I placed an order on the site for a keyboard and a mouse.
I chose the personal pick-up from the showroom, the next morning I was notified that I could pick up the order.
The only downside was that the one who handed over the orders was extremely disinterested and I stayed 30 minutes for something that could last a maximum of 5.

Overall, satisfied, I encourage other platforms besides emag..but invest more in employees.

Another order: apparently if the product is picked up from their premises it can not be returned, to be taken into account when selecting the delivery method.
