ABSOLUTE SLOWEST SHIPPING. THEY SENT IT TO DHL WHO...

ABSOLUTE SLOWEST SHIPPING. THEY SENT IT TO DHL WHO HELD ONTO IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEN DHL GAVE IT TO USPS WHO HAS NOT MOVED IT IN TWO DAYS. I KNOW I PAID MINIMUM SHIPPING, BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ORDER TAKE THIS LONG TO ARRIVE. BEEN 7 DAYS NOW AND THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT A COUPLE MORE DAYS.

I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS BACK TO EVEREST. IT HAS NEVER TAKEN MORE THAN 4 DAYS TO RECEIVE AN ORDER.

I AM ONLY GIVING THEN 1 STAR BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT LET ME POST WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE.

They were up front about the 5-9 business days and they used every bit of the 9 days. Part was delayed and no notification. Poor customer service. I should have ordered from seats!!! Not recommended.

Outstanding service!
I was having some problems with our washer.
I contacted eReplacementParts. Discussed the issue with them. Then ordered some parts for that unit. The parts came very quickly. I used some of the parts and resolved the problem. Contacted eReplacementParts about returning the unused parts. They set me up with an immediate return. No hassle at all.

I ordered parts to replace a carburetor on a pressure washer but then I realized a replacement wasn't necessary. I received the right parts in a timely fashion, but returning the items took some effort. Initially, they indicated that they hadn't received the return. Eventually they figured it out and I did receive the proper credit. One of the more difficult transactions I have had online, but in the end I feel I was treated fairly.

Great place to find any part you need. The only problem is it takes "forever" to receive the part. Even with expedited shipping it takes longer than other companies to ship out. I deal with ereplacement because it's worth the wait. You get the exact part at a fantastic price!! I just wish they would deal with USPS & stay away from DHL......

Worst online ordering experience to date. We needed a part for our bathroom fans to complete our home inspection and we were sent someone else's order. When we called we were told we needed to wait for the party who received our order to ship it to us. We asked to have another part overnighted to us (due to the inspection) and we were told no, we needed to wait an undetermined time to have it sent by this other person. When we asked for a refund we were told no they cant help us. Now we have no parts and are completely out our money. Absolute WORST customer service and complaint resolution we've ever experienced. I hope people are able to read this before ordering

They lost my part. Period. I ordered a part with PRIORITY SHIPPING, and 4 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, the tracking for the shipping hadn't updated. I called, and customer service claimed that it hadn't gotten picked up by the post office, or had been lost in transit. So, they blamed the post office. Yeah, makes total sense. I'm lucky I got a refund. If you want to order from here, be prepared to have to wait a while, because they have an awful shipping system. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I spoke to the inside sales rep and was told this was the correct valve plate replacement kit for my compressor. I was glad when I received it in 2 days (they said 2-5 days for shipping). However, it was the wrong kit. I called and they fixed everything on the order and offered to ship it out Next Day via UPS. They offered to pay for half the shipping charges because of the mix up, but I insisted they pay for all of it. He had to get permission, but they did in fact pay for all the shipping.

I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 because the first cust service rep didn't do his job effectively and suggested the wrong kit. Another hit on them was the fact that they should have offered to pay the shipping in full without me requesting it.

I'll use them again, but I'll make sure to do my own research first.

Found this place years ago, and love it. They know there stuff and have me find the same part by different manufacturers to help save me money. Just remember be nice and patient, don't get angry or upset and they will do what they can to help you out. Would very highly recommend.

In short, irresponsible and shady practices where they avoid you. Needed some replacement tent poles and had a coupon code for buy one get one, but there was no way to verify the code at checkout. So, I ended up ordering not knowing if the coupon would be applied. It wasn't. I tried to call, but they won't take calls because "too much business". So I emailed and told them to contact me before sending my order or just apply the discount. Heard nothing. They shipped it and charged me the full price (which I wouldn't have ordered as many if I wasn't going to get free ones). I tried to call again, still too busy to accept calls. So I emailed again. They will not respond to me. I've given them two months to respond. Totally inexcusable business practices. If you have an increase in business, hire more people to answer the phones. At this point, my assumption is it's a dodging tactic. If you didn't see my emails, then that's pathetic because I reached out multiple times with the order number attached to the email, as instructed. And the check out process is not okay. just a box to make you think you're getting a discount, but no way to know. And it never asked me to confirm my order. Just took my card information and ran off with it. Do not support this company with your business. It's unfortunate, because I really think the business' value proposition is needed.

I order a lot of various things from the internet mostly because I cannot find them locally, but all too often we order from an internet provider and when everything goes the way its suppose to we don't say anything.

I ordered two snow shuts for my Works snow blower and could not find them anywhere, but did find them on this site they came on time packed well and nothing broke, the price was reasonable I was extremely pleased since this was my first time ordering from this site and will definitely order from them again.

Waited almost 2 weeks before they even shipped the item. Item was wrong. They apologized, and automatically generated an e-mail that wanted ME to print out a label to ship the wrong item back to them. And automatically refunded me. I didn't want that. I wanted them to snail mail me a return label, I would have been kind hearted enough to make a trip to the post office to mail the wrong part back to them. And I would rather they just keep my original payment and send me the correct part. Now I have to back through the whole "reorder" process and wait another month to get the correct part, hopefully.

Two weeks later I asked about it again and they told me that they would have to issue me a refund and I needed to place a new order. No thanks...I'll order it somewhere else.

Bad company to place orders with. Placed a order of a in stock small part. Paid to have expedited shipment. Was told 5 days ago it was shipping next day. But today I login it was pending with no shipping date available... So much for the additional $$ for expedited fee. It would have been nice for a email sent to me of the delay, unfortunately they did not feel that was valuable to your customers. So I have called and told there were 4 in stock and can not tell me why it was never shipped or when it would be shipped. I figure out a new solution with a new vendor.

Ordered Item on April 19th ---Waited and checked tracking. called the 800 #
I was told to just wait. It is now May 4 my item has been at a sorting facility
now since April 27th. They (ereplacementparts) do not answer the phone and when they do, it is someone in Nova Scotia, that has no info other than, what I can see. Also no resolution. I have sent an email to the company( only way, as they do not answer the phone today. ) I started calling at 8 a.m. est. As of today 5/4 no one has responded or answered the phone.
The other trick is you have to press 1 to talk to anybody because pressing 2 gets you a message about doing everything online. LOL
The worst part- Homedepot has the item I was trying to patronize a smaller business--Learned a good lesson.

Fantastic place. Its across town from me so I can just walk in. The counter guys are friendly and very helpful. Huge building used to be a Costco, now stuffed with parts of every kind. I was able to get parts for a pressure washer, dishwasher, and lawn mower in a single stop and for a great price. As one review said, these kinds of places turn inventory, so don't expect that item you need to always be there. I was looking for a plastic soap tank for an older and obscure pressure washer I have. They were one of the few that had the part and since they are local for me, I thought I'd save on shipping and stop by. The site said 6 in stock and a call confirmed the same. When I went in the next day, I got one of only two left which I confirmed on their website as soon as I left. When I was checking out, the guy was just as surprised that something that old and random had moved so fast, but they had more on order and said they see some odd things shipping as much as they do all over the country.

I would give 5 stars for the quality of product and price but my package that was shipped last Wednesday from Salt Lake City to Dallas was misdirected to Fargo ND. The fact that I paid extra for shipping to get it here quicker and then it s sent in the opposite direction is why they are not getting 5 stars. Otherwise good experience.

Ordered 4 screws and a washer, cost about $20, but needed for a sander. Description said comparable. The parts weren t remotely compatible. Return policy on receipt, but when you go to their sight they say they don t recognize the order #, put in your email. A loop of high prices, no returns, and nonexistent customer service. I d give it a no star rating if it were possible.

I am very unhappy with my most recent experience and wanted to tell you about it.

I ordered a capacitor for my JET air filtration that your website directed me to telling me it was the correct part. I installed the capacitor and and when I turned the tool on, another part of the circuit board caught fire. This tool worked perfectly before the capacitor went. I did hours of research and inspected the board and came to a 100% conclusion that the capacitor was the issue, which is it was. The machine turned on for 5 seconds, worked great, then blew.

I spoke to customer service and since I feel the product that was directed to me was the issue for the circuit board being critically damaged I asked if they would work with me on replacing the whole circuit board. I worked with a young man named Steven who was great however his supervisor Colton was not.

I asked if your company would maybe offer at least a discount on a new circuit board and was denied. I didn't go searching to buy a part $25 just so I would have to replace a $120 part, I obviously need to save money.

How does your company not stand behind its knowledge given to customers? I trusted your website to direct me to the part needed, it failed and now I have a much bigger issue.

I am very unhappy with this service, I know its a small issue but feeling somewhat cheated by a company is not good. I thought I would reach out to you to see what you have to say about it.

((UPDATE)) - After dealing with many unaccommodating service reps who refused to do right thing in the situation, I spoke to a supervisor and she was extremely helpful and gave me more than expected in return.

All in all however; I spent over 4-5 hours on the phone dealing with a $100 part. I was asking for it for free I was asking for the price that the original part I ordered cost.

I'm sure they are a great company and this was just a mishap.

I like their inventory selection and I like that they have pictures for most of their inventory, including the graph so you can determine size. However, for the second time in the past year, eReplacementParts allowed me to place an order for items they do not have in stock. They gave me no warning before I placed the order that the items were not in stock.
I placed the order on August 18. I received a confirmation email stating "Your order will leave our warehouse in approximately: 4-10 business days."
TWO WEEKS LATER, on September 1, I received an email stating both parts were "on order." ~"We are waiting for the parts on order to arrive from the manufacturer. We apologize that it is taking longer than expected. We expect to see them with in 5-7 business days.
A WEEK LATER, on September 7, I received another email, this time stating one item was "ready to ship" while the other was still "on order." ~"Unfortunately, there has been a delay in getting the On Order part, but we should be able to get it from the manufacturer in 4-10 business days."
IT HAS BEEN 13 DAYS and that was the last communication I have received from them! Finally today I just cancelled my order.

This is TERRIBLE inventory control and TERRIBLE communication/customer service! The idea behind eReplacementParts is incredible--having a part for ANYTHING at the tips of your fingers! But the execution behind the idea is seriously lacking. The people within the organization obviously don't care. Time for new management.

Worst customer service i've ever had in my life!
Trying to return a part and they give me a dinky return label that doesn't have any postage marks even though it says it'll take out postage from the refund.
When i try to contact them i cant get through to anyone, just automated messages blaming covid. Customer service hotlines and emails can be handled remotely so i dont know what covid has to do with that. I would wait in line on hold if you're short handed but theres just nobody.

So you can tell that at least a couple of these reviews are from competition. Competition that just can't compete with there guys so they resort to fake bad reviews to try to scare customers to a competitor... I am a competitor to this company, but like any GOOD competitor, I do business with these guys and in turn, they do business with me. The other people who wrote bad reviews about companies like this have absolutely NO clue how these businesses work. The guy who said he was told 5-9 says and got his kart on the 9th day, then complained about NO delay notification, really??? YOU WERE TOLD 5-9 DAYS!! Lol... As for accuracy of stated inventory, come on..... These places turn over inventory at an INSANE rate! Companies they get parts from do the same, so the likely good of ending up with a back order is pretty darn good.. And if you tell them to hold off on your order because of a back order, don't expect anyone to hold your parts until you can figure out what you want to do... to the company at hand, guy's and gals, keep up the good work and we appreciate your business!!

Waited two weeks for parts that i never recieved. Called once and the lady said wait some more and they should get there. Finally traced down the shipping information and called dhl globel. They informed me that they created a label but the parts never areived to be shipped.
Called escam back and the informed me that they would need to cancel the order and issue a refund that may take 5 days to show up in my account. Wanted me to resubmit the order and pay for it over the phone. Lol i am not going to give them no more money while the send my money back.
I have a strange feeling that i will have to file papers at the bank in order for my refund to get replaced in my account. So back at square one find a better place to order parts

I don't know this other person, but the email included this individual's name, address, user ID and password. This is very careless disregard to personal information and in this day of identity theft, this company is blindly giving away information.

I'd give them a zero if google would let me.

Used Erepacement parts. The customer service told me how to find the gas grill model and informed me which burner to buy and I did so. Was sent the wrong burner so I contacted ereplacement parts and they blamed me. Although the support person told me it was the right one to buy. Now they want to charge me $5.00 restocking fees on their error. Ordered the burner again for my grill and paid for 4day shipping to be told it was on their site as a normal part but was considered a SPECIAL order and could take up to and in excess of 14 days plus 4days to ship

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is literally the worst place I've ever dealt with. I ordered two parts and paid extra for 2 day shipping. 3 days later(the same day the parts were supposed to arrive, figuring 1 day for processing and 2 days for shipping) I get an email saying that the parts have not shipped and that one part will not be available for another 6-11 days. There was nothing on their site when placing the order that said that they do not have the parts in stock.

I contact them addressing this and ask to cancel the order for the part that is not in stock. I soon receive a response saying that they cannot refund because my parts have "shipped out". I'm thinking cool, I'll get my parts only a couple of days late, but seemed suspicious that the part not in stock was now being shipped to me. Nope. 3 days later I check the tracking number they gave me and it just says a label has been created. I then contact them again asking how my parts "shipped out" 3 days ago when there is just a label in FedEx's system, zero transit information. I then receive a response saying that the order is lost, not sure how you lose something 3 days after it supposedly left your facility, pretty impressive..

They now want me to call in so they can "refund and re-bill". You seriously expect me to reorder the parts and let you "re-bill" after this?

They told me I had to pay for return shipping *AND* pay for shipping of the new part. I ended up returning the entire order and getting the parts for less from another site.

I purchased a traction cable for my lawnboy in June 2020 received the part in July. Put part on. used lawn mower 4 to 5 times. After putting a new piston in the motor i noticed that the cable had broken part of the way though. I sent the part back on 9/22/20 they received the package on 9/25/20. It is now 10/02/20. I have tried to call numerous times and email several times. I would expect the cable would hold up longer then two months. I still waiting to hear back. No customer service. No phone response. No email response. No refund. 2 weeks is plenty long enough to respond I believe. They sure took my money fast. We will see what happens.

The good: The part appeared to be as described, and it came in a timely manner.

The bad: I did not know it at the time, but the part was defective from the beginning. After going through a bunch of parts through Weber, they sent the same part as ereplacementparts sent (did not think was the issue, right?) and turned out that the part sent by ereplacementparts was defective.

Long story short, they were unwilling to budge from their 45 day return policy even though there was no way for an ordinary joe like me to understand the part was bad. Plus, the part was bad from the beginning. I will not order from them again as they did not even attempt to earn any loyalty by righting their wrong. I would much rather just order from the manufacturer, Weber, who will bend over backwards to make sure I'm happy with the purchase.

Horrible. Ordered parts and here we are a month later and i am still waiting. They tell me the warehouse says they should have it in 19 days, then 3 to 5 days to be shipped to me. Horrible they treat customers like this. When ordered i expect 3 days, if you dont have it tell the customer so we can buy somewhere else. Oh wait you LOSE MONEY that way. excellent customer service. I ordered a part for an older coffee pot. Arrival date passed and no part. Checked tracking number and USPS said "delivered". We have an address that has been often confused with one about 2 miles away. I contacted USPS: no help. I contacted ereplacement parts and they refunded (including postage) my original purchase after I ordered a new part. The USPS did get the 2nd order to me. I didn't expect a refund on an order that was misdirected by the post office, not the seller. They were quick with email communication to me as well. Thank you.

The part number provided by ereplacement was the same as the manufacturer but the part did not fit (it was a cheap knock off). ereplacement refused to refund the expensive shipping they charge, in other words they pocket the money for a part that will not fit. I will not be back.

They would not refund shipping, and the person from the Nova Scotia, Canada headquarters was robotic and didn't really seem to care. She said there were two different parts and two different lengths of cable for the same mower. Not doing business with them again.

Worst place to buy parts. 5 days I am waiting for shipment from Salt lake City UT to Northern California. They used some kind of company name First Mile. My shipment goes around SF bay area. When I call them they told me to contact first mile. I did call them and they suppose to get back to me in couple of minutes. Never hear back. Please, stay away. I am only happy I did pay PayPal for this purchase. I am ready to dispute it with PayPal.

Probably the most intuitive e-commerce experience I've experienced so far. I needed a retaining pin for my wife's KitchenAid mixer. After looking at how to fix it from one of eReplacementParts youTube videos, I went onto their site to purchase the part. BTW, I got to the e-commerce site from the youTube video.

After searching for the mixer, 3 pages of different schematics came up. I found my pin on one of the schematics and clicked where it was on the schematic which was just a href mapped image, and a popup came up asking me how many of these pins I would like to add to my shopping cart. They mapped a product popup (page) to the schematic for every part on that schematic making my work effortless in purchasing it.

Granted I don't order too many replacement parts like this so this is new to me. Anyway, just wanted to share a great shopping experience I had and would recommend this site.

I love E- replacement Parts, they have most everything I need, the only complaint I have is that I can never get them on the phone. If I go online to find their phone number all there is, is the one number to order parts through, If I get into my phone book to find the number for the store near me and call it nobody ever answers, it just rings and rings until it disconnects, so all I can do is drive to the store wasting time, gas and wear and tare on the car if they don't have the part. Or I might just want to know what the part costs so I can plan a budget.
