I like their inventory selection and I like that they have pictures for most of their inventory, including the graph so you can determine size. However, for the second time in the past year, eReplacementParts allowed me to place an order for items they do not have in stock. They gave me no warning before I placed the order that the items were not in stock.
I placed the order on August 18. I received a confirmation email stating "Your order will leave our warehouse in approximately: 4-10 business days."
TWO WEEKS LATER, on September 1, I received an email stating both parts were "on order." ~"We are waiting for the parts on order to arrive from the manufacturer. We apologize that it is taking longer than expected. We expect to see them with in 5-7 business days.
A WEEK LATER, on September 7, I received another email, this time stating one item was "ready to ship" while the other was still "on order." ~"Unfortunately, there has been a delay in getting the On Order part, but we should be able to get it from the manufacturer in 4-10 business days."
IT HAS BEEN 13 DAYS and that was the last communication I have received from them! Finally today I just cancelled my order.

This is TERRIBLE inventory control and TERRIBLE communication/customer service! The idea behind eReplacementParts is incredible--having a part for ANYTHING at the tips of your fingers! But the execution behind the idea is seriously lacking. The people within the organization obviously don't care. Time for new management.
