Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing!
What a blessing! My husband surprised me for our 26th Anniversary and we had a beautiful relaxing getaway at Misty Mountainside! We realized that it was actually brand new when we got there because there was still plastic on the appliances ;-) And there were other new home construction taking place in the same neighborhood. The house was immaculate! My husband says from beginning to end working with the Eden Crest staff was wonderful. We had a small issue with the entry code but they were very prompt with handling it. We LOVED the quiet, wooded atmosphere because it was away from all the busy areas. When we awoke the next morning, we even noticed bear tracks!! We will definitely use Eden Crest Vacation Rentals again. And have even recently gifted our son and daughter-in-law with a gift certificate for a stay there. Thank you so much for great service and for a wonderful trip!!!!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RENTING THIS CABIN OR FROM EDEN CREST!!!Horrible!!!
Not 1 thing about this rental was good!! From the start we had wrong pass codes from the Eden Crest app which resulted in the alarm going off,security calling,& not being able to connect to wifi.Enter the cabin only to find vomit all over the bathroom door downstairs took 2 calls to them to 1/2 clean it(after they told us it was toothpaste don't know any toothpaste that is bright red w/tomato seeds & when they did clean it they left the vomit chunks on the floor)There was mold & old food stIcking plates together that were in the cupboard.Black mold in the bathrooms,kitchen bath worked intermittently,upstairs shower broke,fridge leveled with paper towel,bedroom tvs did not work,no remotes for dvd players,fireplace did not work,pool was closed,couch in theater room broke,cleanliness of cabin was horrible-had to buy cleaning supplies to do floors ourselves when our 1 yr was crawling on floor & had black hands & knees.We had to clean up garbage every morning because we did not have the caged cans like all the other cabins had so we had to try to keep it shut on our own.We also had to have them replace an outlet that was 1/2 gone because we had 2 kids under the age of 5 in the cabin.There is also a big hole in asphalt by the porch that someone could really hurt themselves in.Carpets were full of stains & if the rugs were pulled back there was dirt & a dirt line from where they cleaned to.When we called to have these issues resolved we had very poor customer service/help from Amber at Eden Crest-each time we were put on hold or told we would be called back by morning at the latest-we literally had to go to the office to try to get the issues resolved 1 of the times while still being on hold waiting for Amber to answer the phone.What they offered to us for their so called compensation was the biggest slap in the face & a joke!!!!This was biggest waste of $2500 and the worst representation of Tennessee,Eden Crest,and the Property owners!!! If i was able to give a negative star rating i would !!!!

This is a very nice, well maintained cabin. It is in close proximity to all the attractions we were wanting to visit. I would caution you that the cabin is accessible via a very steep, narrow road. We visited in December and luckily it was unseasonably warm. However, if I had known I would not have booked that location due to the possibility of snow or ice etc during that time of year.

Please help spread the word to never, ever book from Eden Crest Cabin Rentals. We booked a cabin for Sun-Thurs in Gatlinburg for my son's Spring Break. I called to ask to move the date, or reschedule (not wanting a refund - and willing to pay more if I even had to do another cabin), because of an unexpected death and my dad's funeral will be Tuesday plus still dealing with the aftermath of the tornado in Nashville. My son has Tourette's so this trip was a much needed escape for him. However, because of "policy" this company is not willing to work with me. I simply wanted to move the dates to Wed-Sunday (and pay whatever the costs to do so) but was told "policy" prevented them from doing anything for me. This is a very inhumane company. Timber Tops is much better and the people are way more compassionate - even when they have a "policy". Now we have no trip for my son and I just don't have the time and energy to plan a funeral and a new trip for the rest of Spring Break. I am an executive at my company and we would never treat people this way regardless of standard policies.

We were so excited to take a vacation with out two special needs children. When we walked into our cabin the entire inside was filled with artificial trees probably about 25 of them so we couldn't use the kitchen or living room. We notified them and they did absolutely nothing except offer us a fifty dollar gift card to use towards our next visit which we can't since we have the kiddos. They were very rude and inconsiderate to our situation and truly hurt our feelings. We will not stay here again this was our experience

Our family enjoyed our stay! Very easy to deal with the staff and easy to get in/out with the instructions provided. We stayed in the "Family Valley Lodge". Great view. The house was spacious and perfect for accommodating our group of 10 with an extra bedroom. I'd suggest for our next trip, if going with another group, make sure you get houses as close as possible because the property isn't great for walking from house to house even though they're close it's very steep.

Quick response, if I had a question someone always answered the phone. Cabin was very nice, clean and updated. Rates were very reasonable. My family and I enjoyed our time and will be back again.

Would highly recommend staying at the "Amazing Grace" cabin. Great cabin, with a lot of space. Love the upstairs loft with a pool table, air hockey, and fuse ball. The entire house is perfectly decorated for that mountain rustic feel. Great location, right outside of main street Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg.

I Love, Love, Love Eden Crest Rentals in the Bear ...

I Love, Love, Love Eden Crest Rentals in the Bear Creek Crossing area. I love the security gate, and how the cabins are next to each other (sort of like a subdivision) because I usually book my family reunions there, and we can have our cabins close to each other. But I also book my "Girls Trip" there. I have 3 best friends that I travel with yearly, and we always feel safe at their rentals. I love how I can sit out back and enjoy the view while grilling with family, or sitting on the front porch with my friends sharing stories of our lives with a cup of coffee. And after a long day of shopping and sight seeing, just relaxing in the comfortable cabin is enjoyable too. But whatever reason you have for traveling to the Smokey's, I'm sure you'll love Eden Crest Rentals. I always do!

I stayed in Unit 11 (Cherry Blossom) this past weekend and could not have been happier with the experience! The special attention John M. paid to our group was unlike any other I have experienced. It was very clean, the surrounding area was immaculate, and I would certainly stay here again. 9.5/10

I rented their aqua paradise property in November....

I rented their aqua paradise property in November. We had 3 full families in a six bedroom cabin. Within the first hour we called due to an entire bedroom being without electricity. They responded quickly and flipped the breaker back on (which we knew wouldn't fix this issue). An hour later roughly, the breaker trips again. This ended up being the case for the next four days. They switched a breaker out with a breaker that was not up to code as an attempt to temporarily keep power to the room until they could fix it correctly, according to one of the electricians that responded to us. We had other small issues of hdmi cables not working, remotes not working, wifi cut out for about a day at one point. The entire party was very easy to work with, we never caused any issues throughout this, but it was a bit of an issue for us nonetheless, we had to leave ppl of the party behind to remain at the house everyday because the electricians would be there at some point.

We discussed compensation the day we left. My first and only offer was $100 dollars back and $125 back for a future visit if used up in a year. I responded back after further evaluation of prices. The difference in prices of 1 bedroom were 500-600$. Our entire party thought this would be reasonable to request since the electricity never lasted more than 1 hour after their "professionals" responded. They called me back and said they could only offer $100. Then I voiced the entire concern more in depth, how it was a safety issue, ruined our plans each and every day, and I ended with a comment of, "I can't guarantee that someone from the party wouldn't leave a review of some sort because I was representing the party, and they wouldn't discuss anything with anyone else but myself" then she says, "if you leave a bad review, we won't refund you" and was snarky through the rest of that phone call. They sent me something to sign accepting the $100 dollars, with no mention of the other $125. It's been several months, and I have not accepted the $100 dollars because that's 5x less the average price per bedroom.

You responded to my brother in law in a complaint, with "you make mistakes". I'm willing to accept that you "made a mistake",as I've been 100 percent open with accepting that your team put our family at risk of fire hazards,the entire time we were there, without a bedroom for an adult and child whom had to find other avenues for sleep. I'm willing to let any other issues go, as things to happen, I never expected to have internet connections fixed instantly, or remotes, or cables being faulty, we just worked with what we had, and in fact you won't find a complaint on file for those issues because we were reasonable with you. I just expected eden crest to be reasonable back without having to fight about it. You seem to want to accuse or bring in other issues of other ppl "scamming" you, or making ridiculous requests, but what other ppl do or request, has nothing to do with us. Our request is in no way unreasonable. Simply the difference in the cost per bedroom we lost. If you don't think that's fair, then maybe the issue and any other issues you have apparently had with guests is more on your end than it is your guests, and you may need to reevaluate your approach.

The fact that your team told me that this issue was fixed properly within a few hours after we left, tells me you covered up the issue until the day we left. You knew we would be without electricity in that bedroom for the rest of our stay and planned the fix in the few hours you had before the next family arrived later that day. That doesn't upset me more than swapping out with an out of code breaker as your final attempt to fix what was likely a shorted wire. Breakers trip for a reason, breakers trip when they become heated to a point that they trip, this heat comes from a short generally. After attempting to swap breakers once, you should know the issue isn't the breaker and move on to the next likely issue. Instead you chose to keep swapping breakers.

Our family has had the privilege to stay at a few of Eden Crest's vacation rentals! We've had such a blast and hope to continue vacationing there for years to come. The homes are are always clean, well-equipped and are suited for all of our needs. The last time we visited, we brought our children, one that is living with cerebral palsy; it was the most comfortable, warm, "homey" experience ever. Can't wait to visit again!!!!

Beautiful cabin but we had 15 in our group and only linen for 10 sleeping places. First night we used coats and 2 blankets. Office did bring sheets for 2 more people next day. Kids were unable to use pool because thermostat to water heater turned down, water for showers was luke warm never got warmer. Sauna house plug was brokened off so couldn't use that feature. Hot tub was never hot, luke warm. Not enough towels for us which we had registered everyone. The reservation listed all of us and it was advertised sleeps 15 but clearly doesn't. We paid $1000 a night and was hoping for better service. No designated parking spaces on top of steep hill. Had to get code from office to operate pool and 2 roll away beds were locked and had to get code for that, as you can see clearly was not ready for 15 people. We made several calls and stopped at the office with no help for reimbursement. Cabin was Dive Right In, we will definitely go with Stonybrook next year. In response to Eden Crest's explanation of our issues. I was in the group during this stay and I called the Eden Crest office when I realized there were not enough beds to sleep the 12 persons that the website stated. The person on the phone told me they would have to contact someone else when I told her that there were not enough beds to sleep 12. About an hour later I was contacted and told the roll-away beds were locked up in a closet and I was given the combination. When I looked in the closet there was no linen for the beds so I called again and was then told that housekeeping was closed and I would get my linen the next day. My question to Eden Crest is "why do you state 12 persons on your website but only provide sleeping for 10." I shouldn't have to ask for bedding if the cabin is supposed to sleep 12. To address your offer for compensation: Eden Crest offered me a $75 discount if I came back and rented again. I don't want to rent from you again so I was hoping for a monetary compensation, but was not offered one. Another issue I have is when I gave Dusty a list of all the discrepancies at checkout he told me he would have to contact the owner to discuss compensation. When I researched online for the owner of the cabin it turns out the cabin was owned by Eden Crest. So why does Eden Crest have to talk to Eden Crest regarding discrepancies presented by the tenant. I've never heard of a management company needing to tell an owner about a list of discrepancies that the management company should have addressed in the first place. I tried to be very cordial with Dusty, but realized I was talking to someone who couldn't help me. All he would say is "I'm sorry. Let me talk to the owner."

We stayed at the Chocolate Moose cabin leased through Eden Crest Vacation Rentals on our mountain vacation last fall and it was great. The cabin was awesome, clean and the views were great! We had one mechanical issue with the microwave and the management company took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend booking your next vacation through Eden Crest! They were easy to work with and provided great customer service!

We loved our stay at Eden Crest Smoky Mountain Rentals! The house sleeps 30; we had four families with children stay there and it felt very roomy. Our cabin was right across from Dollywood, so we were very happy with the location. The staff was very helpful; it was very easy for all of us to pay separately, and to check in and out. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

My vacation was great it took me awhile to find it especially because it was night time when I called the number the people were very helpful and gave me directions into finding my condo. I arrived it was very clean there was limited parking but it worked out. I noticed that the air conditioning when put down a few degrees does not function very well. We had a2 day pass to Dollywood and splash country so this was very convenient. there was only one TV a box TV as that was in the living room. Overall it was a nice place to crash

My parents, my sister, my husband and myself stayed at Eden Crest in Gatlinburg for a long weekend. It had a beautiful scenery, was clean and well stocked. Our stay was very pleasant. We will definitely stay there again.

Accommodations were fair. Beds and baths were fine, but the kitchen was ill-equipped with a weak, noisy microwave, no skillet, toaster, paring knives, colander, cutting boards, or can opener. In addition, the WiFi and alarm codes we were given prior to check-in were incorrect. So we were welcomed to our condo by the unpleasant sounding of the alarm because the door lock code was correct!! Also, instructions were definitely needed, but not provided, to lock and unlock the front door using the keypad. We enjoyed our porch, the pool, and spacious dining table. Overall, 3 stars.

The cabin is located close to everything and has a lot of room. However 2 of the 6 TVs were not working, management did send a cable company and 2 DVD players so movies could be played or Netflix streamed. The dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet, so fell forward when opened. The cabin could have been cleaner and the carpet is in need of cleaning or to be replaced. Also a few broken shades and only nails in the wall to hang towels or swim suits no hooks The hot tub cover is very worn as well. There was only enough towels for 1 day of use as well. There we also no hangers to hang anything up. The king bed is terribly uncomfortable and the bunk beds are very wobbly.

We had a wonderful experience with Eden Crest. Besides just finding a couple of kiddy toys under the sofa, everything was in order and clean. We slept great, wonderful space for a family vacation. Definitely recommend and would use again!

We stayed in the Serenity cabin for 5 days each in the last 2 years. it is very nice with a breathtaking view. Many amenities! The only thing that did not work very well for our group was multiple Queen bunks in 3 of the bedrooms. The 5 private rooms were very nice. I wish there were a place for hang clothes. Our stay was a good experience, overall. We have reserved another rental from Eden Crest for the next two years. We
have found David Garst to be very helpful.

Did not have a great experience for our first annual family trip. We stayed at one of the cabins, Rising Eagle Lodge and there was structural issues (major water leak) and pests (bed bugs) located in 3 bedrooms of the cabin. We were unable to enjoy the lower level at all due to pests, musty and mildew smell the entire stay. There was water damage on the bed, curtains, blinds and carpet. Some of the guests including myself had to sleep on the couch and 2 recliners due to the displacements of the bedrooms.

Tried to resolve with the management company and basically was not compensated fairly. We were only compensated for the bedroom out of commission for the water leak. Which was based on the number of total bedrooms and nights for the overall stay. We were not compensated for the additional 2 bedrooms with pests that we discovered the next day since, the pests are active at night.

As any customer, you have the right to voice and post your experience rather good or bad, and for us to be told that we have to take our reviews down in order to receive a refund is very unprofessional.

This trip was planned over a year ago and all the excitement was over cast with the lack of customer service and customer resolve.

Now I'm being accused of logging under someone's google account...I can ensure you I'm not Evadnie!!!!

I have stayed at Eden Crest vacation rentals twice and each time was wonderful !! Cabins were clean and had everything anyone would need! It was just like being at home ! My choice of cabins in Gatlinburg will always be Eden Crest!

We loved our stay at Eden Crest. Our husbands won't stay anywhere else. We had to book two, three bedroom condos in order for all four couples to stay together this year. Our condo last year was very clean, well decorated and very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. We tell all our friends about our place we like to stay. Eden Crest was very instrumental in putting us in the right location for our needs. Thank you Sara for helping us with our stay at Eden Crest.

There was no formal check in process. A code to unlock the front door was texted to my phone right at 4:00 which was insanely convenient. Checking out was a breeze, all I had to do was click on a link that was emailed to me. The cabin was very beautiful and matched the pictures online. The cabin is located in a gated community which was a nice surprise. Even though the cabins are located close to one another it still felt very private. Everything in the cabin worked perfectly. We took full advantage of the kitchen which had a very nice fridge and was fully stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, dishwasher etc... The hot tub on the back deck was definitely a highlight. We had a beautiful view from the back deck, it was lovely to see all the cabins lit up at night and the mountains first thing in the morning. The gas grill was awesome, we cooked out a lot. The jetted bathtub was incredible, very big and worked well. The cabin was stocked with an ample amount of towels for two people for two nights which was great! The cabin is only 3 miles or so from the main strip in Pigeon Forge, a perfect distance to feel close to activities and at the same time the cabin had that secluded smoky mountain feel. The cabin was beautifully decorated. We stayed 1/8 - 1/10 and there were still two Christmas trees up which was a lovely surprise. The cabin featured two fireplaces, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Overall we were extremely happy with the cabin and cannot wait to return.

We stayed at the "His Amazing Grace" cabin. It is 3 levels and awesome views on every level. Truly a great cabin for families. The kids and adults both loved the air hockey table, arcade games, and pool table. The hot tub was a great place to relax in the evenings after a long day of hiking; we watched the fireflies and even saw a shooting star. We loved watching the sunrise on the top floor from our bedroom. How much better does it get than to see a sunrise and not even have to get out of bed?! The cabin was well maintained and had all the amenities you could possibly need for a vacation. The only thing I would warn is that it says it sleeps 12, but I would say really 10. The 11th and 12th person are supposed to sleep in a loft on the 3rd floor that is accessed only through a ladder in an area that an adult couldn't stand in and I would be too worried about putting kids there for fear of them having to get up in the middle of the night and climb down the ladder. It didn't affect our vacation, but did want to mention it for larger families/multi-families.
Great cabin, just far enough away to make it peaceful and beautiful, but close enough to town so that it wasn't too much of a trek to get dinner in the evenings or play miniature golf, etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

I stayed at the Mountain Jubilee for 2 nights with 18 people. It was everything anybody could ask for. All of our guests loved it as well. It was very clean, roomy, and equipped with everything you could need. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Eden Crest for a wonderful memory for our motorcycle gospel group.

BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!!! Our entire family...

BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!!! Our entire family stayed at a Eden Crest rental. We noticed night one a little itching, but thought maybe it was new sheets. Night 2 we checked some of the beds in the morning, but didn't see anything. Night 3 we took pics and videos of BED BUGS!!! When we contacted management they told us to shut the doors to effected rooms. We ALL (20 OF US) had to keep all of our items that were in the house quarantined in freezing temperatures for a week and wash everything and dry it on high heat, what we didn't have to throw away that is. Management was useless. We had one family member have to have 2 Drs. visits, steroid shots and creams due to the many BED BUG bites. Management was HORRIBLE. Our room costs about $1000 a night and we were offered a $200 coupon for our next stay with them. NEVER again, Don't stay with this company!! Oh, side note, management told us we brought the BED BUGS there. None of us have had trouble with BED BUGS before or after our visit. We threw away hundreds of dollars of items at the house and then it was a horrible ordeal for a week after. A $200 coupon is a slap in the face!!!

WE SPOKE WITH A RENTAL AGENT ON THE PHONE WHO WAS VERY NICE. I WAS TOLD THE LOCATION ON GOLD RUSH WAS "A STONE'S THROW FROM DOLLYWOOD GATE" WHICH WAS A LIE! WE WERE APP 3 MILES FROM DOLLYWOOD UP IN THE MOUNTAINS. I WAS TOLD IT HAD WASHER/DRYER ANOTHER LIE IT DID NOT HAVE EITHER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NEAR THE OFFICE, ANOTHER LIE..THE OFFICE WAS ON WEARS VALLEY ROAD! SEVERAL MILES AWAY. WE WERE NOT ALLOWED IN UNTIL WE DROVE ALL THE WAY THRU TRAFFIC TO WEARS VALLEY OFFICE AND THEY HAD TO INSPECT MY DOG! MY DOG WAS CLEANER THAN SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES. THE ROOM WAS SO SMALL THE SLEEPER SOFA WOULD NOT LET OUT SO IT WAS NOT USEABLE. WE CALLED FOR TOWELS AND WERE TOLD THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED AND WE COULDNT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE U ONLY GET VOICE MAIL. THE ROAD WAS FILLED WITH CARS AND TRUCKS PARKED IN THE ROAD AND ON THE CURVES...I NEARLY STRUCK SEVERAL ON DIFFERENT TRIPS IN AND OUT. THERE WERE 10 CARS AT EVERY CABIN WITH NO PARKING..THE NARRWO WINDING ROAD WAS MADE TREACHEROUS BY CARS PARKED ON THE CURVES WHERE YOU COULDNT SEE THEM UNTIL IT WAS ALMOST TOO LATE. THE ENTIRE THANKSGIVING WEEKEND WAS RUINED AND WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I DONT WANT TO WIN A FREE WEEKEND ! KEEP IT!\

We have rented cabins for many years in Pigeon Forge and have been going up there since I was little girl that s why we needed this cabin stay to be perfect because we took our dad and we wanted to give back to him what he gave to us ... great memories in Pigeon Forge . From the sweet professsional young lady that helped me on phone to the amazing cabin we picked it was absolutely perfect ! The view was amazing day and night and we had 14 family members with us and it couldn t have been a better experience anywhere else thank you Eden Crest !! You were great on the phone and the cabin was best we had ever stayed in because it had it all . We will definitely be back . Our dad has recently passed away and your cabin was his last trip to mountains and it couldn t have been any more perfect Thank you !!!

I had some of the best experiences this past weekend! Eden's Crest cabins are absolutely beautiful!! The view from our balcony was breathtaking, the entire cabin was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better trip. Conveniently close to many activities and towns. My cousins and I enjoyed every bit of our hot tub overlooking the Smokies, especially after our long hike! With this pandemic, our family was looking for a safe family get away where the home had all the luxuries and amenities we needed. We found it with Eden Crest. A beautiful cabin in the Tennessee mountains with beautiful rooms, luxuries bathrooms, a game room, indoor movie theater and an INDOOR POOL! Communication was great. We had everything we needed. Home was very clean. We had a wonderful vacation and all six of our kids can't wait to go back! Only piece of advice to future vacationers is the wi-fi signal is not strong, so streaming movies, or any other high speed media is not going to work. I'm sure this is due to the mountain location and not within Eden Crests abilities to improve.

We stayed at an Eden Crest Cabin for our annual shopping trip in Pigeon Forge and we loved it! The cabin had plenty of room for sleeping and we really enjoyed the arcade games and playing pool. The cabin was conveniently located near the shopping center. Dealing with Eden Crest was a very pleasant experience and if I had questions I got answers to them quickly. I also enjoyed the app that had all of the information I could need about my cabin and our stay. I would definitely recommend Eden Crest!

This is my first and LAST experience with Eden Crest Vacations. I would like to say I am not a person who complains or is exceptionally hard to please. We rented this unit to spend our last holiday with our daughter, who is in the US Army, and deploying in December. We expected a restful, laid-back and peaceful experience. What we got was quite the opposite. Our first night there was horrendous. An extended family had rented many units above us and was thoughtless and rude, staying up until 3:30 a.m., making noise, shouting, stampeding inside the unit, running up and down the stairs, making noise in the parking lot and kept everyone awake most of the night. This was reported to the staff by myself early in the morning the next day. No acknowledgment was received whatsoever to address the issue.

The next day, Thanksgiving, we were cooking dinner without any hot water in the kitchen, making it impossible to wash and clean dishes. Also, some of the utensils were not working, and we had to open cans with a knife. The second and third nights were a repeat of the first night, with escalating noise throughout the entire night and into the early morning hours.

Furthermore, the carpeting inside the unit was filthy, stained, dirty with unraveling sections of the rug. We paid an outrageous $1400+ for 3 nights for this place. Needless to say, the price was in no way reflective of the value and condition of the unit.

I had sent another email to management the morning we left, again expressing our dissatisfaction and asking for resolution. Someone did contact me promising to rectify, but then never go back to me. I called Eden Crest two days later only to be told "unfortunately we cannot do anything for you." "We polled the other guests and found nothing wrong." My response was "if you polled the people making the noise, they would not complain."

My advice is: DO NOT STAY HERE even if it is the last available place left. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company as management does not seem to care about the quality of their properties or the experiences of their guests.

My boyfriend and I booked Heavenly View for a short weekend getaway. Once we were close, we checked in using the app and received our key codes and went straight to the cabin. We loved how easy it was and that we could do it on our own time. The cabin was beautiful and the views were even better! I was so excited to have some time away in such a gorgeous place...little did I know my boyfriend was planning another surprise. On our first night there, he proposed in front of the living room fire placeand of course I said yes! We were able to spend the next couple of days enjoying this exciting time all while lounging in this perfect cabin and soaking in the view. The bedroom was large and the in room fireplace made it so cozy. We played a few games of pool and hang out in the hot tub every night. It was an all around great time, made even better by this beautiful place.This cabin will always be special to us and I'm sure we will return!

I and 25 of my friends and family chose to stay at the 'Estate of Relaxation' a property managed by Eden Crest for my 30th birthday celebration.
My celebration was great ONLY because I have the BEST Loved Ones in the world NOT because Eden Crest management/staff and THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED.
I called on Friday to tell of the broken Fire Place, TV, and arcade game. I was given instructions to locate the breaker box and told that maintenance would be there the next day.
On Saturday, the management was called again and asked WHY was there strangers around the house with tooling, why these strangers had CUT OFF FOR 2 HOURS (when the water turned back on the Jacuzzi AND tubs were filled w/ black sediment), that we NEEDED a Propane Tank, the broken fire place, tv, arcade game and was told: "come pick up the propane tank ~45 minutes away." FYI, my family were in the middle of preparing my birthday dinner Imagine no water and RAW steaks on the grill

My family did all to compromise - by picking up the propane tank, trying to fix the broken fire place, etc to keep my weekend as special as I had dreamed.

On Sunday, when i called to tell management of how horrible the customer service and experience was... the Director of Sales, Richard, all but told me it was my FAULT. He told me that not having water, happens, that WE should have needed the propane tank before 2:30pm when we called (office closes at 5pm), I should have called back on Saturday and told them the fire place did not work.. (yes, I did call on Saturday and Sunday 2x)

Not once did Richard, Director of Sales apologized or try and retain me as a customer of Edens Crest.

I come to the Smoky Mountains often, bring many guests to experience the beauty of the mountains.. But I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND, OR STAY IN A CABIN MANAGED BY EDENS CREST...
DON T STAY W/ THIS COMPANY.. THERE ARE MANY OTHER COMPANIES IN THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS.. RECONSIDER!

The customer service is great and we have never once had an issue. If you need anything, they are quick to help and we've never been disappointed!

Every time I travel to Gatlinburg, I stay in Eden Crest. I have stayed in 1 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 8 bedroom cabins. They have the best cabins in the area and they offer great deals with their buy 2 nights, get one free. Our family (children & grands) took a vacation and stayed in one of Eden Crest's 8 bedroom cabin. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and it was the best vacation ever, with plenty of space, a video game room for the kids and an indoor pool right inside our cabin. My husband and I stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin in November. To our surprise, the cabin was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and lights on the stair-way banister. I will never stay anywhere else but Eden Crest.

Moved us to a cabin that someone else was already staying in and then finally found one that was 30 minutes away and we still did not have enough beds for the sleeping arrangements we needed. I took my church youth group to Pigeon Forge for a Youth Conference. We wanted an alternative to hotel rooms. The cabin we rented was perfect for our group of 16! It had three levels so the guys were on the bottom, the chaperones on the middle floor (ground floor), and the girls were upstairs. The cabin was in a beautiful setting and very easy to get to - not farm from the LeConte conference center. The cabin was spacious - had plenty of bathrooms, and separate bedrooms. Nice size kitchen and two dining tables. And the kids loved it b/c it had an air hockey table, fuseball table, pool table, as well as a few arcade games as well as a hot tub. Also had three great decks with rocking chairs. We will definitely rent from Eden Crest again.

We have had our family reunions at Eden Crest for the past 6 years. Each year we stay at different cabins and have enjoyed each stay. Our reunions usually have around 40 adults and children and 4-5 cabins reserved. Whenever we encountered an issue (i.e. Bird in closet, ants, trash bins full), Eden Crest staff came out immediately to fix the problem. Our family have recommended this place to family/friends who have reserved cabins and enjoyed themselves as well.

We made a reservation back in May to stay in one of there cabins in Oct. I received a call from one of there representatives on 8-17-20 telling me the cabin we rented had sold and the new owner opted to use a different rental company so it was no longer available. The rep for Eden Crest apologized and told me she was sending an email over with 2 cabins on it and I was supposed to let her know which one we wanted to switch to. When I called in to confirm the cabin we chose we were told that the rep we talked to was new and they probably could not honor the offer because the price for the replacement cabin was more than the one we reserved. Someone called us back and told us that could not honor there offer and that they would refund our deposit. So now we do not have a cabin and trying to book one this late in the game will be expensive. If I had tried to cancel the reservation they would have kept my deposit but since they are canceling there are no penalties for them. After alot of discussion with the rep she did say near the end of the conversation "since I have you on here let me see if I can find something that would work for you". I assumed she would have done that before the offer to exchange for one of the 2 cabins they originally offered and at least before she called me to say they could not honor there offer and were going to return our deposit instead. I told her to call or email me back when she found something but never heard from her again. I would recommend renting through a different company. This company has no values it's all about the money for them

We stayed in the Skinny Dipping Cabin. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the we really enjoyed staying there. HOWEVER, the first evening there, we got to the cabin and our door code would not work. We tried multiple times and then called for help. The customer service was friendly the first time and sent maintance. We waited only a few minutes and he was there. He also tried the code numerous times with nothing, then tried his master code and it worked!! So clearly the code was not working. I called and explained that the code just needed changing and then they decided to argue about how that has always been the code and blah blah blah!! Well, I explained that his worked so....then they told him he needed to check the batteries!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we then had to stand there and watch him do something that made no sense and wasted all of our time!! So the batteries were fine, he has to call his supervisor and then they called the CS office yet again, they finally changed the code and guess what?? IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we wasted a couple hours of our time doing this for absolutely no reason!! And even after it worked, I never got a follow up call or an apology or anything else. I work in the travel industry and if I thought for a moment my customers were treated this way I would be highly upset and would have at least contacted them to smooth things over.

beautiful cabin staying at rising eagle lodge, but problems from day one. toilet in third floor leaking into the basement, half the electric outlets didnt work, the dish network did not work for the entire 5 day trip in any of the entertainment rooms. You could smell sewage from the septic on the back balcony. we had to call them 3-4 times with issues. The cooking utensils were inadequate for a 8 bedroom cabin. they told us when we checked in that dog carriers are mandatory in case maintenence has to come in. $25 a dog. would have been nice to know in advance. bees everywhere outside, and also coming in through the walls somewhere. kept finding bees inside everywhere. this caused my nephew to get stung. scared me because my dogs are highly allergic to bee stings, luckily they made it out without being stung. we still had a good time, but after spending 2-3k for the cabin, it wasnt the experience we should have had. we told Eden Crest of the bad time and was offered a $25 gift voucher. don't rent from here.

Now they respond back.... Here's my response.. pet fees we were not informed about untill arrival. The satellite issue was never fixed in any of the living room areas. Satellite only worked in the bedrooms. The satellite card you say was missing, indead was not missing. See you have to lie to try and turn this around. No TV in living room areas. If we all wanted to watch a movie together we would have to pile in a bedroom. I worked for dish for a few years in tech support so don't try to play this like it's my fault which is bad customer service that your pointing the finger. You don't argue with customers. The bees, the cabin can be treated for pests. Bees were coming through the walls. It was more than the bees just being outside. Don't try to underplay it like you have all my other issues. Also the fill valve was leaking before we got there. I understand you cannot anticipate this and it was fixed same day, but you should be inspecting your cabins which would have avoided us having to call you for this issue. Ican tell you I promise this will be a well known issue on social media. You guys are a horrible company and will not get any more of our business. Keep your voucher cheap skates.

We stayed at the majestic views and the views are spectacular!! The cabin was clean, safe, and spacious. I felt so relaxed the entire stay and I really didn't want to leave!! The location is great! We were about 20 minutes from the attractions, restaurants, and stores. We most definitely will be returning!

Spent the weekend here about 3 weeks ago, and while the cabin was nice inside and out, I have a major complaint:

One of my friends, who is 20, booked a cabin through Eden Crest SOLELY because they had no age restriction listed. Generally cabins are restricted to those age 25+, so our group was excited to find a nice cabin that we would be able to rent for the weekend. However, about a week and a half after we booked (and 3 days before we were due to check in), the age requirement was changed to 25. My friend who booked called them and informed them that he was 20 and had booked because they didn't have a restriction, and they seemed very defensive at first; however, we thought the situation was resolved once Eden Crest so graciously allowed us to stay at the cabin (which was already booked and paid in full by now) if we paid an additional $1000 as a security deposit. We felt this would not be an issue, as we planned on keeping the cabin clean and receiving our deposit back.

This is not at all what happened. In the words of Eden Crest's secretary, they "rarely ever return deposits to underage renters." Essentially, Eden Crest scammed our group out of an additional $1000 AFTER we had already paid for the cabin in full, without missing any deadlines. It seems as though this may have been intentional, given that the age restriction was changed just days before we were set to check in.

Neither I, nor anyone else that was with us that weekend, will ever book a cabin through Eden Crest again, and we will do our best to make sure our friends do not book with them either.

Unfortunately we didn't the reviews before hiring Eden Crest as our agent.
In our experience, we had many rentals- THEY made a lot of money, WE DID NOT!
They always had an excuse, we didn't receive a check for months and when we did it was short, way short. They charged us to advertise on VRBO and then they didn't maintain our ad. Never once did they report a rental on VRBO, they refused to, I think that made our condo look bad. On at least one occasion, we even found out they charged more for our unit than they reported to us.
I am still waiting for reimbursement and for the photos I paid for.
Eden Crest made a lot of promises, (former time share sales people) that they never filled. It cost more to rent two tents in the Smokies than what we earned for some stays. We will be reporting them to the BBB.

Everything i travel to the Smokey Mountains this is my favorite place to lodge with. I have yet to have any serious issues regarding anything with them. They are always accommodating and flexible when need be and always providing stellar service and I greatly appreciate it. I always recommend them to my family, friends and co-worker when they mention they are traveling that way. If there is ever a slight issue the maintenance people are alway there and the issue is handle rather quickly. Despite all the other reviews that aren t so great remember your cabin experience is what you make it.

My family stayed in the cabin (Any Way You Want It) I previously read a review that someone wrote 2 months ago that the toilet seat needed to be changed and the furniture could be upgraded. When we arrived the same worn down seat was there. The furniture in the main sitting area had an old smell to it the cushions were flat and needed to be upgraded. On the website it says the dining table seats 6 and we only had 4 chairs. The carpet to the main bedroom with the jacuzzi tub was FILTHY! There was a dark track from the door to the bathroom so it looked like the floor was never ever cleaned. My family and I kept shoes on our feet just because you can literally see the dirt on the floor. I let management know about this because you would think for the amount of money being paid to stay for a week everything would be up to par. I definitely will not stay in this particular cabin again!!

This is a great cabin for a family reunion with tons of beds, two full kitchens, and lots of space for dining and meeting. The house has a good vista, and there are some nice walkways and stairs for hikes down the mountain. We stayed during a snow storm. Be aware that the location is on a steep incline that is unreachable without four-wheel-drive in icy conditions. If you don't have 4WD, you will be doing an Alpine hike for a quarter mile from the parking area up to the cabin! There were a few maintenance issues, but these were quickly addressed by Eden Crest via the mobile app. Overall, a fantastic venue. We will definitely book again.

My whole family met at an Eden Crest property in Sept. 2017 and it was amazing. The cabin supplied everything we could possibly need & the space we had made it to where none of us were on top of each other. We had 9 adults & 7 children & everyone could do their own thing. Eden Crest was great & I would definitely recommend them to anyone going to the smokies.
