I bought a 2014 Ford Focus at Green Finish Line Ford. Everyone there was so courteous and helpful. My salesman was Rick Kortemeier and he made the experience fun and less painful since I have not bought a car in 10 years. Rick was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very helpful. I would recommend Green and Rick Kortemeier to everyone.

My experience this time was not good. I arrived at 1145 for just an oil change. I was told there were a few cars ahead of me but it should be done in about 45 minutes. At 2 I went to see what the hold up was. The guy in the shop had no idea where the paper work was or the keys. After waiting for this guy to figure things out he takes my vehicle in right away. 20 minutes later the same guy tried to blame everything on the previous worker instead of owning up the mistake. Barely got an apology for waiting over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Even if it was that busy no bother to check on us. Hard telling how much longer i would have sat there if i hadnt asked about my vehicle. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

I have Ford F150 Ecoboost. The one where the engine cuts off at red lights ya know. Last Thursday night I had a Charging Service System Now pop up on my dash twice on my way home. I called them Friday morning to bring it in. I was told Monday would be the earliest I could get in. Also told them after watching a utube video it might be the alternator. I was told we've seen this before its probably just a sensor. Friday night I tested to see how it was doing and it was completely dead. Called Saturday morning to have it towed and got road side assistance. Waited till Monday to see what was wrong and they said loose connection we fixed it all is good. Come get it. On my way home same indication popped up. Went right back and got a loaner. So now on Wednesday they confirmed it was the alternator and replaced it, came and got it, was not told sorry for all the inconvenience was told to fill gas tank on loaner and that was that. I'm sorry but if costomer satisfaction is number one you failed. I will not return. Why should I fill your gas. You owe me the time you wasted and the gas you used up in my car testing it to see if this time you actually fixed it. Also my truck is a 2018 with 10500 miles so it was under warranty.

Took car in for oil change and when I picked it up it had a pretty sizeable dent next to the liftgate window WHICH WAS NOT THERE when it was dropped off. It is such a big noticeable dent that I know had to have occurred while on their premises. When asked about it they denied it and called a 2nd person in that I have no idea who she was and she said that she saw it on there when it came in. (NOT TRUE). They gave me an estimate from their body shop for over $600 to fix. I'm at there mercy and have no recourse. NOW WHAT? I think I know my car much better than they do would know if that huge dent was there previously. It is at eye level and could not have gone unnoticed. I would like to see if management really cares enough to follow up on this complaint and do the right thing. I have purchased 3 Escapes, two from that location - never again! AND for the record, I am looking for a new car.

Green Ford's service was great!
They got me in right away and were able to work around my schedule. I am from out of state and was in town for business. My vehicle needed some immediate attention. They were able to order parts and they were there the next day. I took my vehicle there in the morning and they had me out the door in 2 hours. I am very satisfied with this dealership!

I wasn't even going in with the mindset of buying a new car. But when I got there, Caleb Wright asked me what I would be interested in if I were to buy a new car, and I explained. He showed me my different options and had me take them for test drives. He spoke about trade in value for my current vehicle and my payment options, all the bells and whistles. Needless to say, I ended up leaving Green Ford with a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. Thanks to the help of Caleb Wright and staff!

He answered all of my questions about the car and was able to offer a lot of information about it as well. He then had me take a look at the other cars on the lot to ensure that I got the car that I wanted. After looking at several different makes and models, and test driving many, he was able to help me to make the right choice. Consider this review a PSA. If you want to be treated with respect, avoid Green Finish Line Ford. If you don't want to be manipulated and pushed into a vehicle you're unsure about, avoid Green Finish Line Ford.

My wife and I walked into the dealership and immediately liked a vehicle on the lot, but we hated the color. The upper management smelled blood in the water. We regrettably agreed to give them a $500 deposit while they brought in the vehicle in a different color. As people tend to do, we changed our mind, and were no longer interested in the vehicle. When my wife went in to get our deposit back the sales manager absolutely lost it. He treated my wife like a child, berating her for backing out, and basically throwing an all-around tantrum.

You would think car dealerships would understand the fact that people change their minds, but not this one. The man-baby sales manager offered to send us a check for half our deposit , which my wife agreed to, but after a month I'm sure you can guess if we've received that check.

TLDR: Green Finish Line Ford cheated us out of $500 and treated my wife like dirt.

Terrible experience. Drove 2 1/2 hours each way to test drive a car for my daughter. Multiple communication with Susan salesperson who assured Saturn Outlook we were interested in was in great condition Had been the Green Fords extensive pre check by their service department and wouldn t last long. When we arrived Met with Susan & Hank for test drive. 1st noticed left rear tail light cover gone. Passenger side mirror broken, passenger side rear window stuck 1/2 way down. Headlights not working as well as front & rear heat/AC not working properly. Horrible experience very disappointing. Never again.

So happy with my experience with Daniel at Green Ford I had no idea about how much I didn't know that would have made his assistance easier on him! He worked out everything for me and helped me with any other decisions that made my purchase less stressful I can't thank him enough for how many issues he had to deal with for me. What an amazing person that never worried about the sale when I mentioned I had too many things on my plate and couldn't go through with a purchase, but he knew all of my concerns as well as my work schedule and didn't stop till I was happy and at ease!

I called about an Audi Q7 on Tuesday twice with no one available who could answer my questions. I was told that someone would be calling me back in a few minutes which never happened. Jake returned my call Wednesday and left me a message. I was unable to answer but almost immediately called him back and left him a message to please return my call. I have not heard back from anyone at Finishline until today, Friday when Samantha called. Due to the lack of punctuality and in my mind bad service received from Jake I decided to buy my wife a hard to find red Q7 elsewhere. I would like a general manager to explore where the disconnect in customer service is.

Service department is hit or miss. Their manager seems good but I've had a couple of the younger mechanics leave a mess in my engine bay on occasion and they didn't provide a print out with the alignment to show that they actually adjusted anything.

All the people here care about is making a sale... After that, they dont show care for problems you may have with your vehicle and treat you like a number... Its a shame when a single dealer can make me never want to buy a Ford vehicle again

In 2012 I bought a 2012 Ford Focus. I had nothing but problems and issues with it among several recalls (mainly transmission recalls). I went back to the dealership and we worked out a deal that if I paid $2,000 more I could get a newer better car that didn't have any of the issues my current car had. So I paid the extra money and got the 2013. Come to find out when I am having the same exact problems...the 2012 and the 2013 have identical transmissions. So essentially they sold me the same car twice. To this day in the year 2017 I am in a lawsuit with ford motor companies. (The manufacturer not the dealership.) Which is unfortunate because my actual issue is with the dealership itself for tricking me into buying the same car knowing it had the same issues instead of having me buy a safe and reliable vehicle as promised. I have spent a heartbreaking amount of time at the dealership and money on repairs. I am appalled with the situation and I will forever hate Ford for this. Worst new car experience ever. I will literally NEVER buy a new car again specifically because of THIS dealership.

Got a random salesperson, Bob, as I did not have a previous relationship with anyone at Green Ford.

He showed me the car my daughter saw online the night before, which happened to be in the showroom. We made plans for my daughter to come back the next day. Bob met us, took a test drive, then talked about financing details. We quickly came up with a plan, even though we were under time constraints because of my daughters work schedule. We returned to sign the papers Friday morning, and my daughter drove away with her new Ford. Her smile reveals the 5 stars.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. It was only a Ford Festiva so the price point was already low and not much room for movement, so the sale went quickly and smoothly.

We test drove the f350 truck & really liked it but after much discussion among ourselves er decided to drive a F150 to see how much room there was & way it drove. We decided on the F150 since we don't do that much towing. Dan was very good to work with and I would recommend family & friends to Green Ford do to the excellent service he provided us.

I recently bought a car at Greens Finish Line Ford. My salesman was Jeff Jackson. I've delt with many ford dealerships and this has been my best experience yet. They have a great selection of cars and very helpful sales team. My specific salesman was outstanding he answered every question and if didn't know the answer he found out not just lied like I've had happen before. Also when a deal didn't work out he guided me a different direction which I'm just as happy with. Overall I am very pleased with the experience I had and I will definitely be going back.

We dropped the car off and the service was completed on a timely basis. We looked at new cars/trucks in the showroom while we were there. Your facility is a far cry from the old Menard's building. I bought a used Dodge Caravan from Green Ford. The salesman was very nice and the transaction went smoothly. However, the power steering was serviced and the hoses not tightened. The fluid leaked out twice. The service department denied responsibility. Green Ford serviced the brakes and did not tighten one front wheel lug nuts properly and the wheel broke off. The car collapsed on a roadway. The service department denied responsibility but fixed it. The tow company they hired damaged the body and Green ford would not fix it. The owner of Green Ford would not return any of my phone calls. Green Ford service department is careless and/or incompetent management is unpleasant and in my opinion unscrupulous. The Ford corporation customer service would not intercede on my behalf. Green ford endangered my daughters life with incompetence and I do not think anyone should do business with them.
