When ever going to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, I always book with Edens Crest. Beautiful cabins, excellent management and reasonable prices. I've been many times and have never had a bad experience

my stay was most memoriabe, due to the quality of the staff,and the friendleness that they showed . the cabin was everything they had adverstized it to be. the mountain view was awesome.!! the cabin was very clean,and the special perks for staying with edan crest was a plus too. my family came with me all the way from oklohoma to do this family vacation,and they all loved it. hats off to all at edan crest resort!!!! job well done!!

The experience that my fiancee and I had at Needle Pine #6 was amazing. The beginning preparations to sucure the cabin was fast and communications as it relates to the cabin was sent in a timely manner. The cabin was easy to locate from the main road and the drive up the mountains was great. We arrived at the cabin and it was clean on the outside to grab our attention. We rented this cabin during the pandemic so we can with all of our disinfectants but as we opened the door to the cabin we smelled all of the disinfectants that were used by the cleaning crew already. This meant alot to us because they took our health very serious. The cabin was clean and smelt great. Our stay has put in our minds that we would like to use Eden Crest Vacation Rentals again to book our next stay at Pigeon Forge. Don't miss out on a beautiful location, scenery and cost efficient outing.

I love renting from Eden Crest.First of all they are a wonderful staff.They make your vacation begin before you even leave home.We rented for the first time Nov.18 2016 for our 15th anniversary and I loved the cabin (Ryder's View).It was clean ,and I loved it was decorated for Christmas.We felt very comfortable.I always show my family and friends the pictures we took there,and try to encourage them that EdenCrest is the best rental Co. inTN.So I have been rented a 5bedroom for our family vacation in Aug.17 2017 (Black Bear Hideaway) BEAUTIFUL cabin I am so excited. We had a wonderful stay in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and well maintained. It was just the right size to meet our needs. It had plenty of towels and hot water. The cabin was conveniently located to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay again when visiting Pigeon Forge in the future.

My husband and I took a mini trip to Pigeon Forge and stayed at the Eden Crest Resort. We loved the cabin! So comfortable, peaceful and convenient to all attractions and dining. We had a great time and would definitely recommend them.

we had 7 ppl in a 3 bedroom + loft called round the clouds, the inside was absolutely beautiful i loved the inside and outside of the cabin but we had a few problems the code for the door wouldnt work twice the hot tub wasnt functioning properly but other than that the past was amazing it was peaceful and worth the money

We recently stayed in mini golf and movie mountain cabin and it was more than we could have hoped for! The cabin was clean and we'll maintained, the amenities were endless! The theater room was my personal favorite. We had a small problem with heating the hot tub but called maintenance and they took care of this minor issue. We would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Eden Crest was very easy to deal with. We had no issues during our stay. Cabin was nice, views were amazing. I will use Eden Crest Vacation Rentals again.

I have actually stayed at cabins from Eden Crest and it was such an enjoyable experience, I recommend them to my customers as well. The cabin is always clean, staff is very nice and helpful, and you get many perks for visiting some of the attractions in the area. It is a win-win!

Eden Crest, by far the BEST!
I have been coming to The Great Smoky Mountains at least twice a year for the past 19 years. I have rented cabins from just about every resource over this time period. I recently rented from Eden Crest Vacation Rentals and they were awesome!
I have very specific criteria for what I want in a rental and the staff at Eden Crest were very helpful in helping me find the perfect cabin in the perfect location, and offered very reasonable rates. The cabin waas clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location was convenient to all the area has to offer. If there are any issues, such as I had, concerning wi-fi, Eden Crest has staff on hand and and on call to quickly respond, and remedy nearly every imagineable need.
The bonus of the Passport To Paradise, which is included in each rental, is also very much appreciated! Mama's Farmhouse has GREAT southern style food, Mad Dog's Creamery offers all kinds of ice cream delights for that sweet tooth, Ripley's Aquarium is interesting for all ages (and a great place to spend some time for indoor, climate controlled fun!) Unlimited DVD rentals make for relaxing "movie night in". For an evening of laughter and entertainment, the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, the Comedy Barn, and the Smoky Mountain Opry are long standing area favorites! The Smith Morning Variety Show is another fun way to start your day off before exploring all the Smokies have to offer.
In all my experience, until Eden Crest, I have not used a rental company more than once, from now on, they will be my first "Go To" for all my mountain trips, and I highly recommend them for anyone, be they experienced travelers, like myself, or first timers who want to get the best out of their vacation experience.

I can't say enough great things about our retreat that we had at Eden Crest! There were several couples from our high school who wanted to get together and just have a wonderful week to reminisce, catch up and just be together. The cabin we rented was absolutely perfect. The description did not do it justice, everything was beyond our expectations. There were so many places where people could gather in small groups and talk quietly as well as the large living areas where we could all get together is a great play games and just have a great time together. The pool area overlooking the mountains was unbelievable, and everything was just perfect. We hope to do this again in a couple of years and we wouldn't think of going anywhere but eden Crest. Thanks so much for a wonderful memory

We had a fantastic time at our slice of heaven in the Smoky Mountains! Our family rented a 6 BR, 6 Bath Cabin, it was absolutely perfect for our group of 15 people. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and game room, especially the kids! The cabin was beautifully decorated, large kitchen and dining room for all of us to relax and have fun. The Mountain Shadow lodge is the place for peace and quiet, yet only 20 Minutes from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

Eden Crest made check-in and check-out a snap, it was perfect! We'll be back again next year!

Our group stayed at Eden Crest Vacation Rental October 6 - October 15, 2019. We rented 4 units in the Poplar Lodge. Upon the second day I develop an itch on my leg which went in a line, this went on for several days before I figured out what was going on. Upon talking with my sister in law who was in another unit in Poplar was having the same issue and another brother in another unit. The two of them had an allergic reaction to the bites. Once we figured out we were bitten by bed bugs we only had two days left in our stay. This is our first experience with bed bugs so we did not know the signs. We notified Management who sent a maintenance staff who confirmed bed bugs in 2 units, he stated no need to go to the 3rd unit because all four unit will need to be treated. The only compensation from management was another stay, but who wants to go back after experiencing bed bugs. Management refuse to offer any kind of monetary compensation, stating we broke the camera in ceiling in the conference room and call this an even swap. Management was not professional in handling the situation, calls were avoided and slow in retuning our calls. When management did returned calls they were untruths in there statements to us. We could not bring our luggage in side of our home before having them emptied and clothes and luggage treated. This was a huge inconvenience on all of us! Eden Crest has lost our business.

We've stayed with Eden Crest a couple of times, or maybe three, the cabins are always exactly as described, clean and nice. the instructions on how to get there are concise, and codes are delivered to you timely. Never any problems getting in. Would highly recommend giving them a try. Also views have been great.

Terrific properties all around the Smokies! I bring groups and use their large cabins almost annually. I also bring my family up and utilize their smaller properties. Cabins are the way to go! Hot tubs, pool tables, comfortable furniture/beds, and beautiful settings.

I loved tge rental that my family and I stayed at. The owner was fantastic and it is so beautiful here. I would definitely love to come back. A family member had accidently left his wallet at the cabin amd the owner was kind enough to mail it to us without any hesitation. A true and genuine person is the owner with wonderful properties!

The cabin was great. Perfect for a week of sight seeing!

I booked our cabin for a ladies' retreat and it was beautiful! There was plenty of room for everyone. The views of the mountain were beautiful! The cabin was not too far form town and we loved that it was a gated community! Great amenities as well! I would definitely book from Eden Crest again and again!

Amazing cabins with brand new equipment!! Would stay there EVERY time I go on a trip!!

Eden Crest Vacation Rentals is a very dishonest business. We booked our vacation last year and because of the pandemic we were forced to cancel. When we called to cancel they told us that we would not get a refund. The representative also said people were still traveling. I told her that the president was encouraging people to stay home and it was not safe to travel. So why would we travel and put our lives on the line and everything in TN would be closed anyways. When I spoke to management she said there was nothing they can do. A few days went by and I went on their website and they said they were giving refunds as long as your were 14 days out. We were only a few days away from our vacation. Again I called and spoke to management and asked how this was fair that they would pick and choose which customers they would take care of. After getting no where with this company I was forced to file a dispute and in the meantime they reached out to me and asked if a voucher for next year would be ok. I said yes and I ended the dispute. We were recharged. When we went to book this year with the voucher they told us that it was not valid, and when I asked the reservation manager why he told me it was because we filed a dispute and were forbidden to stay there. I told him we were recharged and he said it didn t matter. So we are out just about 1k to this dishonest company. I have never seen a more dishonest or heartless company than this one. Customer service is not a priority here. It is sad to think that our vacation is ruined and many hours were wasted with this company just so they can screw us.

Horrendous is an understatement.

I can't clearly express just how exhausting and aweful our experience was with Eden Crest. We booked Magnolia Place 1&2 for a 45 person conference retreat. Upon arriving we found one unit locked and with the code not working and unable to open. It was late and as we were calling management we found in the other unit numerous bed bugs. As we checked each room the amount of hairs in linens and stains of which I cannot mention but provided all pics to ownership were all throughout the cabin. Management came and we had to literally go get bed bugs out of garbage we had thrown away to even seriously consider the nastiness we were in. All the while 40 plus students stood outside waiting. When then proceeded to show the matted hair in the stain of ..... and other types of hairs on basically very bed.

After nearly an hour they moved one group to a chalet close by but we had to split the group and they moved the others to an over 35 minute drive away to another 9 bedroom cabin. The cabin here was a definite upgrade But by this time it was almost 1:00 am and when we got to that cabin the code there would not work. Finally after two calls we were given another code to enter. When we opened the door and our young ladies got inside the alarm went off waking the neighborhood again after 1:00 am. We had to call and get code from management to shut off alarm.

We had spent an enormous amount of money on the conference and sessions but were unable to do so because we were now 35 minutes apart and with day traffic well over 45. I requested a full refund and refund of the conference items we purchased and were unable to use or a weekend comp cabin for some of my key leadership who took off work yet were unable to speak and teach sessions.

Our response from management was this. NO. Based on this reasoning. We moved you to a much larger cabin. When I rehearsed the whole purpose for the trip was the conference and after forwarding pics to them as to how disgusting the whole experience was they simply said they have done all they will do.
They suggested that they have no way of know if we staged the bed bugs even though I had 8 adults to witness the whole aweful event. Then said the next day that house cleaning found only DEAD bed bugs. They also suggested the sticky matted substance on more than one bed matted in personal hair (you can guess) may not be what we thought. Then had the audacity to suggest the cabin they moved us to was only a 15 minute drive. Even though every GPS in each vehicle showed and it was at a minimum 35 to 40 minutes without traffic.

I have stayed at numerous cabin rentals in Pigeon Forge and have never had anything remotely close to this. Eagles Ridge Resort is fabulous to work with their property is immaculate. The only good part of working with them was Dustin Guest Relations who was professional and kind. It's a shame that he isn't in a more visible role since I believe he would have graciously handled this for us.

We have all of this pictured and documented to proceed as we need to but highly advise anyone seriously thinking about either of the Magnolia Places or Eden Crest in general to consider this honest review.

We stayed at the The Lodge of Gatlinburg which was a fantastic cabin..... we have stayed at Eden Crest Cabins for more than 20 years every Fall for many years and then started in the past 3-4 years staying in the Spring of each year as well. We have enjoyed many Family Reunions at Eden Crest but, I have to say, this year at The Lodge of Gatlinburg was the best cabin we have ever rented! We have also rented cabins through other companies but find that we always come back to Eden Crest because of the tremendous service and accommodations provided with their cabins. Their attention to detail is absolutely phenomenal!

Cabin was beautiful and very clean! Everyone I talked to was super nice! I called after being their an hour and complained that the Wi-Fi didn't work. They promised to send out a maintenance person, said they would call before they came...NO one ever called or come out.

I really enjoyed my stay in Pigeon Forge at Eden Crest as it was a great resort in a beautiful location in the mountains. The staff, mainly John, was great in helping us out and I really enjoyed my experience there.

The cabin was great, spacious ,and clean. The view was breathaking. I cant wait to take my family back.

I was disappointed in this vacation, by far, for many reasons. The TV in the living area never worked. We called to report it and nobody came out to fix it.
A back bedroom window was left open, thank goodness I checked for security reasons.
Kitchen utensils were bare minimum to say the least. Sink sprayer was broken. Only 1 kitchen garbage bag was available!
Nothing was mentioned to us, and no signs posted, that bottom lock on front door was not to be used when venturing out for the day .. which caused us to be locked out, in the dark. I called office, they sent out a maintenance man, 45 minutes later he jarred the lock open with a knife! To say the least, I felt unsafe after that because the other door didnt have a dead bolt on it at all!!
With no men along with us, we ladies did not like that too well.
My sister did her very best to find a nice, safe and convenient place to stay .. she was ripped off!!

We had a group with 3 families and had plenty of space and lots of room. Loved the large dining room table and bar stools for extra seating as we cooked breakfast and dinner while there and the unit had ample cookware and dish items. Loved the bunk beds and the large bathrooms. To our surprise living room had sleeper sofa's and though the sofa's and carpet were a little dated we really loved our unit. Parking was a little tight but we made it work and we used the outdoor fire pit for "S'mores" and had an awesome evening under the stars. We had a great stay and look forward to returning to this amazing place with all the amenities.

Our family had a wonderful trip to the Smokey Mountains! Eden Crest was wonderful because we got so many valuable discounts through them! Our cabin was clean and cozy. The hot tub was warm when we got there and the grill worked! I will definitely look to book through them first next time.

My family stayed at Eden Crest last year and it was a real treat! Plenty of space for the whole family, a great grille for cooking, and a spacious hot tub. My favorite mixture. The cool, crisp weather made a great atmosphere for sipping coffee on the back porch and watching the changing leaves. I am expectantly awaiting the new fall season so we can sprint back to our perfect getaway at Eden Crest. Thanks for the great stay!!

The cabin that we stayed in was absolutely beautiful , we enjoyed it so much and it was not far from a lot of attractions! We definitely will be returning !

We (meaning two sons, husband, my sister and her husband) stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin that slept 6 with comfort back in April 2017!! We really enjoyed the space and the area. My sister flew in from New Jersey and we drove from VA to a beautiful cabin that was filled with LOVE!! Finding the right spot was easy with Eden Crest Vacation and the customer service was great! Can't wait for our next trip!! We have made this our annual vacation spot!

My family stayed in a beautiful cabin called the Family Valley Lodge. We were celebrating my parents 50 th wedding anniversary along with 3 of our birthdays. It is a 6 bedroom cabin. Each room was very nice. It was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend staying here and booking with Eden Crest.

BED BUGS BED BUGGS! we had them in 2 of our bedrooms in the cabin... do not waist your hard earned money.....

This was the first time booking thru Eden crest and it was wonderful.....It was my birthday weekend and my mother decided to come along. It was her very first time to Gatlinburg and the only thing she loved was the cabin.....She stayed in the cabin all day Saturday....But overall it was a wonderful place.... Can't remember the name of the cabin we had but it was a one bedroom and fit six ppl perfect

This Vacation Home was the perfect place to host my family for my 45th Birthday Party. It was beautiful and the view was magnificent overlooking the mountains. I would recommend this 9 Bedroom, indoor pool and 24 seat theater room to anyone who is looking to have an awesome and fun-filled time.

It was the perfect rental for 7 little boys who had room to roam, swim, and play. It was beautiful and peaceful and a great experience.

Research and booked a rental. Eden Crest called and changed reservation 4 different times to four different place. The directions to our final destination were very confusing. It took us an hour and half once in Pigeon Forge to find the rental. We had a caravan of cars behind us also trying to do the same. There is limited cell coverage so it is difficult to get a hold of help. So bring a compass. The site Manager does not understand customer service.

This was a great place for 24 friends from 7 states to come together. Everyone had a bed and even the bunk beds were sturdy and comfy. No great view here, but you are in the trees and only 2 miles from the heart of Pigeon Forge. I would recommend Eden Crest to everyone!

We went last summer for our church youth trip and we were very pleased conferable sleeping and very close to Dollywood. We will use them again this year. They can accommodate from 2 to 200 give them a call.

We rented our cabin back in March. After doing lots of research to find the best cabin for the best price that we could bring our dogs too, we stumbled upon Eden Crest. We were thrilled with the cabin. It was beautiful with lots of space, an awesome game room, and great view with a good size hot tub and sauna. Another thing that we loved was how close it was to everything without being crowded or noisy. We will recommend Eden Crest to everyone we know!

This is the 2nd time we have used Eden Crest and I will be using them again in the future.

We spent four days at a cozy cabin and had a stellar experience! The staff was attentive and very friendly. The property was very clean and well equipped. A great experience!

Each Thanksgiving, we book a cabin in the Gatlinburg area. This year we decided to try Under the Southern Sky. It was a wonderful experience.

Prior to our arrival, Eden Crest made sure that we received all necessary check in information in a timely manner. Once we arrived, we were pleased to find that everything was as expected. The cabin was rustic yet light and airy, such beautiful character and details. Everything was well maintained and spotless. The views from the wraparound decks are simply amazing. It s a nature lover s paradise.

The living room and kitchen are open, allowing us to cook and converse as a group without feeling too squeezed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils (including a crockpot). The sleeper sofa in the living room is quite comfy and a nice size.

The game room was all the entertainment that my teenagers needed. Between the upright 60+ multigame arcade, pool table, digital foosball table, checkers mat, board games, puzzles, television, and sleeper sofa, they were set. There was not one complaint from them.

*However, note that the bedrooms are located beneath the game room...and the game room floor is NOISY...meaning that anything heard from below is significantly amplified. This did not create an issue for us because we all went to sleep around the same time.*

The 2 bedrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I love that the jacuzzi tub is actually in the master bedroom versus inside of the bathroom. Watching a movie while relaxing in a hot bath provided the perfect end to a long day.

The washer/dryer works perfectly. We didn t have time to use the private outdoor hot tub. Next time, we ll try the resort s indoor and outdoor pools.

Lastly, Bear Creek Crossing resort is secluded yet close to everything. Did I mention that the resort is only minutes away from Tanger Outlets - Sevierville?

All in all, Eden Crest Cabin Rentals did not disappoint. Bear Creek Crossing Resort is beautiful and Under the Southern Sky is amazing.

We stayed in The Walk In the Clouds Cabin during Spring break in April. It was breathtakingly beautiful and the mountain views was wonderful. Thanks to our awesome Creator. The cabin was nicely stocked in the kitchen, which includes two bedrooms,/loft, living room and dining area, two bathrooms. The only concern was the downstairs bedroom mattress needs replaced, but over all it is a beautiful. Thanks Eden Crest for making or stay a great one...

Have stayed at Eden Crest a few times and it is always a wonderful experience. The cabins are quiet but close enough to go to town. They are always clean and well furnished and the people are so nice to deal with. When our boys married we got them both a cabin for their honeymoons. Will not stay with anyone else.

I had rented Cabins in the Smokey Mountains from 3 other rental sources before I found Eden Crest Cabin Rentals. Eden Crest has by far exceeded my expectations every time I have rented their cabins over the past 5 years. Their cabins are beautiful, very well kept up, and priced reasonably and in line with what other rental firms are charging. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and friendliness is superior. I found Eden Crest by accident or should I say by fate. We rented a cabin from a competitor and we we arrived from Florida we gasped when we saw what we rented! It was totally misrepresented!! I went to the office and asked for a refund and was treated rudely and told, sorry you will not get a refund. We decided to get back in the car and drive back to Florida when I passed a sign that said "Eden Crest cabin rentals" and decided to stop. A men named Dave listened to my story and found us a perfect cabin that was even better then the way he described. We Loved it and became forever customers of Eden Crest. You will never be misrepresented with Eden Crest. In 5 years of multiple rentals we have only had 2 very minor issues and each time after a quick call to Eden Crest these issues we corrected almost immediately. Thank you Eden Crest for many happy memories in the Smokie Mountains.

Majestic Mountain Pool Lodge

We stayed here in fall of 2014 and this cabin is compared to a 1 star motel on the highway. Completely run down and doesn't look like the pictures they advertised to us. They rented it to a frat before us and we where the ones to suffer. We complained about the smell, sticky floors from alcohol spelled every where as well to a used condom under the bunk beds upstairs. All the office told us was to get out or they would call the cops. Video games didn't work and when the tech came in to fix he told me the one game has been broke for over a year. You couldn't pay me to stay at one of their cabins as well as i wouldn't recommend this to anyone, even if they won a free vacation to them. Thankfully there is so much to do in the surrounding areas or our vacation would have been a huge regret. This was my 4th time to Pigeon Forge and this rental place may be the cheapest but by far the others are more superior. Do you family the favor and pay a little more for another cabin.

Excellent property, location, cabins and amenities for a very reasonable cost. Been there twice and wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Cabin was nice a bit overpriced especially when we have to make sure all dishes are clean before we left, plus make sure all garbage is taken out, what were the cleaning crew for, especially when they leave an envelope for tipping them. directions to cabin were so confusing even the guys at the office couldn't tell us where to go. Hot tub took a full day to heat up.

We had the Rising Eagle cabin booked for a year and a half prior to our 25th anniversary event. The cabin inside was lovely, accomodating all our guests perfectly. Only to have our parents room (who were nervous about coming at all) infested with bedbugs. We were moved to an outdated, place that didn't have the hottub, jucuzzi tubs, pool table nor cabin feel. The first bedroom we attempted there had mold. We absolutely love the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area and this is why we chose it for our special event. So disappointing not to mention the aggravation the bedbugs caused. Between the Rising Eagle owners and Eden Crest, all they could do is say sorry. :( We will not use Eden Crest again.

Have used Eden Crest for two years now and each trip has been fantastic. The front office was very responsive to our minor requests. I have already booked with them for next year!

We ended up not being able to check in at check in time due to the cabin not being ready but the staff worked it out and all was well. Definitely who we will be using from now on and I will refer all that I know who is visiting the area. Thanks to you all for helping us make my grandmothers Birthday weekend very special!

have not even gotten there yet . tried to upgrade to a bigger cabin and they said I could not change anything. I will never make another trip with them.

We stayed back in March and it was wonderful. Really clean and it was in a gated area. My kids enjoyed the darts and pool table as well as the hot tub. We will stay with Eden Crest again

After searching for days to find the perfect place to rent our luxury cabin, my fiance and I chose Eden Crest because of it's wonderful reviews. They had very good communication with us and made the process easy. We got married and spent our honeymoon at our cabin, Mountain Fun, and it did not disappoint. The cabin was clean and the area was peaceful and just all around beautiful. It was so refreshing we hope to come back again to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you so much.

After driving 14 hours from Orlando my family was looking forward to resting in, what looked online to be, a very nice condo. After finding the main office I was left to wait while they tried to find out if the condo had been cleaned. We made the reservations over 6 weeks earlier and they were caught off guard by our arrival?? I was finally informed that it was clean but not "inspected". This time of year was apparently bad for ladybugs and during an inspection any found in the condo would be vacuumed up so we may see a couple, not to worry.
After given directions we were sent on our way. It took us a while to find the location due to a miscommunication about how far down the Parkway we would need to travel. (more than one stop light #8) A call to the after hours lady on her cell phone at home got us on our way. When we finally arrived the door code we were given did not work, once we finally got the door open the alarm was triggered. We were not given an alarm code so we were once again forced to call the after hours lady to help us. The police were sympathetic to our situation when they arrived. Once we had the code and turned off the alarm we finally were ready to settle in.
I was horrified when I walked into the master bedroom to discover the floor and bed covered with hundreds and hundreds of ladybugs plus dozens flying around the ceiling light. Another call to the after hours number yielded nothing. I slept on the couch that night instead of a very comfortable looking king sized bed.
It was obvious that this condo had not been looked at in weeks. A simple "inspection" would probably have remedied this infestation. There were other small issues like a cold hot tub that overlooked a parking lot and a strangely designed kitchen but the lack of attention to the preparation of our accommodations and to our access completely spoiled our experience.
We tried to speak to someone once we got home about refunding some or all of our money but after much debate were only offered $50 off our next visit. I don't understand how Eden Crest would think we would ever consider using them again.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful family weekend thanks to Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. The staff were both friendly, professional, and took time to explain details ans well as answered any questions we had. The unit we rented was easy to find, very clean, spacious and provided us with excellent amenities. We would highly recommend renting from this agency and we look forward to our next stay with them very soon.

My wife and I checked into one of the Condos for Eden Crest on Friday, May 22nd. We had reservations for Friday through Monday, but ending up leaving a day early. Upon our arrival, we drove to the actual real estate office instead of the check-in, which was not a big deal, it just might be helpful for future guests to post something or call and advise people that a GPS will take you to the wrong building. However, the correct address, which was only one building away, was posted to the door of the real estate office. The staff at the check-in office were extremely friendly and had us completely checked in within minutes, keep in mind that this was a spontaneous trip that was booked only hours before our arrival and thus all of the paperwork had to be completed during this check-in. We received our directions to the condo and made our way to the condo, which was only a couple of miles away. Upon our arrival to our condo, we entered our room and we were taken back by the beauty and the decor of the condo. It was a three bedroom, two bath condo, that my wife and I had to book because of the spontaneity of the trip. It would have been great for a family but for the two of us it was honestly a bit much. Before we brought our bags in we decided to look the entire place over, as we do this with all of the hotels we stay at. This is why we chose to give this place only 3 stars, along with one other issue that I will mention in a moment. When we went into the master bathroom which had the jacuzzi tub, we found bugs sitting in/on the drain which we immediately flushed and tried to drown by running the water for a few moments. We decided not to use this tub for our stay, so I do not know if the bugs came back or not. Also, in the guest bathroom, there was a couple of bugs that were lying on the floor beside the toilet that were already dead. It honestly appeared as though this particular unit just had not been used in a while, at least that is what we hoped. We turned down the bed and found hair that obviously was not ours, once again it appeared as though it just had not been used in quite a while. All of the utilities worked wonderfully and everything else was completely clean. The other reason previously mentioned as to why this review is 3 stars is because on our last night, I accidentally walked out and left our passcode inside the condo and immediately knew we were locked out. I called the reservation desk and was told that nothing could be done about retrieving my code, and it was made out to be my fault for not having an email with my code in it. However, since we booked so fast, I never received any paperwork via email, and once that was explained, I was placed on hold and told I would be transferred to someone who would help. After several minutes of waiting, my wife amazingly remembered the code and so I just hung up from being on hold. We decided to leave a day early just because we had enjoyed all that we wanted to for our vacation and wanted to return home.

I loved our cabin - we stayed in Ryders View. It was well-appointed, tasteful and clean. It definitely felt upscale and made our vacation experience very comfortable. Everything worked and was in excellent condition. We will definitely be booking through Eden Crest again!

I was thoroughly impressed with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals and all the help I received throughout our stay and the follow up status after our stay in February 2020. We are planning another trip for the 2021 year and we will definitely be staying at a vacation rental that is owned and serviced by Eden Crest. Their staff is amazing and always helpful throughout your booking process and stay. The vacation rental we stay at was Break Time. We stayed here for our wedding and it was plenty of room for ourselves and our wedding party. Everyone had their own bathrooms which was GREAT! I was in shock when we arrived to the property to see how clean and nice everything was. All of the properties that were neighboring us were also so beautiful and well taken care of. We were located in a nice part of town and nestled in our own little area which was so nice. I could go on and on about the staff and rental properties owned and operated by Eden Crest! We were very satisfied with our stay and will be booking with Eden Crest again soon! :)

We stayed here as a last minute vacation and it was beautiful! The cabin was nice and clean and the view was AWESOME! We will be back!

I am a student pastor and we have used Eden Crest rentals for couple of years and we absolutely love them. always friendly, cabins are extremely clean, and everything works My wife and I also have used Eden Crest on a couple of family trips. I am currently planning our next youth retreat for June of 2019 and I am planning on renting again from Eden Crest

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was so beautiful. It had what looked like a rustic hand carved banister, a hot tub, and a gorgeous view. It was very roomy too. The pictures on line did not do it the justice it deserved. I would recommend them to everyone. Also very affordable!!

Visit was May 27-June 1 2016. Great cabin! Lots of room! Fabulous view! The people who own this cabin have spent time in decorating and making it very comfortable for visitors. This was a family vacation. We take our children and their wives on vacation each year and have never encountered problems. But this year we did. Dealing with the people that manage the cabin was a nightmare. When we arrived, the TVs did not work. Called immediately and reported and was told someone would come and check. Next day called again but office was closed. Left a message. Went to use the hot tub and it was not working. Office closed. Called and left message. Next day was a holiday. Office closed again. Had to leave a message again concerning the TVs and hot tub. Someone did come on third day and check TV but unable to fix. Also, someone came twice to work on hot tub but it never heated properly. We were out enjoying the mountians during the days but when we came back at night it would have been very nice to have been able to watch a little TV and relaxed in the hot tub. One reason we booked this cabin was the hot tub. The management people I spoke with were not concerned at all with the inconveniences we dealt with during our stay. I will never use Eden Crest Vacation Rentals again. They did offer us a free night if we came back sometime. No thanks!!!

We rented a cabin that was advertised as having high speed internet, a requirement for us since we both have on-call duties with our jobs and require a fast connection in order to connect to work. While the cabin did have a DSL connection, we could not get over 2mbps, most of the time it was below 1mbps. Eden Crest did send over a maintenance person but the problem was with the service, there was nothing he could do. On top of this there were three cabins rented nearby with an extended family of about 25 people. They were playing music around the clock and generally very noisy. Granted Eden Crest can't be held responsible for people renting other cabins, but they could make sure they advertise the internet specifications properly. If we had known the speed of the internet in that cabin we would never have rented it given our requirements for work. To salvage our weekend we ended up renting another cabin from Eden Crest which was absolutely fabulous, although we ended up having to pay twice for 2 or 3 nights. The reservations person told me a manager would contact me with a possible voucher for future visits but that never happened. Subsequent emails and calls went unanswered. It's a shame as our previous visits with Eden Crest went very well. This has left us with a bad taste, we will most likely be seeking other providers for our 2-3 trips a year to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge in the future.

Everyone was so nice and professional. Our room was so clean, and the bed was so comfortable! I will return here again for a nice get away!

Rented a cabin for a weekend with a group and could barely enjoy our weekend or sleep in due to the fact that construction workers were not even 50 feet away, banging away ALL WEEKEND, from dawn to dusk putting a roof on cabin that was LITERALLY next door. So close we actually felt uncomfortable due to the fact that the workers were eye level with us on all 4 floors so there was NO privacy and they felt like staring away at us the whole time we were outside. To top it off, they are charging us $350 in damages for stuff that we didn t do after we complained about the construction! DO NOT GO HERE! They will try to make you pay for stuff that you damaged but was already broken prior to our stay. Negative 5 stars.

The cabin was very clean comfortable and all the employees very pleasant to deal with

This was a quick getaway trip for my 17 year old son, 3 of his friends, and myself. Mountain Dream Cabin was everything that I was hoping it was going to be plus more. The reservation process was very easy, and the fact that the reservation department called while we were on our way to the cabin was very reassuring that the check-in process was going to be simple. We arrived in Sevierville quite late in the evening, so the drive up to the cabin was quite adventurous, yet memorable and fun. Upon arrival, the cabin was clean and ready, without any complaints from anyone in our party. The teenagers didn't go to bed until after 2 am due to the excitement of all the amenities in the cabin, however, they were all woke by 630 am to see the sunrise. The ride to the parkway in Pigeon Forge is only about a 15 minute ride. We did, however, experience back-to-back night experiences with the local bear. The first encounter was on our second night at the cabin. The lock on the metal trash container was broke, and I was awakened by a loud noise near my headboard next to the window ( I slept in the first first bedroom). To my surprise and alarm, the bear was standing on the trash bin only inches from window. No harm, just a little shakened. I called the after-hour maintenance, who was very professional and calm, and advised us what to do (or not do). The next morning the trash bin was fixed. Mr. Bear arrived the next evening/morning, but this time was a little upset because he could not get in the trash, and flipped the trash bin about 4 feet from the cabin. Again, all of this was no fault of the resort, other than the broken latch to the trash bin. The encounter just gave us memories. So, if close encounters are not for you, be aware. We will definitely be back to this the cabin!!!
