Worst customer service i've ever had in my life!

Worst customer service i've ever had in my life!
Trying to return a part and they give me a dinky return label that doesn't have any postage marks even though it says it'll take out postage from the refund.
When i try to contact them i cant get through to anyone, just automated messages blaming covid. Customer service hotlines and emails can be handled remotely so i dont know what covid has to do with that. I would wait in line on hold if you're short handed but theres just nobody.
