Ordered part for my lawn mower. Put in model number, and system came back with the part. Received part, and it was the wrong one. They would not refund shipping, and the person from the Nova Scotia, Canada headquarters was robotic and didn't really seem to care. She said there were two different parts and two different lengths of cable for the same mower. Not doing business with them again.
