Nobody ever answers the phone. They do answer email message just to let you know they can't do anything properly.
I place a phone in service more than 20 days ago and and they forgot to inform me that the phone had been sent all the way to Germany for fixing the problem .....that after it was supposed to be fixed in max 15 days ( time period that they have mentioned on their website as well) .
Very unprofessional . Normally knowing that they can not honor the max 15 days mentioned in the contract the shop should have contacted me and at least have the decency to apologize and offer me a solution for this whole mess .

DO NOT recommend!

UPDATE: I have already contacted someone with no success. I have sent messages including at reclamatii@evomag. You called me saying you will get back with more info ( did not hear back yet). This is regarding service nr: 32181.
