I generally hate the car buying experience because I see right thru the typical extortionate BS and usually know more about the vehicle than the salesman. Melissa made it a personal experience. Stephen Revard is hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with. My family has worked with salesmen from various other luxury car dealerships (Audi, Porsche, BMW, etc.), but none have been as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as Steve. My family has been buying cars from Steve for 20 years, and my father is incredibly particular and keen on great customer service, which is a testimonial in and of itself to the superb level of customer service that Steve offers. When it came time for me to buy my first car, we didn't have to think twice about going back to Steve at Crown Eurocars Mercedes. I was moving from Boston, MA to Palo Alto, CA (the San Francisco Bay Area). Steve managed to facilitate the purchase of my Mercedes C300 in Dublin, OH, and the subsequent shipment of my car from the factory in Alabama directly to the Bay Area. This was certainly no simple task as Steve had to reach out to multiple salesmen in San Francisco at different dealerships just to find one who would be willing to perform the delivery service for me. Additionally, my car was shipped to the Stevens Creek dealership while I was located in Palo Alto, so Steve also had to figure out the logistics of getting my car to Palo Alto. While Palo Alto is relatively close to the Stevens Creek dealership, Steve wanted to make it as easy as possible for me (which I greatly appreciated). He was on vacation for a few days while my car was being delivered, but still took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was going well. Steve also was incredibly fair on pricing, making sure that we were happy with the price and that the car was fairly priced according to the overall market.

Just as another example of how Steve is always willing to go the extra mile - My mom also purchased a GLK from Steve and when she was having difficulties figuring out how to pair her car with the garage opener, Steve drove out to our house in Dublin, OH to help her with it. I really can't say enough about how great Steve has been. Anyone who purchases a car from Crown Eurocars Mercedes definitely needs to work with Steve Revard. I will be sending all my referrals to him as long as he is still there (hopefully he is never retiring!).

I had an exceptional experience purchasing a 2015 ML 350 from Ken Stuart at Crown Mercedes. Ken and I have previously worked together on deals for new and used Mercedes vehicles over the years. Ken is a consistent consummate professional. He is knowledgeable about mercedes and numerous options/features that are available on the vehicles. He is enjoyable to work with through the entire purchase and delivery process. There are many options when purchasing cars in Columbus, but there is only one Ken and I intend to be back for future deals with him and Crown.

I brought my 300 Class Mercedes to Todd Johnson for regular service. Todd had already picked out my loaner and had everything perfectly set up for a positive experience. He knew that I was looking ahead to possibly buy a Mercedes from the same customer who previously owned my current car, Todd was very instrumental in showing me the likenesses and new features of the newer car and I appreciated his ease in making the experience positive. He was prompt in letting me know about the additional work that needed to be done with the beginning of an oil leak and everything was resolved within 24 hrs. I definitely recommend anyone who wants a first class experience to work with Todd Johnson and Mercedes-Benz of Dublin. I am currently in my third Mercedes and look forward to more.

This was my first Mercedes Benz purchase and I couldn't have ask for a better experience or service that I have received at Crown. I have been shopping around for a luxury car and been to the dealers in the area, but this was the first time I visited Crown and knew right from the start I would be doing business here. Doug greeted us with a friendly welcome and quickly helped us to find the vehicle we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and vehicle models and excited to show a new customer about all the perks of owning a Mercedes. Being a young professional, he understood our demand of quality for price. We appreciated his eagerness to make us feel comfortable, in comparison to other companies that had given us the cold shoulder. I have to say this was the smoothest car purchase transaction I have experienced, with no hassling or hesitation. I recently purchased a 2015 C300 and was extremely pleased with the service at Crown. Doug Horner was very professional and knowledgeable about all the features on the car and kept it very simple. I felt that he knew everything there was to know about the car and was helpful getting me acquainted with it. He really took the time to help me customize every feature. He was easy to get along with and very personable. He even cleaned my car while I was waiting which I thought was a nice personal touch.

I also worked with Matt Frazier for all the finances and paperwork and he made a boring task fun. We had some laughs and he made things very simple and easy to understand. I felt he spent the proper amount of time looking everything over and explaining things to me. Very professional and nice to work with just like Doug.

I thought I had a good experience with this dealership until I later realized I was taken advantage of. In the end I admit it was my fault for letting myself get "taken advantage". Both parties (us the buyer and the salesman/financing) came to a monthly payment agreement/financing for x number of months. Before they printed all the paperwork they asked how much down payment I could give. So in theory I could have given no down payment at all because right from the start we just talked about monthly payments. I put a $3,000 down payment. I never realized -- and again I admit this is my mistake -- that the $3,000 down payment was never deducted from the total price of the car. So in theory -- I just gave them an extra $3000. I am pretty sure they knew at that very moment that I was paying extra and they just went ahead and took it.

My advice -- when buying a car -- make sure you know what the final exact price you will be paying and make sure that when interest rate get applied that you do not pay an extra cent above that agreed purchase price.

I have worked with David Koehler from the first time I visited the dealership.

I know that I am not his only client but that's the way he makes it feel. To my surprise when I sent an email inquiring about an appointment David replied on a Sunday afternoon coordinating my appointment for Monday afternoon and had my loaner car waiting for me when I arrive.

David So efficient and scheduling my service that I don't think I have ever been in the dealership for more than 10 minutes but it was dropping my car off or picking it back up.

When we went to drive the car he was busy with another client so we dealt with Konstantin Chumak for further details and test drive! He was very thorough but no high pressure and worked out a great deal. When we returned to pick up the car Bill was so much help explaining the vehicle!

Jeremy Ellis is a disgusting individual and I would never recommend going to this dealership or specifically him ever. I watched him completely con an individual after getting exceptional sales service from another dealership in Youngstown Ohio a month later.

Mark and Jarred did a great job showing my wife and I several Kia Sorento's. We arrived late in the evening, and everyone was really patient throughout the process. Mark and Jarred walked us through the differences between the models, and answered all of our questions. My trade-in was taken in without issue and all vehicles were very competitively priced. Bob helped us make the final decision between the models and shared some great conversation while documents were drawn up. Lenny stayed late to finish the deal for us and was a pleasure. Collin did a stellar job detailing the car and was still at it at nearly 10pm. The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I needed a resolution for the check engine light showing on my sl500. I was directed to David Kohler for service and was warmly greeted and well taken care of. He took the time to explained the situation and what the problem meant. I returned the next day and again had the opportunity to speak with David Kohler prior to setting up the service appointment. He again took the time to explain further in depth both sides of getting work done. I was also able to asked questions regarding replacing or just changing other parts (for enhanced speed, mileage increase, lighting changes, etc.) and he was very knowledgeable in explaining the what's and if's of doing the changes or conversions.
Very happy I was able to speak with and get service set up through him. He is a great asset to Crown Mercedes.

I recently had an excellent experience purchasing my first MB from Michael Antauer over at Crown Mercedes in Dublin. My parents had highly recommended Michael as they had previously bought two vehicles from him at Crown. He was extremely professional, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that I understood all aspects of the sale.

Michael has a high level of integrity as after the sale during the walk-through of the vehicle he had noticed that the screen under the sunroof of the MB wasn t operating properly. He promptly had the service folks look at it. Turns out that the spool was messed up and a part needed to be replaced, which would cost around $600. Michael and the Service Manager at Crown noted that they would take care of it, there was no haggling and no hassle. While I do not live local, they made it a priority to get the part in ASAP and the vehicle repaired. This speaks volumes of the character of the people at Crown Eurocars and in their actions they ve earned a customer for life. I hope that when you are in the market for a vehicle you visit Michael Antauer over at Crown in Dublin.

I had a superb experience getting my new Mercedes. I highly recommend working with Melisa Greenburg when looking for a new vehicle. My journey to find an affordable second car started with just clicking request an estimated lease payment on Crowns web site. Within minutes my phone rang and Michael Mastracci was there to help me. Within just a couple of days I was at Crown to do a test drive and lease my new car.
When I did go in to get my car Michael had all the paperwork ready to go. I knew my estimated lease payment, he had already had the color and type of car I wanted set aside and cleaned for me. All I had to do was take it for a test drive to seal the deal and fall in love with my new Kia Soul. Overall this was possibly my best experience ever purchasing a new car!!

This review is based on my experience with the Seth Held, the salesman. I was very tired after having traveled and spent many hour that day at different dealerships looking at various options. Seth greeted be immediately with a big smile and a very friendly attitude. I was interested in a preowned vehicle I saw in the parking lot. He treated me with such class and respect that you would have thought I was purchasing one of their $80,000+ cars. He was knowledgable, personable, without any of the typical car salesman pushy, obnoxious ways. He was eager to sell me the car, but did not put me under any unwanted pressure I felt at other dealers. He was so amazing I plan on recommending him to all my friends. While I didn't end up purchasing the car I went to see, I plan on going back in a few ears for my next car.Car shopping would be a pleasant experience if all salesman acted in the positive manner that Seth Held did. I had a great experience working with Crown Eurocars and especially, Seth Held. He worked with me for countless hours, day and night and helped to find the perfect car for me. He made sure that everything was ready for me once I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, made sure that everything was up to my expectations and showed meticulous attention to detail when going through final checks. Seth had arranged for me to spend the least amount of time at the dealership as possible, since I live in Michigan, and had a very long drive ahead of me. Service Advisor Michael Lyons was very helpful in accommodating my service needs. At my first service it appeared that my CV Joint was leaking grease and initally i was told that it would take at least 4 days to get the part and 1 day to replace. After explaining my up coming road trip plans he was very helpful to escalate the issue and had the part overnight and replaced it and i had the car next day. Awesome.

This was, by far, my best car-buying experience ever. Our sales person was CJ Sexton and from the initial inquiry all the way through post-sale follow up to see if we have any questions he answered every question and was attentive to every detail. Unlike prior car-buying experiences, this was a collaborative process. Through the entire process everyone we met, (sales manager, finance, other sales people, etc.) went beyond the call to make sure this was a great experience. BAD SERVICE Department
I Took my car in with a misfire problem, after 3 hours of diagnostics and a $475 diagnostic fee, they told me it needs a couple of coil packs, an injector and a manifold and the bill will be $3500, I paid the $475 diagnostic fees and took the car to another service shop, they found the problem was an injector wire that they tested with a small test light called noid tester that one can buy almost at any auto part store for $10. It makes me wonder, Do they at crown Mercedes really not know how to test cars or they just never heard of testing an injector wire for pulse would help the diagnostic prior to decision of big repair bill?! Or is it all about $$

This is the second time I have done business with Stephen Revard. He is always pleasant with a very welcoming personality. He is quite experienced and knowledgeable in all things Mercedes. His extensive knowledge was very valuable to me. The transaction was smooth and the experience was great. I will highly recommend him to anyone and certainly do business with him again in the future.

Bill Stevenson did a wonderful job of quickly finding a new replacement vehicle in December 2018 after my previous vehicle was hit by another driver and declared a total loss.
