Waited for over an hour even with an appointment, spent a lot of money over the term of my lease to find out it expired in April?
Never was explained as to it expiring at lease signing.
Oil change and tire rotation $71.00?
I had one remaining maintenance, just time expired.
Thank you Jesus they were able to get it approved.

Super unhappy with this dealership. Ben told me that I can't actually build a Telluride SX Prestige. That building isn't an option. We have to locate it at another dealership and that will add on an addendum to our price. This type of misinformation needs to stop. You work there for goodness sake. Ben, you took away your dealerships ability to make easy money on me with building my car through you. I hope more people know how.kuch they are being lied to by this dealership

I would give zero stars if I had the option! I called to check about buying a brand new car and now my phone rings 3 or 4 times a day with this dealership wanting to sell me a car. I specifically asked multiple times for them to let me get with them when my schedule opened up to drive the hour to the dealership with no avail! I work long hours and get home in the early morning hours only to have the dealership calling to wake me up at 8am trying to get me to come in for a "deal" . I'm at work and they are blowing up my phone with emails, text messages, phone calls and voicemail . They literally have called and texted me 5-6 times a day for the last week!!
Then when you tell them I'm at work, I'm sleeping I just got home, they get an attitude and hang up on you. If they are that hard up for a sale that they become like telemarketers perhaps they should reevaluate their sales methods. This last week has been a giant frustration and the lack of sleep from their solicited phone calls has been utterly ridiculous!
I do not suggest you contact them unless you have a completely open schedule and are just bored and need someone to call your phone.
My second horrible experience with a kia dealership and seriously has me rethinking buying another kia EVER again!!!
If the experience is this bad when you're just looking at possible buying a car from them I can only imagine what it would be like if I actually bought a car from them!!

Beware! I initially went to take my 2005 Kia van in for a simple tune- up since it had over 100,000 miles on it. I was reassured that the mechanics were experts and were certified so I felt confident that my van would be taken care of. Miles, a rep there called to say the van was ready, but when I drove the van off the lot, it sputtered and the engine light came on. I drove back, lifted the hood, and saw that things weren't plugged in!! They were apologetic and said they would make sure everything was in order. The next day, I went to pick it up again, same problem! The mechanics don't test drive your vehicle after they work on it! My van is still not driveable and it's been at the dealership for a week! My van worked perfectly fine before taking it to Keffer Kia.

Unprofessional behavior by one of the sales guy(do not want to name him here) , didn t make us feel welcomed, didn t talk any of the features when in the car, was busy on his own while in the car. On top of it, when we didn t want to make a purchase there based on our preference he started throwing his silly attitude on us (looks like $42k is too cheap for him!) Never ever faced such worst experience by a sales person this way! Just lost 2 customers, oh yea, it won t matter to him anyways!

Henney/Hennie (I m so sorry I didn t get spelling) did AMAZING work on my car, and even rode with me after I was afraid something was wrong to listen and explain to me what was going on. OUTSTANDING service and definitely deserves a raise if possible! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Even let me bring my rabbit inside while work was being done on my vehicle. Words cant describe how thankful I am for their help. Thank you again, and huge shoutout to Henny!!!

I just leased a new CX5 with the assistance of Brandon Teague at Keffer Mazda. Brandon and team did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable and helpful and it was a pleasant experience. I love Mazda, this is my second one, I previously had a 3 for 9.5 years. I recommend Mazdas, as well as sales associate Brandon Teague at Keffer Mazda. Also love love love the CX5 so far!

They found us a car that had all of the features we wanted and worked feverishly to get the lease payment we needed. Greg, Lee, Terry and Michael are great and we are very happy with the car we received. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal.

He also told me some important information about what I needed to do with my personal information and he will keep his word on everything that he promised. Went in today to look at a used car. After spoke to Lorenzo to confirm the car was available and I was told that it was and drove more than 50 minutes to the dealership (I live in S. Charlotte). Despite calling ahead to confirm the car was available and after a 50 minutes drive and about a 25 minutes wait, one of the salesman came out and told me "we couldn't sell the car due to problems arises when he tried to pull the car out, engine light was on".
Which was fine considering the car could have problems, except when I tried to search on craigslist 4 hours later and the same ad appeared again displaying it was posted 6 hours earlier, which mean whoever was in charged of online marketing still thinks the car is still for sale or that I was lied to.

Do not waste your time trying to get service done here. They had my car for three weeks and did nothing except try to get me to pay for an unneeded non-warranty repair. I called 5-6 times and gave them my contact number each time and today when I went to pick it up they said there was no number of file. They never looked at the car until this morning. And the car had the exact same issue that was remedied by another Kia service department three years ago and I made that clear and gave them the contact info of the other dealership. Extremely frustrating.

Do to my wife finding out a year ago she was type 1 dibetic with no health insurance you can guess how good my credit is trust me its bad. I called keffer kia in mooresville they told me come in we will take care of you. 2 hours later I walked out with a nice kia forte with little down and at a good price. They have a customer for life i will buy throw them again.

Everyone from management to staff are there to help and provide excellent service. I purchased my certified preowned Kia from them and the sales department is also the BEST!! Great atmosphere. By far the worst experience of my life at a car dealership. Do not go here. Not only are the sales people unprofessional but the finance department and the store manager is terrible. I would definitely take my business else where. They will rip you off and push you to buy a car and then constantly harass you. Take your business where it s appreciated.

We have had nothing but trouble from this dealership. We bought a new Sedona from Keffer and the same day we took delivery the back up camera would stop working randomly. The salesman even saw it. After 6 visits and threatened legal action against the dealership did they finally fix it and not just drive the van through the service area and say nothing was wrong.

Recently they have started publishing coupons saying they have a $34.95 oil change and you find out when you get there that this doesn't include the filter, which doubles the price.

They are a dishonest business and should be avoided at all costs.

I've bought several vehicles here and know nearly all the long term employess at the dealer. Bar none, everyone is great to do business with. From sales, to parts, to service, and even just to stop in and vist, they treat you like family in the best possible use of that phrase.

Good, good people; great cars, great value, no reason ever to regret purchasing a KIA and buying it here at Keffer. They really do care that you love your car, and, break their backs addressing any issue including giving the best purchase deal possible, followed up by awesome service.

The GM, Dwayne Smith, has worked hard to build a great team; he remembers his customers and spends much of his day being accessible on the sales or service floors greeting or visiting with customers; it's clear his employees appreciate him from sales to vehicle detailing. Other great employees include LeighAnn Pernetto, Shannon Moore, Shawn Tate, Justin Schlittenhardt, Miles Crovitz, Jeff Allred and even the telephone 'staff' Yvonne. All are a delight to work with; no better place to get your vehicle and to be treated like a friend instead of an obligation!

About a year ago I buy a 2016 Kia Sorento, they told me when the year of me paying to the car I could get the Sorento fully loaded but today I talk to Kia and they told today that not correct, the sales person will tell you anything to sell you the car, not happy

Recently purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride Nightfall ...

Recently purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride Nightfall Edition. Windshield cracked and spider webbed with less than 50 miles on the car, approximate cost I'm told is around $900 by Safelite. Only discovered the 2020 windshield issues after having this one myself. No longer any warranty or goodwill gesture for the '21's since being "fixed". I have held off on the review but after being given the run around by both Kia Corporate and the dealership, we're left with the option to either lawyer up or eat the cost ourselves. Dealership claims they are unable to fix due to a blemish on the outside of the windshield which looks to be damage. Makes perfect sense except we just bought the vehicle the day before and literally had only driven it about 9 miles to our house. I have pictures that seem to show the damage prior to the spider webbing even though I didn't notice it beforehand. Probably wasn't smart to buy the vehicle after dark, but I work for a living and am limited on time. Highly disappointed in the dealings we have had though so far and time that was wasted trying to sort this mess out. Calls were ignored, call returns didn't happen. The only advice I got from keffer kia, was "Well you have insurance don't you?" Hopefully this helps someone avoid going through the same.

I just want to say that the customer service at Keffer Kia is outstanding. Both Chris and Ben assisted me without hesitation. I was coming home from a drill (navy reserves) when my check engine light came on, my cruise control stopped working and I called to get to the service department. Having that the service dept closes at noon on Saturdays- I was directed to Chris. I explained my situation and he told me to come in and they would work something out. I have drill again tomorrow and a field trip with my son's class on Monday where I needed to have a vehicle. No qualms, no pleading, just ok- leave your car, take ours and we will get to the bottom of it.. What kind of a dealership does that? Keffer Kia. I am so greatful I bought my kia and have the excellant service at this dealership. Thank you!

We were promised employee pricing to get us to the dealership. We agreed on a price, shook hands, etc. When working on the paperwork, we realized they had not included GAP insurance like we discussed, and regardless of excellent credit and repeat customer loyalty, they increased the APR on us. We didn t get any better deal here than we could have somewhere else. The wait was really long too. They did have free snacks, waters, and tv to pass the time... but that hardly makes up the extra we re now spending with GAP and increased APR not originally discussed. I m still giving them a 4 because we ended up with the car we wanted.

Let me start by saying that my wife and I have bought 3 vehicles from this location. We have always had great service. So today I went to see what my options would be for a lower payment. I had made an appointment and was greeted promptly by the sales person who was so nice. He informed me that he had already pulled my current vehicle payoff and was ready to get started. The manager then interrupts us and says another guy is going to help us. When I tell him what I am lookin for he then tells me to go into finance and refinance. I tell him that wasn't really what I was looking for. After an hour he finally says we have this option which was a nice car. We go out to test drive and he says this will be an awesome leasing option which I had stated I wasn't interested in. He seemed very irritated to have to help me. He made comments like he wished he sold Mercedes because he wouldn't have these issues. At one point my mother said I bet you are sorry you met us huh in a jokin tone he then replied uh huh. When he went to check on the terms he simply came back and said call your bank and get the financing. Handed me my keys and said nice meeting you. I will NEVER buy from here again. None of the great sales people are there anymore and the service shows. I will also ensure to get rid of my current kia and go to a different brand altogether to keep from going there even for servicing. You have lost a loyal customer!

We had a great experience at Keffer Kia. Eric Fields was helpful from start to finish. I chatted with him on the phone before coming in for the Telluride (great car, new on the market) he gave me all the details of the model they had on hand AND called me to let me know about two new models that had just arrived. He was super knowledgeable during our test drive. WE need a bigger family car and i was currently driving a 2015 equinox, but wan't looking to trade it in as we needed to reliable cars. The finance team here worked some magic, paid off my chevy (which i was upside down on) and I walked away with a 2019 optima at the same monthly payments. I didn't expect to get approved for the 2020 Telluride but they got me in TWO new vehicles! Thanks Keffer Kia!!

until this time I had a great experience ,but Saturday was not good The salesman Taylor was great except him and the sales manager Josh were not on the same page.Taylor said with the discounts we could buy this Soul fo r$16000,then Josh got involved and he promised a 5 year 60,000 mile bumper to bumper and 10 year 100,000 mile warranty, well there was no mention of a charge ,but when I got home and reviewed the contract there was a 2400 dollar charge and allowed 8600 for the trade in but the contract said different. A lot of mistakes in favor of Keffer also Josh said 72 months but the contract read 75 months another mistake.I have bought several cars there but this is a good way to put your self out of business. I called Josh Monday and he said there was nothing he could do,I did' not ever get my military discount ($400?) This is not right,My wife and I are very disappointed in the way this was handled.

I have only one snort-worthy issue with this Kia dealership. I was told there was an initiative that Kia owners who recommended this Kia dealership, and that recommendation culminated in a sale, the person who made the recommendation would be sent a check for $100 as a reward. Well, I told you guys several times that a friend recommended you -- and, frankly, her opinion of you was the deciding factor in my decision to go to you. So far no reward to her.
I don't exactly have buyer's remorse, the car is ok; but that factor does filter my experience with Kia. It will always be a caveat when speaking of Kia.

My recent experience at Keffer Kia was very pleasant. And successful- I came home with a new (used) vehicle! Cameron was super friendly and helpful. With a limited budget, the financial guys had to work extra hard for me, but we were able to reach an agreement. I love my new Honda Civic. The worst part of the experience? Driving a half hour home in the dark in a "strange" car.

I had a warranty issue and brought my Sorento in. Justin informed me that the part would have to be ordered, it would take a couple of days, and that he would call me. I waited a week and a half waiting on a call and then called Justin. Justin told me that the part is not in and it would need to be ordered and that he would call me. I waited another week and a half went by and I had not heard from him yet again. At this point, I was more than a little aggrevated. I called Justin and asked if the part was in and he told me it was. I thanked him and told him that I was on my way. He said he would see if he could fit me in, and I told him no, you will fit me in as this is my one day off and this has gone on long enough with you not following thru with what you have said. When I got there I got a very cold reception from Justin, no apologies of any sort. The work was done quickly and while checking out I wanted to clear the air. I apologized for being so demanding during our phone call, but explained my frustrations with him not calling me as he stated he would numerous times. Again, no response from Justin and no apologies. I was so frustrated with the whole ordeal that I wrote an email to the Service Manager, Steve Capobianco and the General Manager at the time, and did not hear anything in response. I work in sales and service and if I don't follow thru with what I tell someone, then I'm not going to be very successful. Justin's actions are just plain unacceptable. Act like a grown up, not a child that just got their hand smacked for misbehaving.

Right after they worked on our car for an unrelated issue, the car began having battery issues which it did NOT have before.

The mechanic was pushy trying to get us to have them work on this and that THAT WERE NOT WHY WE WERE THERE FOR.

Now they refuse to take responsibility for the fact that the battery was fine unyil they worked on our car.

I was currently looking for a used car and had gone on many websites looking. I spoke to the sales person Brandon Teague, he was very nice , helpful and listened well to all my "wants & needs". Within a few days Brandon had found my "Dream Car", in terms of a realistic car. I was VERY specific about my payments and how much I wanted to spend. He worked very hard to get my payments within my means and did a great job. I am so happy with my new car, a 2011 Hyundai Sonata! Everything about my experience was wonderful! From the sales , finance, service & detail...everyone made my experience so wonderful and I will definatly refer my friends & family to Keffer Kia!

They didn't even hold the car for me to come see it! Mind you I asked off of work, this is money that is coming out of my pocket to invest in a car that I could have bought there.

Sales representative Lee Robinson was helpful and honest through the entire process. I'm enjoying my new 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid. The warranty with Kia is hard to beat and the brand has proven itself over the years. I plan to keep the car for the minimum of the 10 year warranty. I will revisit my review as I keep the vehicle to make sure it remains an honest post, but I'm certain they will keep their integrity.

A few days after I bought car I noticed and ding and some scratches and missing paint from bumper. I immediately contacted the Used Car Salesman Manager Chewy and he said to bring car in so he could see it. After seeing car, he said they would not only fix for me but give me a loaner car as well.
Service Manager Ray and Lisa in the service dept kept
me updated on repair of car. Ray went above and beyond with his customer service making sure I was taken care of the whole time and when I went to pick up car it was detailed inside and out and they filled up tank for me. Was led to believe that I could make my price on a 2015 Sorento LX to get a $200-250 monthly payment. The person I was communicating with via email, phone, and text wasn't even there to work with me. The dealer I was given didn't even know the difference between the LX and EX as the EX being the higher model. I taught him that information. I will not deal with this dealership. They work very hard to get you exactly what you are wanting and the deal you expect. Lee, my salesman is fantastic. No pressure, no steering to what he thought was best. He waited for me to ask questions and kept his distance, which is exactly the way I like it. The finance team was fair and honest. Great group of ladies and gentlemen here. You won t be disappointed. Oh, and the service guys rock! Change oil, do the service stuff and the car is cleaner when I get it back than it was when they took it. And they are quick!

Keffer Kia came through for me when no one else was willing to. I drove down to Mooresville from southwest Virginia and was well taken care of by
Richard Santella (Rich). He worked very hard for me to get to terms that I could agree to..... a low down-payment and monthly payments. Richard was very knowledgeable and detailed when telling me all about the car I chose, which had all kinds of bells and whistles. Needless to say, when I am in the market again Keffer Kia and Richard (Rich) would be my first choice and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family that the drive to Morresville is worth it when they are looking for a new car.

I've bought many cars over the years. This time it was to help my stepdaughter find her first car.
We looked at multiple dealerships yesterday and ended up back at Kia today because they had the used car she wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The salesperson was personable and gave us his undivided attention. The sales manager had a pleasing personality and treated both of us professionally & with dignity. Even the finance person was nice to work with.
Overall, the dealership had a certain 'vibe' that was refreshing. Glad we ended up there..

When I arrived the car I was interested in purchasing was ready to go. My only gripe was the dealer adding on $1900.00+ of additions that I was not actually interested in purchasing. I did pay about $1400 more than the advertised "internet price", but it was an amount I thought was fair.

Contacted dealer concerning purchasing vehicle, made verbal commitment to purchase car, completed credit app, e-mailed back and forth, ran credit report, did not hear anything else from them, no phone calls, emails no communication until I called them. Asked about the car, their response " Oh, we sold the car....sorry" Now I understand they cannot hold a car, but we agreed to buy the car, we were waiting on financing. No contact from Keffer what so ever. Poor communication, poor organization, no one knows what the other person is doing. They could have at least called us and let us know the car was sold. And yet after 2 days of the car being sold it is still posted on their website and other sites. Very Unorganized organization.... STAY AWAY

They were very personable, helpful, understanding and willing to work with my situation. I got a car that I wanted with the payment I was looking for. I absolutely had THE BEST experience @ Keffer Kia. I started off emailing Tonya Conner back & forth, after a week she told me to come in so I did so. When I arrived I was assisted by Shannon. He was amazing. I explained my situation (which was a hard one) and he found me THE EXACT car I wanted with the exact payments I wanted. I was the owner of the car the next day. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. MUCH better than Kia of Gastonia. If you want a vehicle- PLEASE GO TO KEFFER KIA IN MOORESVILLE!!!!!!

I understand that salesmen can't control a customer being turned down for financing, but it is unprofessional to not follow up! It sends a message that, once a person is turned down, the client no longer matters. How hard is it to make a 3 minute phone call? Bad form!
