Rude and condescending service from both the front desk staff and the reference desk staff. The woman in charge of the reference desk was more interested in feeling superior than offering help to someone who needed it after the library itself made a mistake.
I didn't realize how great this library is until I moved away and none of the libraries in my new area could come close to matching it. Selection is quite broad (both in the library and through their app for ebooks and audio books) for books, movies, and audio. FANTASTIC kids area with many engaging and educational toys; pretty well separated, so you don't have to worry too much about kids wandering off; weekly sing along and weekly story time during the week, with frequent craft activities as well.
This library is cozy and provides lots of services.
It also could help International students to learn and practice English.
The library is such a wonderful place for everyone.
Excellent experience! Staffs are very nice, they will help you to find books. Also there are a lot of fictions for teens and young adults.

The Jones Library is a wonderful place for kids and researching students alike , very friendly librarians and good atmosphere!
The Jones is a wonderful library. It has a wonderful children's area with CCTV. (I am guessing to prevent child abduction)

There are lots of scattered desks and chairs.
They have a chess club for children and other activities.
The basement is very conducive to relaxing and reading. Since there is only one stall, it is hard to use the restroom. I am glad that public libraries are still free and unbiased. I have taken a few good books from the free section. The outdoor garden, in the vicinity of the library, is a good place for coffee and fresh air.

Excellent selection! I always find something good, the librarians are helpful and the kids room is well stocked with new toys through grants. I live the quiet of the downstairs too, it's a great place to read or study. Plus they even have chemistry kits to take out!
My favorite place to visit any time of year! Helpful staff, regularly updated book displays, and lots of great resources. Not to mention, the building is gorgeous. Natural light pours into each room, making this library a comfortable place to read and work.
Love this library. I especially love the sunroom, the exhibits on the second floor, and the great services.
This is a amazing libary! The one thing is the parking because there is not good parking.When I first walked in this libary I felt astonished because it is nice has a garden and lots and lots of books .Has many different kinds of rooms to work and study.
