My husband and I stayed in the Preserve Resort off of Wears Valley Road in April of 2019. The area was absolutely beautiful and was in a great location. The cabin was perfect! We loved our stay with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, Inc. I will definitely use them again in the future!
Our stay at the 2 bedroom cabin was wonderful. It was within a short driving distance to everything including shopping, dining and attractions. The cabin itself was like home away from home with a wilderness theme. The cabin was very adequately stocked with everything needed. It was also spacious and accommodating. When we arrived they even had a package that had discounts and freebies of local attractions, dining and shopping. We really enjoyed the stay and would DEFINITELY love to stay again and would not hesitate in recommending it to a friend. You will not be sorry for staying here and you will definitely want to come back.

We stayed in a cabin in Sevierville, TN in December, 2018. The cabin was extremely clean, spacious and amazing. They had Christmas tree decorated. We were able to cook a meal there, play pool, unwrap gifts in front of the lovely fireplace and were close to activities outside the cabin. We went bowling, shopping and out to eat. GREAT STAY! Great for a family or a couple or a few couples. We will be back. THANKS!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY YOU CAN EVER RENT FROM! MY ENTIRE FAMILY OF 23 PEOPLE, 11 OF WHICH WERE CHILDREN ALL UNDER THE AGE OF 11 BOOKED A CABIN, STATE OF RELAXATION, THROUGH EDEN CREST TO SPEND THE WEEKEND TOGETHER AND CELEBRATE MY GRANDMOTHERS 73RD BIRTHDAY. AT MIDNIGHT, WE ARE ALL WOKEN UP BEING TOLD THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!!! EDEN CREST THEN PUT US IN A DIFFERENT CABIN THAT DID NOT ACCOMADATE US AT ALL. AND NOT TO MENTION WE DIDNT EVEN GET INTO THE 'NEW' CABIN UNTIL 3 AM. NOW THEY ARE TELLING US THAT SINCE MAINTENANCE CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WE WERE MOVED TO A NICER CABIN, WE ARE ONLY GETTING $100 BACK OUT OF $2000. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! OUR WEEKEND WAS RUINED. WE HAD 3 PEOPLE, ONE OF WHICH WAS A 5 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL WITH BED BUG BITES! IF YOU DONT WANT INFESTED WITH BED BUGS DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

We rented the Eden Crest Vacation Rental Unit Cedar Falls #8 in Pigeon Forge and I wish I could have given them a better review but it just wasn t possible. If you look at my other google reviews you will see that I am a fair reviewer rarely giving a bad one. This is a large home for a large family so we were excited to be all together over the long holiday break. On arrival as you can see from the photo below we never expected it would have a free curb side couch to relax on. We could live with that without too much complaint but as an Airbnb host I would never provide that kind of couch for guests, however I could overlook this by itself because it was about our family and not just a couch.
Our next experience was walking into our bedroom to find dirty towels and trash in the bedroom and bathroom closets, dirty sheets remade on one of the two beds, and missing bath linens adequate for the amount of guests. We called the management company and a very nice lady came to clean, change the linens, and give us adequate bathroom linens. Again I could begin again and overlook human error at this point.
The first night we decided to cook in house. Provided in the kitchen were only 2 small dish towels, a broken can opener, a broken mixer, and a cutting board the size of a piece of paper. The other items were adequately provided but in order to make cooking enjoyable it should have the basics in towels and appliances in good order. I have a lake home that accommodates 5 and yet it s stocked with everything to make cooking easy and that has been my experience in most rental homes until now.
The next morning which would be our first morning I stepped into the shower to find it clogged past the point of being usable. It was Thanksgiving morning, however since this home is handled by management company it should have had an on call maintenance person however we were told they don t fix things on holidays; so my husband had to become their on call maintenance person and unclog the drain that had a huge hair ball in it! How they could have cleaned this tub and not noticed it the day before is beyond me. It took only a moment to know it was clogged beyond use. I could have posted a picture but it would have made some sick so suffice to say we, the guest, took care of our own maintenance for this management company.
Lastly, when we left this morning we noticed we had a rack stolen or taken that belonged on one of our vehicles. When we called they did not care or offer assistance in what might have happened.
As a family we did not let any of their failures ruin our time but to save you from this kind of mismanagement I ve posted OUR experience. Pick another place and ask for photos if you choose this management company.
The house was beautiful. Very affordable. Could not have asked for a better location or service. We had a great time.

My family and I have stayed in several cabins around the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and by far Eden Crest has been our favorite. Our first experience with Eden Crest was back in 2011 when my sister and I did a "girls' trip to get away. We rented a one bedroom cabin in Sherwood Forest community. We had a blast! The cabin was well decorated and equipped, and most importantly clean! We loved it so much we invited our families (including parents) back that fall for a family, weekend getaway. We again stayed in Sherwood forest but in a 4 bedroom cabin. The cabin was stunning! The views were amazing and the location to area attractions couldn't have been better. Everything in the cabin was in working order (which hadn't been the case when using other property rental places). It was spacious and very accommodating.
Our whole family loves Eden Crest and their rentals so much we have planned, family vacation again this fall, which we are all looking forward to. We elected to try a different community and different cabin but we have no doubt our experience will be just as wonderful. My husband and I are looking into planning an anniversary getaway in December 2015 and Eden Crest Cabins will certainly be our destination!
When me and my family arrive to the cabin the place was lovely but there was major issues we had no water for hours I called the office they called mainlands it took him hours to come we were out of water for 4 and half hours the weekend manager Stacey automatically said I can t issue any compensation my boss is off the weekend will not return to Monday her name Shannon. First pop in my head you didn t even listen to rest of the complaints.
Second issue there were mold in one of shower.
When maintenance finally came came 1247 it took him an hours to get the water running, the water was barely coming out the fossils and the shower heads, when the maintenance guy use the breaker box one of the bedroom down stairs had no power at all. I called the office to file a complaint because if you are spending money then you should have everything working for your customers stacey was talking so fast to rush me off the phone. Stacey was like I will out the complaint in how can you put the complaint in when you over talking me.
Our Family of Mom, 4 siblings and their families, Aunt and Cousins and their families had a great time. We rented two huge cabins. Lodging and varieties of activities for all age groups were abundant in the home and the area. We still very fondly remember our stay. We visited Dollywood and went white water rafting as well as bungee jumping and ziplines. The views were beautiful. Plenty of places in the home to spread out and to gather for conversation. We enjoyed grilling and fireworks displays the 4th of July when we stayed in 2014. The cabin was beautiful and well stocked. Meal prep for the large group was easily accomplished in the huge kitchen. Highly recommend Eden Crest for family reunions. It's hard to find any other place that accommodates as well. I've tried.
Our 6 bedroom cabin was adequately and beautifully furnished and provided ample space for our 5 families! The chalkboard and play area in the game room were a bonus for our 4 grandchildren. The kitchen provided all the basics and we were able to have home-cooked meals throughout our stay. The pool was located close-by and was certainly used by the little-ones and our teenagers. Our driveway was steep, but with the bonus parking space on the main level, we were able to park one vehicle there, and the other 3 on the main level with ease. Our sheets and comforters smelled freshly laundered and there were no odors in the house. We requested a garbage pickup in the middle of the week, which was done in a timely manner. The grill had extra propane tanks available. Eden Crest staff were gracious from booking, check-in, during the stay, check-out, and follow up. A wonderful week for this family!
We just spent the weekend here and it was a nightmare. The customer service is horrible! First on the day of our arrival they moved us to another cabin since it was inaccessible, we said fine; we get to the cabin and is really cold, we thought they might had just turn on the heat and it would take a minute to warm up. After a couple hours it was freezing and i called the after hours service, they were really nice. The sent a guy over to check the heat and he worked on it for a bit and said that it was fixed. So after an hour the heat still not working and it was about 11 pm. So i called once again since we had kids in the cabin; the guy came out again and said the heat was not working and that the heat technician would be here in about 30 minutes and brought some heaters. One of the heaters started to trow sparks and almost caught on fire so he took it back and left us with two small heaters for a 4 bed. cabin (like that was going to help) i called the after hour since the technician was not here yet, the after hours said that he would be here in about 20 minutes. After an hour i called again and they finally admitted that the guy would not come out after making me wait two hours and now it was 1:30 am. the house was below 50 degrees but since it was so cold outside it felt like 30. I was pissed off, so i told them to at least bring us some extra blankets and they said they couldn't until the next day! they couldn't also get anymore heaters. We took some of the covers they had in the closet and MAN they smelled like pure cigarette! they were disgusting. So we finally manage to go to sleep, and the next morning i call the office, first after an argument of the girl telling i had to wait for management to come in at 1, so i told her if she couldn't call her manager and have him call me, she said no i don't have his number, which i know it was a lie. ( who doesn't have their bosses number) so i lost it and she hangs up on me. Since Friday was the only day pretty enough we went skiing the whole day hoping some would come out to fix the heat, to our surprise when we come to the cabin later that night its still cold and they just dropped off a bunch of blankets and left them on the door. So i called the office and they tell me that the only thing they can do is move me yet again to another cabin that was still farther out from were we originally were staying. I finally show up to the office and they try to act all kind and gave me tickets to the wonder works ( which i never used them since that's not what we were looking for) and agreed that we were going to stay in the cabin and they would bring more heaters. Well that never happen. Since it was our last night we just stoke through it because i was not fixing to move on the last day and loose all the things we had planned. The never apologized and Renee pretty much said, we gave you tickets and that's all you going to get. (SHE WAS THE MOST RUDE PERSON EVER) FOR A $600 dollar stay i would never do it again with this company, they lack customer service and do not have the enough resources to handle anything! ( you would think they would check cabins to make sure heat and everything is working before they rent it out) Also the tub were yellow and nasty, the pots filled with grease and looks as never washed, the upstairs bedroom shower would leaked down to the first floor bathroom. It was a nightmare. I asked them for at least the first night money back and they told me no. I would not recommend this to any one, they have a long way to go as far as resources and customer services. i would also be putting a complain to the better business bureau.
Cedar Falls #8 is a beautiful cabin with lots of amenities. A very well-equipped kitchen has everything except for a can opener! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and roomy. Extra towels were in the linen closets so we didn't have to dry them after use for the hot tub. The "loft" was great for the 5 grandkids! One bathroom was handicapped accessible, however, with steps to get in either door, I wouldn't recommend this for someone who has trouble with stairs. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!
This place sucks so do not stay !!!!! Called the office 6 times fireplace didn't work and hit tub was cold and would not heat up. Called management and asked for another cabin and they laughed out loud at me!!!! This place is the worst. Can't believe I spent the extra money to stay here and nothing works . I will not stay at another one of these cabins again!!!
We had rented this for a Ladies weekend retreat. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to. Very good location. Beautiful view.
Our youth group had a retreat in Pigeon Forge, and we found this great place to stay. It was clean and very affordable, accommodating our large group. We would definitely rent again!
We had a terrible experience with this company. The cabin we rented was dirty and the beds were not made properly. We had grime and food on the tables, crumbs on the couches and urine stains on one of the mattress covera. The beds had either no sheets, no mattress pads or the wrong size fitted sheet. The king size bed had a double size fitted sheet on it that only covered half the bed! The other beds appeared made but as we looked closer we noticed so much was missing like fitted sheets, mattress pads, etc. We also were VERY short on bath towels and had no kitchen towels or oven mitts. The carpet smelled old and dirty upstairs and in the basement. We called immediatly (around 5) and were told that things were going to arrive but they never did that day. We had to wait 3 days to get all the sheets, towels, and other items we needed. It was TERRIBLE and not relaxing at all because we had to make and remake the beds depending on what was avaliable. We arrived on a Tues and left on a Sat. We did not sleep in properly made beds until Friday night, and we had to make them ourselves. We had to wash and dry towels and the mattress cover with the stain. The worst part was that Eden Crest was not apologetic and they did not get back to us like they said they would multiple times. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We did speak to the company managers and filed a complaint but all we were offered was 15% off our next visit. I don't think so! This was a family vacation and my parents were the ones who had the agreement with your company. However, I was very involved in trying to get these issues resolved. It was Million Dollar View in Gatlinburg.
The customer service was unmatchable! Very friendly staff, and beautiful properties... Will definitely return!!

I always use Eden crest when I go to pigeon forge they are the best there is when it comes to getting a vacation rental! They have the nicest cabins available and they always go above and beyond to help if there s anything I need. I have never had a issue with them. There cabins are always clean and perfectly maintained! And they offer the best prices around! If you stay with them you will be hooked for life I promise!
We had a wonderful stay with Eden Crest rentals last week. We were looking for a place to stay with our two little dogs, and knew a motel wasn't really a good option for us. A friend had stayed with Eden Crest last year and highly recommended it, so we checked into it. The reservation process was easy and the folks we talked to were very friendly and helpful. We found a one-bedroom cabin with a loft that would meet our needs, and plans were made. We drove down from Michigan last week, arriving at about 10 p.m., and were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of the smaller lights on so we didn't have to show up at a dark cabin. Another surprise was seeing a Christmas tree next to the fireplace and garland on the stair banister. We felt like we were staying in a Hallmark Christmas movie. Never having stayed at a cabin, we weren't sure what to expect, but we found a sufficient amount of kitchen ware on hand. My wife enjoyed having a dish washer, and the ice maker in the fridge was another delight. We were only there for three nights (about all I could take off from work), but we had a relaxing stay. We spent time in the national park, and visiting some of the shops, but we also found time for relaxation in the cabin. It was nice sitting on sofas instead of the bed. My wife watched Christmas movies on Lifetime and Hallmark, and when I wasn't watching with her, I was in the loft shooting pool. The temperatures were in the 50s on Monday, but in the night rain changed over to snow and we awoke to find about an inch of the white stuff decorating the area. I've always wanted to see the Smokies in snow, and now I have. Our two little dogs quickly adjusted to life in the mountains, and all of us had a relaxing, refreshing time. On the way home, my wife said she didn't see any reason to vacation anywhere else. We both like the area and our experience in the cabin was more than we expected.
This was a surprise getaway/birthday party for my Aunt whom turned 80 years of age. She recently moved to Georgia, leaving all her friends behind in Ohio. So with some sneaking around, I was able to gather 3 of her dearest friends, and had them meet us there.The look on her face when we pulled up to the cabin was priceless, but then once inside, as she was busy looking at the beautiful cabin, her friends stepped out from their hiding spots and yelled Surprise. You could tell that she was not believing what she was seeing. And then of course, the tears commenced. My Aunt told me this was the best birthday "party" she had ever had. The cabin was just the perfect size for the 5 of us. Hot tub was very nice, as it was March when we were there.I will certainly come back and have recommended this place to several of my friends already. Thank you Eden Crest for helping to make my Aunt's 80th birthday one of her best ones yet
This cabin was by far the best cabin we have ever stayed in. Beautifully done, excellent location and everything you could possibly want for the family, at all ages. Since then our family has grown and we have taken many trips over the years to the Smoky Mountains we ALWAYS stay in one of your cabins. It is always such an amazing stay. Best getaway we've ever had! Great cabin. More then what we ever expected. Was a great getaway for our short honeymoon. Cabin was very clean. So beautiful. Communication was great when we had a maintenance issue. Everything went very well. We will definitely use Eden Crest again.
We stayed at Eden Crest for a Youth Retreat! Our cabin was very spacious and clean. It provided a very comfortable atmosphere for our students to hang out when free time permitted. The location of our cabin was great as well! We will definitely consider using Eden Crest again in the future for other retreats!
We stayed at the Wine Down cabin , it was beautiful, clean and roomy . We had 6 adults and 5 children .There was always something to entertain them form the game room to the 2 hot tubs. I would recommend this cabin to anyone with a large group .
We have been using Eden Crest for our cabin rentals for more than 10 years. Their staff has always been the friendliest , easiest people to work with. Three years ago I arranged a stay for our Anniversary & took our friends. I worked for more than a month setting up special things to be in our cabin for my
wife & our friends upon our arrival at our cabin. The staff did everything they could to make it all happen going above & beyond to work with me. It came off perfect. Our friends were so impressed with the cabin & how absolutely spotless it was. It is still an experience we all still talk about & has become the standard we compare all stays. You can't go wrong letting these people help you. Sometimes you may get a cabin that the owners don't keep updated like they should which is not their fault but I guarantee they will do what ever they can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The have the most customer friendly system to use for booking, arrival & departure. We highly recommend you give these people a try.
The cabin was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!! However, there was construction all around us (people banging hammers early every morning) and a lot of traffic in and out because of the construction. We also felt awkward using the back porch and hottub because there were people all around us all the time. We also had the A/C freeze up and had to call someone out to fix it. In the meantime, it had leaked all over the floor in the master bathroom and down through the ceiling in the movie theater room as well. We called about both of those incidents and nothing was done about them. We didn't really get to use the movie room because the carpet in front of the door was soaked from the leaked. The master bathroom floor was wet and would get water all over your feet when you walked on it (the water was coming out from under the vinyl flooring). That being said... the cabin was amazing overall. The beds were comfortable, the gameroom was amazing, the outdoor porch was nice when the construction people weren't there, the indoor pool was nice (although it got cloudy and dirty).
We stayed at Moose Behavin. Nice, clean cabin for our weekend family getaway! Enjoyed all the games in the upstairs loft.
The Hospitality app that Eden Crest uses to communicate information regarding your stay was extremely nice!! Got alerts about cabins codes, check in, check out, etc without having to place calls or go to an office.
We stayed in one of their Cabins. The cabin was okay for staying as described. But the electronic door lock key didn't work, we couldn't open it. Their online support could not help at all. We had to stay outside for the whole night. Even the direction to the cabin wasn't right. We had to walk from their cabin to cabin to find the exact cabin. This is unbelievable in this era, They can easily share the map or update in google map, instead of sharing long tedious text direction. The first night was really a mess, and finally we couldn't access the cabin. So I wanted money refund (in full or for that day). I have communicated for almost a week for refund but they said they cannot do any refund. Very poor experience! Never go there. (The review response has some inaccuracies, I was offered for staying for free in two, not offered for any restaurant gift card)
I highly recommend staying with them! Very assertive and wonderful at helping customers. Forgot some items in our room and they were more than helpful and sent them home to us. Looking forward to our next get away over that way!

My sisters and our husbands took our parents to the mountains last fall and stayed in Eden Crest. We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. While there, it snowed. For us Alabama folks, that was a treat! I would highly recommend staying there and working with this rental company.
I booked a cabin through AirBnb about a month in advance. Eden Crest is the management company. The DAY BEFORE our arrival, I received a cancellation notice. I called them and they explained it was triple booked so they gave it to the person who booked first. They said they would look for another cabin and call us back. They never called back. I called them another 3 separate times, and each time lead to nothing and still never received a call back from management. Not even an apology. I had people driving and flying in and small children coming as well. For almost ruining a family vacation, you'd think they'd feel some remorse. And how do you not notice a triple booking until the day before? Luckily, I found another cabin on my own which turned out to be great. After reading the latest reviews, maybe I was lucky this place cancelled on me. Beware when you book with Eden Crest!

The cabin was spacious and beautifully decorated. The room spacing and bathrooms were well done. The movie theater room was lacking a bit in viewing resolution, but it was comfortable. The cleaning, especially of the bathrooms could have been better. Overall a great stay
Really enjoyed my time spent at the cabin booked through Eden Crest. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away for the weekend, or wanting to spend the weekend in the Pigeon Forge area. Close enough to get to the main strip no hassle, and far enough away to escape all of the tourists if needed.

My wife and I have visited Eden Crest several times. We have stayed in Pine Needles and have always enjoyed our experience. The cabin is always clean and neat and well stocked. We visit in both summer and call and have never been disappointed. The staff has always been receptive to our questions and very friendly. We recommend to others and will continue to make return visits in the upcoming months.

I would recommend Eden Crest Vacation Rentals to anyone planning a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN My husband and I shared our 42 anniversary in one of your cabins October 2015. We love the peace and tranquillity we experience during our stay. We found the location convenient to all the local attractions while enjoying our ride to and from the cabin enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. 2016 we were part of the Great Flood in Louisiana and we're not able to take a vacation, as we were rebuilding our home. Looking forward to getting away this year for some more relaxing and enjoyable time together.
Our stay at an Eden's Crest Cabin set the standard for Smokey Mountain vacations. The rooms were clean and spacious and the mountain view was breathtaking. It was easy to see that every detail had been attended to before we arrived. Highly recommend!

Everything was fantastic!!! The cabin was so beautiful. It was clean and we had no problems whatsoever getting around the cabin. This was my 2nd stay with Eden Crest and trust me it will not be my last. The views were fantastic and the staff was very helpful from making the reservation to answering any question I had. All of the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the living room areas were just as nice also. It was all very accommodating. They also had special deals for attractions so I was able to go horseback riding!!! Thank you Eden Crest for making this getaway ad getaway!!!

Excellent customer service, cabin in exceptional location, cabin very well maintained, cabin very clean, hot tub was excellent, cabin very private and not far from main drag thru Pigeon Forge, easy check in and out process, staff replied to emails promptly. Highly recommend cabin we rented and Eden Crest Vacation Rental for their customer service.
We loved the service that we received. This company went out of their way to help us find a cabin to meet our needs. We are a large group and this had plenty of room with lots to do! The kitchen had many items for cooking for a large group! We will definately return!!!!
Grounds and cabin were beautiful. Cabin had all the amenities and comforts of home. All tho our stay was enjoyable there were a few issues. The cabin had cob webs, dust & dirt in many places, baths and showers had to be cleaned before use. This cabin had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. The porch, chairs, table, rockers, etc were covered thick in green mold/pollen so we were not able to enjoy our big wrap around porch as desired. Disappointed!!! The Jacuzzi did not work in the master bedroom, the air hockey table we never could get working. We made do and didn't bother to call and complain as we were just trying to have a relaxing few days away. We would definitely consider staying w Eden Crest Properties in the future. #MountainFun
We loved our stay at the "Just Hanging Out" Cabin. It was very clean and we were amazed at the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking and any utensil or pot we needed was there in the cupboards. Our family enjoyed the large kitchen table for playing games and eating breakfast & dinner. It was very peaceful sitting on the back porch and the hot tub was an added bonus.
The king size mattresses were very comfortable and the cabin felt like our home away from home. Ideally located too!!
The "cabin" was ready right on time. It was very spacious, except when we all wanted to be together in the same room some had to sit on the floor to accommodate all of us (8 bedrooms 15 people!). For a place this size, we really could have used more dishes we were constantly having to wash them so everyone could eat! The recliner was broken when we got there (wouldn't recline) and don't expect to sleep on the "pullout sofas"! Mattresses on the sofas were VERY THIN AND LUMPY!! We asked about the access because we were hoping for snow. Thank goodness it didn't snow because we never would have been able to drive up to the cabin in the snow because it was so steep! Parking was hard, too. Not enough close to the cabin, so all but 2 cars had to park up by the construction area. We enjoyed our time there because our family was together, and it was mostly convenient to shopping, but not an easy place to get to in the dark. Several of our party got lost their way after dark driving in from the east.
Our weekend getaway to the Smokey Mountains was nothing less than majestic. The cabin had all the comforts of home and the beautiful surroundings where peaceful and tranquil. It's been a couple of weeks since our vacation and the family is still talking about our time there. I know another trip to the Smokey Mountains is in our future. Eden Crest Vacation Rentals took great care of us before, during, and after our visit. I highly recommend them to any and everybody for an experience that will leave a lasting impression. The wife and I have been renting through Eden Crest for 7 or 8 years now, staying at Legacy Mountain Resort. We got engaged there and try to make it back every year for our anniversary (October 31st). Great resort, super relaxing. Have never had any issues with management. There are even a couple of cabins that are pet friendly, which is great if you have a dog. We are continuously looking forward to planning our next trip!
I used travelosity to book a cabin in Pigeon Forge and the day of I called the front desk of Eden Crest to ask about my room info and all. They didn't have a record of me booking. I panicked of coarse and the lady at the desk did everything she could for me to make my trip happen. She found me a place for that same weekend, same day and it was even cheaper than what travelosity quoted me. I will definitely be using Eden Crest again!!! We really enjoyed our room and the kids had a blast!!

The management and maintenance teams at Eden Crest refuse to fix a maintenance issue that is creating lots of noise and has caused us to lose multiple nights of sleep. We have called Eden Crest at least 8 times over the last month about this problem and it is still not resolved. Every time we call, they assure us the problem will be fixed promptly but they never follow through with fixing the problem. Terrible management and terrible service!
This was the WORST experience ever. We stayed in Severville, TN just outside from Dollywood. First, the cabin we were in did not have AC. It took countless calls and took 2 days before they even remotely decided to move us. The place they moved us to was absolutely disgusting. It's sad that this management company does not ensure that rooms are in order before customers come in. Talk about spiders! WHOAH! They were everywhere in the corners. No blinds on winders, dirty dishes, no clean towels and the list goes on. We were thankful to have AC for sure but the rest was miserable. We asked several times to speak to management, even drove to their business and was assured that they needed to contact the owners before we could at least be compensated for 2 days without AC. Not what we should have to pay for. Here we are a month later and no returned calls. I would suggest that if Eden Crest is the managing company that you skip them and go somewhere else.
We have stayed in many of the rental cabins of Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, and could not imagine ever staying anywhere else. You can be confident with your decision to book with them for every vacation, and they have many options for different needs. We can't wait to come back!
We stayed in 12 a it was everything we expected and very clean.
Most TV's had no service. Two games didn't work. Lots of funnel spiders. One hot tub had been leaking for a long time, creating slime pools on the deck levels below. And on and on... Management company indicated the "owners" had been notified, but to avail.

We love Tennessee! Our family has been vacationing in Tennessee since 2006. Our cabin last year was just beautiful. The location was outstanding. It fit my 3 children, brother in law and sister including their 3 children, my other sister, and my Dad. It was very clean. We can't wait to stay again!
We had a wonderful experience! It was just what we needed to getaway and relax together! The hot tub was relaxing, the view from the front porch was beautiful and the trip to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg was quick! We were worried about the other cabins being too close but they really weren't that bad! We will definitely be coming back next year!
First of all Sara is wonderful to work with and finding you the right cabin for your need. We stayed in the rustic retreat cabin for our family Christmas! The cabin was so roomy and equipped with all our needs! We will be back and tell our friends!
I would find another company to use or at least document everything in the structure before you unpack. Mine and my family's experience there left a lot to be desired. When we arrived the fridge was missing a shelf, pockets on pool table were hanging on by a thread and one of the video games was busted. The picture and description on the website said the cabin had a large pool yet it was just a little bigger than the hot tub. We called about the fridge because we need the space for Thanksgiving and they were slow to respond and we never received a shelf.
The cabin we rented was laid out nicely and was accommodating to our large family. It was very nice overall but Eden Crest housekeeping and maintenance has a lot to work on. Few of the remotes had batteries and required manual channel changing through Direct TV's massive guide. We go to put the kids in their own bunk beds which were without sheets. We had to make up 7 beds with tired and whinny kids before they could sleep.
We lost power in the upper bedrooms due to a blown fuse, which caused the smoke detectors to beep. When I called they said they would have someone right up but it was 4 hours later. The same thing happen the next morning but this time 2 floors down in the game room. They showed up 2 hours later to fix but was rudely told that we needed to quit plugging in whatever we were using that was blowing the fuse. Their lights blew the fuse but I told my cousin she could no longer use her curling iron.
The kicker was they charged us $645 because we caused the damage to the pool table and the light fixture above it. Honestly, we did not cause this damage. Warning take pictures of every thing you see that is damaged and hope you do not miss anything. We will never use this company again no matter how much we like a particular cabin. This is not a reputable company to choose, why chance it?
My lady and I decided to elope in Tennessee and stumbled across Eden Crest while we were looking for cottages to rent. We rented a single bedroom home named "Ryder's View" over looking the mountains for less than it would have cost to stay at a hotel! The place was amazing! Definitely as beautiful as advertised. We can't wait to go back!

My family and I have stayed in cabin 5B for several years. This was even before Eden Crest became involved with it. We love it It meets our needs for several reasons. We have seen some deterioration but not bad. We may stay again. It is always clean and when we had a problem with linens, the service was what we needed. Yes, we would not hesitate to stay there again.
Our stay went very well. One of the refrigerators and an upstairs A/C unit were not working properly upon arrival. After phone calls to report these items to the office, service people arrived promptly to repair and even followed-up with check ups the following day.
I stayer with Eden Crest over Christmas with my whole family and it was an amazing expierence. The cabin was clean, large, full of amenities and it felt like my own personal vacation home. No other vacation my family has taken could compare. They even had santa come to our cabin on christma day and brought toys for the little ones and took pictures with the family. I felt like The staff were my friends from the time I booked to the time of checkout they were friendly and helpful. We have decided to make this a yearly thing and will not be staying anywhere else!
I had the fortunate pleasure of staying at Eden Crest this past weekend and could not have had a more memorable experience. The cabins we stayed in were in terrific condition and the staff could not have been more accommodating, particularly John M, who personally went out of his way to make our experience more enjoyable. I would definitely consider visiting again.
I booked adjoining condos at Poplar Point for my daughter's varsity softball spring break trip and this property was PERFECT! The team was minutes from the Cal Ripken Experience, and it was easy to find and get back and forth to. The condo was exceptionally CLEAN, minor issues were promptly addressed by courteous staff, and the girls had additional things to do right at the condos (hot tub, swimming pool, foos ball, pingpong, basketball, etc). Plus the shelter house, sand volleyball court, and fire ring were IDEAL for a family potluck on our last night. We have booked other locations in the past but this place FAR EXCEEDED everything else. Very affordable too. Highly recommend for softball/baseball teams playing in the area. Our team will be booking this again!
They were great , we had a rental with another company and when we got to the other cabin it wasn't what we needed. We called and Eden Crest got us a cabin to stay in for the week and was super great while doing. We will definitely check with them next time when we stay in Pigeon Forge, TN
I LOVE Eden Crest Vacation rentals. I have stayed in their cabins twice and had an amazing stay both times. Their prices are reasonable and their cabins are the BEST!
This company claims to be pet friendly, but when I inquired about bring my family pet, a 9-year-old, 70# German Shepherd who has been professionally trained and stayed in hotels/cabins across the country, I was told he is not welcome because he is an AGGRESSIVE BREED. Never in my life have I been told my dog was not allowed because of such a ridiculous reason. I can promise that most people would prefer my German Shepherd, who is quiet and well-behaved, over the yippy poodles and yorkies which are welcomed with this company!

We chose a different cabin for our vacation but they recommend Splash Mansion at Laurel Estates in Gatlinburg. Great Choice. Brand new cabin with a private pool and Jacuzzi.

Eden Crest check in process was so nice using the phone app. No driving all the way to their office and looking for paper work. Just download app to phone and they will give you updates and info. Before trip then at 4pm on your check in day they will text and send you a key code to get into your cabin. Once vacation is over lock doors and checkout through the app. So nice and easy especially after a long drive. We stayed at one of their cabins at the preserve resort, the view was the best we have had in the 5 times we vacationed to the smokies. I can insure you the next time we go to the smokies we will be booking through Eden crest.
We have rented through Eden Crest several times, They are always wonderful to deal with! Check-In is a breeze, They will send you the door code before Check-In time & you don't have to go to the office. We have never had an issue with our many stays with Eden Crest.
Went on a vacation to the Smoky Mountains in May of 2018. After researching several cabin rental options, I decided on booking our stay at Eden Crest. The online reviews were excellent and the photos of the cabins looked amazing. Needless to say, once we arrived we were not disappointed! The cabin was clean, all of the amenities were in working order, and the view was breathtaking! Free admission to local entertainment was included with our stay and that was a definite plus! My favorite part of the stay had to be soaking in the hot tub on the back deck while taking in the spectacular view of the mountains. But, it was also great to be able to play pool and air hockey right in our cabin. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, probably the best sleep I ve had in years. Overall was very impressed with our stay at Eden Crest and will definitely be returning within a year for another memorable vacation. 10/10 would recommend these cabin rentals over any other in this area.
My experience at Eden Crest Rentals was horrible. I endured the smell of a wet room, that smelled like mold. Then I had to endure bed bugs in pillows/bed. The bugs left bite marks on my shoulders, back, both arms, both feet, knees, and my hands! This left men with out a bed to sleep in and no cover!
Management -Eden Crest Vacation, showed no sympathy, and they places alot of blame, knowing we did not create these problems.
The pain from the bed bug bites were passed a 10, which I had to go to the doctor and get medication, which the sting/itching last two weeks! In addition, I re-injured back by jumping out the bed, because I was scarred to death!
All I want is to be compensated for my horrible stay and going to the doctors. Since my incident I have permanent scaring on my arms from the bites- dark spots up/down my arm. Now I'm conscious what be will see!
I hope this situation can be resolved quickly, and the owner of the property Andrew, will be a man if honor!
We stayed 4 days and had a great time. The community was close to everything but far enough away that you had some privacy. Staff was fantastic when checking in and out.
We stayed in a larger cabin with 24 students and chaperones. Our only complaint: for a group that large, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. are small in number and size & an industrial sized stove, oven and fridge would be better.
Otherwise, we love the arrangements and we ll continue to come to this venue for our Winter Retreat!

Living 230+miles away from our family and adult children and their families we wanted our vacation to be one of quality time spent with them and not all amusement park, dining out, impersonal contact due to hectic atmospheres to go here and there. We chose Eden Crest on recommendation of a family friend and we are so very glad that we did. As with any 'home' lodging you had the normal wear and tear that you have to take note of when you go in so that the liability for repairs needed does not fall on your budget, but that is exactly what they ask you to do and honor when you report it after checking in. The process from start to finish was simple and the stay was great! The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware were all very accessible and in good condition and the number provided fit us perfectly! We were able to prepare meals and spend time together right there in the cabin making adventures outdoors optional for those who would rather stay behind and vacay onsite. The location and distance to get to local attractions was convenient and the view was spectacular!! We will definitely be staying again and recommend this property to anyone looking for the best of both kinds of vacation for bigger groups!!
The heated pool was ice cold. Construction was going on all around not so great for the relaxing weekend we had planned and wasn t even warned about. Parking was a nightmare. The sauna was so small it was the size of a tiny closet not even a walk in. All around just not the quality that I expected or am accustomed to. Way too many other cabins offering more.
I booked a cabin back in March for my family for an April vacation. I booked 7 days and paid a decent rate. In the ad on Edencrests website it clearly stated that the cabin was handicap accessible has ramp .
Imagine my surprise when we get there after driving 9 hours and find that what we thought was a cabin is actually a 6 unit complex and we are on the second floor with no handicap access.
I called immediately even though it was Sunday and after hours the lady in the call center answered and apologized but said they just take the calls and that she would have to call a member of management to help. I waited and she patched me through. The next lady was not so helpful and in fact called me a liar and said they don t advertise any of their cabins as handicap accessible and I didn t see it on their website. I told her I took video and screen shots and offered to send them to her email.
She blew me off and said someone from upper management would call the next day which was Monday. Monday comes and she calls back and leaves a voicemail saying that they were in a meeting and they would call back after two pm. She didn t know I was watching most of her company tour a recreation center just below our cabin that they were rebuilding. I guess that was a meeting.
I did not hear from anyone for the rest of the week. My uncle who has a bad leg and can not climb stairs had to go back to Florida after his wife driving 9 hours also.
I waited to see if anyone was going to call until Friday when I called again. The man who answered didn t even know what day it was and said they were scheduled to call on Saturday when we checked out. Then he said they don t work on Saturday and he would have someone call me back shortly.
I waited and hour and as this was our last day we had stuff to do. I took my son on the mountain coaster ad then to Gatlinburg. They must have called in between and left a message. I tried calling back and got a busy signal.
I was mot offered anything as an apology or money back. To this date a week later I still have not received another phone call. I guess they figure one call and if you don t answer it s over.
I have found the statues for false advertising in TN and also found out that I don t have to do anything but make the complaint which I m doing now. The state will investigate and then fine the company.
It s funny the next day on that Monday the website had no mention of handicap units.
Please read all of the reviews before giving them any money.

Terrific Cabin for a large group! We had a group of 20 and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Loved the game room and all the decks!
We had a wonderful experience here! Nice, Clean, Friendly neighbors, quiet... I could go on and on! It was just perfect. The cabin had everything we could possibly need and the location was perfect. We plan to stay here every time we visit the area!
I booked Briarcrest 13B last weekend for a group trip--it's one of their 2 bedroom condos that sleeps 16. As people do when they are coordinating a trip with a large group, we planned our meals and our time at the Edencrest resort according to the amenities listed in the description of the condo in our rental agreement and online. We planned to grill hamburgers for our group of 14 because that's always a great way to feed a crowd, and our morning breakfast plans included use of the toaster. We made an online grocery order with these things in mind and picked it up at a nearby Walmart when we reached Pigeon Forge. To our great disappointment, the grilling plans were derailed. The gas grill didn't work and had rodents taking up residence inside. It took us hours to cook enough burgers for our group in a single skillet in the condo's kitchen. There was no toaster at all, so we had to tweak breakfast plans, too. Why a toaster is listed when there isn't one is something I don't understand. We were also unhappy with the state of the resort's pool. The water was cloudy, and the pump was not running any time that anyone in our group went by to swim or just to check to see if it was running.
That said, the condo really is big enough for a group this size. There is tons of space in the common rooms, as well as 2 large bathrooms, and there are actual beds for 16, not sofa beds or any other compromises. There were also ample towels and bedding for us. The 3rd bedroom (unlisted but shows on the floor plan pictures on the descriptions of these condos) we dubbed "The Harry Potter Cupboard." It really didn't have enough room for more than the 2 bunk beds inside it. The people who slept there kept their luggage in the game room. There are also no power outlets in the room, and most people want to charge devices bedside.
We probably will look elsewhere in the future because we won't quite trust the Edencrest listings.
This was a very nice cabin!! It was clean and close to all the attractions. We found several back roads that made our trips faster and scenic!! Kids had a ball. The pool was great for the kids too and plenty of room for entire family to be comfortable.

The cabin fit our needs well enough. The location was great. The cabin was in good condition, everyone had hot showers, and it was spacious enough for our group. It was a good value. The customer service on the phone was great.
Some minor inconveniences:
There were a couple vitals missing from the kitchen like a broom.
We could've used better communication regarding the opening and closing of the pool. We had lots of kids, and it was unexpectedly closed when a guest clogged the filter with confetti. They could've communicated through the app about its opening and closing.
The pack N play we rented was in very bad shape.
All in all, we would stay again if we had the same budget.
When traveling to Gatlinburg we always use Eden Crest to book our stay, they have great customer service and always are available to help in anyway possible.
The best vacation I have ever been on! My girlfriend and I finally got to get away from the work life and wow! What an experience! Eden Crest provided great customer service and excellent rates! Would recommend anyone to stay here!!
