The folks at detail dental are wonderful. The staff is helpful making you feel comfortable, they made me feel as relaxed as possible at a dentist. The dentist was very communicative and make sure I had all my questions answered. They also helped me maximize my insurance benefit usage
I have seen both Dr. Chisler and Dr. Spandau. Both are excellent and have taken wonderful care of my teeth. The staff from the front desk to the hygienists are wonderful and put you at ease. I always know if they suggest a treatment plan that it is needed. They are also very good at fitting you in if you have an emergency. If you want excellent dental care this is the office for you!!
Dr. Chisler is wonderful! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, but he does a great job of making me comfortable. Even my 3 children like going to see him! He is very gentle and caring, and I have been extremely happy with all the dental work he has done for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I had a crown that had come loose and called Detail Dental. Robin and Angela were very helpful and fit me in early the next morning. Dr Chisler was very professional and friendly and took care of my problem. The dental assistant was very attentive and informative. Thank you!
I've been going to Dr Spandeu since 1985, she's the most caring and gentle dentist. DR Chisler is extremely nice too, he hasn't done any work on me yet, but I'm sure he will be great also. All of the staff are very kind and caring they make you feel at ease. This is a great dental office.
I had an emergency appointment to replace a broken tooth. The total professionalism of the group is amazing. Mouth scanned, tooth defined on CAD, and water jet created on site. I watched live as my tooth was created. Perfect fit first time. Whole process in less than two hours. Thank you!

I had a great experience! I was very comfortable with numbing medicine, TV, a heated lavender neck wrap, water and lip balm. Dr Chisler is very nice and personal. After working 2-12 hour shifts it was nice to be pampered!
While going to the dentist isn t something I look forward to, the staff at Detail Dental make it as comfortable as possible. They hygienist and dentist are kind, compassionate and informative. It takes the anxiety of going to the dentist away.
Going to the dentist can cause anxiety but the staff here are great. They put you at ease and I have always felt I am in the best care. The new dentist is incredible just like Carolyn Spandau has been to me!

I have been to a lot of different dentists in my lifetime and Detail Dental is my favorite. The dentist (Chris Chisler) and all of the employees are extremely nice and considerate. They are very careful not to hurt you and to listen to you and answer all of your questions. I have never had to wait more then 5 minutes and they don't rush you in and out! They treat you like family!!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chrisler! I went back as soon as the Governor allowed dental offices to reopen. They took my temperature and were they all wearing protective masks and gloves. I felt completely safe and comfortable. I had multiple crowns pain free and was treated very gently. His assistant was very pleasant and comforting throughout the procedure. And, she brought me a blanket! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
Had another really good experience today. Everything went well, and the cleaning and exam were thorough. Timely, as always. I called when I arrived and they told me it was safe to come on inside. No one waits in the waiting room yet due to Covid-19 restrictions. I felt they had done a good job taking precautions to help protect everyone. I ll definitely continue coming here!

Detail Dental is amazing. The staff there is so friendly and gentle. I'm normally not a big fan of the dentist - all the bleeding and touching my teeth part doesn't appeal to me - however, with these dental hygienists at Detail Dental, I feel at ease. Love this place!!!

I have been a patient with Dr. Carolyn Spandau since 1986. She is so wonderful and now she has found the perfect people to carry the torch as she rides slowly into retirement. Dr Chisler and all the girls in the office are just wonderful and so kind! I haven t meet Dr. Viernes but I m sure she is a perfect fit!

Just moved to Indianapolis and found the Detail Dental team. I am fanatical about my teeth and so having a good dentist is important. I loved the staff here at Detail Dental. They were friendly and welcoming. The first exam was one of of the more thorough first visits I have ever had from the x-rays of my teeth and the mouth, neck and jaw check. Dr. Chisler was friendly and explained their approach. The front desk also explained their cost which includes an internal annual financing program for those that don't have insurance. Overall great experience. Looking forward to my first cleaning in July.

First dentist I have been to in years where I was comfortable in the chair. Dr. Chisler was friendly and understood my fear of dental work. I didn't even feel the shots. Would recommend if you have had bad previous experience with dentists.
Dr. Spandau has always been a very good dentist. I appreciate gentle touch and her professionalism. She explains everything and why the issue happened. She goes the extra step to insure her prognosis is correct and in the best interest of her patient. She cares about her patients. What more do you want from a dentist.
I never thought I could be happy with a new dentist after having Dr. Spandau for so many years, but Dr. Chisler has met and exceeded my expectations. He always looks for the least expensive option for me before suggesting something more costly. He has great chair-side manner and truly cares about his patient s well-being. The office staff are friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with whenever you have any questions or insurance issues.

Dr. Harrison did my cleaning and he was very gentle and thorough. My X-rays were taken by Jenna Who was very gentle and efficient.

Tried a new dentist today for a concern I had with one of my teeth. Chris was friendly & Tonya was great too. I was able to get my teeth cleaned too. The only negative would be that after I got home I thought I would have liked to have been shown more of the process to fix my tooth with an overlay. Not a usual filling.
Tonya answered all of my questions, but I m more of a visual person. This was an expensive fix. I m hoping to continue to trust them for all my dental needs. I bought their in house ins too
