In short, if you choose to pick up the product from the store, the period in which you can return it is 24 hours. This was also my case - and I had to wait another 14 days to get my product back, not to mention the option to get my money back or replace it right away. A not at all flexible store, with a customer relations policy as non-existent.
This was the first and last order made from this online store. I'd rather give a little more but have more rights than save a little money and spend more time than I should and be treated like I'm being given something for free.
