I was pleasantly impressed when, after placing the order, at approx. 2 hours, I was contacted on whatsapp and asked if everything is fine. For this reason, for the moment, they have won me as a client. So far, I have "worked" with those from pcgarage, emag, the one, etc. and that didn't happen to me.

I had a problem with a refurbished printer, it was taken for a company. Being brought to a deplorable physical condition: scratches, cracks, yellowing, bending ... it looked like a printer used for 20 years. The problem was that they didn't want to return my printer at all and to buy another one from them (it's true that the 3 days passed when I could return the printer according to their policy, it sitting on the table not being plugged in). But it was no longer about their policy, but about the good sold online that did not match the pictures and description on the site. I emailed them, I went to the printer and to the headquarters, I made a complaint ... and they simply slammed us in the nose with a simple: "The product does not fit our return terms. Thank you." I also attach some pictures, in the pictures you can't really see how it is in reality, but to give you an idea. I tried to talk to the people from the headquarters to give me an email or a phone number from a bigger boss. .but so far I haven't succeeded. Now the printer is left more with force in their service until the case is solved. For their indifference I give them a star.

If it had cusotmer service, it would be something. The prices are ok but once you buy the product you are on your own. Delays the delivery of orders, you have no one to talk to customer relations. I hope I don't need a guarantee. It's really a disaster there ....

Edit: I received a resealed product with traces of use. Although the box seemed sealed, inside the product does not have the protective foil from the manufacturer and has clear traces of use on the product itself, the belt but also on the charger. Choose another store. Evomag is not what you need !!!!

For products picked up from the store, the return right is one (one) day.

Dear Maria, there is no need for identification because I don't want anything from you anymore. It is a busy period for everyone but the "rest" announces delays or delivers in 1-2 days. It's not about the long delivery time, the lack of communication is the part that bothers the worst. For me evoMag no longer exists in the list of options. Competition without "you" becomes a more viable option even if sometimes they have higher prices. At least I know for sure I'm getting the package.

In the meantime, I received explanations regarding the reasons that led to the above situation; I accepted and passed on; I do NOT give 5 stars (initially I gave 1 star) for an order given on 12 dec, it was delivered on 19 dec, WITHOUT any contact, without any dialogue until today and this is a fact, a reality.
Otherwise, all good in the future (I hope)!

Only good experiences with them so far, one of the few online retailers whose displayed stock information is accurate and easy access for direct pick-up via Piata Muncii subway station. Their selection of items could be better, though.

Their orders take a very long time even when already paid, it will take 2-3 business days to get the order shipped to the courier in most cases, I've made about 5 orders from them in the past month or two and they all took incredibly long to ship, they do not reply to e-mails requesting updates about these sort of things, and do not have any phone number to call in case of issues, you have to rely on waiting.

Compared to many other stores, they probably have one of the worst shipping times I have seen. The products themselves are okay, they're what you'd expect, but the horrible shipping times, lack of communication, no method of leaving a reply/question/comment on an on going order, and other time-related issues can't let me give this more than 2 stars.

Whenever making an order from them, even if you're in the same city, expect it to arrive the week after you have made it, and I recommend not paying online due to this, only cash, at least if you find a better place to get you the product faster you can refuse the delivery without having to go through them or your bank to get a refund.

I waited a week without processing my order with the money blocked, because it was paid online, during which time I could buy at the same price from the competition that had enough stock. UPDATE: Be very careful when you buy products from evomag because you can't return them if you pick them up from the showroom! Opt for home delivery so you can return the products if you are not satisfied with them. I found out about the store's policy after I wanted to return a product and read the return rules. This is the only reason I get 3/5 stars.

They sell phones from Vigafon, a service full of negative reviews, and EvoMag is surprised that they have dissatisfied customers. A Google search for "Xiaomi Mi 9 SE Ghost Touch issue" shows that users around the world have the same hardware problem that is well known, it is clearly a defect that needs to be fixed under warranty, not "improper use" of the phone. But EvoMag doesn't mind selling phones without a warranty, they find all sorts of excuses in their minds. You use a phone for a few months, you keep it in impeccable condition, then you throw it away when it suddenly breaks down and you buy another one, possibly also from EvoMag, also without warranty.

Unscumbered, re-sold product sold as new.

A big minus, however, must be added in terms of the lack of essential information about the purchased phone: Iphone 11 128 GB. The order was made online and the pick-up took place in the showroom. Neither on the site nor in the showroom was anything mentioned about the preparation or rather the lack of adaptation to the conditions in Romania: The charger can NOT be used unless an adapter is purchased separately. The charger is only good for Asia or Latin America!

Don't buy! My orders have just been canceled on the grounds that the products are no longer manufactured and are not in stock when they were in stock at the time of ordering. They even had a spell that they could get up from the showroom right now. Seriously 0, I specified that I do not want to cancel the order and obviously it was canceled. Horrible service, where they do not answer the phone or email unless you complain to ANAF, but they have systems to take your money instantly. I had no pretensions to solve it quickly, but what bothered me was that I was constantly ignored and that is unacceptable.

I ordered an efficient microwave about 1,000 lei 2 weeks ago, I paid online with the card, but I did not receive any email from them except automatic confirmation, no phone, nothing. I'm trying to contact them, but I do not even pay for them on the phone or on the phone. Did they go bankrupt? Did they run away with the money? I do not recommend. I wanted to place orders on other platforms, not only on emag, and I came to these evomag. I ordered a product that was "in stock" but the product arrived after 10 days. During this interval, I also sent an email to the address they ostentatiously display on the site's page. Answer - zero.
If I had ordered from emag or cel.ro, the delivery would have lasted a maximum of two days if the product was in the stock of any seller partner. I say this because I am also a seller on the marketplace platforms of the two mentioned. For me, there is no delivery time longer than two days unless the courier operator has a problem.
From what I read here, the conclusion is that I had to read reviews before ordering. So avoid these evomags
