On Thursday I contacted them about the order, it was confirmed to me that they are leaving on Friday, today I am with them again, they do not answer me, I write a message on Facebook and in a few minutes I receive the message "Order No. XXXXXX worth 4,095.98 RON was canceled. The reason for the cancellation is: "Onli payment fraud", but the money was withdrawn from the account.

He accuses me of online fraud, but to check the line where the money is they could not do and not even contact me by phone to send them at least proof of payment.

What is my fault that my money was withdrawn and they did not enter their account ????

I order all the products on the internet online, from a few well-known retailers, one of them, XXXX, also lends me quarterly and annually for. the orders I send to them, but I didn't suffer like that.
I placed the order here because, on XXXX, I didn't find a phone + case (if I had one) + phone foil + wirelles charger. My mistake!

Anyway, this is the last order I place on this site !!!
