I ordered some computer components a week ago, everything is fine and beautiful, I received a court confirmation that the order has been placed and that it will be delivered in the next few days and that I will be notified. 7 days have passed and I have not received anything from them. Besides, the customer relations section is absolutely zero, I have been on the phone for 5 days for 15-20 minutes to close the plant. Overall, if you order from evomag, order things you only need next year. WEAK! Never again.

The worst online shopping experience, on 6.04 I bought an LED LG 165 cm (65 ") 65UM7100PLA, not the delivery time was the problem in this case, surprisingly it came quite quickly in max 2 days as if the nightmare came only after I opened the package and I was ready to put into operation the new acquisition ... Update: I changed my 1star review to 4 stars after the excelent custom care I received following the original posting. I was contacted very soon and everithing was solved. I got my money back and explains about the delay and the delivery time. Quite impresed about the customer focus.

Original: Not recomanded. The web sites assures the buyer it will get the order in 24 hours but actually you are lucky if you receive it after a week. I asked the sales department why I they deliveratley misinforming the buyers. I was ignored. After one week I was informed the product isn't available from the vendor. My order was cancelled, but I am yet to see my money back.

The stock in the site has been updated, as well as the price (by ~ 30% higher), in stock it appears in stock with pick-up on the same day from the showroom or delivery in 3 days by courier. After 2 weeks of waiting, I requested an estimated delivery time and surprise, "the product is no longer in stock" and they canceled my order, and the product was removed from sale. Stop the Holy Command from them and need to go back, you will not get your money back! I ordered products from them and when I wanted to make a return (the right of each of us!) Told me that the products are not "in line" with the return conditions ... that is a cheap cheat so you do not take the money back and wake up with the courier at the door with that product for which you have returned back! For me it was a pleasant experience especially since I bought Black Friday 2020 and everything went fast, from placing the order, confirming it and buying the next day directly from the showroom.

Today 09.08.2019 the status is the same on the site and no one answers for 3 hours on the phone; the robot disconnects me after a few minutes of waiting !!!

And yet after this posting things have changed! The attitude of evoMAG was a positive one. We all learn from mistakes.

I completed the return form on 25.10.2017, on the same date I sent the products back and on 01.11.2017 I sent an email with my data, where to return my money, under the conditions in which it is still praised on the site as in maximum. 14 days back. Since then I am calling at no. for customer relations and no. call from the service and no one answers me, to see at least if they have accepted my return and when my money is transferred. They did not send me an email as they arrived or did not check the products. to see if my money back or not and obviously until now I have not been withheld my money. I am very disappointed and I advise you to look for another site, more reliable, the desired products!
