We went to Green Ford Saturday March 10 looking to buy a truck. We walked around the trucks for a bit. No sales person. We drive up front and go inside. 4-5sales people and a receptionist and not one person greets or acknowledged us. We walked around looking at the vehicles inside and still no greeting or acknowledgement. Not one person. This is not how you get customers to spend money at your business.

Great selection of new and used vehicles. Friendly, professional staff. I always have my vehicle serviced here, as they offer a 31 point inspection package at a reasonable price. So I get all my fluids topped off, oil changed, tires taken care of, and they let me know if there's a potential for any problems down the road with my vehicle. Great dealership, sales and service staff!!

I had a great experience with Green Ford they knew what they were doing. I came in For a new clutch for my transmition. I'm very satisfied with there work I'm happier now. As a four year plus Car Salesperson, I was "armed" to the teeth upon entering the dealership. From. My initial introduction to Kyle Warner to the negotiation, my buying experience was first class. We drove a few vehicles. Each car was clean and retail ready. Working the deal took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our Green Ford. Go Big. Go Ford. Go Green.

I came in for a new tire on my 2017 Focus. $200. I know they can't do much about that, but after having to pay that much I expected better service, especially from a dealer.
I was told it would be about 1 hour, possibly 1 and a half. I was never spoken to about any delay and was left waiting for over 2 hours. I was then immediately lectured about the pressure in the spare tire because it was slightly low. Considering I'd had to drive from St. Louis through construction (which I'd mentioned) I think it held up pretty well. Then, they didn't even put away the jack when they put away the donut, even though I was told my trunk was all packed up, so I now need to take everything out again and do it myself. As the icing on the cake, I walked out to find all my windows down on my car. While I realize it was parked at the dealership, I don't appreciate them leaving my belongings and vehicle in a vulnerable position like that.
Next time, I'll make the drive to Bloomington.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I told them what I had, told them what I want, told them what I wanted to pay. They worked diligently with me and made it happen. I think what stands out the most was they cared, and listened. The examined what our needs were and found out, what I was ready to buy wasn't going to fulfill those needs. And they got me even a better deal than I could have expected. There was never at any time pressure. When I told them that my wife and I needed to sleep on it, they understood. I don't often write reviews. Sometimes you have people that just want to complain, or some business write there own. But I can tell you, I was just a guy who wanted to get a new truck so my wife and I could go camping. And they made that happen. So, if you are just shopping, or ready to buy my sales person was Trisha and we got amazing service from Rob.

I purchased my 2012 Ford explorer form Green Ford roughly three months ago. Because the car had a few issues that needed fixed before I made the purchase, the manager agreed to have them fixed and it was part of the agreement. The windshield needed fixed or replace because of the rock chip and the back hatch "arm" needed replaced because it would not open automatically. They told me to bring it in the following week to be dropped of so I did so. Upon my arrival, they had no paper work for me and had no idea I was bringing my car in. Later that week they called and said I could drop it off and they would start on it Monday. They had my car for five days without offering me a rental. Tuesday evening I had not heard from GREEN about the standing of my car so I called them, they said they were waiting for the part, they could call tomorrow and let me know when it was finished. However, they never called. They did not have the common courtesy to call me throughout the week to let me know the standing on my car and when if would be finished. That Friday morning I called asking if I could pick my car up for the weekend for them to tell me yes but it is not finished. When I returned to GREEN to pick my car up they said that the wind shield had been replaced but the back hatch was still not in working order. Their guy that worked on electrical was out on leave for a broken arm, they would call when he was back. After waiting roughly 5 weeks and not hearing from them I called to find out when I would be able to bring my car in. They said I could bring it in as early as that day to have it finished up. I asked if there was a way I could have a rental car since last time they took a week and was told "we have a shuttle that will take you home." I understand they shuttle will take me home but what do I do in the time I don't have my car??

Not to mention the FOUR different times we had to go back in there to sign paperwork they forgot to give us, ect..

Needless to say, my husband and I have purchased two cars from them in the past and after this experience we will not return nor will will recommend GREEN to anyone in the future.

Took my vehicle here for an issue and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed . There was a lot of your vehicle will be done today, and it wasn t done. Once it was fixed, I drove it around for less than a week before it started acting up again so I took it back in. They found the issue that THEY caused the first time around. I understood they had to wait for a couple major parts which is fine. After a couple more weeks of no contact, I had to keep asking for an update. Eventually, they said it would be done in a Friday. Cue the third Friday afternoon, no contact (a phone call would have been nice). Monday morning, I had to call for an update. Turns out they stripped a Bolt and had to replace it. Figured it would be done Monday afternoon.... no contact about the situation. If it weren t for a Ford warranty I would not have gone here and I don t recommend it to anyone. They don t have a sense or urgency, not a sense of letting their customer know what is happening to their vehicle. If Green Ford is looking for some input... keep in touch with the customers of your service department. Either via email, test, or phone (based on their contact preference). I can understand how long it takes for major work, but not having a clue as to when the work will be done puts a MAJOR strain on your customers life.

An update- after the 2nd fix was put in, my vehicle was still having issues. I took it in to a different area Ford dealer and they have found multiple problems with some of the stuff they did to it at Green (things done poorly or incorrectly) so they are now fixing problems that Green caused.

Ugh every time I come here it takes forever!!! Took 4 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for and some simple wiring for a sensor. Last time I was there for a half day and they killed my car trying to fix the battery and had to get a rental. I dread going here

Green Ford rotated my 18 year old daughters tires ...

Green Ford rotated my 18 year old daughters tires and serviced the engine. A few days later while she was driving, her wheel literally fell off. Significant damage to the front corner of the car, not to mention the danger had she been on the highway, driving fast. Also, the power stearing hose was left loose so all the fluid leaked out! The owner, Ashley, refused to return our calls. After many letters to the dealership and Ford, Inc., and 2-3 weeks time, they finally agreed to repair the damage, but would not take responsibility for the errors. In fact, the suggested that my daughter removed the tire and put it back on, right?! Furthermore, on a different occasion, my daughter took the car in with transmission problems, they wanted to replace it for 5,000. After going to another shop, we found it was a leak and a 500.00 repair solved the problem.

Not only are they negligent, but also difficult to work with, and do not stand behind their work.

I cannot leave zero stars, and still post this, but zero stars is my rating.

If you want to deal with a car dealership that is straight forward and on the ball, you should come out to Finish Line and give them a chance.

I'm the lead mechanic for a large manufacturing company and we are required to take the newer cars and trucks to area dealers when they need service as part of the lease plan. I've never had so many issues with a service department as I've had dealing with green ford. Ron, the service advisor is friendly enough, but he doesn't call and give updates as one should. Their mechanics took over a month with one vehicle trying to fix a noise. They replaced the transfer case, harmonic balancer and a few other parts and had to go there to test drive vehicle with their mechanics several times and they still argued and told me the noise I heard wasn't the noise I brought it there for. They finally managed to get it fixed. Then we brought the same vehicle back several months later for a check engine light and coolant leak they couldnt figure out either issue .we brought it there twice over a period of a month and they still didn't fix it. We moved it to uftring ford and they had it diagnosed within a few hours and we were happy with their service and repairs. Our company will no longer bring anything to green ford for anything more in depth than a oil change. They're incompetent and have no idea what customer service should be. I highly advise you to take your vehicles elsewhere for service.

I'm out of state and purchased a car for my senior parents via internet and phone transaction. I asked the sales person to find a vehicle with AWD so they'd be safe in the snow, HID lights so they could see well at night, and apple car play for GPS navigation so they wouldn't get lost. I didn't care about much else, just that it match those 3 criteria. He called saying he'd found the perfect car matching my criteria, so I bought it. Being out of state, the finance department did a great job accommodating me with all the paper work via fax and email. My problem was when I visited my parents 6 months later, I found that the car I purchased had only one of the things I asked for, the AWD. Very unhappy about being lied to by the salesman.

Turns out that was just a ply to sell it....don t trust the salesmen!!! We had a check engine light pop on a week after purchasing & It s not being honored. I had a scheduled appointment at 10 am to look at a few lights that had come on in my vehicle. When I dropped my vehicle off at 9:45 am for a 10 am appointment they informed me it would be 2-3 hours before my car is finished due to be upcoming lunch hour. 2:30 pm had rolled around and I had not heard anything about my vehicle so I gave them a call. After being on hold for 10 minutes while the gentleman who answered the phone looked for the technician who was working with my car which he could not be found and I was told they would call me back. 15 minutes later I finally hear back and they tell me they just looked at my car (keep in mind it is almost 3 pm and I had a 10 am appointment) and it might be a wiring issue so they need more time to look at it and asked if they could keep it overnight. I was unsure at the time if I would have a ride home from work and a ride back into work in the morning so I told them I would have to call them back and let them know. No more than 5 minutes passed before I was able to return their call, the technician did not answer my return call so I left a voicemail around 3:05 pm. No return call from him so I called back at 4 pm, no answer, voicemail left, finally called back the last time at 5:30 pm, 30 minutes before they close, to find out he had left for the day, without calling me back with a status of my vehicle and not knowing if I was coming to get it that night or the next day. Long story short, customer service is not their strong point. To get something done or an answer with the service department you have to ask for the manager. It was a very negative experience for me and I didn t receive my car back until 3 pm the following day.

Good experience. Very fast oil change service from the quicklane. Friendly staff, and a great facility. I bought the car at another dealer, but Green Ford helped me as if I was already customer. Loved walking through the Roush display in the showroom. Highly recommend this ford store.

I purchased a used 2016 Ford Flex in mid-October. During the sale I was told there were 2 key fobs included, the key fob we received had a tag that said 1 of 2, but when we picked up the vehicle, they could not locate the second key fob. The salesman determined that they had not collected it from the previous owner during their trade and would work to recover it. By mid-December and multiple follow-up calls, the salesman conceded that they were not going to be able to recover the original key fob, I then asked for them to provide a replacement. The best they said they could do was charge me $236 for the replacement key fob. To just put it behind me I asked if they could meet me half way, as that is about how much aftermarket key fobs cost, but this was rejected and they said the $236 was the best they could do. I feel charging me to replace the key fob they told me was included, because they mismanaged it, is a breach of the sales agreement. This disappointing response to the issue has soured me on the whole sales experience with this dealership and thus I will be certain to take all my future service and sales needs somewhere else.

The cars rear camera was blacking out every now n then... I gave for service and they held my car for a week. Didn't even provide me with alternate travel options. They fixed the rear camera issue, but I don't get the markers in the rear cam any more. Also once I switch to reverse gear, any gear I switch to after that the rear cam will be turned on though out.

I wish I could give zero stars. Super manipulative and unprofessional. Refused to honor a price that was listed on their website. Then when I continued to talk to them about how unprofessional and shady that was then they agreed on the price online but continued to give a bunch of excuses and tried to pressure us to make the deal happen within 5 minutes or they were backing out again. Super disappointed.

I hate working with car dealerships and car salesmen...I avoid them like the plague. Then I had the greatest experience purchasing a car that I have EVER had thanks to Tom DuWaldt! Tom didn't pressure me to buy and helped me get more for my trade than any other dealer had offered. Then to top it off Kevin Sidell got my financing and paper work done so fast. They close at 5 on saturday and I showed up at 4:15. Including test drive and all paper work I had my new car and headed home by 6:30. I may have hated working with dealerships and car salesmen in the past but I can honestly say Tom DuWaldt and Kevin Sidell changed that. Tom will be my first call for my next vehicle and I suggest you do the same! :)

I began looking at the expeditions due to the enormous rebates offered by ford. After having a negative experience at this store several years ago I called to inquire on price only to have a starting place at other dealerships. I was impressed by the general manager, Rob, for personally insisting to rectify the situation. He is new to the dealership and it is clear he into acquiring new customers, fixing past issues, and maintaining long term clientele. Not only did he work with us to make sure we were comfortable, he also took personal oversight to make sure everything went smoothly. After making the trip to Peoria (over 2 hours from home) Late in the day we decided to purchase the expedition. We did not purchase the expedition from ford but rather solely from rob and his excellent sales team. They close at 5pm on Saturday's and stayed over 3 hours past close to make sure we were set. I can t say enough about this dealership and the new leadership. Justin M. Is down to earth, personable, and honest. He took great care of us as well and took time to explain features and technology. The staff were knowledgeable about their products and gave the best deal above 5 other stores we visited. I highly recommend green ford Peoria for your next purchase. We will be back for all our future automobile needs.

I strongly recommend anyone considering a new vehicle contact Troy Caldwell. He's an energetic, knowledgeable salesperson who worked hard to get me a great deal on exactly what I wanted. The entire staff was professional, polite, low pressure, and made it a fun, comfortable experience - and I got a great deal!

My husband and I took our vehicle in after hitting a deer. Damage on the drivers side front. We were told it would be done within the week. A week went by, no word. We called and they said who told you it would be done in the week? We had to order parts and they are on back order. We will call with an update. A week went by, no call and no update. We called again, and they gave us the run around with no awnsers. After a month of back and forth, having only one car for our family, and absolutely no follow up on their end throughout the entire process, we finally go to pick up the car. Little to our surprise, the car wasn t completed. They tried to pass off the car to us with the hood still damaged and the driver side mirror not working. Needless to say, we took the car with the plan to take it elsewhere. Now, after trying to take it somewhere else to complete the work they didn t do, our insurance is STILL waiting on receiving a bill from finish line. Without the bill of services, we cannot get the car fixed at a different location and have insurance cover the expenses. We ve been waiting on a bill for over a week and NO response from Finish Line The service here is absolutely horrible and the communication was non existent from their body shop. They've treated us horribly and we would never consider taking another vehicle to them again.

I bought a Mustang at the Peoria, IL location 2/10/2011. The indoor showroom was a bonus because it was -7 below. My salesman, Mike Johnson, was awesome. I had a blast buying this awesome Mustang GT. Really, who would of thought buying a car would be fun. I'm actually looking forward to buying another car at Finish Line Ford and out o...f all the other vehicle dealerships I've bought from, too many to list, I'll always come here only. It was fun, hassle free, straight forward and they actually gave me my true trade in value unlike the other dealerships. It was also my first Ford, I was a Dodge guy before.

The technician lost the keys to the we were trying to purchase. No one from management came to apologize for the delay. Wanting us to pay to replace the automatic door opener. Salesman nice but the overall initial customer service was terrible.

Gm (a green relative - Ashley) talked to me about the key and replacement opener. After Ashley's involvement, the key and automatic door opener was found. Great that Ashley was able to get people motivated to locate the missing items, I wish that it would not have had to happen. Everything ended fine, but a tough first car buying experience for my son. He does love the car..........
