I was a loyal customer ... until this month (December). Order placed on November 13 for 4 products that were in stock. for a few days nothing happens ... In a few days it takes 30 days from the order - which was paid online, and the products are not.

In order to create all the necessary comforts and make the staff not always carry the phone with them, I decided to buy two Xiaomi Mi Band 5 bracelets (order 1571003). Nowhere in the product description or in its specification did it appear anywhere that it is not the global version, but the Chinese one. After the package arrived, I opened one of the bracelets very carefully to keep the packaging, but also the foils in which it came intact so that there would be no discussions on a possible return. After 2 minutes of use I was surprised to see that this is the Chinese version of the bracelet, which did not suit me, I was not notified before this. I didn't even get close to the other bracelet in the package, knowing that it is in the same stage of non-compliance. I immediately called the courier and sent the package the same day at my expense back to them and I sent them an email with all the details and the return form completed, so that everything would be as fast and on time. A few days later, a gentleman with the initials D.P. who is supposed to deal with the Return to them informed me that the return cannot be accepted due to the fact that the products were bought by a legal entity, and I do not meet a condition:
- minimum 3 completed orders (Corporate account) prior to the one for which you want to return with a minimum value. 10,000 lei;

I kept insisting, and then he said that he could make an "exception" for me and give me 80% of the value of the product. All this time the package had arrived at their headquarters. It seemed to me a bargain of bad taste and meaningless (why accept to receive 80% of the value of the product, as long as the product was non-compliant and I wanted to return them the same day, they are intact), so I refused -a.
