I recently had an excellent experience purchasing my first MB from Michael Antauer over at Crown Mercedes in Dublin. My parents had highly recommended Michael as they had previously bought two vehicles from him at Crown. He was extremely professional, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that I understood all aspects of the sale.

Michael has a high level of integrity as after the sale during the walk-through of the vehicle he had noticed that the screen under the sunroof of the MB wasn t operating properly. He promptly had the service folks look at it. Turns out that the spool was messed up and a part needed to be replaced, which would cost around $600. Michael and the Service Manager at Crown noted that they would take care of it, there was no haggling and no hassle. While I do not live local, they made it a priority to get the part in ASAP and the vehicle repaired. This speaks volumes of the character of the people at Crown Eurocars and in their actions they ve earned a customer for life. I hope that when you are in the market for a vehicle you visit Michael Antauer over at Crown in Dublin.
