How is it possible to present yourself with a product under warranty, but with a manufacturing defect, at the evomag headquarters, on 27.07.2020, ... PMae 18.08.2020, to ask for clarifications that the 15 days for solving it have been exceeded problem and be reminded that the tablet has been sent to the service to be repaired ... On 02.09.2020, I come back with a message about the status of the tablet and receive an answer, that I can pick it up .... M -I showed up at the evomag headquarters, when the person in charge of the service disappeared, and a colleague entered the room and tried to help me with the tablet. I asked for a check of it, ... the lady in question left the room with the tablet and after a while it appeared with the answer of the "boys" that I have to test it with a mobile data card, even if in specifications 3G and 2G connection is mentioned .... I went home where I tried that mobile data card and several numbered cards, to no avail.
I mention that on the guarantee certificate are mentioned the dates of 28.07.2020 - receipt in service (with address in sect.2)
29.07.2020 - product delivery ... with stamp and signature ...
The question is, what happened to the tablet for more than a month, even though I asked for information in this regard, being lied to that the tablet is being repaired. At my request on 02.09.2020, I received a defective tablet and I was asked to check it at home.
