I went here after having an AWFUL experience at Boch Honda West. This place eas GREAT. Nate and Tom were both awesome and made sure I did not have anything but a positive experience. I know the industry a little and they were honest and helpful, very unlike the aforementioned Boch. Nate came right out and opened the door for me, and the owner came over just to say hello and introduce herself. I got a fair price on my trade in and I got my new car very quickly. I love my car and I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They sold me a car with honesty and integrity. I had zero issues with them being pushy or on coming up with a fair price for my trade in. It was all fast and easy. They were seriously awesome guys and were so kind to me. Will recommend to anyone!

My experience with buying a used vehicle from Ron Bouchard was pretty quick . We went in and met with Frank Brown who showed us a 2011 CR-V that we saw on line. It is almost fully loaded with leather seats and very clean the car runs great and the ride is smooth for a 10 auto season old car. We took it out for a test drive and I knew I wanted it. Within 2 hours the paperwork was signed and I picked it up the following Monday.
Frank was professional, courteous, friendly and engaging. He had immediate rapport with my wife who is an Insurance agent and has already directed some business her way. Overall, I would definitely consider Ron Bouchard again fo a used vehicle.

Frank and the Honda staff have been nothing but wonderful to me, after having a headache due to another dealership that for 2 months kept pushing me around frank and his team really pulled through, and in a lot short amount of time! I really recommend anyone who needs a car and especially people who are a little weary.

I recently visited the store. For sometime I have been considering a new van for my business. In one of my visits I was helped by Jeffret Duenas. Let me tell you this kid goes behond car selling. He truly cares about the person and helps to find what the customer needs. He took his time and really listion to me. He got some vans for me to look at. He spoke with the finance department which by the way is the best in the world. I never thought I would get approved but Ray in finance worked hard. I quess if I had to some it up , it was interesting to find a place that cared more about the people then the sale.

I brought in my 2016 Nissan Juke into the service department to get a tire replaced and I was given a Rogue as a loaner for a couple days. I loved it so much that when I went to pick up my Juke a few days later I decided to talk to a Salesperson about trading it in for a Rogue. David Belanger was amazing and was able to get me a great rate on a loan and a good trade in price for the Juke. I was able to leave that day with a brand new 2019 Rogue with an extended warranty and gap insurance! David made my buying experience stress free and easy. Highly recommend going to him or any of the other salespeople at Ron Bouchard's Nissan if you are in the market of a new vehicle.

I can't say enough about our experience with Ron Bouchard's Honda. They are the nicest set of people from salesmen/woman/finance guy to manager. Our gal Michelle Kennedy was extremely knowledgeable and so proficient. She answered all of our questions and then some.There are lots of great things to say but one of the best compliments I can give is that they make you feel comfortable, no high pressure, they can joke around with you and they treat you like a friend not just a customer. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them .

Previous reviews go to other addresses, so willing to review them on all the addresses, no problem. Don't appreciate being lied to about many things detailed in my other reviews. Owned car for over 5 years, good car, but still mad about Ron Bouchard and would never go there again for any reason. They respond contact such and such to resolve bla bla bla, my question is send me a check for the ways they ripped me off, starting with my brand new car had physical damage they passed off as "brand new", and represented as such, and paid full retail price for despite the bogus "inspection" process, where they missed couple things lol. Having laughed all the way to the bank I'm doubtful they would give that back, but then they worked hard for the one star review.

I have been going to this dealership for all of my maintenance for the past 5 years and have always gotten great service. This past weekend we bought our first car from them and it was another great experience. Working with Bob Brachel made the process easy. Bob really listened to what we were looking for and took a lot of time and effort to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Michelle was great to work with! She made the process of re-leasing quick and easy while still making sure she answered all my questions. She also always takes extra time to explain all the details of my new car to make sure I am comfortable with all the new features. This is my 3 time leasing with Ron Bouchards and my 3rd time working with Michelle. It s a great experience every time!

Though we began at The Honda Store, Jona took the time to show us other comparable brands/models (Nissan, Kia) at their onsite dealerships. Ultimately, we went with a Honda and the process from sales to finance was seamless. Jona even followed up to see if we had any questions and how we liked the vehicle.

With little ones on the way, my family needed another vehicle and Frank was the one who got the job done for us. He was straight forward and energetic, even when there was a few errors with the final paperwork. (Nothing on Frank's end, potentially a database issue which is out of his control)

This will be our 2nd purchase at Ron Bouchards and I can't see going anywhere else.

After going to other dealerships and being very unhappy with the sales service Franklyn was great to us at Bouchard's! We were in and out with a deal I was happy with, within an hour! Everything from the deal through car pick-up and getting a sticker was fast! Very happy we ended up going here.

Bought a new car there last week. Test drive was nice and Carlos was excellent, listened to what I wanted and made recommendations based off that. I bought a vehicle and picked it up the next day at the evening. I noticed a sidewall bubble in one of the tires that night and brought it to their attention the following day. I honestly don t know whether I drove over potholes on the way home or if had it there when I left and I just didn t notice it. They asked me to come over and said they d take a look at it.
I brought the car in the next day. They replaced the damaged tire to a new one and didn t charge me a dime for it! I was expecting the typical interrogatory and the blame-shifting that s usual in business, but not here. They believed me and made it right. I felt like they genuinely cared that I had a good experience. Buying all future cara here for sure!

I recently purchased my fifth vehicle from this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Dillon and he was outstanding. This was the easiest time I had purchasing a car.

Let me start off by saying that I was against buying a Nissan, even though all my previous vehicles were Nissans. Not because they are bad cars. I loved each and everyone of them. BUT, the last car I had purchased came with a not so great experience from Marlboro Nissan. I ended up at Ron Bouchards because they had a specific vehicle I was originally looking for. I was informed they had just sold it and was welcome to look at the inventory they had. I walked over to Ron Bouchards Nissan Store. I went in to ask where they kept their user vehicles to look at. I was completely welcomed and set up with a very nice sales man named Christian. He asked what I was looking for and I gave him all my information on exactly what I wanted and where I stood price wise. He set up me up in a 2017 Nissan Rogue to just feel for the ride. He was originally looking to sell me a 2016 Rogue that was on route to their store. I instantly fell in love with the 2017 Rogue and knew it was time to negotiate where I wanted to be price wise. Christian was an amazing help. He wasn't pushy at all. He worked very hard to get us where we wanted to be and make sure everything ran smoothly for us. Even the finance guy was extremely helpful. He got us an even better rate than originally we were told with a great benefits to it. Ron Bouchards Nissan Store brought back my love for Nissan's and working with sales people in Nissan. I had a much greater experience and feel really good about my purchase. Even their service department is amazing! I highly recommend!!

I was in desperate need for a car and all roads led to Ron Bouchard s! Everyone who I know who has gotten a car from them had nothing but good things to say about the staff. Not on single person I asked had anything bad to say about them. However, when asked about other Nissan dealerships in the area...........well, let s just say they didn t have the same enthusiasm.

I was able to work with Christian Coleman who was positive, professional, and respectful. He made for a quick transaction. I was in and out in less than two hours! I just bought my first car from Andy Cooksey at Ron Bouchard Nissan in Lancaster and it was the best experience I could have had I bought my car on Wednesday and had it by Thursday and it was such a simple process. Ray In finance was great he was so easy to work with and super nice through the whole process. They are all great to work with and all very helpful.

I recently purchased a new Rogue SL for my wife. I tried to purchase a new vehicle in SW Florida in the Naples/Fort Myers area. The local dealers made it impossible to get a competitive cash/no trade deal. I had purchased a 2016 Rogue SL from Bouchard Nissan which we still own but stays in MA. I decided to contact with Ron Bouchard Nissan in Lancaster, MA. To my delight, I was able to strike a competitive deal with them. Registering an out of state car in FL is a paperwork challenge with lots ov overnight signatures requiring notary seals. Voila! 8 days after my initial contact her car was here, registered and in use.

Still dealing with leftover bills that I was told when I signed lease papers that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LEFT ON IT! I SAID NOTHING NO TAXES ETC.. THEY STATED NO IT IS ALL DONE. NO THERE IS 191.00 BILL on my credit score. Now my lights still are not working I now have it on video, and there is a mysterious leak that appears and disappears. Asked for a new lease not even having the vehicle for 10 miles? Obviously without any cooperation from Nissan or Ron Bouchards. The Father would have resolved this situation and make a customer happy and satisfied so they would refer new customers? Word of mouth is the best advertisement and also, CUSTOMERS MAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND PAYROLL in the business world, let's resolve the pending ongoing issues.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new CRV at the Honda Store in Lancaster. From the moment I entered the showroom I was treated in a friendly manner. I met with Luis R. and he was great. No pressure, very professional, friendly, and most of all, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. I didn't buy the vehicle immediately, but I knew I wanted to purchase from this dealership. After finalizing the sale, I went to my bank to get a cashiers check for the purchase and the teller asked me where I was purchasing. When I told her, she informed me that she had been buying from them for 30 years and couldn't say enough about her positive experience over time. That just made me feel even better about my decision. Although my experience with the Honda Store is new, I feel confident it will be a good one.

I had a really good experience with Samantha Hobby at Ron Bouchard's Nissan dealership in Lancaster. I knew I would be treated well because I've owned another Ron Bouchard car (from his Acura store in Auburn) and loved the car and the way I was treated for many years. My husband and I were greeted promptly and made comfortable. Sam was able to answer my very specific questions about the model of car I was considering buying. I was impressed - had been to another Nissan dealer whose salesman answered the same question with this: "Yes. I have heard that" !!!! Carlos was very professional, not intimidating and very personable. His product knowledge can t be beat as he knows every detail, every bell and whistle about every trim by heart. At Honda there was absolutely no pressure, no repeated calls and no hassle! I came to the dealership 3 times to look at the CR-V and he answered any and all questions that I had. I was able to go home and think about making this big purchase without any pressure or multiple calls which I very much appreciated. Casey was my sales and leasing consultant and he made the whole experience tremendous. We tested a few cars and discussed the pros and cons of each. He was not pushy at all. In fact, his honesty was a big part of why I chose to buy from Ron Bouchard. I had a hiccup with my auto insurance and they smoothed everything over. To top it all off, they gave me a great price.

Ashley Caley was nice but ill inform, she informed me that 2 used Kia Sportage S was available and sent me a site to view them and others Sportage. I showed up to the dealership a few hours later and was informed by Jason Sousa (Salesman) that they no longer has those SUV and that Ashley don't know what's on the Lot, He was great very attentive, he showed me three Kia Sportage Ex from my list. I brought 1,the only hick-up came when it was time to pay and pick up the vehicle. Although I stayed in constant contact with the dealership the SUV was not ready, It was sitting at the main entrance to the dealership, I signed paperwork and paid, a mechanic took the vehicle to do the Massachusetts Inspection, I waited for an hour just to be told that the SUV's computer need to reset due to them installing a new battery and that I have to drive it for a 100+ miles before the inspection could be done. They are helpful, all the request I asked for such as the broken turn signal to be fix, and others will be done upon my return for the inspection sticker. The Kia Sportage Ex is great only had it 1day and I have a good feeling about it.

My experience at Ron Bouchard's was the best. They are patient, understanding, and they also are straight to the point and make sure that you are their priority. The end results match their promises. Their finance team is incredible, and their sales team are the best. Couldn't recommend them enough!

He took the time to go over everything about the car with me and any questions I had were answered thoroughly. We worked with Casey to purchase a 2019 Insight. He and the sales team worked extra hard to get us the color we wanted by coordinating with another New England area dealer. We also negotiated very favorable price. There were a few minor communications issues after we agreed on the sale, but overall we were very satisfied and would recommend the Honda Store over other local options. They are hands-on, accommodating, and friendly.

Right from the beginning we felt welcomed, but not preyed upon. Our sales person (Casey) was attentive and knowledgeable. He helped us find the right vehicle (Honda Pilot), and find financing to make it happen. We never felt rushed or pressured. I had a good interaction working with Richard. Went in knowing exactly the model I wanted and the exact features I wanted. He didn't try to sell me any other models or colors than the one I knew very clearly I wanted. The only thing he didn't go over with me about the model I selected was the interior color. I was a little disappointed to see that it was a tan interior (It's gonna be hard to keep clean....) but all the same, it's a good car with all the features I wanted and it was at a fair price. I've had negative interactions in the past with other dealerships trying to turn in an old lease and had a terrible time, but that's never been the case with Ron Bouchard. I truly enjoy getting my leases there and Nissan's are great cars.

This was our second time leasing a Nissan Rogue from Ron Bouchard s Nissan. Victor Febo was our salesperson. Victor was very polite and a professional salesperson who gave us excellent customer service. We never felt rushed and Victor was very thorough in explaining every detail of the car. This made for an excellent buying experience. I will definitely go back to Ron Bouchard s Nissan because of the great customer service and look forward to working with Victor Febo again.
