Amazing customer service I went there today to buy parts for my husky Air compressor they were very nice and helpful had all the parts I needed, I'm definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
Eric, maybe you should give people a chance before firing them. Or at least try to understand. And maybe the problems lie with YOUR training and NOT my work. I just exactly did as I was shown. Fire Matt while you re at it. He said that if boxes were too high to get, to short pick them. Those were the only boxes that I can think of that were right there , as you put it. But of course, you re a lousy boss, so asking or inquiring is beneath your supposed job duties.
If truth be told, I could tell that you seemed leery of my disability, which I could easily use as a complaint against your company. Honestly, I just only want to write this review, so I can say the words you didn t afford me to say. And I guess forget about the whole 90 day trial period thing, eh. But it s odd how Gary said I was doing good after he shadowed me, unless he was lying, which wouldn t surprise me since everybody seemed so uptight there. Whatever. I'm starting a small engine repair business, and I honestly wanted to do business with eReplacementParts as they are a Utah company and I'm located in Utah. But, the one-star reviews about how bad their C/S is, I cannot in all honesty do business with them, sad... these issues are easily fixed, just get rid of the problem people. #Disappointed
Waste of time to order through them. Company left 1 of 3 parts on back order. Called and talked to them a few times to check in on parts. They stated they could send me the other two parts in the order and I asked to hold off. Finally after enough waiting I asked them to send me the other 2 parts, company then stated these parts had never been reserved for me. It is a complete waste of time. Customer services stated on the phone they could ship this then 15 days later denied ever having the parts in. Sad thing is when I ordered the parts they all showed up as in stock....They do not keep a proper inventory so be aware.
Walked in here from the directed recommendations of another store I went to that couldn't help me find parts I needed for a lawn mower. I received quick, prompt, polite service.. Nothing but smiles... Thanks guys!!
I ordered both a left and a right foot plate for my elliptical. I received two right foot plates, one was labeled left (yet obviously right). After trying to call and not being able to talk to a person (due to Covid? Since people can t answer phones from home?) and sending an email (which I also received a reply saying that due to Covid I would most likely not receive a timely reply, because that s also something employees can t do from home?), I have found myself a bit screwed over. I now have the option to receive a partial refund and free shipping, or a full refund and pay for shipping, to send back the part THEY messed up. I am being held accountable for the fact they can t hire employees that can tell the difference between left and right. Would not recommend ordering anything from them unless you want to suffer from the world s biggest headache.
I ordered a few parts for my brad nailer, received a USPS tracking number and estimated delivery time was a month due to it being shipped international. I wait for the month, and nothing arrives. I contact iGlobal (the international reseller of eReplacementParts and they inform me item never actually left the warehouse.
Still needing the parts I have them re-issue the order, but asked for free expedited shipping, that order goes thru, wait another 2 weeks for a shipping confirmation which was frustrating and receive a UPS tracking number this time, no update on the shipping status for two days. Then two emails come in from iGlobal that my package has shipped and on the third day, finally an update the parts are on their way.
This has been a two month ordeal. Next time I will chant and throw chicken bones and see if I get better results with witchcraft.

I ordered a part for a riding lawnmower and was sent the wrong part. I was told I had to pay shipping and handing for the correct part. Bad thing is the part I was mistaking sent was a $70 dollar part and not the $10 part I ordered. I traded the part at my local lawnmower shop. Good deal for all.

When the side handle of my electric drill broke I figured it would be hard to find another. It was not, thanks to e-ReplacementParts. They were the first item on google, the website was super-easy to use, they had the part, the price was excellent, and economy shipping got it to me in two days. I could have driven to their store here in Utah, if it was a real emergency. What a great store! Five stars.
Was changing the chain on my Echo Chainsaw and one of the studs broke off. Went to the eReplacement Parts website, found the model # of my saw, found the part I needed, ordered it and arrived within 5 days. I m in Maui so the shipping time was awesome. They drop ship. They don't seem to have anything in stock. Then when the part arrives broken they blame the drop shipper, They also don't tell you when the part ordered is back ordered. You order, you pay, you receive a confirmation email and a week later you check back and find out your part is back ordered. You could have paid $4 more from someone else that actually could verify they have it in stock and you would have had your part by now. Stay away from these guys. You get what you pay for.
They helped me source a part for my compressor. OEM part was on lengthy back order. They were able to source an alternate manufacturer part that was in stock and less money! Great customer service! Part works great. Could not be happier! Thank you!

Ordered a part for my air compressor the got the money out of my bank account and now I naver did get my part the say the ant got nothing on file the give me the wrong order number the start with now no one nos nothing about it what a joke
No Customer Service. They took a long time to process my order it has yet to ship but they took there money ASAP IN THE AMOUNT OF $223.53 And I ordered on 4/29/2020 and now it is 5/22/2020 I ve only got one email from them and that was the ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE ORDER NUMBER ON IT. It is impossible to talk to anyone by phone and emails are not being answered. On 5/30/2020 I looked up this company on Facebook and use Messenger app to send them a message. I finally got a message back from them saying the my order was made into 2 orders. One in stock that would be sent out immediately and the other would be shipped out when the parts showed up. I canceled one item on my order because it was on back order with no ETA on when it was going to show up. It is now 6/4/2020 and nothing has shipped out yet. And now it s showing all my parts are in stock now. I got a person on the phone today and was told the refund for the one Item I canceled on my order will take 2-4 Business days To be returned. And I asked about why my order has not been shipped out?. I was told that it s going to take some time and I payed for Priority shipping priority shipping on my order at a cost of like $15.00 to get it faster. All my parts were in on 5/30/2020 and now it is 6/4/2020 and my order still has not been shipped out still. It s funny I ordered parts from the MCLANE WEBSITE on 5/30/2020 and they showed up at my house today 6/4/2020 I find this to be sad for EREPLACEMENTPARTS.com who can t get orders out to a customer from 4/29/2020. All the parts were in on 5/30/2020 SHIP them out it does not take 5 days to package up a small order and get it shipped out. This place is pathetic absolutely no customer service whatsoever. All They can say is I can cancel your order not help you with anything at all

Said part was in stock in their warehouse. Not only was it not in stock it is on back order. This is exactly why I was verifying that you had it in stock!!!!!!
I waited two months for the part. It was the wrong size so I tried to return it. After chatting with customer service two times I was finally able to get a return slip for the item. However, the return slip did not have an address or postage! Now the website says I cannot return the item. Very frustrating to say the least.
Ordered some parts for our Bosch saw that we couldn t get anywhere else. To our shock and awe, we had them in hand less than 24 hours later, and we are in Canada. See? It IS possible. Impressed.

Was charged 3x the cost of the part for FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery which means by 3pm. The part was late and they refused to any refund and after calling and emailing several times I finally got half off the freight. I will Never use again nor would recommend them to anyone. They said FedEx would not refund them any freight due to they way the account was setup which is a lie. Very Dishonest People.
Starting to see why they have a high turnover rate for employment. Had a interview with them for a lead position. The guy that was conducting the interview talk a good game and I was genuinely interested I read into the company how they started etc. Loved the that are family-owned. He told me what they expected with this position.which was no problem since I work at Amazon as a (area manager) a lot better money. But needed a job with different hours since we just had our 2nd child. During the interview, he gave me a little one piece quiz. Which consisted of zip codes, alphanumeric product numbers and chooses the correct shipping address. Felt great mind you not to complicated of job. After the interview told I should hear back from them in a day or tow. This was back in november. On Monday I received a email asking if I was still interested. Almost a year later. I have a buddy who works there says it's not a hard job by any means. But the problem is they have with people with very little experience because it's a easy job. So if you have great work ethic, track record of your leadership skills as well supervisory experience stay stay. Had to leave a review after my email discussion with her back and forth this week.
Worst place to buy part ever. Ordered my part 2 months ago and I'm still being told they cannot ship for another month! Ridiculous customer service. Stay away from this site!!!
I ordered three parts they listed on the website as available. Several weeks later I received a message that one of the parts was discontinued and do I want them to order the remaining two items. I agreed. A few weeks later they sent a message to call them as two parts are discontinued and they are ordering only the one part. I called them as requested and tried all options during business hours but nobody answers the phone. I e-mailed them to call me to understand this game but they never did. Remember per policy I was already billed for items I will not receive and no customer service since they won't answer the phone or call you back. After sending another E-mail to call me I received cancellation and refund notice like I was the issue.
Ordered parts. Checked order status and it said pending- delivery delay. I have emailed twice and received nothing in return. And they aren t taking calls right now bc of COVID?! Worst customer service ever.

Shipping costs on small parts are extremely high and often cost more than the parts themselves. Perhaps it's the high cost of inventorying so many parts. OK then, I can accept that and yes, they shipped the parts quickly. Unfortunately, one was the wrong part. Called Customer Service and got message that they weren't taking calls - to send an email instead. I sent three emails, no response to any.
Reordered correct part (to this day 3 months later, still have not gotten credit for the initial incorrect part or shipping). However it took two more shipments to get the correct parts and they charged me the same high shipping costs for both shipments. Again tried calling - same message to send email instead. And again, two emails were sent and no response. So far, total of seven attempts to contact them, with no response to any. Getting the picture yet?
Bottom line is that any efforts to contact Customer Service seem to fall off the end of the earth. "Bob from eReplacementParts.com" is happy to send frequent emails touting offers, ease of getting parts, and bragging about great service. Problem is that "Bob" is not happy to pick up the stinking phone or to give emails the courtesy of a response. Five stars for availability of parts and ease of ordering, but the complete failure to communicate or correct errors kills that rating and they get one star for being an imposter merchant, happy to take your order - with exorbitant shipping costs and a complete void in the customer service category.
I waited to post this review, to be fair to the merchant and give them time to correct the situation, but nothing has changed because they continue to be unresponsive. They seem to respond to negative ratings with the same insincere BS boilerplate; "we are sorry to hear... - we pride ourselves on service..." reply. Look at all the negative one-star reviews - same BS reply. So let's see what happens now... I'll bet its the same identical reply.
I have relied on E Replacement Parts for components to repair, replace, and refurbish much of my serviceable tools, gigs, gas and electric power equipment. I have received timely delivery and if items are delayed or unavailable I am notified immediately. E Replacement Parts services are a must for anyone having serviceable hardware.
Don't waste your time with this place and tell your friends not to bother either!!! They sent me a defective part and when I tried to send it back they acted like I was a bastard stepchild. Very vague instructions, no return label, no apologies, ship at your own expense.
Definitely the most unprofessional and uncourteous company I"ve dealt with. Luckily I only spent less than $30. A lesson learned.
Shortly after sending my previous communication, I checked my regular daily mail delivery and found that the product was delivered. Not sure if this improves the situation. I highly recommend buying from e replacement parts! I generally prefer to buy at a retail store but I received service from these guys that is non existent in today world. I own a contracting company so we deal with tool repair constantly. My saw that needed repair was actual under warranty but before the repair dealer could even tell me that it was, I already had it fixed. It would have taken them 2 weeks min to fix! I ordered my parts at 4:30pm and had the saw back together by noon the next day, this is after I realized I ordered the wrong part number. Here is the best part, even know it was too late for them to catch the wrong part so it was delivered with the correct one, they still refunded me for the wrong part and my $35 for expedited shipping! I will buy all parts from them from now on.
