Shipping issues- Tracking info hadn't updated in a few days so I contacted customer service. They assured me it was still in transit but had "switched shipping carriers". Two weeks later I asked about it again and they told me that they would have to issue me a refund and I needed to place a new order. No thanks...I'll order it somewhere else.
