Great prices, but huge lack of customer care and responsibility. I called them 12 times on the phone (and unfortunately I'm not exaggerating), they've never answered. I've always waited even at the limit of the call (which is 7 minutes and 30 seconds), and they've never answered. I don't know if they're actually that busy with the calls or they simply don't care. I called them 12 times just for a simple question.
