Waited almost 2 weeks before they even shipped the...
Waited almost 2 weeks before they even shipped the item. Item was wrong. They apologized, and automatically generated an e-mail that wanted ME to print out a label to ship the wrong item back to them. And automatically refunded me. I didn't want that. I wanted them to snail mail me a return label, I would have been kind hearted enough to make a trip to the post office to mail the wrong part back to them. And I would rather they just keep my original payment and send me the correct part. Now I have to back through the whole "reorder" process and wait another month to get the correct part, hopefully.
