I purchased a traction cable for my lawnboy in June 2020 received the part in July. Put part on. used lawn mower 4 to 5 times. After putting a new piston in the motor i noticed that the cable had broken part of the way though. I sent the part back on 9/22/20 they received the package on 9/25/20. It is now 10/02/20. I have tried to call numerous times and email several times. I would expect the cable would hold up longer then two months. I still waiting to hear back. No customer service. No phone response. No email response. No refund. 2 weeks is plenty long enough to respond I believe. They sure took my money fast. We will see what happens.
