I went to have my car looked at I made an appointment for a loud noise and then the night before I dropped it off I had a different issue so I had it towed there to have them look at that issue I got the feeling they didn't really want to diagnose the problem they asked me how far to go look into it but for me to make a decision whether or not I wanted to pay to have it done I kind of needed to know what was wrong. the first issue was never really addressed I found out that some of the work they did was covered by a previous warranty from Ford but it had expired for my car I was a little disappointed because I have been going there with extended warranty and this issue should have been addressed a long time ago but now that my extended warranty was over i ended up paying for service that should have been covered by Ford the cap to the plug for the diagnosis was not replaced it was left out in my cup holder and I just feel like this time around I really didn't get a good service with the issues I'm having the car. now my car has a hundred and sixty five thousand miles so I know that part of it is how much are we really going to spend on that kind of mileage but I really don't want to buy a new car at this moment so I'm kind of stuck.

Planned to install myself to get to work asap, but they assured me it'd be quick and free install on batteries.

45 minutes later I'm out the door, very quick for showing up without appointment.

Facility very clean, personnel incredibly friendly.

Waiting are very comfortable. I saw soda and popcorn machines, I assume that was for customers.... but wasn't there long enough to take part.

I stopped by Finish Line Ford to get a oil change done on my Saleen Mustang since I am new in the area. Since I have owned the car, I have never paid over $80.00 bucks for oil change service to include synthetic and these guys were trying to charge me double the price.

What was so bad is that he thought that his pricing was correct. I took my vehicle right down to Green Cheverolet and paid about $75.00 dollars for oil change services and they did a full check of the vehicle. If you are a "Ford" dealer and you are losing business to a GM dealer on vehicle services it ought to tell you something?

Green has my business for both of my vehicles and will continue to do so!

Finally, everything came together and he got me a great deal on a VERY well maintained preowned car. Here's the kicker: Derek is my ex-husband. Run away. Run, run, away. Spoke with a sales representative for 4 hours over text messages about trying to buy a new 2019 Ford Fusion. We chatted about the current incentives and I told him the price I was finding at other dealers and he said they would gladly accept that price. Needless to say, we went to the dealership to purchase this automobile (my wife and two toddlers with me) and after over 90 minutes of waiting and paperwork decided to tell me that the car was $4,000 more than we had agreed upon. I showed the text messages that were extremely clear and even the manager there said there was nothing they could do.
I emailed and called the next morning and did receive a call back from the service manager while I was busy but i have texted and called him back with no response.
I am extremely frustrated and don't usually take to writing negative reviews but I was deceived and manipulated to try to make a sale. The shadiest part was when they were showing us our monthly payments. they were almost $100 more than we were budgeting and then we asked for an itemized breakdown of the charges and they would not even provide us with how much they were charging until we were threatening to leave. The kept trying to say "oh here we will take another $500 off" or "what can we do to earn your business". For starters Green Ford you can honor the prices that your salesman negotiated and realize that there is hard proof that he said it not once, not twice, but three times. If you can't stand behind your word what kind of company are you? As I was leaving the manager tried to tell me that he could show me other Ford Fusion SE but he just couldn't sell this one for that price because it was $2,000 more. I will only purchase the car I spoke to them about at the price he agreed upon. Well, is $2,000 worth all of this, Green? Why not just stick by the word of your employees and not waste your customers time.
Maybe this post will cause someone to finally contact me. I thought sending the email to the general manager with a copy of the text message exchange would warrant further investigation and concern but clearly not.
Good Luck, Green Ford...you lost all of my respect and business.

Still having exhaust fumes in my 2017 ford explorer I had to put a carbon dioxide monitor in my SUV because ford won't fix it they said can't figure it so take it home dropped a lot of money for their product will proablely be the last time I buy a ford very disappointed in the service and product now I'm stuck with a dangerous car I'm not comfortable with putting my grandkids in this is a terrible way to treat your customers

There have been so many issues with my parents car they asked me to take over. Green Ford has used every excuse to not return a phone call that I have ever heard. The Escape was purchased from them. Sadly THOUSANDS of dollars and five visits later the car still leaks oil! The service writer physically hides from father I can't get anyone but the lady whom answers the phone on a phone and that was not a good experience. They seem to be too busy taking advantage of the next person than actually dealing with the customers who already gave them their business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this dealership unless you have the time, patience, and money to argue debate. Personally the time to write this was something I didn't have but people need to know....more so those who are retired hard working people who just trust and don't enjoy the silly games of hiding and the harsh ones of watching the retirement go to a dealership.

Poor customer service. I had 2 bad motocraft batteries that was still under warranty parts manager Paul refuse to honor the warranty. I am life long Ford customer our company has over 20 ford trucks in our fleet we service all our vechiles with ford. I will never visit or recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service in this dealership is horrible if you see a customer carring two batteries and you have several service men standing around and not one even offer to open door for you that should have been a sign of poor customer service and i should turn around then.

Kevin Sidell also known as the business manager had provided me with multiple options that were affordable and up to me. I chose the first one because I fell in love with it, and it was perfect for my family! He is honest, respectable, professional, and the best he follows up with his customers. I would recommend Finish line Ford anytime if you need a vehicle and if its used or off the internet ask for Kevin. Five stars all the way, I would give six if I could. :)

Service experience March 2019: Scheduled an appt on March 1 for transmission oil flush and filter change, charged $260. When I got home, checked the transmission oil pan, it wasn't removed (no seal change, no witness marks on the bolts), therefore it wasn't possible to have filter change. Took it back to shop, they confirmed they forgot to change filter. So then I decided to pull the transmission oil dip stick, and found the oil was very dirty, meaning now I have confirmation that the oil was never flushed either. Took it back to the shop March 9, they agreed to change filter, and redo the flush that never happened, at no extra charge. First I'm really upset they charged me for providing 0 service, and if I hadn't checked, they would have got away with it. Second, I'm upset about wasting another 2.5 hours at the dealership for a 2nd time. The 3rd, after the 2nd service, my underbody sheild wasn't reattached in 1 of 4 spots, and now that fastener is missing. Very poor experience.

Sales Experience in Aug 2018 was disappointing after sale. When seeking follow support, the team seemed more interested in their survey versus helping resolve the issues.

Edit: working with Ashley, she helped resolved some of the issues. She's really good.

I have been a customer at Green Ford since they were Finish Line, but have been very disappointed with my recent service. I have had a few warranty claims performed on my cars and they have all required multiple trips because either the incorrect part was installed or a panel was not properly secured after service. While I was frustrated that those repairs weren t done right the first time, I appreciated their willingness to correct the issues.

However, the last straw was when they stripped the drain plug threads on my oil pan during a routine oil change, proceeded to tell me that oil pans are wear items (and therefore they aren t responsible for any damages done to them), and charged me $500+ to replace the oil pan. I suggested to the service desk and the general manager that they helicoil the existing pan or perform some other repair option to the existing pan, but they refused to do anything other than the full oil pan replacement. They also would not accept any responsibility for damaging my oil pan (this car was purchased from this location and they have performed most, if not all, service procedures over the life of the car).
