They lost my part. Period. I ordered a part with PRIORITY SHIPPING, and 4 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, the tracking for the shipping hadn't updated. I called, and customer service claimed that it hadn't gotten picked up by the post office, or had been lost in transit. So, they blamed the post office. Yeah, makes total sense. I'm lucky I got a refund. If you want to order from here, be prepared to have to wait a while, because they have an awful shipping system. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
