NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! THEY RAISED THE PRICE HIGHER THEN ONLINE!! I went to buy a 2017 Ford F150 Listed for $33,958. Test drove it, really loved it. Went to go talk price since I was looking at some others online. The salesman left and came back with his mangers price of exactly that (no money down), but they gave me the sheet that's attached with the out the door price breakdown so $36,489.87 total. I say that's too much. They get their manager and he starts saying maybe he can lower it more, but no more then $500 off asking price. Making it just under 36K OTD. I say I'm not sure, he says if I buy it now he'll do $35,500. I want to finance through my bank so I say I'll come back in the next day they are open to talk about it. I get approved from my bank so I email the salesman asking for $33,500 or if they can't go down on price can they do some oil changes and add ons. He say he showed his manager and they made a good offer and to come in to talk about it. So I come in, they say the BEST they can do is 36K OTD. I ask about the 35.5K from the last day and they say that was just the price of the truck, not taxes and fees. I say that's more then listed online. They bring the manager over that made me the deal, he say's that wasn't a guaranteed deal and he couldn't actually do it for me, he was just trying to get me to buy it that day. So I'm a little upset but I'm not going to lose a truck over $500, so I agree to 36K OTD. we shake on it and start the paperwork. They come back about 10 min later saying that 36K OTD was with my current truck as a $1000 trade in. I say I never said that I was going to trade it in. They tell me that was their mangers mistake but in order to get the 36K I need to give them my truck too, if not it will be 37K out the door. I tell them that the online price and their online "E-price" is less then that out the door and remind them of the paper they gave me the last time I was in. They say they'll talk to their manager. They come back and say that he said the BEST they can do is 36K OTD with my truck and 37K OTD without and ask if I still want to do the deal. I ask for the full online price they offered me on the last day and they say it's not longer valid since I wont do the trade in. That means the BEST deal they could give me is $500 more then the online asking price and $650 more then the "e-price" I was guaranteed. I've attached pictures of the document they gave me and their website as of 04/22/2019. DO NOT TO BUSINESS HERE!!!! They kept raising the price for me and kept saying I was getting some sort of deal. BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!
