We stayed in Echoes of Eden, a great cabin at a good price. We had one issue and called the office, it was resolved within an hour of making the call. Great customer service!!! The location of the cabin was great, enough out there to make you feel like you are in the mountains but close enough to get to the stores in Pigeon Forge in a short time. The Passport to Paradise thing was awesome, who wouldn't want free tickets and food!!!! We will definitely book another cabin with Eden Crest!

My husband and I stayed at the Eden crest vacation rental property in February 2015, a condo to be exact and I must say we was very satisfied with how nice the place was. It was very spacious, clean, nice, and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and we will be back for sure!!!

We rented a cabin for my entire bridal party the week of my wedding and couldn't have loved it more! It felt like home the minute we walked in. Everything was clean and nice, check in and check out was super easy. Would definitely stay again!
Good day. My wife had asked to visit Dollywood, We are from the panhandle of FL so we are fortunate to enjoy Gods awesome work of the beaches, rivers and creeks. However the first morning the view from our cabin's back deck was magnificent! The drive in was only teasing our minds for the splendor we were in for. So I hoped for a nice cabin I really put the work in for my wife to enjoy this vacation and the cabin was awesome. The owners had everything we could have asked for. The hot tub on the back deck, pool table, and whirl pool bath in the master bedroom should be enough to tantalize a couples interest. But there is so much more the splendid setting of our cabin, the interior wood work, the stairs and railing. We really enjoyed our visit to the Smoky Mountains, and the precious memories made. We spent a week in August in Blessed Nest and absolutely loved it. The cabin was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. There were 9 of us and the cabin fit us comfortably. My husband and I came there in September 2016 For our honeymoon. Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was neat, clean and very pretty. The view of the mountains was spectacular. Loved watching the sun rise and set on the mountains. The staff at Eden Crest were very helpful, kind and caring. We plan on making it a yearly vacation spot for our anniversary.
We use Eden Crest usually at least once a year. We have rented 1 and 2 bedrooms cabins and get a different one each time. Each one is as good as the last and we LOVE them all! The location is unbeatable and the cabins are up to date and spacious. The prices are wonderful. We absolutely love working with Eden Crest for our vacation needs!
Our family has stayed at three different cabins offered through Eden Crest. Two of these were four bedroom, and one a two bedroom, depending on how many of our family members could get away for a few days. All three cabins have been tastefully decorated and fully furnished with everything we needed. The views are magnificant, and the porches with rockers for sipping coffee, the hot tubs for relaxing, and game and theater rooms a blast for the grandchildren and the parents and grandparents! We have made lifetime memories at Eden Crest rentals, and will use them on our next visit. We appreciate the fact that Eden Crest is family-oriented, and not ashamed of their faith in Jesus Christ!
We stayed in the cabins with friends and family. The experience in the cabin was definitely not pleasant. We had to deal with a mildew smell in the basement due to a water leak that they just placed a fan in the room. Our friends and family experienced bed bugs in the cabin. When the issues were reported wer were ignored with excuses. This was not a vacation our family enjoyed. It would help if the owners would take responsibility instead of making excuses. Something for our trouble would have been appreciated instead wer got excuses

Ahhh. Coming to vacation knowing we're staying at Eden Crest lets my mind be at ease. I love their cabins. We love the service if something goes wrong it's quick and efficient and the workers are nice. You won't find a nicer staff than the staff at the check in office. They are very helpful and friendly. The cabins are decorated in a rustic but charming manner. We love love love coming to the area knowing we aren't going to walk in to any surprises! As soon as we get home we start saving for our next visit. We be brought friends down too and they were totally impressed they said no more hotels for them! We sing praises for Eden crest to everyone we know. As soon as my oncologist allowed me to travel last year we headed straight to Eden crest . It was wonderful!
Rented a condo during thanksgiving . It was nice ,convenient , and a fair price. The consultants were always helpful and courteous.
The only negatives I would say : the Internet was not reliable traffic in pigeon forge can get absurd and the check in location is not near some rentals So it is frustrating you have to go there when the rental has a keypad code
Great Cabin that we stayed at in 2016. and plan on staying at the same in 2017. Cabin was clean. affordable. great location. excellent features inside and outside the cabin. quiet. and great security were you felt safe while staying in the cabin.
My entire family recently took our first trip to the Smoky Mountains, and it could not have gone better. We rented a large cabin from Eden Crest and it was perfect! Room for everybody, a game room for the kids, a hot tub, and the view of the mountains was wonderful. We were minutes from the park, yet secluded. Eden Crest was also very easy to deal with, responding immediately for such things as requests for extra towels. The cabin had multiple televisions, but nobody watched them. We sat outside every night on the deck in rocking chairs, just looking at the view and visiting with each other. My family will remember this vacation forever.
I m not usually one to complain or write reviews - but I hope for your own sake you do not rent any sort of property from Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. The house and area was great don t get me wrong! This company s a complete scam, house had damaged which were reported before arrival Via Txt and they still go ahead and charge you. Theater room smelled terrible and hot tub didn t work. The headache post stay was terrible and I wouldn t wish it on my worst enemy!

Loved our cabin. It was so beautiful and we had some privacy. Had plenty of room for the two of us. Was a Fantastic Romantic get away. Great view. Close to everything we wanted to go to. And very clean. Will be back!
Enjoyed the stay. It was raining very hard when we arrived and we carried our stuff in. The floor was terribly wet and there was no mop or any way to dry it up, which was not a good thing. But the view was nice and we had a covered porch and were able to relax a few days.
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin in the mountains (A Walk In The Clouds). The high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows made the views enjoyable from everywhere. Kids loved the loft area with pool table and multi-arcade. We loved the views from the loft master bedroom and the porch swing. You can even see some of the lights from town. Cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and everything was very clean. The deck is rotting out under the hot tub on one side and it is slightly lopsided so water splashes out there due to the unevenness. Recommend they fix this soon so it doesn't get worse. Our first time using an app for a rental and it was so convenient! Thanks!!
The A/C in the unit we booked at Briarstone Lodge would not cool. It took 2 days of calling Management and complaining to finally get moved to another unit at Briarstone, only to find the new unit missing blinds on bedroom windows, filthy dishes put in the cabinets and the unit itself was just not cleaned well at all. We made a personal trip to the management company's office to discuss the conditions and were told that they would see what could be done for the inconveniences. We have yet to hear from them at all and we have made several attempts to follow up. It's been almost a month since our stay. I would not recommend using this rental company.
Our arrival was scheduled Monday, October 8th. In your check in information it states anytime after 4 pm. We arrived and had to wait on cleaners until 520pm to check in. When we were inconvenienced greatly the manager, Shanda gave the impression that she had no real concern as a matter of fact her statement was, there is no guarantee that you can check in by 4pm... I stated in that case you should not be able to reinforce check out by 10am. Shanda did end up complimenting us with 7 tickets to see Magic Beyond Belief fornour party of 10. Our problems didnt stop there. Apparently, the hot water heater in Smoky Mountain Getaway is on demand and heats as the water is being used. So in the midst of your warm or hot showers comes burst of ice cold water for minutes at a time. No fix for that because when the maintenance man came out he had to be able to prove we were not lying as he checked 1 shower for 8 minutes on the lower level. A gentleman had to come and reset Wi-Fi as the password was incorrect and noone could figure it out. So you would think that's it right?? Wrong we lost air conditioning on the main level for about 4 hours. It was a nice temperature of 85 degrees inside!! They sent a maintenance man up which did fix the problem around 8pm. I would not recommend this particular cabin. As a matter of fact, management at Edens Crest is lacking. All I heard was I'm sorry for your inconvenience in a way that seems like its part of their daily routine. There was no sincerity at all!! In addition we had to call and harass the office to stay on top of getting things done. And I would expect to have had follow up calls to make sure everytging was good and offered something to make their experience better. Not at Edens Crest. Their robotic apologies is all they offer. Thanks Edens Crest for a not so enjoyable experience!
We had a horrible experience an actual nightmare. We rented a 9 bedroom cabin, Estate of Relaxation, and around 12:30 when one of the 9 room occupants encountered a few bed bugs. Upon inspection of the remaining rooms we found that 3 more were INFESTED with bed bugs. My daughter had an outline of them around her head when my husband woke her to check her bed he said there were thousands surrounding her head...like a black outline on a solid white pillow. Once we made the office aware and a maintenance guy came and confirmed we did have them they offered us to leave and go home at 2 in the morning or switch cabins. We had well over $500 in groceries as well as 23 people there. We ask what was available and the only cabin left was a 7 bedroom. We finally got in the cabin where we had to modify sleeping arrangements as we lost 2 bedrooms. Never did I get a call from Management after waiting 2 days I called and then emailed. He, Dusty, responded to my email stating they would give us a $100 refund!!!! My daughter has bites all over her neck, face and ears as well as other small children suffered bites also. To this date I have yet to get a call from ANYONE..only 1 email and he ask I email him if I have anymore questions. Pathetic customer service and this explains why they aren't a member of the Chamber of Commerce!!!
PLEASE save yourself the trouble and never rent from this company! Any negative thing you say about them on here they lie and say you cussed and hollered at them. My wife and I do not cuss and all we wanted was maybe $50 dollars or so refunded because they lied to us about the cabin having a washing machine. The cabin was STRAIGHT UP and probably needs one because we both have bedbug bites on our back. Of all the places I've ever stayed I have never experienced bedbugs! Thanks for this EDENCREST! If they worried more about their customers/tenants as much as they did about discrediting any negative comments toward them they might be a successful business! We have used OUTRAGEOUS CABINS several times and never had a single complaint or issue. We have contacted the better business bureau and the health department. The only offer they made us was money to visit a Laundromat. Who in the heck wants to sit at a Laundromat and wash and dry clothes on vacation? ABSOLUTE MORONS!
We have loved staying with Eden Crest resorts. They were very attentive to any needs we had and quick in response. the cabins are well maintained and so much fun for families and friends to come together!
First... The cabin was fantastic! Second... Eden Crest Rentals was great from the very first call that we made. Great customer service and they did everything possible to make our vacation the best it could be. Definitely looking to rent with them again in 2020!
The cabin was spacious enough to house 3 couples and kids. It wasn't so far up a big mountain that you dreaded leaving or coming. The big porch had a great view and the beds slept good! My toddler loves the deep tub too! We will surely be back!
We stayed in Mountain View Condo 3107. The property was very well managed. The condo was nice and neat except for the dining table chairs which had some left over food on them. The staff was very easy to work with. Instructions for check in came as promised and there were no problems. The only downfall is the passport to paradise tickets for area attractions. You are provided tickets for each night of your stay for certain attractions. We had a visit planned for Ripleys Aquarium and received 2 free admissions total, but could only use one per day. It would be much more beneficial to be able to use at least 2 of the passes at the same time. Overall is was really a great experience

My family stayed at the Majestic Manor in April and loved it! It was clean, spacious and we liked the layout. The only minor problem was the lack of big pots. We would stay there again.
We stayed in "Majestic Views" in October of 2014, Terrible resort! My family of 16 including children stayed in Majestic Views this past weekend because we got a "great deal" but we will NEVER be coming back to this resort. I will tell you now that this will be a very long review but helpful for anyone considering staying here.
For starters, the outside of the cabin looks NOTHING like what was advertised on their website. There is a fire pit outside but you will probably fall over the cliff trying to sit around it as there is no backyard space. The cabin literally sits at the top of the mountain, right on the edge to where the kids had to be confined to the top deck for safety reasons. There is a wooden bench and cheap plastic patio furniture outside so no worries they weren't missing anything. Now as far as getting to the resort- be very careful because you'd have to travel through a very narrow and winding road with no street lights and few signs to help you get to where you are going, All we could rely on to see at night were our vehicle headlights. This wouldn't typically be a problem but considering it's the freaking mountains you usually have heavy fog that interferes with the headlights. My husband had to keep switching from normal to bright lights just to get us up the mountain. During the first trip up this narrow path we didn't turn a corner hard or fast enough and our suv began sliding down the path! Very scary experience to say the least! The older members of my family refused to leave the cabin until it was time to go home because they were just that scared of the drive up!
Now let's talk about the cabin itself. There were spider webs, frogs, and flying bugs all on the deck and around the hot tub. Well this shouldn't be too big a problem because it's outside right? Wrong! There were caterpillars and even a spider that was found in one of the beds on the lower floor. They could at least put something down to keep the insects outside the cabin. There is a pool table and air hockey table on the lower floor but the siding of the table was ripped. We saw this when we checked in but didn't report it. Error on our part because we were charged for it! We ended up spending most of our trip inside the cabin because it was raining a lot and on the day of checkout we left right before a thunderstorm came in.
Upon checking out of the cabin it looked as if 16 people stayed there because the beds were not made and only a few dishes were in the sink because we cooked for the kids during our stay. Little did we know we were going to be charged $500 for "excessive cleaning and damages" the following day. I called to inquire about this ridiculousness when the rude manager (David) I spoke with says they have pictures showing we threw a rocking chair over the balcony and threw the plastic patio furniture I mentioned earlier from the outside deck over the cliff! I demanded to see the pictures as proof of what they claimed we did and what I got made me so mad I nearly cried! Whoever took the pictures of the cabin after we checked out clearly altered the cabin to make it look as if we ruined it completely. There were towels thrown all over the floor, furniture knocked over, the hot tub was uncovered, and sure enough, a wooden rocker was thrown over the balcony. I walked through that cabin after my family left and checked room by room and they looked nothing like those pictures portrayed. NO ONE in my party did any of the things they claimed in the pictures except for leave a few dishes in the sink. We learned a $500.00 lesson by staying at this shady place and will never be returning.
My family and I have vacationed here three times. Each visit was filled with lovely memories. The cabins are very well kept. They come with everything and more. My children love it!! The area is peaceful and safe. Looking forward to our next visit :)
My family stayed at Dream on high last week and we were not disappointed. The view was amazing! The cabin was clean, and the app made check in and check out very easy. I was a little skeptical about staying so close to other cabins, but we barely ever saw anyone. The resort was so peaceful and quiet, and the view breathtaking. The on;y issue was the hornets on the top deck. I don t know if there was a nest up there or not, but I m severely allergic to stings, so I didn t go up there after the first day. We are in the mountains so bugs were expected, nothing that would make me give you any less stars. The couches were worn, but I know the furniture has nothing to do with Eden Crest. This is our first time using Eden Crest, and it won t be our last. We come to the Smoky Mountains at least once a year. Thank you for an enjoyable cabin.
I was there the week June 24 / 28, I enjoyed, well we enjoyed our 4 BDRM the name of the cabin was beautiful view and a beautiful view it was nice clean and like I said a beautiful view I just love the cabin and I will go back again well really I'm looking forward to going back again soon in spite of my mom being sick I needed to at least breathe and I took that time to breath, my mom passed away on the 11 of this month, my trip help prepared me for my mom leaving for her heavenly home. I'm really looking forward to visiting again thanks for everything
We chose the "secluded romance" cabin which was very secluded & private with AWESOME guest services! The cabin was filled with everything we needed to cook, all appliances worked well. The hottub was great, and the whole place was VERY clean! My new wife and I absolutely loved booking with Eden Crest. Great communication, great prices, very dog friendly! Perfect for newlyweds & families!
We stayed at Amazing Grace. A very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin. It is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the entire weekend. There was only two of us but this cabin would be great for 6 or 8 people since it has the 2 queen beds and a sleep sofa also. The loft with another sofa, pool table, air hockey table, television and Playstation is perfect for family activities. With 4 flat screen televisions there is plenty of opportunity on the lazy evenings in the cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back of the wrap porch also but the cover is badly deteriorated with several rips in it. Worked fine but just not aesthetically on par with the rest of the cabin. The carpeted floors in the bedrooms was a mistake since they both have large stains on them in several places. This cabin allows pets even though there is a sign on the wall saying no pets. When you book it clearly states that pets are accepted so that would likely account for the stains. I will say that there were no bad odors in the cabin though. We would definitely stay here again.
I stayed in Starry Night cabin. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. The cabin the perfect size for what we needed and very close to the nearby towns and of course Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We had 5 people--2 in the loft, 2 in the king bedroom, and one on the couch. We LOVED the hot tub. Everything was very clean and we all slept very well in the mountain air.
Awesome customer service!! They worked hard on trying to find a place for my husband and I that would allow pets for our anniversary. And the cabin was so beautiful and clean! We had an amazing trip! So grateful for y'all! And I highly recommend booking with y'all!
Eden Crest has been great company to work with, they made everything very easy and I am grateful for the stay and the cost of the stay. As for the property we though the home was very nice, had excellent views, and was very comfortable. There were some cleanliness issues that were eventually resolved, I look forward to using Eden Crest in the future.
I would just like to say that Black Bear Hideaway, is the Best Cabin ever. My husband and I love the location in Cedar Falls. In fact we stayed about a week in May and Aug. We had no problems in May, but in Aug. the A/C went out. We called the office and they sent someone right away. It was fixed within 45 mins. "THANK YOU" The only problem I have is, it's not ours! I absolutely love eden crest vacation rentals. I have stayed in a couple different rentals, along with my closest friends. We loved it so much, it has become a yearly vacation spot. We've never had a bad experience. One particular cabin will always be dear to me, because it was my last vacation with one of my best friend who is no longer with me.
Best vacation ever I am now half of a combined family.... my husband and I took our kids up there last year and we had a private wedding in our cabin. Our kids were a little undecided about us getting married because they are very young but after getting there and seeing the cabin and the view it made everything ok We all had the best time ever and plan to return someday... Since the trip we have been a very close combined family and we thank Eden Crest for that
We enjoyed our stay at an Eden Crest home. When we contacted them, the staff was always very courteous. The ease of getting to, in and checking out of the cabin were easy. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and the cabin was roomy enough for him to get around and he was able to get to the shower and facilities with no issues. We stayed at the Sugar Shack. We plan to revisit at some point.
I was quoted over a thousand dollars for a 3 day stay and then they wanted to charge me an additional $300 because our dogs were over 30 pounds. Any individual who owns a pet knows that a 10 pound dog can do as much or more damage than any dog over 30 pounds. Our dogs are senior dogs and are harmless; we just lost our child in September and simply wanted to get away for Christmas; I have never dealt with such difficulties before. Warning, if you have pets do not bother looking to stay at these properties, you'll be met with ludicrous stipulations.
We went there with most of my family and we all had a great time. The cabin had a lot of space there was a lot of us and we never felt like we were stepping on each other. It was nice that it was so close to lots of things to do,shopping ridding a roller coaster at goats on a roof. The cabin was great that we were able to cook right their in the cabin with lots of seating. The only thing that was bad is that our stay wasn't long enough.
We have rented many cabins in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We usually rent from Patriot Getaways but decided to rent this cabin because it was so close to Dollywood and were spending the day there Saturday. We got to the cabin around 4 and when we checked got there we first noticed how disgusting the living room rug was which wasn t a big deal. We went to put our stuff in the bedrooms and our friends went to their room and the bed was slanted backwards. When our friend (who is a very small woman) sat down on the bed the bed it sank to the floor. The box springs were broken. We called Eden Crest and they said they would send someone the next morning. Not that night the next day. We fixed the bed good enough for them to sleep in it that night. We had to leave shortly after checking in because we had dinner reservation and we were going to the Christmas Parade. When we got back around 11 we were ready for bed. 2 friends pulled back the covers on the bunk beds and the sheets were FLITHY! It looked like a child had got in the bed with their shoes on and there were tons of ladybugs (which that I can understand because it s winter in east TN its normal) but not all the dirt! and upstairs master bed had hair in it. The only clean bed was the broken bed downstairs. I called the office yet again to tell what was going on. The Eden Crest rep said she would contact the property manager. When she got back on the phone she said that there was not a cleaning crew that could get to it that night and then she added that the property manager said there is no way that those sheets are dirty and that they go through a 3 step process during cleaning and the last step is inspection from someone important I guess. Needless to say we had to go to the store to buy laundry detergent so we could wash the sheets before we could even go to bed. Almost 2 in the morning we were able to go to bed. I called the manager the next morning and told him what had happened. He apologized and said he had a crew on the way to fix the broken bed, oh and the Wi-Fi didn t work and they were coming to fix that too. He said the best he could do would be to comp tickets to something from their passport to paradise which was kind of a joke but we took the comp tickets to the overpriced mama s farmhouse. We went to Dollywood which was so convenient to the cabin, we just had to drive down the hill. We got back and the bed and Wi-Fi was fixed. Went to get in the hot tub that night and there were leaves all in the bottom! I was so over talking to them I didn t even call and just went to bed. Sunday we leave the cabin and Dustin (the manager) said they had everything set up for us to eat at Mama s Farmhouse. We arrive at Mama s Farm House and said we were there for the comp meal (like we were told). The manager their said they didn t do comp lunches only dinner and told me to call the manager back at Eden Crest. Thankfully when I did call Dustin back he was able to straighten it out and were able to eat lunch and go home. We were expecting a relaxing weekend away for my Husband s birthday but I ended up calling what felt like a million time to straighten things out that I should have had to. We were offered a discount on a future stay but we will NOT be staying there again. I think I ll just stick with Patriot Getaways even if it means we have to drive a little farther.
I booked a cabin over a year in advance for 19 people. Eden Crest cancelled my reservation 2 months before my event with no plan on moving us to another property. All I got was a "Sorry bout that." The refund process was a pain, dealing with VRBO to get my fees back was a pain. I took my money to another TN cabin rental company.
They take the garbage left at the cabins to their own dumpsters. They have 3, but they overflow (the city dump is less than two miles away) so they put it on the ground. Their garbage juice runs straight into a beautiful creek that was very clean. Sick of your garbage. This is not an issue with illegal dumping.
My family was in awe of the beautiful mountain scenery from the cabin we stayed in. We were very high on the mountains which gave us a breathtaking view. The cabin was two stories with decks on each level, with jacuzzi on first level. The inside of cabin was set up beautifully and awesome clean. On the second level was a game room and pool table. The swimming pool was large and was positioned to where you had another view of the mountains. I have stayed at many resorts in the Smokey Mountains, but this cabin was the best!
Our cabin (Majestic Views) was exactly as the pictures showed online. The staff was friendly and even called our first day to make sure that we had made it there and gotten in ok. We will definitely look to rent from them again in the future.
Loved the cabin it was cozy and perfect! Couldn't ask for more, the deck was perfect to gaze on the stars at night in the hot tub and was in a perfect location!
My family and I stayed in one of their cabins last July. We were so happy with how clean and beautiful the place was. There was even movies left there for the kids to watch at night after long days sight seeing. We plan to visit again this year. I recommend this agency to everyone I know planning a trip there.
This was an awesome stay! The staff was so friendly & helpful, the cabin was gorgeous, & it was in a great location. We ll definitely be hosting future couples retreats here!
Great cabins. Absolutely live it here. I actually own a mountain cabin in WV and still love to visit here. Easy to deal with, places are very clean, and easy access to downtown area. Highly recommend
We loved our stay at Eden Crest this summer. It is a family friendly cabin with everything you need to get away form home without packing the house. The kids enjoyed the game room. Its close to town and easy to find. I would love to stay again soon.
ROcky MOuntain Resort - Pigeon Forge 42 family members from across the US met here to have a vacation in July 2016. It's large and roomy and located near Dollywood and other attractions. but that's where it ended. Rusty refrigerators, ovens and stove tops that had ripped seals and bad burners in the kitchens. Dirty everywhere, baseboards, floors, thick coasts of dust on fan blades and louver doors in kitchens. Many advertised amenities weren't working or were locked up. The maintenance man was very nice and did all he could to fix lights and the AC and a freezer that wasn't working but it was beyond help. Sadly, Eden Crest Management told us they had inspectors that reviewed the lodge. Better fire the inspectors AND the cleaning crew - they missed all of the above plus mildew in toilets, mold on the counters behind the sinks. Half patched walls, carpets that were despicable stained. areas where liquid had drizzled down the walls in the stairwell and wasn't cleaned up. You couldn't walk from one end to the other over the carpet without looking like you had tar on you feet. Handicap accessibility very poor. No hold bars in showers, 4" drop on sidewalk. You could only park about 5-6 vehicles.... For a lodge that accommodates 69! Kitchen pots and pans not sufficiently sized for large groups. not enough refrigerator space for a week with a large group unless you're eating all your meals out. The long back dining porch would have been fabulous if you could use it at night. it's perhaps 40' long and there are only two light bulbs to light the whole thing. Steps outside from front porch to parking area has NO lighting - you're in total darkness when you come in at night.. If the management would take a week away from renting and take the $10,000 my mom paid for the place to fix it up it would be a very nice place. But as it stands now ... deplorable - they should have refunded us half our money back because of the number of undelivered amenities, inconvenience and filth of the place.
If we could give zero start we would. We paid for a 2 room cabin two months ago about 700, a month ago we called and booked an additional cabin next door to ours for additional family members, a 1 bd for about 300. We show up and they had moved us to a 1 bedroom duplex with a studio in top and bottom that isn't even a true cabin and no living space.... And 40 minutes away from our family . They never called us to inform us of the problem to give us opportunity to make other arrangements. They offered complimentary tickets, which we really have no interest in... We hate the duplex, they think they are doing isa favor by giving us a whole house but it's not even a house the upstairs is an open studio with the living room and bed right there in the open... So no privacy! This is not what we paid for. Beds are so squeaky, basic bathtub, 2 person hot tub, wall unit ac that doesn't cool the other bedroom. And to top it all, we set the baby down on the carpet and noticed garbage in the fringe so we picked her up and was getting her playpen set up, husband stepped on a nail that was in the carpet! Customer service was not helpful, I would never recommend them. They ripped us off big time. -Fergerson family

The original booking was through Expedia, we called and booked the family cabin on 7/4 we spoke to Kari with Eden crest not expedia, she was well aware of our request to be next to each other. If it weren't for Expedia we wouldn't even have known about your company, way to throw them under the bus. And passing tye blame to expedia speaks for itself of the shady business you run. You get the money regardless of which agent books it. The fire pit that is shared by 4 units, I'm soooooo glad that was our consolation prize. At the end of the day the deal you made was fraud. You did not deliver what we paid for and your customer service is terrible.

While the cabin was a bit remotely situated (good or bad depending on your preference), it was only a 10 minute drive to most anywhere in Pigeon Forge area. The accommodations were lovely, well appointed and had plenty of things to do indoors for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub outdoors. Plenty of room for 6 adults in 3 bedrooms.
I'm gonna be very brief! Nightmare, management very POOR, RUDE, house filthy! So people RUN to the hills for a BETTER place to stay!!!! Run, run, run, run as fast as you can.......... I only gave a star because it would not post without it. CHEAP shot Eden Creast!
We've been to Legacy Mountain twice this year, and both experiences were amazing!!!! We stayed at "Movie and a View", and then returned a few months later and stayed at "Summer Breeze". Both cabins were extremely beautiful and the Smokey Mountain views are absolutely breathtaking!!!!! Checking in and out is so easy thanks to their website and app! this place is disgusting. they will expect you to stay in a cabin with no clean sheets, makeup on the counters, Urine on the toilet, spoiled food in the refrigerator... and when you request a refund they will deny it. $500 lost, very crooked company, save your money and go somewhere else.
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Eden Crest! The cabin was everything we hoped for. The kids had a whole game room to pass the time while the adults were relaxing on the porch at night. The views were great! We will definitely be back!
I rented a 5 bedroom cabin for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. He thought it was just him and I that were going to stay there (I told him it was a 2 bedroom!) but little did he know, I was going to surprise him with his friends and family! So we were almost at the house and we got a phone call from the office saying that something happened to our house (Hullabaloo) and we couldn't use it. But she was very generous and gave us an even better house to rent (Better View). We got to the house and my boyfriend and I were blown away. We had our own master suite upstairs with a huge bed/bathroom and a tub in the bedroom by the window to see the mountain. There were 3 more bedrooms w/ there own bathroom and a 1/2 bath by the kitchen. The house was HUGE! We had 3 other couples with us and you had to go searching for them. Which was nice because you got your own private time as well. There was a game room with a pool table and arcade machine and 2 hot tubs! We only stayed for 3 days/2 nights and we wish we had more time! We had the best weekend we've ever had and we absolutely intend on going back soon.
Off the clock cabin was exactly what we needed for our couples weekend. Loved everything about the cabin. The staff even called to make sure we got there okay. Great company. Would definitely recommend.
I had a great experience. The condition of the house was great upon arrival and the staff maintained a level of hospitality that was beyond my expectations throughout. Great house, great staff, great location.
Don t rent a cabin from Eden Crest vacation rentals in Gatlinburg !! We had a trip back in May that cost us $1,800 - I tried to cancel and they told me no - it didn t matter that I wasn t comfortable traveling with my family - I signed a rental agreement back in December when there was no pandemic. So after MANY back and forth emails and calls they let me reschedule within 6 months (this was generous of them because they claimed I was the ONLY person who had called for a refund). We were able to switch to a random Sunday and Monday in September. They MADE me sign a new contract that included new verbiage regarding COVID 19 to rebook, since they didn t offer any other option that s what I did.
Flash forward and everything is still trash so we called to see if they would push back the credit for another year since they refuse to refund us and the woman told me we already rescheduled once there is nothing we can do.
So bottom line is just in case there is another random global pandemic or idk any other unseen event I would be safe and not book through them, you know because they don t see why I would want to reschedule this trip.
We stayed in the Mayberry cabin it was nice and clean would stay here again it has lots of room, the people from edencrest are very nice the area was nice
We stayed for a week at the Majestic View cabin. The morning sunrises and evening sunsets were amazing! The view of the surrounding mountains and valley below us was an awesome sight from the hot tub at night. The fall colors were spectacular! This was the third time that we have come down and spent the week with Eden Crest! There is so much to do in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge are that we look forward to many more years of vacationing in the area with Eden Crest rentals
The vacation at our rented cabin at Pigeon Forge was next to perfect. Eden Crest Vacation Rentals was always helpful and cooperative with all of our needs. This is the third year we booked with Eden Crest. My family and I will definitely return in 2020.
We stayed in the Smoke on the moutians cabin in the Smokey Mountains. It was beautiful, great views and clean cabin. Drive up is pretty steep, scary the first time but we got use to it. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at four of Eden Crest cabin all of them are the best..beautiful views can't describe it just a must see thing the only thing I have a problem with is getting into the cabins they won't let you in a minute early and three out of the four I didn't get in the cabin until after 5:30 but they want you out on time belie me
The cabin was very clean with everything we needed for our big group. Beds were very comfy as well as the living areas. The location is unbeatable and convenient to everywhere. We truly enjoyed our 3rd stay with Edencrest and highly recommend them for your stay!!!!!!
