Mocking of customers.
It seems that Evomag has big problems with product documentation and washes their hands every time with the utmost carelessness. I am writing this review after such an experience some time ago, which unfortunately was repeated today. I am not absurd and I understand that it is still wrong even if it was the second time but the way of managing the problem was totally unprofessional every time. I would appreciate more sincere apologies than witchcraft like:
"It's a good product, even if it's not the one in the picture"
"We do not deliver this product" (on the site I learn that I sell it even more, even in stock)
"You can order it but ... I don't think it's enough" .. seriously? For a product in stock? I mean, if I place an order with you, I have to consider myself lucky if it arrives, right?
From this whole story it seems that you are kind of playing at the store, based on some terms and conditions that will get rid of any responsibility.
Shame!
