It was a great experience. Stephen helped me / guided me through the process. We located the car we wanted at a price range and with the financial structuring that made sense to us. Unfortunately, the 'color' that my wife was looking for was not available in the CPO section at that point of time and we ended up buying the right colored vehicle from another dealer - with the learnings around the vehicle, its features and even the financial structuring - thanks to Stephen and Crown Mercedes.
