I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is literally the worst place I've ever dealt with. I ordered two parts and paid extra for 2 day shipping. 3 days later(the same day the parts were supposed to arrive, figuring 1 day for processing and 2 days for shipping) I get an email saying that the parts have not shipped and that one part will not be available for another 6-11 days. There was nothing on their site when placing the order that said that they do not have the parts in stock.
I contact them addressing this and ask to cancel the order for the part that is not in stock. I soon receive a response saying that they cannot refund because my parts have "shipped out". I'm thinking cool, I'll get my parts only a couple of days late, but seemed suspicious that the part not in stock was now being shipped to me. Nope. 3 days later I check the tracking number they gave me and it just says a label has been created. I then contact them again asking how my parts "shipped out" 3 days ago when there is just a label in FedEx's system, zero transit information. I then receive a response saying that the order is lost, not sure how you lose something 3 days after it supposedly left your facility, pretty impressive..
They now want me to call in so they can "refund and re-bill". You seriously expect me to reorder the parts and let you "re-bill" after this?

They sold me parts that they never had
They magically shipped parts to me that they never had
They then lost my order to parts that they never had
