Although normally, according to the legislation in force, a consumer can return without any problem a purchased product (receiving back the total value), the guys from evomag consider that they are above the law and behave like businessmen: one day after purchase, refuses to receive the return of the product on the grounds that it "has a long service life and is unsealed" and submits options for reimbursement of the value with a stop of 20% of the total as a "proof of good faith".
