First of all if you are reading this then it's probably because you want to know what to expect. We have rented cabins for years! This experience is not that great. We paid over a $1,000.00 for a 3 night stay. The add clearly said that we had access to a pool. Even showed the pool we were suppose to have access to. When we loaded up our van and lathered 4 kids down with sunscreen we were on our way to the pool. After we got there we found out that we did not have access to the pool. We were denied. How did that go with 4 smaller kids? Well, if you have kids then you know that outcome. We stayed at the Preserve. Needless to say Eden crest only wanted to give us 2 free meals to Grandmas kitchen. Now we have a family of 8 and its $30 per plate. Eden crest falsely advertised the place we spent over $1 ,000 to stay at and in my mind did nothing to rectify the situation. I Would not have stayed in this rental without access to that pool. I blame Eden crest and the Preserve. With social media I warned that I would give a negative review and I'm doing just that. Never again will this happen to me. Stay with what you know and Bear Creek Crossing is the way to go. Cabins are nicer. Ours was 2860. Kinda seems a little over used. Definitely needs to be restained and the hot tub was not that clean. It was slimey. Just beware and do some research. We won't rent from Eden crest again and will not stay at the Preserve. BUYER BEWARE for false advertisement and this was not a deal. Over a $1,000 bucks for 3 nights and this'll was a 2 bedroom.
