Misorganization of reception and spa crew.
BAD waffles and vegetables for breakfast.
Lack of service orientated staff.

Value for money for sports and spa is outstanding. Only in the spa has a girlfriend recently broken her tailbone. The floor tiles are very slippery throughout the spa. WATCH OUT !

A nice hotel, had a few problems at check-in because only one room was reserved instead of two. However, it was resolved quickly and professionally
The dinner was very nice, but not our personal taste.
The breakfast is varied and delicious. A small note about the jams and the great honey: the labels on the jars would explain what each is about.
The second room was unfortunately with cobwebs on the ceiling and the locking mechanism was very cumbersome. However, we were informed that these mechanisms would be replaced in the future.
The massage of my travel companion was very good, unfortunately they were very disorganized there, so both massages were given one after the other.

We always feel very comfortable here when we come to the wellness weekend. The roof terrace is highly recommended when the weather is nice. The sauna is nicely decorated and the large pool is lovely. Requests are handled promptly by the hotel

Unfortunately I leave this fitness club with a negative aftertaste.
Very arrogant staff at the fitness entrance, the hotel reception staff was not able to help me either, referred me to the fitness entrance, a responsible managing director was not available. That should also be on December 31. not happen

Great spa hotel. We used it because we were at the chefdays at Event Island

Just great hotel, large breakfast buffet and from time to time great deals for half price, the times by mail. Fantastic swimming pool, sauna, cosmetics etc. Central location in Spandau. We are regular guests.

Very spacious rooms in a very quiet location! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is very rich and has something to offer for every taste. The gym and spa are very nice and modern. Not far away are bus stops, so you can get there everywhere.

Beautiful rooftop bar, pub, restaurant, gym, rooms, and location. Terrible customer service and have illegally charged us multiple times. Centrovital will go a mile to not give the customer an inch.



In short, Centrovital has illegally charged me twice for mistakes made by their employees. So, this Christmas I'm going to tell my family to stay somewhere else for 2 weeks, instead of renting 2 rooms at Centrovital. I don't want to give Centrovital any more money. They won 13 from us in the short-run, but are losing thousands from us in the next few years.



The first instance:
We signed up for a yearly membership and gave them our credit card for the contract and we were told that Centrovital would automatically take the money out monthly. Perfect. So we've been using the gym for a couple months without any problems.
Then, 2 months into us being regular users of the gym, we're told that we're a month behind on our payments. I check with my bank, there's no issues with the credit card... Then Centrovital informs me that I can only use a debit card for monthly transactions, and that I have to pay a late fee for our memberships.
I say, "wait a second, when I signed up for the membership, I was told that a credit card was alright, and you took me credit information for monthly payments." I was told, "That was a mistake and that I won't be allowed to use the facilities without paying the late fee."
Obviously this is illegal, considering you can't charge a customer for a mistake made by an employee. We talked to many people and managers and they absolutely refused to help us. We paid the the late fee (I think it was 12) and were very annoyed because we'd been illegally charged money and they refused to own up to their mistake.

Second instance;
A couple days ago I bought a new water bottle at the gym, I wanted the clear lid with the sipping top, however they had none of that lid left. I was told by the employee not to worry about and I should just ask in a couple days for the lid and they wil give me one. I said, "No worries, I'll buy the bottle now and get the lid when I'm next at the gym."
Today I come to the gym, and the employee tells me I have to pay 1 for the lid. They have to keep inventory and that the previous employee incorrectly informed me and there is no way they can give me the lid for the water bottle. (How stingy is it to scam someone out of a 1 lid?Any normal business would think, "Well we agreed to give him a lid for the bottle he paid for because we had none at the time, so we should probably give him a lid." The corporate culture is so incredibly stingy, that it makes the employees not treat the customers like human beings.)

So what it comes down to is:
- The employees are improperly trained,
- There is a corporate culture of refusing to own up to mistakes made by the company,
- Refusing to treat returning customers that have spent thousands of euros at your establishment like they important to the company.

In France, in Italy, in Holland and wherever I see at most !! 2 -3 German television channels (mostly also "pervades".) There is really something for every nation in. It is not difficult (Sat makes it possible - but unfortunately abnormal.) Praise !!

Very well run house with great sauna and swimming pool.
Only the airplanes in the early morning have disturbed a bit.

Once it was worth a (business) trip ... not anymore !!! If you book through a tour operator, you can not get around the tourism tax. Would not be so dramatic now, just a few euros. What I do not understand is that you do not even get an invoice !!!
As an entrepreneur I needed this mandatory ("no booking without a receipt")!



Last year the staff in the restaurant was not even able to issue a hospitality bill, so this time around we had our business lunch elsewhere ...

Super hotel! The rooms are very nice, the staff very friendly and helpful.
The best is the wellness area! Big, bright, clean.

We are there to baby swimming and are very satisfied. Very clean, friendly helpful staff. I can only recommend.

REHA facility with super qualified and competent therapists. Patients are the focus. Well organized administration. Nice employee. Only the lunch is getting used to. Car service on time and very helpful. Doctors very competent. All around to recommend treatments.

Great hotel with an excellent spa offer. The rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast buffet is great. A great selection of fresh food.

We booked a stay at Centrovital from 28.-31. July 2019.
the occasion was a stay in Berlin to visit the Museum Island with Pergamon.
For us, the Hotel Centrovital was in the center of Spandau. A well-managed, well-kept facility on the Havel.
We were particularly surprised by the beds. In contrast to other star hotels, we slept on very good mattresses.
We were able to use a large, versatile swimming pool from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Likewise the fitness center.
The staff in all departments was well trained and courteous.
The breakfast buffet was very varied with hot and cold dishes.
Particularly noteworthy is ISABELL STAHNKE, who responded quickly and carefully to our requests and had everything under control.
The strong aircraft noise with open windows leads to the devaluation.

The hotel is good. the decor of the rooms simple but adequate. Everything was very clean and in good condition.
The breakfast leaves something to be desired. The staff is friendly and hard-working, but the seats are not enough. It was probably because the hotel was booked out over the long weekend. The quality of the food was not satisfactory, as you get at the bakery more offered. That was very disappointing
I liked the sauna area very well.
The idea that you get a voucher for the hotel bar, if you do without the room cleaning, I think great

My husband and I are a little disappointed in a few things. But there are also positive ones. The rooms are really clean, but it's so warm and stuffy in the rooms that our night wasn't a nice one. It's loud outside. The area sounds great, on the Havel, but if you go around the corner twice to go for a walk, you are unfortunately in the middle of the ghetto ... very ugly.
Breakfast was disastrous. Little choice and the quality not okay. The spa area was our little highlight, which is what the two stars stand for! The spa area was clean, relaxed and nice. Despite Corona and the closed sauna, a nice area to relax. Recommended for day visitors.
We stayed in a few hotels in Berlin and we will probably not visit them again because unfortunately only the spa area was nice.

We have been going to wellness regularly for years and like to spend the night there.

Now we took the next step.

We had a workshop for almost 60 people.
The organization with the hotel was easy and hand in hand. Small changes were implemented immediately. Technically, the conference area is in TOP condition. The food was just as good.
Our participants felt very comfortable.

Even if it is a bit further out ... the fact that our participants can go for a walk by the water during the break is convincing. That relaxes during a long workshop day.

A very noisy hotel. Every 5 minutes a plane flying low over the hotel. You can hardly leave the windows open. This summer is really uncomfortable. The blinds have to be kept closed too. The inhabitants of the surrounding houses can otherwise look directly into the rooms. Their children play until well after 22 o'clock on the street. The screaming, etc. is very loud and unpleasant. The SPA area invites the neighbors to Gaffen. For the a little bit like a peep show. The breakfast is very clear for such a hotel. What everyone is reluctant to refill, or refer to other things that are still there. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I do not have to go there again. For the same price adere can do that better.

Nice service. Well located for concerts in the citadel. Unfortunately, the hotel lies in direct departure lane of the Berlin airport. Free lots of loose parking is in short supply. Public transport can be reached on foot in 2 minutes

A very attractive hotel. For my short visits to Berlin in good base. Beds are rock solid. Breakfast with rich selection. So equipped and fed you like to go to a busy day. I thank myself. I recommend a more solid computer system. Check in and outs should never come to a standstill due to system problems.

After two visits still very satisfied, hard to beat for the price paid.

This hotel room is really extremely attractive in Berlin. It has everything I want and makes even my business trip a dream vacation. The huge fitness studio as well as the spacious swimming pool meet the highest demands. The rooms are perfectly thought out, with coffee-tea kitchen, refrigerator in which there is always 2 bottles of water, cupboards that have mega capacities. Breakfast is also a great experience, which is rounded off by the sensationally friendly and courteous staff in all departments. Always a great achievement.

They really want to have money for their use. Incomprehensible.

We were day guests on January 9th, 2019 and had booked a day pass. The normal day ticket normally costs 30. However, you are not allowed to go into the sports area. I thought that was a shame! However, it can be used for an additional charge. Which we then paid for. Unfortunately a star deduction! Otherwise a nice, clean sport, wellness and sauna area. Everyone was also very nice.
What annoyed me a bit was that you always have to hold this key to everything. I didn't get along with this technique at first ...

What I found very pleasant was that it wasn't as revealing as in the Meridian. Really great!

We were also in the restaurant. Very nice service. Thumbs up.
However, I didn't find the food fresh. A bit of a shame for the price!
Hence another star deduction.
It was very interesting to get to know another SPA. However, I will stay in the Meridian SPA again in the future.

The staff were really super friendly and always had an honest smile on their faces. The SPA area was also great, easy to relax and no sound from outside. Breakfast was also fresh and varied. One thing could be improved: With the bed mattresses you should come up with something so that you can no longer fall into the gaps, the gap is getting bigger and bigger in bed but everything else in a clean and spacious hotel. Always my pleasure :)

One of my favorites. Last negative attention. Guest book for the infusion already places in the sauna with the towel. That is not how it works. It is very crowded, but then should people allow in only the infusion and can be filled from top to bottom.

Otherwise, as always beautiful.

As far as good if you really want Vital, but you should note as a hotel for seminars that not every customer this just because the seminar takes place there and can also react flexibly. Of course, cold food should not happen in such a hotel.

Wellness hotel was a bit old, but in the service convinced. Breakfast was great. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but rather mediocre motivated. The rooms could be modernized slowly. 90s is no longer up to date in our view. The bar on the ground floor offers delicious cocktails and tapas.

Very pleasant hotel, in the style of more functional and modern than comfortable. Very nice wellness / SPA area. Nice location on the water. The only downside is the jam at breakfast.

Price / performance in order; WLAN in the 4th floor unfortunately not usable; no air conditioning and the concept "spa" near an airport is difficult. Nonetheless, nice hotel with great offer and beautiful surroundings in Berlin Spandau.

A first-class hotel with a full spa and sport club overlooking the Havel. Two restaurants. Great swimming pool. Rooftop sunning terrace with a refreshment bar. Great access to nearby shopping and restaurants in Altstadt Spandau and international transportation from Spandau Bahnhof and Tegel Airpost. Reasonable prices.

We were here for a short break.
The sleeping tippi, which was prepared for our daughter, was very nice. A great idea. Thank you. As we travel a lot and often, we are used to 4 star hotels and enjoy the standard. Unfortunately we had to make some compromises here. Unfortunately the toilet seat was so old that it was visibly yellow from the urine. The refrigerator was not cleaned properly and black mold was visible. We put a towel that was dirty (from the beginning) on the floor to exchange. This was put together and put down again instead of exchanging.
We found that very disappointing. Generally one could see that here and there there is a need for renovation. The breakfast was rather average. The selection was okay, but not four stars. This is also possible during Corona. There were no vegetables. The fruit (which there was at all) was not very fresh either. Especially the pineapple. The pancakes were hard and dry. The sausage (salami) and the cheese nothing special.
I have to praise Ms. Hahn in the service. She was super nice and always had a smile on her face. Was seen without a mask :-) Thanks for that.

Nice hotel in Berlin / Spandau. Rich breakfast buffet!!! Abwechsungsreich! Neat, quiet rooms! There is a gym affiliated and there is a spa. Beautiful outside environment, right on the river - opposite the citadel.

I'm still missing the different types of relaxing pillows, the SPA and the huge breakfast in the morning (which has nothing less than an Italian one), along with many other benefits from this Hotel. Also, the personnel is very polite and prices in the average. I will come back, Berlin!

In the center about 14km.aber no problem with public transport. Our hotel when we are in Berlin! Breakfast is hardly better! Room good, beds comfortable The spa is just what you need after a day in the city! Or to have a swim before breakfast. I love this hotel and am looking forward to the autumn holidays when I'm back.
