Our family enjoyed the cabin, and there was more than enough space. Other than some very simple things that needed repair like the grill and one coffee pot, we didn't have any issues, and the location was perfect.

Our 1st family vacation, I saved and worked overtime for weeks. I wanted to stay in a luxury cabin with my family. The cabin was Trinity, it was very nice. There were a few problems with it. I was originally told this had a great view, but it didn't, all we could see is Trees, nothing else. not a good view at all. Eden Crest told me this when I booked it. NOT. The major problem was the neighbors, the cabin next to us was called Casa Di Amore. They partyed Thursday,Friday and Saturday, Not just a little loud but a lot Loud. We let it go the 1st night and the 2nd night we heard someone else yell at them late in AM hours and said to shut up, but they didn't . Same thing Friday night. I called Eden Crest Saturday morning and was told that cabin didn't belong to them and there was nothing they could do, either call the resort or the police. Really, I was on vacation, did I really wanted to spend my time doing this, If this is Eden Crest property, Why can't they do something about it???? We are not complaining to be complaining, we couldn't even sit on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine or get into the hot tub without hearing yelling going. Here is where it gets good.
Saturday was really bad, so bad, that we all had enough and decided to leave early. we got up at 5:00 they had just settled down and we walked over and looked at the name of their cabin, Again, CASA DI Amore, and Eden crest did manage it. What a joke.. They had a kaig of beer on the porch ,a trash can in the street , they were throwing stuff over the balancy, which was a long way down. No regard for anyone. I called Eden Crest today and found out that house was reserved by the owner. She said she didn't know if it was the owner there or his family. I feel that owners owes me and my family a weekend FREE> To top off everything, We got back and found our dog was very sick and she died 5 minutes after seeing her. The whole vacation didn't go as I dreamed. I only wanted a nice family vacation with my grown kids and grand kids. That alls. Owner of Casa Di Amore, shamed on you. I will probably never stay there again, if they can't see to their guests. Heartbroken

We booked Hugs N Kisses on Gatlinburg through EdenCrest. We had a blast! The property was clean and comfortable and we really took advantage of the coupons that came with our stay. I definitely will book through them for future stays!

Wow, 4.4 stars? I have to say; our experience definitely doesn't agree. In house reviews perhaps? I besiege you, if you're thinking about spending the big bucks on a cabin for your Smoky Mountain vacation ... use another agency. There are good ones out there. These folks pulled a cabin out from under us just a couple months before we were scheduled to be there and nearly a year after we paid them a deposit. Granted, they claim it was out of their control ... which is possible; but they didn't call to tell us (I found out only because I called to confirm). Then they promised ability to provide an equal or better cabin that they didn't have; which I only found out by driving down there to see it (something sounded fishy). Then they tried to pawn off a choice between two rentals that weren't even actual cabins and didn't meet any of our needs other than size. By the time we knew we were going to have to try to find something through another agency they had strung us out to within one month of our scheduled arrival. I had 15 people who'd planned on this trip and it was looking like these people had me over a barrel. These reviews won't let me type enough to really detail the lack of communication, lies, trickery and general poor business practice we encountered with this agency but imagine driving five and a half hours, like my son and I did, to see several brand new cabins that were scheduled for completion soon enough for us to use as a replacement; only to find, after we get there, that there's some odd contractual reason that they can't allow us to even drive by them or tell us where they are??? Now consider how likely it is that, had it ever been true, they'd have let you drive all that way and not tell you until you walked through their door. Now imagine you're taken to those same rentals they tried to pawn off on you before and then ask yourself ... are all these things, considered together, really just a fluke or have you been strung along until you'd have to take the property they can't seem to get rented? We took the refund and found another agency. Don't give them credit for the refund either ... they had no choice since they were in breech of contract. We were very fortunate to find something, after all the deceit and delays, that wasn't much larger and much more expensive than we'd planned but, honestly, I'd have gone from my $5,000.00 planned (roughly) to more than double that for a huge lodge before I'd have let this agency make a dime from me.

We absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! We've stayed in different cabins and every time we have completely enjoyed ourselves. We brought friends and have told everyone about this place via Facebook so that others could enjoy the Eden Crest Vacation experience. Perfect location, close to downtown Gatlinburg in the Arts/Crafts district and Pigeon Forge is not far. Amenities were great, very clean and the staff was AWESOME! I can't say enough great things about Eden Crest. If you're looking for Luxurious but affordable vacation rentals, I highly recommend Eden Crest.

The condo that we rented was depressing. The carpet was filthy, sofa tattered and worn. It looked like a cabin hunters would rent for a weekend of hunting. Very disappointing. I would not recommend staying at Eden Crest unless you get a picture of the exact condo or cabin you will be renting.

We had a great time at the Blessed Nest. The cabin is beautiful and the surrounding landscape is gorgeous. We had four couples residing including my wife and I, my two sisters and their husbands, our mom and dad. Each bedroom was perfect and each had a private bathroom which is most convenient. We cooked 4 meals while there and found everything we needed. My wife and one of my sisters took the short trip to Pigeon Forge to do some shopping. The wrap around porch provided a wonderful place to sit together and do a little talking and singing with Dad strumming on the guitar. We played a little pool and air hockey and even shot a few games of pool. We have decided this will be an annual trip and we will definitely be coming back to the Blessed Nest. Without question, I recommend it to everyone.

Our rental stay is not until September 11 - 14, so I am writing a review about the reservation process. Ours is a somewhat unique situation, revolving around a number of cabins being rented for our son's wedding. Not being familiar with the area, I contacted Eden Crest to determine the distance between our son's cabin and four we were considering renting. The representative was very helpful, calculating not only distance, but travel time between the various options. The entire rental process was smooth and easy, and the online pictures and descriptions were very helpful. We're very much looking forward to our stay!

Dear Eden Crest,

Dear Eden Crest,
First, on a positive note, the cabin was clean and well kept, similar to others we have stayed at.
However, we should have gone with our initial senses during the awkward and troubling initial contact with Eden Crest. Attempting to obtain some idea of a reasonable price cabin and its general location was repeatedly met with short, terse feedback. Later to find the cabin on a sharp inclined, very narrow (single car width), curvy dirt/gravel path on the side of the mountain.
Our first impression was upon arrival on Sunday night when we got to the cabin. Upon entering the security code given us and opening the door, the alarm began to blare loudly. With no cell phone reception and the alarm still blaring away in the still of the night, was finally able to locate a spot outside to get a call through. Spoke to a person at Eden Crest on the phone and she kept being non responsive about shutting off the alarm. She finally responded with how to reset the alarm.
We generally go to Pigeon Forge and spend the day and then back to the cabin to relax. Monday went well. On Tuesday, June 18, 2019 was my wife s 67th birthday and we were going to the Pirate Show, shop and relax at the cabin.
On the 19th woke up with no TV. Contacted Eden Crest regarding the issue. Still, no TV all day.
On the 20th we wanted to watch the USA in the world women s soccer match. We had to call a second time about no TV. Customer Support was professional and polite. She stated that someone from Customer Service would follow-up with us about the issues we had. Later that day the dish was back on in the afternoon. Even today no one from Eden Crest has contacted us as promised.
Overall:
Was not impressed with the service or scheduling/billing.
Will not be back or recommend to anyone else.

Our stay at Eden Crest was an awesome experience. Gated community with indoor pool and putt putt golf course. We stayed at the Mayberry cabin which is by far the nicest cabin I have ever stayed in. Lots of space for 3 couples with exceptional amenities including a pool table, Jacuzzi and hot tubs in each room. Cabin was super clean and had very nice comfortable furniture. Can't wait for another stay!

Pretty disappointed by our stay at Moonlight and M...

Pretty disappointed by our stay at Moonlight and Memories. I'll preface by saying that our expectations were pretty high, but not unreasonable. I'll also start out by saying that while some may write off much of this as nitpicking, but for the amount folks pay to stay at these properties they are still important.

First off, we knew the driveway going to the cabin was steep from other reviews. From the photos, we were under the impression it was far more secluded and private than it actually is. The cabin is in a "neighborhood" of other cabins. Being down the hill gave it a bit more privacy, but essentially you step out your front door and your neighbors are right there. Not a deal breaker, but wish we would have had the forethought to search for the cabin by name on Google Maps and seen how it was not as secluded as we thought.

The cabin is beautiful overall but needs some attention paid to it's upkeep. As far as cleaning goes, there was a noticeable soap scum ring around the Whirlpool tub. One of the bathroom mirrors was also pretty dirty and some large cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling. The toilet seats in the bathroom have some wear to them and the garbage cans in the bathrooms are either broken or pretty beat up. There are a couple of extra pillows for each bed, but two were upstairs and two were in dresser drawers; would have been nice if they were on the bed to begin with.

No problems in the kitchen. Refrigerator was clean and plenty of dishes, etc. We cannot comment on the functionality of the dishwasher, the stove, any of the small appliances, etc. as we did not use them.

The living room has a nice entertainment system enjoyable from the couch or kitchen. However, the components either don't work or are not properly hooked up. The surround sound system was not hooked up so we couldn't use that. There is a Blu-ray player, but it is broken (the tray doesn't open - there is a separate DVD player but we didn't try it). The couches and chairs are comfortable. I thought the "guest journal" for visitors to leave notes for the owner is a thoughtful touch, but some pages were obviously torn out so either any negative feedback is discarded or perhaps there were some overly critical or rude guests.

Pool table upstairs has a lot of dirt on the felt and the right side panels are falling off. There are only two pool cues and they are worn out; the chalk for the cues is broken and needs replaced.

The outside deck has a very nice view with plenty of seating. It wraps around to the front and there is also a picnic table on the side. There are at least two other cabins down the hill so again not as secluded as the pictures make it look. We did not try the hot tub so cannot comment on it.

The decor in the cabin is suitable and overall we enjoyed it. Some things that really take from the presentation however are that loose nuts/bolts, wires, cables, manuals, etc. are stuffed in drawers in the bedrooms or in the baskets in the bathroom. You would expect something like that from a cheap motel and not a managed rental property.

I was a bit confused by the whole process of checking out as well. When I called before our trip, I was told that to check out place the towels in the bathroom and the dirty dishes in the sink. When we exit the cabin we are free to leave. On the day of checkout, the app they provide told us to also place the trash outside and to fill out a form. Not a huge deal but again not consistent and confusing.

Again, overall, we were just disappointed as we had very high expectations. This was our first experience with Eden Crest and I already had some reservations about having booked with them after reading about their very strict, uncompassionate cancellation policies. I'm not sure who would have to address the issues we found, likely both the owners and Eden Crest, but with such little effort this would have been a truly incredible experience. Sadly, it was not the best first impression and likely we would look elsewhere for our next visit.

Great cabins in the Smokey Mountains! I booked a one bedroom cabin for my fiance's birthday weekend and had a wonderful experience. Their cabins are very spacious and have everything you could need. They were decorated very tastefully and all the furniture was very comfortable. You can tell they take great pride in their cabins and providing excellent service to their customers by the cleanliness and attention to details of their cabins. Loaded with all the amenities I wanted like pool table, hockey table, hot tubs, and views of the mountains to match. Located in a great area were you're far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the peace and quite of the outdoors but close enough to enjoy all the excitement of the town. The employees also made the experience a great one by being very friendly, knowledgeable, and making the booking process a breeze. I would highly recommend Eden Crest Cabins to all my friends and family. Looking forward to booking again very soon!

The cabin/condo was a lot nicer on the inside than the facade made it out to be. It fit my family comfortably and we really enjoyed our time together there. We discovered that the living room had a pull-out bed, which allowed us to spread out more. The downsides: you can hear the neighbors upstairs so well that it could sound like it was someone making a commotion within your own unit, the carpet needs replacing and many of the electrical plug ins in the common areas and bathrooms did not work. Otherwise, it was a good experience for a casual weekend getaway.

Our group stayed at Eden Crest Vacation Rental October 6 - October 15, 2019. We rented 4 units in the Poplar Lodge. Upon the second day I develop an itch on my leg which went in a line, this went on for several days before I figured out what was going on. Upon talking with my sister in law who was in another unit in Poplar was having the same issue and another brother in another unit. The two of them had an allergic reaction to the bites. Once we figured out we were bitten by bed bugs we only had two days left in our stay. This is our first experience with bed bugs so we did not know the signs. We notified Management who sent a maintenance staff who confirmed bed bugs in 2 units, he stated no need to go to the 3rd unit because all four unit will need to be treated. The only compensation from management was another stay, but who wants to go back after experiencing bed bug. Management refuse to offer any kind of monetary compensation, stating we broke camera in ceiling in the conference room and call this an even swap. Management was not professional in handling the situation, calls were avoided and slow in retuning our calls. When management did returned calls they were untruths in there statements to us. We could not bring our luggage in side of our home before having them emptied and clothes treated. This was a huge inconvenience on all of us! Eden Crest has lost our business.

I will not use Eden Crest ever again!

I will not use Eden Crest ever again!

We rented a cabin for New Years this past year. Arrived at the cabin, settled in for our first night with our family (including a one year old and 82 year old grandmother), and woke up the next morning with the house near 50 degrees. The temperatures were colder outside but the unit would not keep the house warm. That next day (New Years Day) we wanted to see if the unit would catch up since it was cold outside... it didn t. We went and purchased a space heater, out of our pocket, to help knock off the chill since we had a baby and grandmother in the home.

I emailed the company and let the know the following day, Jan 2nd that the house stayed cold and the unit would not keep the temperature over 55 degrees. We heard back later that day and they sent someone out to check the unit. The unit worked but couldn t produce enough heat to heat the house the way it needed to.

We stayed a total of 3 nights, and after the third night I stayed in communication with Eden Crest about the issue. I wanted them to reimburse some of the rental fee because the house was not acceptable to the amount we paid to stay there, and we purchased a heater to help heat the house we rented. After speaking with their respresentative and their management they said will not offer anything back because I didn t contact them on New Year s Day as soon as the house was freezing and since we waited, because we wanted to give the unit a chance and no one had responded from an email earlier that day anyways, they will not do anything to honor it.

To me, that s not acceptable and ultimately I don t want you to run into the same issues. There are ways you honor customers and ways you don t. Today Eden Crest made a decision that will not earn my business and hopefully yours either ever again.

There s other options to rent in the area, if I were you I would continue looking.

We enjoyed the same cabin for 2 years and already have reservations for next year. This is a relaxing, romantic getaway for us to enjoy yearly. Close enough for easy access to restaurants and stores, secluded enough for privacy and relaxation. The swim spa is great. Snow, sunshine, and beautiful wild life are also enjoyable. My wife and I will continue to visit yearly. Eden Crest has met all of our expectations.

Eden Crest is such a cozy "home away from home". There is plenty of room. The decor is so nice. The porch with rocking chairs and swing is perfect. My family said that we could live there!! I highly recommend it!!

My family and I spent a week in the Dive-Right-In cabin in Gatlinburg in August of last year. ALL of use enjoyed the place and plan to visit the area again next August (might try a different cabin). Our only complaint is that the pool was COLD!!! When I called, the man they sent over to check the pool said the temperature of the water was 63!!! BRRRR!!! The pool was the MAIN reason we rented this cabin in the first place. He told us he's not allowed to change the water temperature! Doesn't do much good if it's too cold to enjoy! Please try to consider the guests and set those temps higher! The only other complaint was that there was only one trash can outdoors, and we had to store trash in the cabin until someone came and emptied that one single can. Now, the highlight for me was on the next-to-last-day, we saw a bear!! LOVE bears! He was obviously rummaging for food. I don't think he found any though. Although tempted, the law forbids feeding the bears! Overall, loved the place and will definitely be back!

Beautiful cabin and very clean. However it is in a large resort with lots and lots of other cabins. Cabin next to us was full of young people literally screaming and yelling and partying. No privacy.

We had a perfect stay! Spent more time in the cabin than out, honestly. We had such a blissful stay for our honeymoon. The check-in & checking out process was truly a breeze. Every contact we have made with customer service/reservationists before our stay also was an easy and pleasurable experience. Will definitely be booking with Eden Crest for future vacations to the Smokies.

First of all if you are reading this then it's probably because you want to know what to expect. We have rented cabins for years! This experience is not that great. We paid over a $1,000.00 for a 3 night stay. The add clearly said that we had access to a pool. Even showed the pool we were suppose to have access to. When we loaded up our van and lathered 4 kids down with sunscreen we were on our way to the pool. After we got there we found out that we did not have access to the pool. We were denied. How did that go with 4 smaller kids? Well, if you have kids then you know that outcome. We stayed at the Preserve. Needless to say Eden crest only wanted to give us 2 free meals to Grandmas kitchen. Now we have a family of 8 and its $30 per plate. Eden crest falsely advertised the place we spent over $1 ,000 to stay at and in my mind did nothing to rectify the situation. I Would not have stayed in this rental without access to that pool. I blame Eden crest and the Preserve. With social media I warned that I would give a negative review and I'm doing just that. Never again will this happen to me. Stay with what you know and Bear Creek Crossing is the way to go. Cabins are nicer. Ours was 2860. Kinda seems a little over used. Definitely needs to be restained and the hot tub was not that clean. It was slimey. Just beware and do some research. We won't rent from Eden crest again and will not stay at the Preserve. BUYER BEWARE for false advertisement and this was not a deal. Over a $1,000 bucks for 3 nights and this'll was a 2 bedroom.

We had a phenomenal time . Our Cabin ( Splash Mansion ) was beautiful .
We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived at the Cabin . But as soon as we contacted Eden Crest , they had housekeeping there within a few minutes . we are for sure renting this Cabin for our next trip to Gatlinburg coming up soon !!!!

Great stay with the wife and 4 grown kids! The cabin was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room, big kitchen, game room and away from all the noise of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would like to return one day.

We planned our annual, extended family trip to Gatlinburg from Dec.26-30 at Aqua Paradise. We arrived at the cabin the first night and found the cabin in decent order. The size and accommodations mostly met our expectations at first, other than the internet being extremely slow. The power went out at 4am the following morning and didn t come back on for 30 hours. There was no alternative power source. The outdoor temperature hovered in the twenties-thirties at night and we were left sitting in the dark under blankets. We called Eden Crest multiple times, being told each time the power would return in a couple hours. We had an elderly family member who needs respiratory treatments and we weren t able to do that. We were told the only help they could offer, was to find a hotel room and they would reimburse us. We tried finding a room, only to find the closest accommodations were in Knoxville. They told us that reimbursement would not be offered if we went home.

Upon calling the last time, before being told I was over-reacting by the manager, she demanded to speak with the elderly family member who the rental agreement was technically through. When she was voicing concerns, the manager laughed at her over the phone. This is apparently the level of professionalism Eden Crest operates on. Multiple guests in neighboring cabins left due to the power outage, with no reimbursement, while Eden Crest re-rented the cabins to new unsuspecting guests. Our neighboring cabin had newly arriving guests sitting in their car for two hours when they arrived and told us they were never told of the outage. They ended up leaving and new guests were ushered into the cabin once again.

They told us, and other guests that this is what happens in the winter, when you come to see a white Christmas in Gatlinburg . What a condescending, unprofessional answer! I m from the far north, where winter conditions far exceed that of Tennessee and have never seen issues of this magnitude. We are aware that Eden Crest couldn t do anything about the power outage directly. It s how they handled the situation that has many guests upset. It appears to be a money hungry company with no regard to customer satisfaction. They apparently don t have issues renting out cabins in this busy tourist area, but hopefully people will start to see the reviews and go elsewhere to avoid these issues, or they change how they do business. It s definitely a shame. The beautiful cabin we rented, was ruined by the cheap customer service we received. We will NOT be back Eden Crest for future rentals.
I rarely complain without suggestions on how to do better.
1. As a large rental company operating in a specific area, form a better relationship with the local power company to keep guests property notified.
2. Don t engage in sleezy activity, like over renting cabins to angered, leaving guests.
3. Make it mandatory to have generators installed in your contracted cabins if your winters are so harsh as you described.
4. Be professional at all times, especially when you have unsuspecting guests, sitting in a cold powerless cabin, that they paid big money to rent. A simple trip out with some flashlights and a check in would have made a world of difference.

The staff was extremely friendly, and at first glance all was well. My family of 15 stayed at the Family Valley Lodge, 1106. First, We were not expecting it to be in a community type environment. The cabin was very spacious and was great for this many people, but the cabin was very dirty. Piles of ALOT of dust and dog hair on the walls, furniture, the curtains, under the steps, in the corners. The fireplaces didn't work because the buttons were broken. Certainly was expecting a much cleaner environment for the price tag $$$. The furniture was very worn and the recliner was broken, so broken that one of us almost fell out of it. We had to turn it around so no one got hurt. The kitchen is fully stocked but the pots and pans are very old and gross! There are certainly "critters" in the kitchen (many mice and cockroaches). The view off the back deck was of a hill filled with trash! Not a pretty site! The physical cabin is beautiful, but not insulated at all, we could hear everything. If you expect quite forget it. You can hear the entire neighborhood through the walls and no one could sleep because of rude party people yelling. But we can hear them talking inside the cabin. The buildings being so close is a real problem and takes the fun and relaxation away from it all. The cabin served it's purpose but overall it really was not relaxing and quiet as we hoped. Parking is also an issue. The people next to us had 12 cares and they even had the nerve to park in front of our cars. We will not be returning to Eden Crest.

My wife and i decided to do something different for our anniversary this year. We both decided we wanted to go to Dollywood. As i was looking for places to stay I ran across Eden Crest Vacation Rentals on google and began looking at their cabins. When i showed my wife the photos of the different cabins and the views from them she said she had to stay in a cabin for our anniversary trip.
The views in person were a million times better than the photos. The weather was perfect to match. And that cabin the "CHOCOLATE MOOSE" was the greatest place i have ever stayed in my life! Cozy, homie, comfortable and quiet, i could not have asked for more. I loved it so much i am looking at having a log home built. The hot tub on the deck and the privacy, i didn't want to get out of it. The bath tub with the tv above it to lay back and relax with my wife was the bomb! Oh, i almost forgot the pool table and pac man WOW! If i am still here close by in SC for my anniversary this year i will be returning to Eden Crest web site to book me another trip and stay in one of these cabins.

We reserved our room for May 27 and 28. Departing on May 29.
There were 6 of us in our place. It was clean and close to town. We had comfortable beds. The only problem we encountered was the lack of security in the unit; but, it was significant.

On Saturday night, May 27, a tornado came through Pigeon Forge. The electricity went out. I was thankful the condo had the emergency exit lights. Approx 1:00 am on Sunday morning, May 28, I heard a lot of bumping and what sounded like whispering. I sat straight up in bed to listen again. I heard voices and noises again. I jumped out of the bed to come out into the living room to see what/who was in there. As I am walking out the bedroom, I was met face to face with two men! I screamed out of pure fear. I screamed for my husband and another gentleman that was staying with us. During this time the two intruders turned around and ran in the kitchen area and down the stairs. This set of stairs DID NOT lock from our side but locked from the downstairs condo side. I ran to the stairs to find out who they were and what was going on. They said they were renting the below condo and were "exploring". As we looked at the door, we verified that they could lock the door so we could not come to their cabin BUT they could unlock and come up to ours.
Needless to say, we were ALL traumatized especially myself. We put a stool at the stair door so that we could hear it if they decided to come again. None of us got any sleep the rest of that night. This made for exploring the next door a little more tiring. We packed ALL of our valuables for the day as if we were leaving the condo. We were afraid to leave them there.

I called Eden Crest phone number on Sunday to explain the situation. The receptionist answering said that she would talk to the maintenance man. I explained in detail about the door. She said it "should not have been that way" and it "should have a lock". I assured her that I knew what it needed and it was NOT there. She returned the call and stated to me that the maintenance man said it did have the correct thing. I argued the fact that I had seen it first hand. I was rooming with 3 gentleman who verified this info. Two are contractors/builders and know first hand what it should have vs what it did have. She then returned the call that the lock had been changed by the maintenance man. She the apologized for the misfortune. Once we arrived back to the condo on Sunday night, the office was closed. The door was NOT fixed. Again, we barely slept that evening.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. I understand mistakes happen and I am very forgiving. I understand things happen. What is very disappointing is that we were argued with that the problem even existed without someone going to view first hand. Secondly, after notifying of such traumatic experience, it was NOT fixed. We were told it was but it was NOT. No one has contacted us since then.

I am very disappointed. We paid $686.33 and did not get a single night of peaceful sleep.

Cabin was very clean and had lots of things available to keep us entertained. My wife and I spent our site 1st anniversary with Eden Crest at the skinny dippin' cabin and have talked about making it a yearly trip for our anniversaries.

Working with Eden Crest was great. We stayed in Mountain Dreams in March 2015. Our family enjoyed everything about the Cabin. The kids enjoyed the pool table, hockey table & video games. Great Cabin for a family with kids. The view was amazing! We will definitely go back.

My husband and I stayed in a cabin last fall at Eden Crest in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking! We really enjoyed everything about it. Whether relaxing at the cabin or taking a short drive into town, there was always something fun and exciting to do! I would love to go back!!

We had the most wonderful time at the cabin. It had everything we needed and more. We stayed at Appalachian Lookout and it had plenty of room and things to do. We loved being close to the pool and workout facilities. We can't wait until next summer to plan another trip.

I recently stayed in the Family Valley lodge for the second year in a row. The views are amazing and the cabin is always clean and ready for us in advance. This specific cabin holds over 20 people very comfortably. We had a dog come on this trip with us and we couldn't make it to the office in time, but the staff were gracious and allowed us to email a picture of the dog and his kennel to them instead. When we left I forgot something and they allowed me to go back and get it. They were so friendly and helpful through it all! I would definitely recommend renting through them!

Ladies Group of 21 stayed in the Magnolia unit that sleeps 24. The unit was clean and accommodated everyone. Only complaint was the upstairs are did not work well and there were not enough towels. Had to wash them several times a day to keep up with demand. Great location and would use again.

This was a wonderful place. I had booked a cabin with a different place and that cabin was horrendous and we couldn't stay there. I called eden crest and they got me booked over the phone and right into a cabin with them. This was last year and the first family vacation since I had my twins. The cabin I rented with eden crest was absolutely wonderful. It was huge and so pretty. They made our first family vacation great and I'd love to use them again.

We stayed twice, under my birth name Carissa Thrus...

We stayed twice, under my birth name Carissa Thrush, once in March, and again in April. Both at the same place. We stayed in Holly Grove Chalet 1. It is a very large property, it sleeps 28. Although we had only 4 people I had informed them that we really needed a place with space so my adult kids would not drive each other nuts..lol. I also needed a place that wasn't scary to drive to and was affordable. They were able to help me find a place that was all 3, affordable, not a scary drive to reach the property, and plenty of room..and all over the phone and without seeing the property. We loved Holly Grove so much. You were close to everything but yet still felt like you were secluded. We had sooooo much space that everyone was able to have privacy if you wanted it (even though we didn't end up needing it, we all had such a great time hanging out together we never felt the need to get away from each other) They had almost everything we needed. Would of been nice to have a whirlpool tub or hot tub in one of the bathrooms. What I really wished it had was a screen door on the front door so we could leave it open without bugs flying in. Also, the few doors with glass could use blinds or curtains, it was a little spooky thinking someone could look in. So we hung towels and sheets over them. LOL. The first time we came we realized the frying pans were the kind that food would stick to and wouldn't clean up, but by the second visit less than a month later they had replaced them with nice new pans! I was so excited. It doesn't take much huh? Haha. The furnishings were great..beautiful and comfortable. They also had it set up to where you could watch Netflix and get online on the tv which is AWESOME. As I said, we loved the place so much the first time in March, that we came back a second time in April. I would love to come back again this summer AND fall. We still have so much to see and do there. We definitely found our new vacation city and we will continue working with Eden Crest, as they were so helpful and made things easy. Being in an industry where we have to travel a lot for work, it is nice to find a place we all love so we can travel and actually have it be for fun and relaxation.

We stayed at the Smokey Mountain Geteway for 7 days. The staff was spot on, mostly interacted with Maria and Dusty. Cabin was beautiful and spacious. Parking and location was good. If you are looking for a mountain view, this cabin doesnt have one. For the price of the cabin....cleanliness could be better. There were multiple reviews of dust on ceiling fans, turned them all on when we arrived and piles of dust came down. We also had to clean the floors....every room turn our socks black. Jets on the hot tube still did not work, which was in others reviews. Dont get me wrong this was a great cabin and we had a great time. My only advice for Eden Crest would be to fine tune your instructions and info to guest. Did not know when trash pick up was, did not know if we get more diposables, unsure on check out time....maybe put together an info package and a welcome package in the cabin with the pasport to paradise info.
All and all we would consider this company and cabin again.

Horrible experience. They handled an unfortunate situation very poorly.

My family had planned to stay from Dec. 27th through the 31st, but unfortunately what we got was stress and missed plans. We came from out of state, driving 8 hours, only to be told an hour before check in, that the cabin was without power and that we would need to find a hotel. This would have been understandable, if it weren't for the fact that we were told the cabin had been without power for multiple days prior to us arriving. On top of that, it was during the busiest season, so many hotels were fully booked. We had a difficult time finding a hotel that could accommodate our family.

We were told that we would receive a call the next day before 2pm, letting us know if the cabin had power or not, and if we would be able to use the cabin for the rest of the nights that we had booked.

By 3pm, my family had decided it was best to book another night in our hotel, since it was almost fully booked and we were not going to gamble on whether or not the cabin would have power yet. By about 4pm, we decided that they were no longer running late to call us, rather they were not going to call at all, so we decided to call them. They informed us that the cabin had power and that we would not be refunded for the night, even though it was already late. They expected us to wait around the area without a plan of a place to stay until 4pm? What if the power had not come on? That unreasonable. Needless to say, we left the area early and received reimbursement through the credit company. We never stepped foot inside the cabin.

I understand that power outages are not something that a company can control, but notifying your customers within a timely manner and notifying them before other plans need to be made seems to be a no brainer, especially in the winter.

After reading other reviews about the company not providing them refunds for the nights that the power was out, I can confidently say that I will not be using this company again. A service was paid for, which you were not able to provide, which means a refund should be given.

Well my wife and I had problems with another cabin rental business and called these guys needing a place to stay for my wife s birthday. We drove 3 hours and got here 3 minutes past 9 after calling them multiple times to let them know how close we were and the watched us pull in and just went ahead and left. They now want to take our $330 deposit because they canceled our reservation. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for a place to stay. These people are just in it for the money.

Was a great place to stay with extended family (12 people) for the Cal Ripken tournament. Close to everything, yet felt like we were out in the mountains. My only complaint is that it felt overpriced for the number of little annoyances we had. There were not any major problems, but on day 1 the door lock didn't work. Was electronic and would lock, but then unlock itself and not stay locked. They had someone out in about an hour who was very friendly, but after an hour or two of working on it he ended up putting the same lock back on and showed us how to manipulate it. We did continue to have trouble with it, but most of the time someone was in the cabin so it wasn't a huge deal for us. The garbage disposal didn't work which would have been really nice to know before we put food in it (apparently they already knew about it as when I mentioned it to a worker the response was that it was supposed to have been removed). The neighbor's blender broke and they asked to borrow ours, etc, etc. It just felt like things were really out dated for the price of a 'luxury' rental, but overall it was a nice place and I wouldn't rule out staying there again.

We have been coming to Pigeon Forge every year for 15 years sometimes twice a year. This was our first time staying withEden Crest and we were not disappointed.our cabin was clean and the kitchen was more than stocked with everything we needed. The space was unreal we had two families with kids and still had plenty of room for everyone. The game room and the movie room were top notch. We also used the grill on the deck which again was great. We loved the easy check in on or phone. Eden Creat is easily the best cabin rental we have ever had.

We had a great time on our youth group trip staying at Eden Crest. We booked a lodge big enough for 30 and it was wonderful! It was right across from Dollywood which made it super convenient. The lodge was clean and the size was perfect for our group. We are looking forward to returning this summer with 40 people this time. We can't wait!

We absolutely loved every thing about our cabin! It was clean, and the view was stunning! The pool and workout area was awesome! We stayed a week and wished we had more time to enjoy this beautiful area!!! Thanks for a top notch vacation rental that we can trust and send our friends and family members!

BEWARE: Paradise Mountain Pool Lodge is more like Paradise Mountain Ripoff Lodge! We arrived on the 21st at 4:45 after Eden Crest sent us our door code which as their policy states that this means your cabin has been cleaned and is ready for your arrival. It was not. The housekeepers were still there. They let us in because we were traveling with my mother who has cancer and had been in the car for a while and needed the rest room. The housekeeper was there till 8:00 that night!!! Pool water was freezing so we called and they sent maintenance. It took 3 days and 5 different visits from maintenance to figure out the water pump had a leak! They Said they were confident they could get it fixed but they never did. Then the hot water went out. We had water running down the ceiling from the top floor. The cabin phones never worked. This was supposed to be a relaxing trip with my family and this was not even close. By far the most stressful place I have ever stayed in this area and we do this every year. They never fixed the pool or offered to make it right. Kids were heartbroken. Eden Crest could've cared less. We put so much time and money into this trip for the whole family to spend with my sick mother and we spent everyday with maintenance stressed out. UPDATE: My faith is being restored a little at time in Eden Crest. I received a call from management saying sorry and they wanted to make up for some of the stress we were put though, which is very much appreciated since I had pretty much just chalked this up to a bad experience. He was very nice and sincere about the whole situation. So they were able to give me a free night to use whenever and my pool fee back. Something is always better than nothing. Eden Crest thank you for taking the time to right some wrongs..........Nothing was ever sent about the free night nor was the pool cleaning fee ever reimbursed.

We stayed in a cabin that we reserved through Eden Crest. It was very roomy and nicely furnished, though there were a few issues with some tile being broken in the tub , a continually running toilet, and the beds not being comfortable. My biggest complaint was that they charged our credit card $200 without any notice for pet damage (scratches on a bedroom door) in an upstairs room after the trip when my inlaws kept their dog downstairs or out with them the entire trip. They finally did end up taking the charges off after more than a week and several phone calls and emails. The cabin was fine, but chances are that because of the way that matter was handled, we'll probably go with another rental service next time.

We had a girls get away trip. We stayed in the cabin " Above it All" The cabin was wonderful lots of space, loved the 2 hot tubs, the VIEW was breath taken AWESOME.. The road is a might steep, but that is only natural to get to a high view point like that. Would I stay there again? YES AND YES AGAIN. DONE SAID WE WOULD PLAN ANOTHER TRIP. we did call about the lower deck fireplace not working. They were there within a hour. I would give this a 8 star if I could. Thanks so much for our awesome experience.
since we have found out that the cabin we stayed in was taken in the fire THAT IS TRAGIC / I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A CABIN SO WONDERFUL --- would LOVE TO WIN AN TAKE MY GRANDKIDS ON A MINI VACTION thanks for the chance to stay with Eden Crest I would recommend to EVERYONE! Janice Pittman

We stayed in one of the cabins formerly part of the Smoky Mountain Christian Village. The cabin itself was beautiful, though much more closely located to the neighboring cabin than we would have guessed, based on the pictures.

Trying to summarize: apparently Eden Crest had acquired this property sometime during the year between our booking and our arrival. I do feel badly that they had to deal with transition pains, but hoped they would have made some more sensible decisions in preparing guests who booked prior to their acquisition of the property. I had kept all of my correspondence and reviewed it prior to our arrival. I had even chatted with a customer service rep both by phone and via the online service shortly before our arrival (motivated in part because we received a second contract to review and sign, despite us having already returned our first one, which seemed odd to me). During those communications, Eden Crest had ample opportunity to share with me about the new office, key codes, etc. Instead, we showed up at the SMCV office, which was closed. We tried calling the listed number, which had no answer. We discovered our parking was being used by another guest. We were unable to find the key to enter our cabin (which we were to initially pick up at the original office).

Via smartphone, we were able to get the current number and were urged to drive the 50-minute round-trip to the current office. It was late and it was not our mistake so we did manage to get a key code over the phone (despite the reluctance on the part of the customer service rep). We made the trip out of our way the next day and had the same problem someone else mentioned about the building being hard to find.

Bottom line: they apologized and gave us a free lunch out. The cabin was lovely and we prefer not to make a scene, so that was enough for us.

Please don't give me a long, unpleasant response like you gave the others who have given less-than-stellar reviews. (Tip: that's not helping your image; keep it simple and humble.) You asked repeatedly for my review and I have given it.

We may even return someday, hoping that the transition pains are over and that you have learned to humbly respond to criticism. It's a beautiful area and you have much potential.

Thank you.

I stayed in a cabin in Sept with my son and two of...

I stayed in a cabin in Sept with my son and two of his friends. The deadly wildfire in 2016 was such a tragedy for the trapped people, I had sworn I'd never do this again. But here we were.

The cabin just below ours had a HUGE group. Their cars overflowed the driveway. Instead of parking the extras at the base of the mountain, there were 5 or 6 cars parked bumper-to-bumper all up and down the narrow, winding mountain street, even one with a U-haul trailer attached. We barely squeezed past to our cabin, and found one of their cars had even parked in our driveway.

I thought perhaps they had just arrived, and on our way out to dinner, I stopped & told a gentleman in their party they were welcome to park more of their cars in our driveway. They were all still in the street when we returned.

I called the office number to ask that a security person clear the street, as they posed a safety hazard to us, and everyone on up the mountain. Reservations answered, and told me the office was closed for the day. She couldn't contact anyone in security (?!), but I could go look for someone or flag them down if they passed my cabin (what the what?? If a bear or axe murderer is lounging on the porch swing, what, just say "Excuse me" as you leave to go 'look for security'?)

Worse, she stated she 'didn't really see what the problem was'. Stunned, I asked if she had heard about people dying in the Gatlinburg fire a couple of years ago, and this hazardous situation couldn't possibly be legal.

No change in her attitude or answer.

The next morning, as we tried to drive out, someone from their party had also parked on the OPPOSITE side of the road, so we literally had to weave our way through a tiny space.

The road drains, for some reason, have a drop-off with two bricks and concrete above the grate. We repeatedly had to drive up and down over this bone-jarring drop. Now my truck shudders and shakes, and I'm hoping I'm ONLY going to have to replace the shocks. If it had been a sedan or car, the many trips over the grate would have done severe damage to the underside and body.

An office person apologized the next day, and said she would make sure the reservations lady was re-instructed on safety and procedure.

The cabin was clean and pretty, but,

The boys bedroom was like a dark cave, even in the daytime, but there was only one outlet on one end of the long room. We couldn't even add a lamp.

The front door has a useless chain lock, because it is installed BACKWARDS.

The bathroom windows have no blinds OR curtains?! That is troubling on many levels... were we supposed to shower in the dark?

The hot tub was exciting for three teens, but was cold. Let down, they had to wait hours until it heated up.

About 6 feet from the cabin's end, there is a sheer drop-off to a paved road. There is a security light on that end, but both bulbs were burnt out. At night it was pitch black. I called the office and requested the bulbs be replaced, so I could safely walk my dogs at night. Later, we found a note that maintenance had replaced the PORCH bulb. (it wasn't burnt out).

Big sigh.

In response to the owners response:
I have txt message pics stating how unhappy we were. You all did not reply! The projector was not replaced by a large screen tv it was replaced w a 50 those were not our only concerns none of which was handled by any of your staff forget all of things that were broken. It was not only a matter of filthy conditions, but false advertising. You all took aware from our family honeymoon that we save for over a year. You all are responsible for what u rent. I blame you for allowing it to be rented and with all I ve share you ve taken zero ownership. You never offered a refund!!!!!
BEWARE!!!! Words can t describe the poor conditions, run down dwelling, false advertising, drugs, alcohol, left to be found by my children, mold, did I say false advertising in the worse form, as they listed the cabin as the Cinema theatre no projector w a theatre screen as the pic displayed but merely a 50 tv w a hole in the ceiling where the projector once was, non responsiveness to my concerns which I have both pics and videos of both and our requests for a refund based on the above lies and deficiencies- In addition to the gaming rooms toys broken pool table warped stickers broken, Air hockey table not working of which we call twice come to find out it was broken in definitely, Grill outdoors which we did try grilling we bought a ton of food and meet broken the gentleman came out tried replacing the burners because your owner or Edencrest not sure which didn t want to replace it and fix it so that we could grill out. Cigarette buts at the entrance steps railing broke so much neglected. There is so much more I have pictures of everything it s quite disgusting I ve requested a refund based on what we ve dealt with the lies and false advertising. I spoke with Stacy and the manager who is above her neither care I ve also been going back and forth w Airbnb for a full refund and cannot get a response from anyone I warn you with the upmost caution this place is filthy. Both of my children became ill from staying in this cabinet all of which I ve shared. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!

We had a horrible experience with Eden Crest. We stayed in A Walk in The Clouds. As soon as we walked in the door the smell was horrible and after investigation we noticed a dirty diaper in the trashcan that had not been emptied. The cabin was apparently not cleaned properly. The dirty diaper in trash, crumbs all over the counters, tables, and the sheets were not up to par clean either. The television in the living room would not work at first. We called and they were willing to send someone out to correct these issues. Which was fine..but however we saw bedbugs and they flat out refused to do anything about moving us to a different cabin. The "manager" we spoke to multiple times was very rude. Talked over us when we were talking and trying to explain the issues to him. At one point he stated I understand I travel too and when we questioned what he would do if he were traveling and had this experience and what a shocker he had no response and I am imagining why he had no response because I'm sure he would be doing what we were doing. Horrible horrible management and even worse attitude. He stated he would get Orkin out to an inspection within an hour or two but then called back and said well it will be tomorrow. Our question to him was what were we supposed to do for the night after we had paid to stay with their company and the response we got was they had no where to move us because each cabin was individually owned!!! Then stated we can't make you stay but we can't give you anywhere else to go. Ok so nothing unpacked obviously at this point thankfully... and the next morning Orkin was there and sure enough upon inspection found evidence of bed bugs. Horrible horrible company and giving the manager alone a one star is highly over rated for him.. We will NEVER book with Eden Crest again and hopefully noone else experiences what we did with this company.. Thank you Eden Crest for running our vacation.. Stay dates were 5-7-21 thru 5-8-21.

I am a very loyal customer at Eden Crest. I recommend their rentals to anyone who plan to visit the Smoky Mountains. After visiting 3 times a year, I realize that they assisted me with not only every amenity I required for each stay, they also blessed my family with memories that can never be relived. My husband passed December of last year, however our happiest times were in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. It was our happy place. Thank you Eden Crest for giving me a lifetime of great memories and for future memories that will be created in memory of my Husband Robert McCluney Sr.

I recently made reservations for my kids and I to ...

I recently made reservations for my kids and I to rent a cabin through Eden Crest for spring break. We arrived with kids and dog in tow only to find that we had been scammed! We had booked through an ad on Craigslist in knoxville and made the mistake of never chatting with the agent on the phone. A ton of missed calls and text but never a conversation. Fortunately, I paid through paypal so we're sorting that out. The office staff were completely slammed and none of the cabins were available. They did find a 3bed/2ba condo unit for us on short notice. It was in the process of being cleaned so we had to wait a bit but the staff was AMAZING given our situation.

Like many of you, I read the reviews before booking and there were a ton of negative ones. However, I'm also in business and there are a lot of people out here with unrealistic expectations or simply wanting something for nothing. Gatlinburg is a fun, family oriented town with lots to do. All of these rentals see a ton of use so yes, there will be nicks in the paint and stains on the carpet....why would anyone even care about this? People with kids spills drinks...and some, like gatoraide, permanently stain the carpet. The unit we rented was spacious, well located and relatively clean....the carpet had some stains....so what.

The unit we got was fairly priced and they offered us a discount to make up for the money we lost to the scammer. We're very grateful to the staff here for helping us as they did....they certainly didn't have to as it wasn't their problem. Everything went fine for us during the trip, aside from lousy weather with rain....we still had a blast. I couldn't say enough positive things about Eden Crest and will surely use them again when we return in the Fall.

If you want value with good service....don't listen to the negative reviews use find online. The staff were a great resource for us with guidance to places in the area and simply showed a ton of heart and compassion that was surely appreciated!

I have used Eden Crest 4 times in the past 2 years. Unfortunately in October of 2017 I used another company who advertises 50% off and made a mistake that cost me $600.00. The other rental company represented a cabin falsely, as to where it was, (2 minutes to Dollywood, really 30 minutes plus!) what is was, and it's accommodations. We walked in and walked right out and headed back to Florida but decided to call Eden Crest and see if they could help us out. We spoke to a Man named David who searched for any last minute cancellations and found us a sweetheart of a place, gave us a discount to offset our $600.00 loss, and even gave us some perks as to dining, and shows. .David even called the cleaners to get them to clean the unit fast since we had no where to go. THIS IS A GREAT RENTAL COMPANY! Eden Crest's rates, properties, professionalism is the best. I will use Eden Crest only in the future in fact just booked yesterday again with David at Eden Crest for a December trip. . It's a pleasure to walk out of a business and have the representative tell you to " Have A Blessed Day""

We stayed in the Skinny Dippin Cabin in Smokey Cove Resort, It was Fantastic!

The Spa was beyond words we swam in it twice a day for almost 2 hrs a time. It was great for a good workout and a relaxing swim.

The bed was so comfortable you just fell off to asleep. All the amenities were there on one floor.

We came for a week of rest and relaxation. We were so relaxed and rested we didn't want to leave!

The owners did a great job in furnishing the place, it was Wow when we walked in the front door till we left.

We went for a short family vacation during Decembe...

We went for a short family vacation during December 2016. In the past we have rented from Eden Crest but not sure if we will do that again. The heat in the property wasn't working and when I called early in the morning they said they would send someone out considering it was below 30 degrees at night. It wasn't until later that day after calling again that they actually came to fix the issues. I was suppose to receive the door and alarm code before my arrival. I had to call them to get the door code and after walking in an the alarm screaming I had to call back to get the alarm code. I will say that the gentlemen they sent out to repair the drains, heat and fireplace were extremely nice.

We rented Golf at Thunder Mountain, which was a huge disappointment. The carpets were extremely dirty, several items were broken and the biggest selling point (Theater room) was not working. The futon in the theater room was broken and is a safety hazard, the pool table is dirty and ripped, the jukebox side is broken and plays what it wants to play, the main fireplace wasn't working due to the gas being off, shower drains were clogged, the heat wasn't working on the top floor, the golf course needs a lot of work, the grill was so dirty and rusted we had to completely cover the grates, the kitchen ice maker was broken, the kitchen had very few quality knives, blender was crappy and the theater room smelled like urine. Until the owners do some serious upgrades and clean the property I can't recommend this property to another family paying their hard earned money.

I noticed in other reviews that Eden Crest took a defensive stand against people who submitted a review. I didn't ask for any money in return, I just wanted a fun vacation for my family and regardless of the situation my family remained positive. I just think if anyone looks for vacations rentals there should be honest reviews to help guide them in their decision. I value reviews and actually read them before booking, but since I had stayed at another property with Eden Crest I was really blindsided by the conditions of this property.

We stayed at the Kickin Back Jack cabin for Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely incredible. It s rare that the expectation is met, and the location was even better than the pictures. The view was breathtaking. It was very clean, comfortable, and all of our needs were set up. We will 100% use Eden Crest again. Great company, and great cabin.

The place needs a deep cleaning and you need to get rid of all the fake plants because the had cobwebs on them and the place was dusty. I had to clean it. You also need a closet that people can actually hang their clothes instead of it being stuff with other things. For people that are staying a week, you need to have more towels and wash clothes; at least 10 of each. I don't want to wash towels when I'm on vacation and I don't want to pay for a cleaning crew that doesn't clean properly. I was very disappointed considering the reviews I read before booking this place. This was our first time in Tennessee. We'll be coming back but we won't be staying here.
