Mockery. They sell phones from Vigafon and when a well-documented (online) manufacturing defect of this phone appears, they invalidate the warranty, including the manufacturer knows of this frequent defect in the respective phone model. Their excuse is that I would have had such a problem in the past, when in reality it is the first and only product ever bought from EvoMag. I placed an order in the past that I did not pick up from the Showroom (where I was physically) after I better documented this store. I also referred in conversations to the order of a friend who paid online, he even went to the Showroom in crutches to ask when the product arrives and only after 3 months and complained to ANPC he received his money back for the expensive product he did not receive never. They gave him the money for fear of ANPC, otherwise they would have kept it. These events are quickly forgotten by the "managers" from EvoMag, but they come with all kinds of stories about the client's frivolity. My recommendation is to run away from them.
