I came with my family over the weekend June 26-28 and the place was nice and big loved how every room came with a bathroom had to kitckens we had so much fun but the game room with 5 bunkbeds had bed bugs my sons and a few other kids woke up the next morning with bed bug bites so that was a major disappointment that problem really need to be fixed.

We had a wonderful family gathering weekend! The cabin had a nice large open downstairs to accommodate everyone and plenty of table sitting for everyone to eat together. The upstairs was perfect for the kids to play games and keep entertained. We look forward to coming back next year!

The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the staff on site. The Owners are cheap, and the booking people are not very good at their job.

Where do I start.
The cabin itself. #6

1. The photos of the cabin were amazing, gave the place way more credit than it was due.
2. The toilet will not flush properly. Just like in the previous review it has been an issue for a while.
3. The water pressure in the shower was so weak I considered the creek at the bottom of the hill.
4. Looking for a cabin I searched for 3 amenities. A fireplace, pet friendly, and a hot tub/jacuzzi. Well this cabin sorta had all three.
On arivial we had to bother maintenence to have the gas turned on for the fireplace.
5. The hot tub runs out of hot water before you can even fill the water above the jets.
6. They charged me an additional $100 for my dog because he weighed over their "30lbs" limit. This is after the 10$ a day pet fee...

Eden crest booking, had to issue my door passcode at the last second because a paperwork issue. Something i feel like they should have been on top over before an hr after my check in time. Well they did send a maintenance man to let us in however we couldnt leave for 30 min untill the door code would activate...

Our second day we decided to use one of their passes to an attraction they have a partner with. Thats when we realized we didn't get a welcome bag with the appropriate information. After calling the booking number we were informed that we were not in the registry. Had to plan our day around dealing with Eden Crest.

Overall it was better than sleeping in a tent however for $550 i exspected ALOT MORE.

Our stay at Eden Crest was a great experience. From the initial reservation of trying to find the right cabin for the price and number of people, at having everything prepared for our arrival, and fixing our hot tub quickly during our stay, we were very happy. I will certainly recommend and use them again for our next trip.

I had a great experience staying at this resort. John M was an extremely hospitable guy who only wanted to make our stay pleasurable. The unit was clean when we got there, provided with everything we needed, and also the resort came with a great baseball field that my family enjoyed. I would come back again.

My son stayed at the walnut grove cabins with our church from feb 8-10 and came home with bed bug bites all over him. Almost all the boys in the cabin and even the youth leader was ate up. I wasn't mad at first because I'm the type of person that understands things happen but what really ticks me off is that when Eden crest was contacted and let them know, they DENIED having bed bugs. I'm sorry but they need to take responsibility and admit that they have an infestation so that no other renters get bit and possibly take them home. Having an exterminator come once to the property is not going to get rid of them. Another child had to go to the dr 5 days later because it was so bad and the dr confirmed it was bites from bed bugs. THANK GOD I noticed the bites before bringing my son home or we'd have a whole other mess to deal with.

Take responsibility and own up to it Eden Crest. Very disappointed.

***this is my response to the reply I got. You can apologize all you want to but following it up with you re wrong, is absolutely ridiculous and patently FALSE. I am not wrong. You can try and minimize the situation by comparing bed bugs to fleas or chiggers but everyone knows bed bugs are extremely hard to get rid of. They reek havoc on homes and it s an expensive process. It s funny you say you re not an expert in pest control but can lie and say a doctor can not confirm bed bug bites. I ve read other comments from people who got ate up by bed bugs from yalls facilities. Will NEVER use y all again.

It's sad that when our lives are turned upside dow...

It's sad that when our lives are turned upside down with a pandemic that a company doesn't care about its customers. So many other cabin rental companies took care of thier customers who lost jobs and had to cancel thier reservations by refunding their money. But eden crest didnt. They pretty much said tough luck. We wont ever use them again and DEFINITELY wont recommend them to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay at Eden Crest. The cabin is very spacious for a family reunion that we had. The teenagers enjoyed watching movies in the big screen projector in the movie room downstairs while the adults hang out in the big veranda upstairs. Kitchen has all you need for cooking for a large group. The cabin is not far from the city stores and restaurants but when you are there, it feels like you are far away in the mountains. Everyone had a good time.

Listen up folks -- Eden Crest Rentals not only met our expectations, they exceeded them in every area that matters most to my family and I!! Their service was so genuinely helpful and they went above and beyond to make our first stay exceptionally memorable. The only thing that rivaled their friendly service was the quality of their accommodations. We travel a lot in my family and have come to expect most companies to overpromise and under deliver. Not Eden Crest though! They demonstrate integrity and passion for quality that can felt throughout the entire experience, from booking through checkout. If I were to rate this company solely based on the...

If I were to rate this company solely based on the property itself, it was very nice. We stayed a week at Smoky View Straight Up in Pigeon Forge, and it was well done. Easy to get to, quick trip up/down the mountain to the cabin (although VERY steep - I would be very uncomfortable in the fall with wet leaves or in the winter), and great location. The cabin was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. We called the Eden Crest office while we were there to have water added to the hot tub, and they came out same day. Staff was friendly and professional each time we dealt with them.

Our only concern was that we originally booked another property after weeks of checking websites, reviews, etc. Eden Crest booked it, accepted our $900 deposit and then a month before we were to leave, called us and said we couldn't have it. They said the "owner wanted it that week and thought he had blocked it out" so they pulled it from under us. The properties they originally offered were not at all comparable to what we had found. They agreed to an upgrade after I asked for one, but again, still not one with the amount of room and amenities and location that I was counting on originally. Once the manager got involved, they gave us an additional night free and some compliementary tickets to a Gatlinburg attraction, which was appreciated.

So, in the end, the property was nice, and their staff was friendly and professional. Had that been what I wanted to spend that much money on, it would have been OK. It wasn't, and I am still disappointed that a company would allow that to happen after accepting my deposit for a property. They did end up doing the "right thing" by us and so I would probably rent from them again because the property was nice and everything went well other than the start.

My family and I took a road trip vacation to Gatlinburg Tennessee. We stayed at The Splash Time Cinema through Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. It was very hard to find due to new construction. The roads were named but some signs weren't posted because it's so new. Also, we were told that the GPS wasn't going to have accurate information to get us to the rental. This was correct the GPS on the phones were inaccurate, also when you reach a certain part the service is really bad. The only navigation that seemed to be accurate was the satellite GPS in the car. We were able to call and get some directions from the call center. The directions they gave us and the directions online were a little confusing.

Once we finally reached our destination from the moment the door open, I was amazed. The inside as well as the outside looked just like the pictures. The rooms were clean, spacious and everything we were told and could imagine. Plus more! There was a pool in the basement. The pool is four feet. There is an alarm on the door when you enter the pool area that can be heard around the house for safety. This was important for us because we had small children with us. On the same floor as the pool the back patio had a hot tub and sauna. Also on that floor was a laundry room, bathroom, bedroom and theater room. The theater was awesome it had three rows of seating and a couch. You can watch DVDs. We were supposed to get free movies but the kiosk for the free rental was unavailable. So instead we paid for some Redbox. We hoped to watch Netflix but there wasn't any WiFi. They did have satellite and plenty of channels were available. You could only have three televisions watching cable on at once.

The next floor up was equipped with an air hockey table, foosball, shuffle board and an arcade game station. It had about fifteen free games to play. The joystick did get stick multiple times. It was still fun to play with. That same floor had a patio with chairs and table settings, living room area, small refrigerator and two bedrooms. Keep in mind each each bedroom has a bathroom. The next floor up was the main floor.

The main floor had a kitchen that looked onto the living room. There was a master bedroom that had a fireplace, jacuzzi tub,bathroom with his/her sink and shower. This floor also had a patio with a gas grill. There was a double sided fire place in the living room that also showed on the patio. The last floor was the loft.

This floor had a pool table area. It also had two bedrooms. As you can see this house had PLENTY of room. Our family of 13 fit comfortably. The two couches in the house also folded out into beds.

If you are looking for some quiet you may only get that at night. Lots of construction going on throughout the day. We were very pleased with our stay. We would 100% visit this location again.

The house came with a few trash bags, a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, a few single packages of dishwashing bars, bath towels, pool towels, four detergent packs, dryer sheets, bleach, small shampoo/conditioner, small hand soaps.

Our only complaint was there was no way to make an outside call unless you left the property about one to two miles. They may want to invest in a landline. The elders in the group were left alone during some sightseeing days and had no way of communicating which was a safety concern.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much at Eden Crest! We were there celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary and could not have asked for anything better! The view was beautiful, the cabin was perfect, and the peace and quiet was exactly what we had hoped for. We plan on coming back for many more anniversaries and relaxing get aways.

We booked a vacations with Edens Crest from Monday, July 29, 2019 through Friday, August 2, 2019. We were really looking forward to this vacation, having booked it in January. We brought five families from Indiana. When I called to make our reservation, the employee, Shanda, booked the wrong cabin for me. I didn't catch the mistake when I signed the contract. The day of the arrival I noticed the mistake. The Edens Crest manager, Dusty, played the recorded phone call for me, which clearly had me booking the property I requested, and the Edens Crest employee booking the wrong property. However, we were forced to stay at this property. Dusty refused to give us any compensation, and refused to take any responsibility for their errors. During our last day at the property we lost power and water from approximately 3:35-9:20pm. I contacted Edens Crest immediately when the power went out, and I was told the power would be on in two hours. We have young children, and we were unable to flush toilets, take baths, or cook food. I spoke to an Edens Crest employee, who informed me that they had two properties available, and we would be moved if the power did not come on in two hours. After three hours the power was not back on. I spoke to the manager, Dusty, and he said the power should be on in the next hour. I informed him that we were already told we would be moved if the power was not back on. Dusty refused to move us to another property, and he said there was nothing he could do. It was now dark. Dusty had no empathy for our families the entire vacation. I'm very disappointed in the representation of the Edens Crest management.

We stayed at Majestic Manor which was managed by Eden Crest. We were pleased with Eden Crest's timely follow-up on maintenance items that we identified during our 3 week stay. The owner of the Majestic Manor needs to give some attention to the mattresses in 3 of the guest bedrooms. They make loud squeaky noises and need to be replaced. Also, the dresser in the master bedroom on the 1st level needs to be replaced. It is not functional. The drawers are impossible to open and close. We had to purchase some kitchen items (mixing bowls, wine glasses, hand towels). We purchased 8 wine glasses and left them for the owners. The sheets and towels need attention also. The sheets are clean but have been washed so many times that they are pilling. The white towels are very thin.

Our first visit with Eden Crest and we couldn't be more happy!! We LOVED the cabin. Our cabin had a pool, sauna and hot tub, and a movie theater room. I have been vacationing in the Smoky Mountains since I was a young girl but this place was by far the BEST!! The staff was top notch. Their customer service was very professional yet personal. If you are looking for a clean, peaceful, one of a kind cabin that is nestled in the mountains, stay at Eden Crest!! We have found our vacation home!

My family and extended family stayed in the Wayleaf cabin and we loved it. It fit every one of our needs and was definitely big enough. The kids loved having the games upstairs and we all loved that there were plenty of TVs to go around. When we did need something the company was super quick to help. It was also spotless and very clean. We definitely plan to stay at one of their properties again! (The pic is the view from the back porch)

My family and I really enjoy our time and cabins in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. For the last 4 years, every year, we come and stay in a cabin. The cabins are really affordable with great mountain views. When you walk into one of the cabins, you feel as if this was your home. Eden Crest Vacation Rentals really treat you as if they knew you and they are very professional.

We stayed three nights in the cabin "Any Way You Want It" and it was wonderful! Loved the cabin! It was our first real vacation as a married couple since we got married in 2013. It was a family vacation we took my father and my daughter too! When we first got to the cabin we couldn't figure out how to unlock the lid to the hot tub so I called Eden Crest and the lady that answered the phone walked me right through how to unlock it. We will be back for sure, it was beautiful and right on a mountain. Full Kitchen, master bedroom had its own jazcuzzi and game room up in the loft. Clean and just really nice all around! So much better then staying in a hotel!

do not book a wedding through this place!! in the year i booked my wedding they changed wedding planners on me 4 times. 2 weeks before my wedding they called me and the cater, dj, and photographer were not booked. then when we get down there ( traveling from ohio) the cabin we had paid for was not available and we had to be put in a different resort from our wedding. the lodge where the wedding was held did not have ac and everyone stood outside during my reception, they also shorted me a table so I had 8 wedding guest without seats. i have tried to get some sort of a refund and am being told to take a hike!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!Horrible customer service. We had the worst cabin ever (Mountain Dreams). Several issues with the cabin and beds. They said because we waited tell the end to call and complain they would not help us out. Hot tub was nasty, beds were broken, broken stairs. Over all bad stay. Make sure and call right away to have them come and fix because they DO NOT issue any credit back for your trouble. FYI they offer a $25.00 GC for a future stay on a $1700 cabin...

They should have had a room in the home with us because they were ALWAYS in the home because of an issue. Not serene but a big HEADACHE! Stay away!

My husband and I stayed in a wonderful log-style cabin that we chose that had all of the amenities you would want to enjoy yourself and feel comfortable (beautifully appointed and updated kitchen and bedrooms, loft with a game area including pool table & darts, and a porch with a hot tub, rocking chairs and a grill. We loved the back porch especially with its beautiful views of the mountains and all of it for an affordable price. We were especially glad that there were pet friendly cabins so that we could bring our dog along. The reservation and check in/check out process was straightforward and easy. The area has so many things to do and you aren't far from any of it--we were able to enjoy historical sites, great family restaurants, other attractions and our favorite experience--white water rafting. Grocery stores, convenience stores and other necessary places were not far away either. It was a wonderful experience in a beautiful part of the country---would highly recommend it for couples or families!

My family had a wonderful time at this cabin! My kids loved the movie theater, game area and swimming pool the most. It was perfect for them. We loved the location too, as it was not far from town, but was far enough that it was quiet. The backyard woods were fun for the kids to walk through and look for nature things.

When we had trouble with a fuse going, and with the pool alarm, we had maintenance arrive to help us quickly, and we had no major issues at all. The alexa at the cabin is also nice for asking questions and was a great touch. We will be back, thank you!

My sisters and I along with our husbands stay in a 4 bedrooms cabin in February 2015. It took almost 2 hours to find our cabin because of the lack of directions we rec'd, but it was all worth it once we located our cabin. Eden rentals was so helpful throughout our whole stay. We had a bathroom issue with the toilet and it was taken care of with no questions ask. The cabin is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay

My stay was great!!! The cabin was beautiful, every thing was clean, and my guests and I had a great time. Only a couple things that were bad. One being the side/back room with all the bunk beds in it was FREEZING cold! We couldn't get the fire place to turn on either and the heat in the cabin went everywhere BUT to that back room. The shower water upstairs seemed to only get slightly warm while the shower water down stairs got really hot. Other than that. The stay was perfect !

Had reserved a cabin 3 months ago paid full. We had drove 12 hours to Pigeon Forge just for this company to cancel our stay because they had the right they used reasons like people being young looking and looking too wild we were traveling with everyone 20+ and even a 30 something year old. They claimed our cars showed we were reckless and careless. The cars we brought to town for a car show that weekend were show cars with 2 on trailers for the car show. The cabin rental company claimed we had more people in the cabin than we had originally claimed. We had proof the other people with us were staying in a hotel and were only traveling with us as we had just arrived to town. We went next door after displeased with services with Hearthside Cabin rentals and tried Edencrest cabin rentals. We were set up and good to go for a cabin when mysteriously Edencrest Cabin Rentals cancelled our SECOND reservation due to an investigation done with HEARTHSIDE CABIN RENTALS. I will never reccomend this business to any family for friends looking to stay in the Gatlingburg area. I will also recommend to any spectators and participants of the event to not stay with this business.

Looking for somewhere to stay for next month during vacation, so I have read ALOT of reviews, good and bad. I will say, with the bad reviews, everyone is saying the same things such as double booking cabins, dirty areas, things not working properly in the rental, etc. All that is ever replied back is sorry you had a bad experience, again we don't own the rentals, they are privately owned,we cant control when things break/malfunction, we can not issue refunds, etc. If that is how you run your customer service, good luck!! If someone rents a cabin and something is not working properly during that stay, there absolutely should be some compensation. Common sense, if you rent a cabin with a pool, which are more in price, and that pool is not working during your stay, then you should pay the price for that size cabin without a pool!!

A group of us stayed at Pools Rush Inn. It was the most amazing experience ever! We had 4 bedrooms and an private pool on the lower level. We played volleyball in the pool. We also had a hot tub that came in handy to just relax and have crazy conversations. The stand up arcade game brought so many childhood memories. There was so much serenity and we cant wait to return

Have stayed in the "Above It All" cabin for several years now and have tremendously enjoyed it each time. It is a well appointed convenient cabin with all the amenities you need. The pool table and other "toys" downstairs can give the kids and adults hours of fun and still offer a separate place for those who want a quieter environment upstairs. A hot tub and fireplace are located on the deck. A great location convenient to downtown yet offers a sense of privacy. Will certainly return each year in the future. I highly recommend this cabin for family events!

Really nice home in a great location. It is an open floor plan with king sized beds and private baths. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet and private each room was for our entire party. Would have been a 5 star if the pool was not so cold. We followed directions exactly as described and keeping room at 81 degrees however the pool didn t get above 70 degrees the entire stay. It was unusable. We also had to reconnect 3 TV s on to their satellite system. Guessing the previous guests disconnected the units and also took a battery out of one of the remotes. All else was functioning.

We've stayed twice and had excellent experiences both times. From being taken care of in the planning and booking phases by Nicole, to having bear damage handled quickly by John. Staying with Eden Crest is always a worry free, relaxing time (even if a bear does get into the "bear proof" trash box).

We stayed at two cabins here it was a blast one was for the spring rod run 2018 we stayed in the cabin mountain majesty it was pretty nice just little here's and there things I didn't like but it was a nice cabin and we had a really good time the other time we stayed it was for the fall rod run 2018 we stayed in the cabin mountain dreams and it was a lot of fun this cabin is a lot bigger then the other it takes longer to get to it also a lot of hills the views are very nice though beautiful cabin it had just enough room for all six of us the bottom floor bathroom had some problems and the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable and the sheets was kinda nasty for it but me and my boyfriend still made it work it was cool cuz there's 3 balconies on this cabin it was like all 3 couples had there own floor and it was funny that my sister's boyfriend heard a noise and the middle of the night he looked outside and found out it was a huge bear out there so it was fun can't wait to come back just wish it was a little more affordable

Booked a vacation for 15 people for four days. We stayed at Family Valley lodge 6 bedroom cabin. The first day one person was stung by a wasp on the secluded back porch. Second day TWO others were stung by wasp inside the cabin. Also on the second day a couple family members found a roach or two in the kitchen. We also called maintenance because our grill had not been working around 2pm. Maintenance did not come until 12pm the next day. We informed maintenance about the bug issue we were having, he informed us he would let pest control know. Pest control NEVER CAME! Our last morning in the cabin we were awakened by a sea of roaches in our kitchen! We had to throw all of our food away. We informed the office and customer relations of this issue and she only offered a $50 gift certificate/credit for our next vacation with them. DO NOT STAY HERE! Customer service is horrible and no customer resolution!

I left property in my cabin, this was my fault. I called requesting to have the cabin checked. I was told that a family checked in and I would need to wait. I called back a few days later and I was told another family checked in and I would need to wait but a special email would be sent. I called a few days later and I was told that the person in charge of lost and found would call the following day. No call was received. I called the next day, I was put on hold and the phone hung. I called the next day and requested a manager and said she would contact the housekeeping manager and go check the cabin herself, if she didn't hear anything the next day. I called back today and I was told they didn't retrieve your property. Of course not, three families have checked in/out. The cabin was nice but the customer service, communication, and professionalism gets a zero!!!!!!

My family and I just recently stayed in the cabin "Around the Mountain" for July 26-29 and the kids had an amazing time. The cabin is sitting back in and very wooded and secluded and it is very quiet. My kids loved the pool table and how the balcony looks over trees. This is one of the firsts for my family and I and we definitely plan on coming back!!

Our family stayed at the "Paradise Mountain Pool" cabin at Black Bear Ridge for our 50th wedding anniversary. It was big enough for our whole family of 18. The night it rained, thank goodness my granddaughter was in her bedroom at the time because it started leaking on her sleeping son. Then all the bedrooms started leaking. We had to move beds, change sheets, what we could find which were not the right size. Of course, the company can't do anything about the electricity that went out, but we could tell it wasn't the first time that it leaked. You could tell around the doors and the flooring. Then, one day we were all staying at the cabin, so we were having crock pots so we could eat whenever one wanted to. Well, that's when the aunts moved in. We lost food because of it. We called the office and a gentleman did come over to see what he could do. We still had some, but not quite as bad. Two of us contacted Eden Crest about some kind of a refund, but of course, no one returned our phone call nor my email to the office. I paid a big price for the vacation rental. We have stayed in the area many times and we will not be using their vacation rentals again. I have a grandson who goes to college in the Tennessee area, so our family goes there quite often. We've stayed in different cabins during the past few years but had never stayed at Eden Crest before. My family was not impressed.

Our large extended Family have stayed in 4 different Cabins within a 2 year period, and we found them all clean, well furnished, with great amenities, including an indoor pool and theater room. We plan to to rent 2 of the same cabins again our next annual trip. The cabins were in a great location close to town with easy access to both shopping and amusements. Can't wait for our next trip!

My wife and I went here on our honeymoon and had a very nice time. It is somewhat secluded but it is not that far of a drive from Dollywood or from the strip. We will most likely begin going back in years to come and getting a larger log cabin. We took many pictures of the cabins and also made a calendar from all the different log cabins and there features.

My family and I have booked cabins through Eden Crest 3 different times. I was pleased with Eden Crest every time. They were very helpful . And the 2 times we needed them at the cabins we called and it wasn't long before they sent someone up there. When I book a cabin again this year I will use Eden Crest.

The cabin was beautiful! It was very clean. I have to say one of the best stays we have had in a cabin. We will definitely use Eden Crest again. We enjoyed the free tickets too; oh and the chocolates. My husband liked the Eden Crest app to get information and for checking. The one thing we did not like was the mandatory damage waiver fee. Only negative thing for us. Thank you Eden Crest and to the owners of the cabin for a wonderful stay!

We love Edencrest! My favorite place is Bear Creek crossing. I always tell everyone that when you walk into these cabins you wonder if anyone has ever stayed in them because they are so clean. I highly recommend them! We have stayed there 6 times at least and I love that what you see online is what you re actually getting. Pictures can be so deceiving. No worries with Eden Crest, it s always a great time!

Positives: Charming decor, fantastic views, and even though you can see five or so cabins immediately around you, they all face away so while not private your not staring at someone else. Well stocked kitchen, nice gas grill as well as a charcoal grill. Check in/out is a breeze and everything done via the mobile app / text. Eden Crest is responsive to questions, and there is an office on Wears Valley Road if needed.

Negatives: Although advertised as a two bedroom , it is not - it's a one bedroom and loft with a second bed. It does have two baths, but only one has a shower - the other has an Jacuzzi tub, which is nice, but there's not enough hot water to fill it up. Shower water pressure was very poor. Furniture, including beds, are a little dated. Hot tub needed deep cleaning - water was a little murky, and the portion of the deck it sits on looks like it could give way at any time. Close inspection underneath the deck does show some rotting material, but there's plenty of good wood left so we piled four people in it with no issues.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was easy to overlook the negatives, especially for the price.

The roads were in great condition; steep-but the turns were not bad at all
Keyless entry on the cabins were handy
Fireplace was functional and nice
Cabin was tastefully decorated
Beds were comfortable
Kitchen had most of the things we needed for cooking (ie coffee maker, utensils, pans)
Garden tub bathroom was nicely laid out and clean
Sample bottles of shampoo, conditioner and dishwashing soap were helpful
Overall cleanliness of the cabin was good
Linens and towels smelled fresh and nice
I like that you have the option for both gas and charcoal grilling
Exterior of cabin was in great shape
Exterior trash location and security was perfect
Great parking
Bathrooms were very clean

CONS/THINGS THAT NEED REPAIR:
The litter behind the cabins were terrible there was trash absolutely everywhere
There is a large plank that has broken loose on the base of the cabin below the porch
The top shelf in the cabinet was missing a peg in the back which almost resulted in the breaking of glassware when putting away dishes (I mentioned this when we called as we were leaving)
The fireplace has loose stone on the right side that has fallen out and is just laying on the floor
The cream colored carpet is in desperate need of cleaning as it s pretty dirty
The hot tub water is really soupy and thick and is in desperate need of a change
The grease trap had not been cleaned on the gas grill in some time. Had my husband not been diligent in watching the grill, the porch would have caught on fire. When he turned it on, shortly after, the trap underneath caught ablaze and the whole grill lit up. Thankfully he managed to turn the gas down and let the grease burn off.
Windows were rather dirty (nit-picky but we re there partially for the view)
Shower in garden tub bathroom were missing the nozzles on the front jets

I could not have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate my Son's Bachelor weekend. Scenery was breathtaking. All the appliances and utensils were completely available (we used them a lot!). Very spacious. Actually going to a lodge that met every one of what was advertised to perfection was a definite breath of fresh air...literally! All ten of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. I have already recommended Eden Crest to several folks and I understand, one has actually proceeded with making reservations. I will keep on recommending Eden Crest to others very highly.

This home offered almost everything you could think of. It was everything we expected and more! The kitchen was well stocked and the living area accommodated 8 adults at one time. I would certainly refer others to stay in this home, and I will definitely return soon.

The cabin decor was really nice and it was spacious. It allowed for 5adults and three kids to have their own space. However the games didn't work, my linen was not clean, the propane ran out in the middle of us grilling, i couldn't get in touch with anyone after calling numerous of times and Todd the owner was rude. I had to fill out a form online just for maintenance to know what was going on 3hours after i finally talked to someone thru reservations. Maintenance came at 10am even me and my family had check out by 11am. After complaining to one young lady on the Phone She then told me that the manager will be calling me shortly. 5 hours was pretty short since i had to call them back. The owner was very apologetic at first for everything. Told me he was going to look into what happened. After today of having to call the owner back here explained her would refund me $50 of my money. Then proceed to try to increase it to $75. My fiancee proceed to tell Todd how rude that was and we basically got nowhere. I would of actually liked some actual customer service instead of refunding only$75 for everything i went through. I was honestly thinking everything would if been handled in a more professional manner so that we could return and have a better time but i wouldn't recommend it. For all of the money i spent with this place i would never go back.

BOOK HERE! Great place, Great people. The Cabin was spectacular, even better than we expected. The people were accommodating beyond expectations as well. The location is perfect, it has a 'middle of nowhere' feel but is very close to everything, and the views can't be beat. This was our first time visiting the area and we just scratched the surface, we'll have to come back in the future, and when we do we'll come back here, it was perfect.

My husband and I stayed in " A Time to Remember" for my birthday and it was fantastic! Though there were cabins right next to us, it was so quiet and peaceful! Not to mention when it was time to hit the parkway we were only minutes away from everything. I have stayed several times with Edens Crest and at several different cabins and will continue to do so! Every time the cabin has been great!

Eden crest is very professional and they get the job done! We were looking for a cabin we previously rented out and it was sold to Eden crest. We called to book it but it was already booked. Eden crest staff took care of our needs and found us another cabin with just as much space as we had before if not more! We had a problem in the master upstairs bathroom shower and Eden sent maintenance out right away! Will definitely be using them again! We stayed at Bently Lodge

DO NOT STAY in the Paws Forever cabin it is a nigh...

DO NOT STAY in the Paws Forever cabin it is a nightmare! No one cleaned the cabin before our stay. Beds sheets were never changed. There were no pots to cook with, nor was there enough silverware for our 6 people. The refrigerator was missing all the shelves that go on the inside of the door. The gaming tables were unusable because they crammed them all into one place that were too small to use them. The decor was shabby not sheik. The furniture smelled and was in poor condition. We had to cover everything just to sit down on the couches. The hot tub had a broken lid, which wasn't covering the hot tub, so it was filled with pollen. When they had someone come to clean it out and refill it, the water leaked down into the lowest level bathroom. Some lights were out throughout the cabin. The worst part is, there was a similar complaint about this cabin 2 months prior to our stay and non of it was fixed. I am very disappointed in this management company. There should be some sort of compensation for our disappointing stay. We paid a lot of money and did NOT get what we paid for. We received NOTHING for our troubles.

Eden Crest, Eden Crest.... how you destroyed my daughter's wedding, let me count the ways.
Cliff notes version: in two years, we had three wedding planners leave the company. The invitations were of course printed incorrectly with wedding Planner Maxine's information. We were not aware that she was gone until OUR GUESTS trying to make accomodations through eden crest notified us that not only was our 3rd wedding planner gone from the company but that the staff was exceptionally rude and not helpful in helping the guests to find cabins.The fourth wedding planner being the nephew of the manager ...took over 3.5 mos before the event. He was very charming and sweet...but ended up destroying the wedding the worst later detailed in this review. 3x the bride had to fill all the information and details for the wedding plans.

At two months before she was informed that the reception catering would have to be buffet style instead of plate service and other previous arrangements were nullified by eden crest.
Fast forward to arriving the week before the wedding as arranged 22 mos prior...to find they DOUBLE BOOKED the bride's cabin. Now even with all the wedding planner debacles... you are a resort rental first....and you couldn't even get that right. The bride and groom were shipped off to a smaller cabin that wasn't even in the same community as their family and guests. It was horrible and reeked of mildew/mold.
Now mind you, review-viewing audience, we had reserved over a dozen other cabins including the one I rented which was one of their best...the View master . The parents of the groom had the cabin with a second "den" for their grandsons...major leak from second floor bathroom to first floor on their first day. It took two days for them to fix.Which is interesting bcz the day of the wedding rehearsal the same thing happened from a main floor bathroom to basement room like a waterfall. My leak only took a few hours to fix.

Now remember, the bride and groom are being housed several miles away from their wedding venue and were suppose to be into their cabin the morning of their rehearsal dinner. By 540pm, the cabin still had not been cleaned or finished...rehearsal was at 6pm. The groom wasn't allowed in so he had to put all their belongings.... including all the wedding centerpieces etc (they wouldn't let them to be down in the reception cabin so we had to store with us)...so everything,EVERYTHING had to be dumped onto the porch so he could make his own wedding rehearsal.
Now my daughter was married on the bridge with reception in the cabin. A week prior, there had been a wedding with jeep wranglers that left deep tire ruts by the creek, waterfall, and cabin. All week we asked if they would be fixed.. at least tapped down...for our pictures. To their credit, the wedding planner and manager said probably not. I was so angry...seriously your maintenance crew doesn't own a shovel to turn the mud/dirt over...it is a natural setting so piles of dirt would be ok...just not big tire ruts. There was also a lot of debris and small fallen logs....no not nice wooded fallen trees... but like someone started to do landscape work and clean up and left piles in the flat grassy areas.
Met with wedding planner who was very Charming and funny....but who told us over and over and over again that he wasn't gay. As if that mattered, I don't care who you date, bed, or love... I only care that the day I've been dreaming of since the first time I looked at my baby daughter is handled appropriately. It was embarrassing how many times and inappropriate times he said this to us...(yet my gay cousin and his husband swore he was hitting on my youngest son...and even counted on the day of the wedding, how many times he touched my 20 year old son.lol )...but we thought we were in good hands. We went over the wedding order...he had some great ideas....and he worked with the wedding party on walking very slow down the aisle...I bring this up bcz he ruined this part of the wedding on the day...to be continued...

Eden Crest provided great customer service from the time of booking, during our stay, and beyond. The property was very spacious and easy to locate. We had everything we needed for fun and relaxation for all ages. There was an issue with the a.c. and they immediately sent someone who resolved the issue and it was on a Saturday evening. When they say free attractions with every stay, that's an understatement... there where even restaurant coupons. With such great prices, we'll be booking with Eden Crest every year!

This was our first trip ever to pigeon forge. The cabin was nice and I feel for the property owners as the property management company Eden Crest has done a horrible job! I ve contacted them 4 times in 24 hours and still cannot get a call back because they Have screwed us out of $400! We live in one of the most visited tourist towns in the United Stated and if this had happened at home the company would be out of business! We ve been looking forward to this trip and enjoying our time but due to the Passport to Paradise we ve missed out on several attractions because booking through the company has costed more than it would ve if we actually bought our tickets through the attractions! Due to missing so much we re going to stay at a hotel instead of booking an extra night in the cabin! Property owners are missing out on making money and the fees this company charges are through the roof! Demand more from your management company!

We stayed at Eden Crest in September 2015. We loved the setting of the condo. The place was full of rooms and WeIl stocked. We were across from Dollywood. So close to town. The whole area was well kept. The mgmt was in the middle of changing ownership. So I would love to go back to the area this September for the car show. I give this a rating of a 9.

I stayed in the Arden Hill cabin in Pigeon Forge in late September 2017. The cabin was great! Everything was spotlessly clean. Loved the hot tub and the views from both the front & back decks. If back in the Pigeon Forge area, I would definitely consider staying with Eden Crest again.
