I placed an order for the Fitness Bracelet E-Boda SmartFitness 120, Bluetooth (Black) 1 44.90 Lei.
On 12.08.19 aA I received the confirmations: cd taken over; cd confirmed, cd being delivered AND POINT: order canceled - error displayed incorrectly. And today the product appears on the site at the same price.
In the meantime I bought the product from somewhere else.
I was extremely pleasantly impressed that immediately after my posting I was contacted by someone from the management of the company, who, after verifying the truthfulness of those reported by me, had the courage to accept those related and due to a system error. We appreciated his honesty and especially his courage to accept a mistake by the company, which is less common today.

The staff is not at all kind, they have a promotion, when you get out of the showroom the order gives you a gift, (I work close to them and when I order I prefer to get out of the shop if it's not hard), and when I asked for the gift they were grim, made you feel like the last man ... The customer relations department answers from year to year, I called 15 times without anyone answering. I made a complaint to ANPC and I am waiting for them to be sanctioned for the gross lack of respect for the client and for the law.

The first order went ok: slow but I got what I wanted. The next order was miserable. The item was in stock, according to their website and according to the email they sent confirming the order. After a few days my credit card was charged, which alarmed me because they had sent me no email saying the order was being processed. Emails to their sales department went unanswered and a phone call was put on eternal hold. Seven days and no idea what the status of the order is or whether anyone there is actually at work.

If you have any other possibility of getting what you want somewhere else, do it. Even if it costs more. This is outrageous.

I would have preferred to receive an SMS telling me approximately when he arrives. I just received a text message that the order was taken and that's it.
I mounted the car. It is very robust and sits well on its feet. Short programs for those who want speed at the expense of washing quality. Wash ... but normally a 45 minute program doesn't compare to a 2 hour one. All the programs are half of the Ariston car I had and which lasted me 3 years. Plus or minus, it depends on what you want.
However, contrary to expectations, being Chinese, the car has a premium look and the materials give the feeling of a neat and robust thing. It is quiet and does not shake when squeezed.

Disappointing .... Out of the desire to choose Rom...

Disappointing .... Out of the desire to choose Romanian stores / brands, I ended up preferring to pay a little more (which does not matter in the context of this review) to buy from a Romanian company.
On 25.03.2020 I purchased a WD RED HDD that arrived DOA (defective).
I immediately contacted evoMAG who told me that they can not change the product and can not return my money (order as a legal entity) and to be patient (my spike) that they will diagnose it asap and send me the repaired product hdd is repaired?) or another product instead.
Today, 25.04.2020, exactly one month after I chose evoMAG, I don't have the product we need on 25.03.2020 (obviously in the meantime I bought the same product from the foreign "competition") but neither the right to return.
"Buy" with confidence from evoMAG ... everything will be fine!

About a month ago, I bought two electric scooters from them and chose a personal lift from the showroom because I was very excited and didn't want to wait until the next day for home delivery.

I was brought by a person to see them, lit both of them, packed them, and when I got home, one of the 2 scooters did not start at all, even though we were both loaded and the other one was catching. maximum 11 km / h compared to 25 km / h as specified.

I called them, they told me they could not return because I personally picked them up from the showroom!
After my insistence, I returned with them back, where the person on the return told me the same thing, and finally told me that they would send them to the guarantee, or I had the option to take them personally.

Obviously I chose the option to go personally so as not to waste time, and at the service, after a few days of waiting it was resolved and they are both functional, but I did not appreciate at all how the support from evoMAG unfolded.

It was a lesson in the future, in my opinion this store is to be avoided.

For example, at eMAG, you have 30 days to make a return regardless of how you received the product.

I bought an LED TV Allview 80 cm on 15.05, paid with a bank card. The product arrived to me on 21.05 with the defective display without traces of blows. I made a request for return on the same day, a request registered on 22.05. In the request I specified that I want to change the product with the same model (not waiver or refund). On 22.05 I sent the defective product back.
A week passed and I did not receive a phone, email or SMS regarding the status of the return. I order online regularly but I have never had such a failed experience.

Hello, I placed an order on September 24 and today, October 4 has not reached me.

I sent emails, I called and I saw with Mr. Enache who after 3 days told me that he no longer has a product in stock and if I want to wait or order something similar. I ordered something similar and asked him why he did not announce me in the 3 days, he told me that he did not know, ok.

I waited for other days after which I sent to the orders and to Enache another email as I have not received the package yet.
Even today I have not received an email with a response, and until I called the number posted on Google I have not found the truth.

It seems that the volume of orders was the reason for the delay, and when I asked why I was not announced, as a customer, I did not receive any concrete answer.

It can be verified, the call was registered as well as the emails sent by me, with date, time, everything.

I received the next day, that is, the email, that mins put the parcel to the courier and guess, today (Friday, October 4) I did not even receive sms from the courier (this option was checked by me when I placed the order on September 24th. )

Under these conditions, how could I recommend these services and come back with other orders?
The lack of communication with the client, ie me, was complete. Maybe it was just me "lucky", who knows ...

Only if you are unlucky and the product you bought is defective (blocked), you only have one chance to see your money back: you sign a single paper where you show that you agree to get the product checked in service and after finding out why you will receive your money back in maximum 14 days. That's the law. So, the law that obliges online merchants to receive the product in maximum 10 days and return the money immediately does not exist? I offer them my money and they do not receive the functional product, but they use my money 14 days. It's correct? Is evomag legal? I cut them off the list even if they were the only ones in Romania who had the product I was looking for.
I sent you the concrete data by e-mail Mr. evomag "guardian of service" ... I expect the miracle of solving the problem, appeared without having any guilt.

Unreliable. I ordered some products on April 21st. I only received them on May 20th. That is, after a month. I understand it's a pandemic, but a month? Products arrived directly from China. Avoid this store as much as possible.

PS: I kept writing emails during this period and I received an answer only after approx. 3 weeks. On the phone you manage very hard to find them. So zero customer service.

The service is fast and professional. Disadvantages: If you are not in the car, the location is not very close to the subway and return policy - if you get out of the showroom, claim that you would not have the right to return in 48 hours. With these exceptions, I can recommend evoMag as one of the serious players in the IT market.

No concrete delivery deadline could be communicated to me, but it was clear to me that it would surely exceed one week. And all this I learned because I called. Other companies contacted me if they did not have the products on stock to ask me if I wanted to wait a longer period. It was not Evomag. And the person I talked to did not seem to be interested in my dissatisfaction or finding a solution. Their client orientation is definitely not the strong point.
