On June 2, I ordered a dashboard of xiaomi m365 pro, in my account it appeared as delivered on the 3rd but I did not receive the product.
I sent an email to the sales representative that the product did not reach me and the awb tracker did not appear to be taken from evomag either. I was told that it was sent and to contact the courier, but they confirmed to me once again that the package from evomag is not picked up.

I received the same answer that he left them, I told them to check again because I talked to the courier and the product was clearly not picked up. I have not received any response...
I came back on the 10th, and after another 40 minutes of listening to the sublime music of the robot, in the first phase I received the same answer that the product is delivered ... after an endless discussion in which I explained to the "consultant" that no he left them, he stayed and checked and came back. After lunch, I said to see what was happening, I called and, this time after only 35 minutes, another consultant answered me and told me that yes it was really a mess and the product will be delivered with cargo.
But the big surprise comes when the first lady consultant returns with the promised phone and tells me that the product was actually lost by the courier, by evomag, but in a tone as if it was my fault that they don't have the logistics. Coordination in grade 10 lies!
I still wanted the product, but it "is no longer in stock" and does not return too soon. Okay, now let's see when and especially if the amount of money paid will be refunded to me.
Ps: I checked the price of the product on the site and the surprise is 100RON more expensive now.

Great prices, but huge lack of customer care and responsibility. I called them 12 times on the phone (and unfortunately I'm not exaggerating), they've never answered. Pretty good. I bought a tv, the less pleasant part is that when checking it at the test stand, the only thing that is done is to put it in the socket to see if it starts. It would be normal to have the antenna and test it to see how it works, especially since there is no exposed copy. The answer was simple, "see at home how it looks and if you like it." A little advice: should you chose to buy a mobile phone, check the IMEI to be for Romania only. They bring phones from other countries, manufactured for that country of course.
Mine was for UAE and some apps are simply not working... For example Netflix (black screen).
Neither Samsung nor them are able to fix this issue... And they are not replacing the phone because they say it's an issue from Netflix.
Samsung clearly says that they do not advise installing an Ios for Romania on a device with UAE (or other country) imei.

From the information on the site, my order online paid with the card was PRELUATA and now it's IN DELIVERY, although it is both unconfirmed and does not have a agent assigned after two days. All these messages were sent automatically at the time of placing the order but there is no man / robot talking about the status of the order processing, nor can they know if they receive the product or not, how long does it take and how affects the rush of choosing evomag for a small price difference compared to other competitors.
I understand that it's black Friday and that you are busy, but that does not excuse the silence in which your customers are immersed. At the call center the wind blows because the system does not allow a hold for more than 7 minutes (although I should keep my place in the queue, not let me take it to an end every time), the mail order does not move to confirmation , the money is in a sort of escrow.

Deliver defective products that if you return they stop a percentage of 20% of their value. The price of return transport is paid by the whole customer. Zero communication. The worst online store ever.
I placed an order on October 30 from EvoMag, because the product I was interested in had the best price on the market and they had it in stock, as mentioned on the site.
After placing the order, I waited 4 days until it was taken over, sending an e-mail, finding out from them that the product is not in stock with them, but that it is in the manufacturer's stock and they conveyed in a very incomplete way that I still have to wait between 5-7 days.
Also, an employee of theirs with whom I talked by e-mail, sent me that the order was taken the same day I placed it, a matter obviously unreal, as I checked the account in the section "Order History" where it could be clearly seen that the order was taken a few days apart.
Thus, I canceled the placed order, this being the first order I made at evoMag and it will probably be the last one I make.

PMae 18.08.2020, to ask for clarifications that the 15 days for solving it have been exceeded problem and be reminded that the tablet has been sent to the service to be repaired ... On 02.09.2020, I come back with a message about the status of the tablet and receive an answer, that I can pick it up .... M -I showed up at the evomag headquarters, when the person in charge of the service disappeared, and a colleague entered the room and tried to help me with the tablet. I place a phone in service more than 20 days ago and and they forgot to inform me that the phone had been sent all the way to Germany for fixing the problem .....that after it was supposed to be fixed in max 15 days ( time period that they have mentioned on their website as well) .
Very unprofessional . Normally knowing that they can not honor the max 15 days mentioned in the contract the shop should have contacted me and at least have the decency to apologize and offer me a solution for this whole mess .

It seems that Evomag has big problems with product documentation and washes their hands every time with the utmost carelessness.
